Somebody tell in normal language what services will be continued and which not!It's a real shame that the information from ADOBE about discontinuation of synchronizing files is absolutely bad!Somebody tell me in NORMAL language the following answers of these questions:- I got 100GB in my account: are the files on that online account still available after March 2th 2024?- If the files are deleted, why I pay for 100GB online storage without getting the product?- Why is there no way of getting a clear answer from ADOBE? They are pointing to the 'communicty': in other words: all the paying customers should help eachother, not ADOBE. A shame!

It's been 10 days since my case has opened (ADB-32670010-D9Q9) and I still cannot access over 5 years of files on any of my devices. My small business is absolutely devastated by this, I'm losing income, clients and time and Adobe does not seem to care about resolving this issue promptly. I'm contacted every 48-72 hours to do simple troubleshooting with tech support, and then told to wait another 48 hours for another round of simple troubleshooting. So far we've determined that it's not my computer or devices causing the non-syncing issue, but an issue on Adobe's side. I've been told the engineers are looking into it, but honestly it feels like I've fallen through the cracks. I've had to spend 2 entire days manually downloading files from Adobe Cloud which was a terrible experience in itself - There's no easy way to download all of your files at once. Instead, you can only download a maximum of 10 files at a time and half the time you'll get an error and the file won't downlo

I guess this is old news, or I missed the first notification of this. Today, I received an email from Adobe telling me in two weeks they will delete the thousands of files I have in Creative Cloud Files. When I called Adobe, the support desk told me to ignore it and that my files are safe. When I finally got to a person at Adobe who acknowledged they were discontinuing Creative Cloud Files, they told me I could use a third party, or Frame.IO, which is owned by Adobe. When I linked my account to Frame.IO, the free version only allows me to have 5 projects. Five. 5 projects.  To get unlimited projects, I have to pay Adobe another $15/month.  This is completely ludicious and clearly a cash grab for Adobe. They discontinue something that has been vital to my workflow for years (working between my personal computer, work computer, and tablet) and force me to pay them more money to get an inferior product. I'm disgusted.  Anyone use Affinity or another

I'm not sure if this the right topic to post about, but here we go... I formatted my PC a week ago, just installed everything I needed including Adobe of course, and the CC app itself does not "want" to run at Windows startup, I already checked on Windows list of apps to be initialized at logon, all needed is checked. I didn't authorize my antivirus to change those kind of config, so I don't know what's going on. I'm on Windows 10 Pro. Do you have any thoughts on this? Maybe I'm missing something, not sure. I use Norton 360 and CCleaner, but they only go "action" per user request, I didn't configure any kinda option to do that automatically. It's an annoying situation because I have fonts activated through Adobe Fonts and I use them for my projects, and if CC does not run at logon, I forget that it isn't open every time.

I've had to reinstall CC 4 times today. Anyone know why? Tried to upload a pop-up of the need to repair but the upload would not accept my JPG

Hi everyone, so i've been trying to install the creative cloud app but i've tried basically every solution (except restarting my OS, which would be ridiculous honestly) and still no luck.I got it to work one time after installing VC redist x86 and x64. But it just stopped working the next day so i'm stuck again in this loop (I get "creative cloud is taking longer than usual"), i can't even unistall it because i get "Uninstallation completed with errors" so i just went with revo uninstaller to delete even registry files.So yes, the app just does not work for me. I might be missing something else but I just don't know what at this point, but having to go through all of this for a singular app is just silly regardless.Hope I can find another guide for this with even more solutions. Thank you

 Can all assets (including fonts, effects, footage, audio, everything) available through the Creative Cloud subscription be used for commercial purposes, such as monetizing a YouTube channel, both during and after the subscription period? I prefer not to verify the license for each asset individually.Is it generally permissible to use these assets commercially without incurring additional fees beyond my subscription cost, implying no restrictions?If any licensing restrictions require additional payments or prohibit use for YouTube monetization, could you specify these scenarios? This will help me to proceed cautiously with restricted assets and more confidently with those that are unrestricted.Thank you everyone.

I've been having trouble with my Windows 11 (64 bit) install of CC desktop app. It did work fine last year and then updated Illustrator and it all went wrong. Now my install stalls at 37.7% and gives me the error code 202. I've followed every thread and tried the remove tools, logs, reloads etc. and nothing works. I also spoke, via chat, with a support pro who accessed my PC remotely and did all the things I did and he couldn't get it to work. He said he'd escalate to his superiors and get back to me... yeah right. That was last year! I need help otherwise subscription is useless. I can't understand why 1 minute it works, the next it doesn't.Please help. I'm going mad.Thanks

Creative cloud problem to intialization to paid service in Adobe photoshop. Resolve my problem 

My C Drive isn't that big (I use other drives for most files) but a lot of programs try to save everything on there thus rendering it full. CC has many "renditions" files which seem to be various vector images. I don't know if these are graphics I saved to CC Libraries but why are they being stored locally? I thought they'd be saved on the cloud not taking up space on the local drive. Folder as shown in WinDirStatOne of the files 

It's been 25 days since my support request was opened (ADB-32670010-D9Q9), it's been 5 days since I've received a response from technical support. So far we've determined that it's not an issue with my software or hardware, but an issue on Adobe's server's end, and the engineers are investigating. I've been told to delete old files from Adobe Draw folder and any old GEM files. I did this, but I still cannot access files on any app, on any device, on any connection. 25 days is not good enough. Why isn't hasn't this been prioritised? I need to access my files to run my small business. I've lost clients and income because of this. I need this resolved and I don't know who to turn to anymore?? Feeling very sick.

I purchased a 6 month subscription through collegebuys.org for $39.99 that is supposed to include all the apps below: I used my student email which is the same email attached to the account that I am posting. I logged into creative cloud with my student email but don't have access to all these apps. Here is what my Creative Cloud looks like: Here is the email I got from collegebuys.org saying that my order was shipped via email: Please help me!! I have an assignment and would like to have access to the applications that I purchased. Thank you! 

I've spoken to someone from namecheap who stated everything is propogated and done correctly on their end but adobe doesn't seem to know whats going on after a week of speaking back and forth with them. I keep receiving this error and am not sure what to do. I didn't have this probleam last year but I believe I bought the same domain through adobe. This year  bought the same domain through namecheap and now it is having trouble connecting. Please advise if this has happened to you and how to fix this.

I havea folder in my CC files that I cannot delete. I mean, I deleted it, but it keeps showing up, and when I click on it i get a "something went wrong message" telling me to restart the app. This does nothing. The folder is not visible in the online version of my Files, but it is visible in-app, and when I save something from a program. I have tried renaming: doesn't work.I have tried moving the folder: doesn't workWhen I try to open it on the web, it says "Sorry, the cloud document is not available". It's driving me nuts. Is it my office firewall? It doesn't affect any other files though. I've tried restarting my computer, but nothing changes. I tried pausing sync, then deleting the folder. This worked for the CC app, but it was still showing when I tried to save something from Photoshop/Illustrator to my cloud files. Then, when I restarted my computer it showed back up in the CC app. How can I get rid of this folder???

Kind of a weird issue but I'm on Win 11 and once I launch any of the Adobe products my Window's task bar is viewable and clickable but when I click on any other program it will not become the active screen. I have to use show destop and then I can open the programs from the task bar as normal. 

Everyday my creative cloud folder gets archived and a new folder starts syncing from the beginning. I have multiple creative cloud files now. How do I resolve this?

I really love using lightroom ios and the creative cloud. but i got a big issue that keeps me from subscribing to the photography plan. why there is no support for RAW photos in the creative cloud? i uploaded photos to the cloud and you see the quality downgrades. its such a shame and surprising considering your apps are ment to use by professionals.

I'm attempting to upload some .raw photos and I'm getting this error. Seems kinda crazy that the foundational format for photography files wouldn't be compatible with Creative Cloud, so I'm assuming there must be an error or a setting that I've got wrong? 

Since the update yesterday my system runs the processor constantly - Core Sync (32 bit).I never experienced this before with the desktop installed Creative Cloud component.Any help will be much appreciated.

On my old iPad, Creative Cloud showed up under the Locations in the Files app, and I could export to it directly from Procreate as well.  However, I just got a new iPad and after installing Creative Cloud, this functionality has not returned.  I can sign in to the Creative Cloud app and view my files from there, but that's it.  I can't seem to actually get files into the Creative Cloud from the new iPad.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling CC several times, but this hasn't helped.

What does sharing of a creative cloud library in a package give access to if they are not on our corporate infrastructure/creative cloud account (how to share creative cloud files with vendors for print production)?

Hi, appologies as I figure this isn't the correct sub forum to be posting but there's none for portfolio for some reason. Portfolio is included in the photographer CC bundle, so I figured this was the most relevent choice.Regardless of the setting chosen for my logo (normal, roll over, on scroll, responsive) my logo acts in the same manner on mouse-over. It always displays the alt text and if the alt text field box is empty it just disappears.I just want my logo with no interaction at all on mouse over. no alt text, no alt image. just the logo. for some reason, no matter how many settings I try and things I change this doesn't seem to be possible. It's as if the settings chosen (normal, roll over, on scroll, responsive) do nothing at all.This issue is observable in the editor and also published on firefox, chrome, edge and mobile. I've asked others to help troubleshoot and no one can figure out why this won't work the way I intend it to.Thanks for your time and help,-Scott
