Questions

I am not sure how to put this but I was a student in school and used creative cloud and several apps during my time. The documents were uploaded to the cloud and saved. I would even use them on my ipad or computer. I since graduated and signed up for my own personal use of reative cloud using the same school email and when I logged into illustrator (my main app), the files were not there. Its the same school email but I purchased the service now so Im not sure where they went. Does anyone have answers? I have tried doing the chat help to no avail and it told me talking to an agent is closed.

On July 19, my Adobe subscription was cancelled. Now I have renewed the payment because otherwise the web page did not work, but when I re-enter my account it is gone, it has disappeared. Does anyone have any idea how to get it back? Thank you so much

Hi, I have CC enabled on my PC and I just bought a Mac and connected it to the cloud as well. What I just realized is that all my files that I have on the pc are not only in the cloud but have been saved on my laptop and are taking up a ton of space.If I delete the files from my laptop are they deleted from the cloud or from my pc?Is there a way to delete all the files on my pc from the cloud saved on my laptop at once? How can I avoid that the new files that I will be saving on my laptop are also saved on my laptop and leave me without space? Thanks in advance

A few days ago my fonts were not syncing and troubleshooting wasn't working so I contacted Adobe through creative cloud on the live chat. The agent I spoke with asked if they could control my screen and I obliged (big mistake, definitely should have thought that through) because I assumed since it was directly through the creative cloud application it was legit. As soon as I downloaded the software and gave them control, they started to go to sketchy looking sites and download some weird software. Immedietly after that I started to get fake notifications and pop ups that were definitely a virus. I tried to let them know something was wrong and they ignored it and would not allow me to have control back, I had to literally fight for the mouse until I managed to click the end chat button. This is not normal, right? I tried to call adobe and there were no extensions that took me to the right place. I did some more research and found an article saying the create cloud app was a virus

For a few years I have used my dads Adobe account on my ipad (specifically for Fresco), and I have a ridiculous number of files on that software that for better or worse, are valuable. I'm now in school for Graphic Design and have my own Adobe account. My issue is, that I want to login to my account on my ipad now, but doing so, I'll lose access to the years of art I made under his account. How do I solve this. Its literally hundreds of files.

Recently when I have sent pdf's as attachments to Outlook emails, my recipients have complained that they open up when they click on them, but they are B LANK. I checked my own iPhone and find the same thing. WHY??? I know you can send by link and so forth, but why would a simple 2 page pdf open up BLANK on the other end?? BTW, Adobe Support could not answer this question, and Google shows no good ideas. This is a silly situation. THANK YOU for any ideas in reply.

I cannot figure out why these Behance project thumbnails are displaying this way. I've tried png, I've tried jpg, I've tried reducing the size of the file, and I've even tried taking a screenshot of the file and uploading that instead in case the other file was corrupted somehow. The files are no bigger than cover image files on my other projects, which load normally. The display issue is not unique to a specific browser or device. Has anyone else had this issue? (Apologies if this is the wrong community to post in, there's no Behance community??)

I have a current subscription to the Adobe Photography Plan. The Creative Cloud Desktop app on my windows 10 PC isn't displaying any updates and tells me that all of my apps are up to date. The Help/About button on my installation of "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic" tells me that I have Release 12.3  and Camera Raw 15.3 installed.Similarly Photoshop tells me that I have Photoshop 24.5.0 installed. However:The Adobe website posted "Lightroom Classic 12.4 is now available" on 13 June 2023.Photoshop version 24.6 was similarly announced on 20 June.Today is 17 July (over 1 month after the updates were released) and my Creative Cloud Desktop app tells me that all my apps are up to date.   I have logged out / logged back in to the Creative Cloud desktop app and repeatedly pressed the "check for updates" button but it still tells me that I'm up to date. I am aware that Adobe staggers the rollout of apps but making peoplpe wait more than one month for an update seems rath

Hello, I've been using CC for a while now and I'm getting close to reaching the file size limit. I tried permanently deleting old projects on the "Deleted" location under my Synced Files, however, even after receiving the confirmation message that the assets were deleted, after I refresh the page all the folders reappear and it's as if I haven't done anything. Here is a video I made showing exactly the issue: https://youtu.be/Regke3nP05k Anyone experienced this issue before and is there any solution?

Hello, i've often red dot indicator appaers on creative cloud icon inside taskbar, i open it i check notitications and uddate but nothing and red dot dissapears, it's very strange why notify me for nothing ? thanks

  Hi Team,I tried to setup aem forms and installed the EAR files in Websphere and started the web applications.Getting following error in Aem forms admin ui.ALC-DSC-099-000: com.adobe.idp.applicationmanager.application.ApplicationManagerException: com.adobe.idp.dsc.registry.service.NoActiveServiceConfigurationException: There is no active service configuration for service: ApplicationManager   And I tried to restart the services in service management tab and I can see most of the services are inactive. Look at the screenshot below. And when I try to restart, getting below issue.ALC-AAC-0017-000: Service(s) failed to start. It could be configuration problem. Can someone please help to to resolve this issue. 

In the photo grid in Portfolio, when you add image captions, they don't seem to have an option for changing the font. In mine, they are not the site-wide font and I can't find any setting for them.

Hi Adobe CC on MAC OS, on latest versions (computers with diff. versions)We are having strange problems with CC Sync.Files and Folders are disappearing from Local Sync Folder without User intervention, but the Folders and Files are all still in the Cloud (accessible via WEB).No one Left the Shares, the Folders weren't deleted (otherwise would be gone from Cloud,...)Is seems that the Local DB is corrupted and the Local Sync Agent gets crazy and moves Local Folders to the Recycle Bin.Anyone with the same issue? Any ideas?Thanks to you all.Regards

my deleted files are empty but also my storage files are 95.6 GB.I am using 45.5 GB for sync. Where is my 50 GB storage. I can't upgrade my storage because for my country. And deleted files not working. when i delete new files, its not showing deleted files. deleted files always empty.

Good Morning,I have a new MBP arriving today and want to install CC (LR &PS), clean.I have installed on my existing Mac, but want to do a fresh install without any of the existing preferences carrying over to the new MBP. No presets. No catalogs or libraries. Is this possible or when I download CC, is it going to be a mirror reflection of my current install?Thanks in advance..

Does anyone have an idea how I can install the Adobe Genuine Service software? The message does not appear on a computer as to whether the software can be installed. Is there any way I can do this manually? On the help pages you will only find the instructions for the uninstallation.

I have access to corporate Adobe Creative cloud apps. However I have been testing the adobe substance 3D trial package. I'm at an impasse. The company I work for doesn't want to include these tools on the invoice (which I understand).Hello. The problem is that if I decide to buy the license to use Substance 3D every time I access the applications I have to connect my personal email and my access to tools such as illustrator and photoshop etc... are blocked because they are associated with my corporate account. Is there a way to solve this paradox for example pay out of pocket for 3D apps using the same corporate account or something else to do in this case? Thanks Sergio

My Creative Cloud folder in my fnder on my Mac is hidden. I can only see the folder when I give the command to 'Show hidden files' on Mac (Command + Shift + .). All files in the folder are synced correctly and are accessible once I give the command to show hidden files, but it's very inconvenient. How can I 'Unhide' the Creative Cloud folder???

If you could please help me with a problem I have? I was working for a company and needed to access my creative cloud files from my work computer. I no longer work there and no longer have access to that computer, but whoever does use that computer, now has access to my Creative Cloud Files. How do I block that computer accessing those files?  I have changed my password on this end, but when I go into the creative cloud files folders it doesn't prompt me to use the new password, so I am presuming my old work computer can still access my personal files also?? Help??

I find this to be quite an annoying thing when it comes to creative cloud that I cannot access my adobe scan or acrobat files from the creative cloud desktop app or the app on the phone, is there a way of changing this as at the end of the day they both take up my creative cloud storage.
