Dear Adobe Support Team,Hello,I recently reinstalled Windows on my laptop and installed Creative Cloud again. However, over the past few years, Photoshop and other Adobe applications have been upgraded significantly, and the current versions are unfortunately no longer compatible with my laptop's specifications.I desperately need to use Photoshop right now, so I would like to install an older version, preferably Photoshop 2022 or 2023.According to Adobe's official instructions, previous versions should be available through Creative Cloud.이전 버전의 Creative Cloud 앱 설치 | Download and Install However, the option to install previous versions does not appear in my Creative Cloud application at all. I have tried looking everywhere, but I simply cannot find the previous-version installation option. This is extremely frustrating because I urgently need Photoshop for my work.My laptop has relatively low specifications, and unfortunately, I cannot upgrade it to Windows 11 either. The latest version
I have a copy of Photoshop Elements 2025 purchased via Amazon 31/12/24 - 3 year licence so still active.Had to uninstall app due to issue, now when I try to reinstall it says my original redemption code has already been used, all I can get with download is a 7day free trial, which will not allow me to enter original licence code ?Trial has now expired, and my only option is to purchase full ? Signed into Adobe with same e mail as original purchase made to
I have used Adobe products since Illustrator 88. Since then, each successive release of the top 3: Photoshop, Illustrator, and later on, InDesign has become more bloated, buggy, slow and frustrating to use than the previous version. Unfortunately Adobe is the de facto standard for creative professionals and we are at their mercy. Note I am currently using current CC applications in my workflow on a brand-spanking-new hyper-fast Mac tower.Take Illustrator, for instance. I've lost count of the times I see a spinning beachball and have to wait for a few seconds just to select and move a square. With NO OTHER SHAPES in a document. A square. Seriously Adobe? Illustrator also takes an inordinate amount of time to save a file to disk that's only a few hundred K in size. I'd expect a 1.5 GB file to take a few moments, but a few hundred K? Illustrator is also prone to crashing daily. Sometimes more than once. Or failing to open a simple file with a "not enough memory" error. What, 64GB of RAM i
I own a legitimate perpetual Adobe Acrobat XI Pro licence.I am moving the licence to a replacement computer because one of the previously activated computers is no longer available.Acrobat XI’s built-in offline activation process still works. Adobe’s official offline activation website recognises my serial number, but returns:“Activation limit reached for Acrobat XI Pro. This Serial Number has already been activated on 2 machines. Please deactivate one of the other computers and try again.”I cannot deactivate one of those old machines because I no longer have access to it. I have also tried Adobe Customer Care chat, but it will not connect me to an advisor because Acrobat XI is discontinued. Is there still a way for Adobe to reset the activation count for a legitimately owned perpetual Acrobat XI Pro serial number?I can provide the serial number, proof of purchase/ownership, and other licensing details privately to an Adobe employee if required.
Hi,I just finished building a new pc, and I want to use my CS6 Production Premium on it.But, after installing CS6 Production premium, it tells me that the serial number X is already in ue by the maximum of 2 computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 30 days to use this product.I do not have access to those computers that are currently using my serial number, so I need help with remotely deactivating those computers using the serial number. And i was told that asking in here was the way to do it. :).

Why is the size of my installer so large?
Does adobe creative suite 5.5 work on Windows 11?
Under Plans & Payment there are no activated devices, I guess because it’s not a Creative Cloud license. Support chat is no help and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to email.
Help: the "Uninstall" function for Photoshop 2025 AND Photoshop 2026 are not working. If I update the App leaves behind a folder of the older version (taking up alot of space!). What should I do? I do not want to loose my preference/settings etc and I am afraid this would happen if I simply trash them?Thank you.
I've just received an email from Adobe (storemanager@adobe.com) that my subscription is almost ending and that I need to update my creditcard data to continue my membership, but I've never received this before. I presume that is a phishing mail? I've attached a partly screen shot in Dutch. Thanks in advance.
: I got the "already in use by the maximum allowed computers" message and have deactivated and uninstalled Acrobat from my old machine and still get the same message. What do I do?
I need a telephone number for customer support.
I accidentally had two subscriptions that I'd never used, and I canceled them the moment I discovered them. I should be able to get a refund within 48 hours, but I can't find the refund option. Please help me.
I have a perpetual license of Adobe Acrobat X and can use it on my old computer. I want to change to a new computer, but I can’t deactivate Adobe Acrobat X on the old computer, and therefore cannot reactivate on the new computer. Does anyone know if this will be possible or futile to try? I followed this advice to no avail:Similar to BenjaminWKI question: I followed the advice of Peru Bob to contact adobe support and request an "activation count reset", but the chat agent said We dont have access to activation counter, the servers have been decommisioned Please post your query in adobe community forum for latest help on this The article you are refereeing to is very old article , which no longer applicable
Dear,I'm looking for download links to old versions of Lightroom/Photoshop, respectively v13.5 and v25.2. When checking old version Adobe Creative cloud only suggest the Lightroom classic v12.5.2 for macOS BigSur. I'm running with a MacPro and Monterey. the v13.5 / v25.12 seems to be the last one compatible with my configuration. I tried different method to find an old version but Adobe do not list anymore all old version. Could I expect some support and a link where to download Lightroom Classic v13.5 and Photoshop v25.12?Thank you
So I've been trying for a couple days to install Lightroom and Lightroom Classic. I initially tried using Lightroom_Set-Up_787q.exe, then after that gave me the issues I'll describe in a moment, tried Lightroom_Classic_Set-Up_747q.exe.The issues here apply to both installers. This is on a Windows 11 machine with up to date patches on both Windows and all drivers. I tried running the installer, then it launches a Firefox tab to login to the account, and does that three times. Then it gives me a 206 error, saying "installer cannot download Lightroom Classic because Adobe's servers aren't reachable."If I try to login via the installer itself, it still ends up with the 206 error. So it isn't a problem with Firefox. After some research, I tried launching it with Administrator privileges. This time, it does the login via Firefox only once. But then it just has a spinning circle that goes on and on. I've let it go for over an hour with no change to anything. Now when I do it via run as adminis
Yesterday, my beta version was updated to 27.10 m 3610, and since then, every time I launch Creative Cloud, I get a message saying I need to update it, and then error 190 occurs.I've tried it on two different PCs, and the error is the same. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud, but the error persists. My system is a fully updated Windows 10, and I'm enrolled in the ESU. Aside from that, all my other subscribed applications launch correctly, including Creative Cloud.Edición Windows 10 ProVersión 22H2Instalado el 18/10/2024Compilación del sistema operativo 19045.7548 ...
I am unable to activate my Dreamweaver CS5 after re-installing it on the same computer where I have used it. The system is saying “Activation limit reached”, but I only have it on this computer.
Cordialement
I own a legitimately purchased, perpetual license for Adobe Creative Suite 5.When I tried to use CS5 on my new computer, I suddenly found that I had reached the activation limit. The reason is probably that some time ago I purchased another computer and activated CS5 on it. However, for technical reasons, I had to reset the computer and return it to the retailer. Unfortunately, I apparently forgot to deactivate CS5 before returning it.I therefore have no way of accessing that computer anymore or manually deactivating the CS5 installation. The problem is that one of my activations is effectively stuck on a device that is no longer in my possession.I initially contacted Adobe Support about this. After a chat and subsequent email correspondence, I was told that support for perpetual licenses such as CS5 has been discontinued and that activations can no longer be reset or deactivated remotely.I then explained my situation in detail again and explicitly asked for the case to be escalated to
Hello,I have a valid perpetual license for Adobe Creative Suite 6 (CS6), purchased legally.I am trying to install and activate it on my current workstation, but activation fails because the activation limit has been reached. Adobe Support confirmed that the serial number itself is valid and that the issue is the activation limit. The problem is that the previous activated computer(s) are no longer available for a simple Help → Deactivate procedure. The old installation still exists, but accessing it would require restoring old hardware, which is not currently practical.Adobe Support informed me that they no longer provide remote activation resets for legacy CS6 products and that the activated devices cannot be managed through my Adobe account.Has anyone encountered this situation with CS6? Is there any known way to release an old activation or restore the ability to activate a legitimately purchased CS6 license on a new computer?Thank you for any advice.
The Creative Cloud Desktop app takes too much space on my computer. Can apps be installed without install CC Desktop app?
