I think this may be Adobe Creative Cloud related.  But I have recently installed Creative Cloud and various apps on my MacBook and noticed soon after that a folder called Red Giant appeared in Users/Shared folder (see screenshot) As far as I am aware I have not installed Red Giant apps - so guessing this must be Adobe CC related.  Does anyone know if that is the case, and what the point of the shared folder is? Many thanks?

Hello, Visitors using NordVPN receive a 403 Forbidden error when accessing my Portfolio site.I’ve tested this across multiple devices and VPN servers.This limits access to legitimate users. Can this be addressed? VMT

I upgraded my cloud and now I want to put all photos in my cloud, +/- 900 GB. I have devided my pictures in a classic structure in window explorer several maps. But now I can't load this maps / structure into the cloud but only the pictures individually. Is there a solution for this ? 

I have a problem that I can't access my very own project because I need permission and I don't know how to give permission to myself to access my own project

I've gone into my settings and turned on auto-update.  I've set both of the check boxes for applications to be checked, but still it doesn't auto-update.  Instead, while I use Photoshop Beta, I get messages telling me that there's a newer version I can download when I close the app.  I've ended up adding CC to my start up so that, when I boot, I'm at least told what apps need updating and I can bang that out before opening them.  But I just want things to autoupdate when I'm not using them.  What could I be missing here?  Working on Win11 Home and not SUPER techy, so be gentle with your techy responses.  🙂  This has nothing to do with Collaboration, but it wouldn't let me post unless I picked one of four topics that this has nothing to do with any of them.  lol.  If I'm posting this in the wrong place, please advise on that as well but this sounded like the best fit.

This is a critical issue for me as I currently have ongoing client projects, and not being able to communicate directly is disrupting my work.I submitted a support request yesterday but haven’t received any reply yet. For a platform of Behance’s scale, I was expecting quicker assistance, especially since messaging is an essential feature for professionals managing active projects.Has anyone else experienced this issue, and is there a way to escalate the request for faster resolution? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have a lot of files stored in Creative Cloud. I actually lost count of how many files I have created during the past 3+ years. I am at a point where I need, and want to, cancel my Adobe subscription, after some months of growing discontent with the company’s actions, policies, and the lack of attention it gives to their costumers opinion and complaints. It’s also too much money for me at the moment to be “renting” the company’s software and feeling like it offers less and less value as the years go by, instead of really owning a copy of it for as long as I want, just like the old times. This discontent just got bigger after I found out that, when in need to cancel an Adobe subscription, the costumer must pay what you call an Early Termination Fee. I do understand that the ETF exists because of the “early plan”. But even though you might have no regard for the way that I feel, I must say that I do sense that I’m being squeezed to not cancel my subscription, as you will cha

Hey Adobe community! About a month ago I found out that when I tried to log in to Behance, it said "You don't have access to this product",  I contacted Behance and got in contact with one agent asking me for my log in email, and never replied and closed my ticket. I contacted them again, but my ticket got closed again without any communication. I did search through the community posts and nothing solved my problem.  When I log in to my Adobe ID, it does say I have access to Behance. I also contacted Adobe but they said this is a Behance issue and told me to contact Benahce... I am so confused and upset right now, that I cannot access my work on Behance, and that Behance is refusing to help me with it.  Does anyone have any ideas?  Attach a screenshot of them closing my ticket without solving it... 😞 

I had a Behance account under ishracox@gmail.com with my portfolio. After getting Adobe Creative Cloud, logging in with Google creates a new empty Behance account. I need to restore access to my original Behance whcih was https://www.behance.net/ishrakulmunzerinmy old account still exists but I can lon in and instead a new account appeared which is https://www.behance.net/ishrakumunzeri1

I am trying to redeem a code for a 12 month Adobe Creative Cloud Photography subscription that I got with my new HP laptop. I read that the code is tied to the device, so I use my laptop. I clicked on the link in the email from HP, which automatically opens up the page for entering the code, and the code is correctly pre-filled. When I click active, I get the error " this code is invalid". What could be wrong? The account that I am logged in does not have any active subscriptions, and I didn't have a subscription before (not sure if that plays a role). What could be wrong?

Hallo zusammen, ich habe seit ein paar Monaten eine schöne Adobe Portfolio Website. Jetzt möchte ich Werbeanzeigen über Facebook und Instagram über den Meta-Werbeanzeigenmanager schalten. Es wird empfohlen einen Pixel zu erstellen. Das kann ich aber anscheinend nur, wenn ich ein Plugin auf der Website habe. Hat irgendwer damit schon Erfahrungen? Gibt es diese Funktion überhaupt und wenn ja, wie mache ich das? 

I'm trying to transfer my student files to my personal account. I'm pretty sure the school license has ended as I can't access any of the apps anymore like Photoshop. I can still access the creative cloud only on my phone where I'd been logged in. Is there still hope to transfer the files? I've tried the website that lets you login to both email accounts and it says it'll email when the transfer is complete but I never received a transfer. I fear there's nothing to transfer because it was deleted. Is there anyway to do this transfer? Do the files still exist?

En la aplicación estoy logueada con un avatar, sin lo abro en la web, me carga otro y para último, me borró los dos portafolios creados en Adobe Portfolio.  Sùper decepcionada. I recently logged into Adobe Portfolio to make a few changes to my existing website and noticed the launch page has changed. Great, however where is my existing portfolio? It says, "Get Started" when I know that I already have an existing portfolio. I'm trying not to panic, but my portfolio is linked on my resume, LinkedIn page, and my instagram bio. I've sent  ______.myportfolio.com to multiple recruiters and HR reps and now I'm worried that this is hindering my candidacy. I also tried viewing my page from different internet browsers but the prompt I'm seeing is "Error 503 Backend Unhealthy". Just a few weeks ago I was in my portfolio page making changes and now it's gone. Is anyone else experiencing this?   

I was working in a fresco file, and wanted to find an older sketch to use as a reference-- when i went to go find it I found all my work other than what was opened in the last few days was gone. All of it. I tried to get into the cloud app and it didn't do anything - it won't even finish spinning.  I have gone to the browswer version  https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and it's also spinning. i can see most of my art files on the mobile app under files recent, but that's not everything. I am signed in under the correct account. Everything was working yesterday and then fresco updated.This is a new development.i have most of my art backed up, but not everything What is happening.

I’m experiencing a major issue with the Creative Cloud Desktop app on Windows. The interface shows a giant black bar on the right-hand side, and information is cut off on the left. None of the buttons or links in the interface are clickable. Steps I’ve taken so far:Uninstalled all Adobe apps and reinstalled Creative Cloud.Ran the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.Deleted opm.db and cleared the %localappdata%\Adobe\OOBE folder.Cleared the %appdata%\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries folder.Used Ctrl+Alt+R to hard reset the app.Quit all Adobe processes (Creative Cloud, CoreSync, CCXProcess, etc.) and relaunched.Adjusted Windows display scaling (100% and 125%).Toggled GPU acceleration in Preferences (when I could access it). Unfortunately, the issue persists — the app window still has a black bar on the right, UI elements are cut off, and nothing in the interface responds to clicks. System details:Windows 10 (64-bit) [or 11, whichever applies]Latest Creative Cloud Desktop version (fr

Alright,For the past two days, two out of my three Adobe Portfolio websites have been offline. I've been in touch with Hostinger, which hosts my domains, and while they've been trying to help, we ultimately need support from Adobe to resolve this issue.It appears that the DNS provided by Adobe is the same for all three of my websites, which has worked fine until now. However, for reasons beyond my understanding, it's suddenly not working.This has become a significant headache, especially after reaching out to Adobe Support only to be told they don't offer any direct assistance from their team. Instead, they pointed me to online articles that both the team support at Hostinger and I have already reviewed, to no avail.It's baffling to me that, despite the millions of subscribers paying for these monthly services, Adobe seems unwilling to provide support for Adobe Portfolios.Two of my websites are currently down, and we urgently need someone from Adobe to step in and offer a solution:www.

Hi. I use the mobile app. I have a number of differemy folders. When I open them they are now say ' This folder is lonley - create something' and my existing work isn't coming up. Any ideas? Is this happening to anyone else?thanksangela 

Hello!I'm subscribed to the plan that includes Lightroom and was already using Adobe Portfolio to host my website. Due to a payment issue, I lost access to my account for about 2–3 months, but I resolved the issue and it was reactivated today.During that time, my website went offline, and now when I try to publish it again, I get a message saying I need to have a Creative Cloud account (which I already do) or subscribe to Behance Pro.Has anyone else experienced this? Does the platform need some time to process that my account has been reactivated?Thank you in advance!
