Hi I have been trying to sign in but it keeps showing this message.

After installing Acrobat 2017 pro the help drop down menu does not include "check for updates" .We are not sure if this means it is already updated all the way or if the update process is not available.The computers are Windows 7 Pro 32 bit with 4GB of ram.We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to help.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,

Hello everyone, I'm struggling to determine which licenses are in use. We have a number of licenses under different "Deploy-to-IDs", and there is no inidication as to what is in use, etc. Any direction would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Everyone! Sorry if this seems like a very basic question, but I'm very confused as to what is the difference between my account, plan, and license. Does acquiring a specific plan entitle you to a particular account/license? Here's the thing: I want to be able to use a feature that is only available for Business/Enterprise level accounts. According to my Account portal, my company is on an Adobe for Enterprise Plan. Now, I would have thought this meant I'm on an Enterprise License, but IT confirmed I'm actually on an Acrobat Pro License, and that upgrading to the "correct" license might raise the cost since the Enterprise Plan is just the type of relationship between Adobe and the company. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me understand the difference because I feel that would let me know if getting the company to enable this feature is possible at all.

We have students able to log in and use Adobe products installed within our network as part of the Enterprise licence.  They can use their college email addresses/passwords to log in to Creative Cloud outside of college but no apps are available.  I'm presuming the agreement only allows access within our organisation (I'm struggling to get the answers)One student in particular is trying to sign up for their own Creative Cloud and is trying to qualify for the student discount but receives this error when trying to qualify for the offer using their college email address... 'when using my college email the setup process indicates I already have an Creative Cloud account, and therefore cannot use the email address for the student discount' Any idea how they can get around this?

I got VIP LICENSE from a distributor, but adobe stock unlimited doesn't work I tried to talk to him, but he told me that it works.. and I've received an email told me that it can work for my team., But it notI think he scammed me.. or what?See attached fileSo tell me what yo do to make it works? Thank you   

On Monday (15/08/2022) when I went to open my Adobe XD to work, I realized that the license was expired, I asked the company I work for to adjust the license and the next day it was renewed. However, Creative Cloud could no longer sync with the files shared by my work team, always showing the file sync error. I have since contacted Adobe and 3 operators and 2 technicians have remotely accessed my computer and have not been able to resolve the issue. I was only informed that it was not a problem with the computer or Adobe XD, but with the license registration. I'm still unable to work for a week and no resolution to the case.

Hi! I go to school at a 3D school in Denmark and since they don't use Photoshop I'd like to buy a license and use it for myself. Problem is, the school wont let me download photoshop and use MY OWN license on their servers and computers in risk of Adobe suing the school. Is there any information online that I can read in on this? Is this really true? And maybe even more important - is there a way I can bypass this, and use the software I pay for at school? Sincerely,Antimo

 

Hello, I can't find the box that must be ticked to access older apps. This was not an issue few months ago. Can someone tell me if they still find it after upgrading Creative cloud app? Thank you

Symptom: You left a college (or maybe corporate domain - but this time it was a .edu) and disconnected Windows from their domain controller, and now CC tells you there was a problem when you go into any app and try to logout as your old username. The answer from Danny23767726ruxt was exactly my solution. Hi we have a lab we are building with new M1 iMacs on Monterey and  we don't have a mdm so we want to use the migration assistant with Time machine but we want to pre install all the creative cloud apps we plan to use.I'm worried we might be running into some crashing or errors with apps if we do this. It uses to be fine with carbon cloner in the past with the intel macs but now that won't work since it doesn't restore the system partition. has anyone tried this and ran into problems? As of right now my plans are just to put the installer on the desktop and install it after the time machine restore what time machine.  If it works fine with it preinstalled it would save us a lot of time.

Therefore, we badly need to clarify information if there are any country restrictions for Adobe products in use? Are those specialists allowed to use licenses in Poland, which were purchased locally in Ukraine through VIP program?Also, our company has branches in Poland, Bulgaria, Brazil... Should we purchase licenses separately in each country or in one of these countries?We find answers by ourselves, but information looks somewhat doubtful and questionable, that is why we decided to address you for advice. Hallo, ich hoffe mir kann jemand weiterhelfen. Ich habe ein aktives creative cloud Jahresabo vor ca. 4 Monten abegschlossen und bezahle dieses monatlich, nun zu mein Problem. Sobald ich Photoshop öffnen möchte öffnet sich ein Fenster in dem ich ein Abo oder eine Testphase beginnen kann. Das skurrile ist aber, dass wenn ich mich auf der creativecloud Seite Anmelde steht sogar auf  "Konto verwalten" dran welches Abo ich derzeit abgeschlossen habe. Versuche ich in den Kundenservice Chat zu kommen wird mir gesagt dass ich nicht berechtigt bin diese nutzung in anspruch zu nehmen??? Ging es schon mal Jemanden so oder hat Jemand einen Tipp? mfg Robyn

Hi Adobe team, I am a student at Peking University, and our university bought Adobe for us (we students receive an Adobe account and a serial number). However, I am exchanging to Belgium (Ghent University) this year (I am still a Peking university student), can I continue using Adobe at Ghent University?  I ask this because Ghent University give me a computer, so I want to install Adobe software on this computer. But I'm not sure if this constitutes a copyright issue. Could you give me an answer, please? I have users who leave our enterprise but later on want to get access to their assets. How long are those assets accessible? I believe I can re-provision the user with their same email and they get the same access.

So I uninstalled and tried to install again Creative Cloud because I first installed it in a wrong file directory, only thing is that when I tried to download the Creative Cloud setup from the official page (https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/?locale=en), my browser detected the file to be damaging to my computer. (screenshots down below). Very stranged, I uploaded the setup to VirusTotal and 5 antiviruses found a malware in it, but I'm aware sometimes it could be a false alarm, but still I wanna be sure and listen to your opinions. Is it safe to download it?   

I have students that are attempting to use the adobe software on our school Macs. When opening Illustrator or another app they are directed to sign into creative cloud. The first time they log in with the app majority of students are able to sign in without issue. The app asks them to create a school account and there are no more issues.  It appears that some of the students have previously created personal creative cloud accounts using their school email addresses. When they try to log into the apps they get the message "Sorry your account is not valid on this device. Please try again with school ID" When we try to create a new account it says there is already an account and signs them in using Google. Does anyone have a workaround or an Idea of what to do?

I am being asked if we know who all is in the "Everyone" team and if it is possible to create additional teams? The idea is that our Marketing Department would like to be able to share libraries to a team instead of granting individual access by person or the "Everyone" team that is currently available.
