Hi in the help says go to Account and Products, and appear 3 dots, so you could change the quantity of licenses but in my Admin Consolo these points don't appear. Anybody could help me.  

Hello. There was a problem with access to the admin console. An employee of our company who was an administrator quit and did not give anyone the administrator account. How can we restore access to the admin console?

Hi! I was part of a Teams license by my company which has been terminated, but as the person responsible for this somehow overlooked that I need the license, we have decided to create a completely new Teams license for me. In the meantime I set up a 7-day-trial with my own PayPal account, but the same work email.   The new Teams license has been created last week by me so I am the admin and I have canceled the 7-day-trial successfully, but I still get the notification in InDesign etc. that I am still in the trial period and that it expires in two days. When I look into my account I see the Adobe for Teams license though that is assigned to me, so I don't get it why I still get the notification...

I want to configure the offline activation using the Shared Device License. But I am unable to find it on the Admin Console. My user has system admin role access.Instead, I am only able to see the Self-service package and Managed package options as per the attached screenshot on the package tab. Please guide me: why can't I see the options for Named User License and Shared Device License according to the Adobe documentation: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/create-sdl-packages.html and How can I configure the Shared Device License?

In October last year, I created an Adobe account connected to my school account at Ivy Tech. However, now I want to cancel my subscription and I cannot do so because in Settings, it keeps telling me to contact my administrator when I was never assigned one to begin with. Due to this, as previously stated, I cannot cancel my subscription, with the attatched image displaying what I see whenever I go to my Overview page. Can anyone please help me cancel my subscription or at least tell me who to contact to do so?

Hello, I have a user that changed email addresses and after removing their entitlement to Acrobat, creating a new account with the updated email address, now I can't assign an entitlement for Acrobat to this new account. It shows the deletion and creation in my log but I've attempted several times to assign not only Acrobat, but any of our other entitlements to this account. I need to edit a PDF, but Acrobat is only opening as Reader, so the edit tools are not there.

I recently purchased a free trial of Adobe Creative cloud, but when I go to the manage plan page there is nowhere to change or cancel my plan as shown on the support page. I believe it is because my account is linked to my university. The image below shows what the page looks like where I should be able to manage my subscription. If anybody can help me figure out what to do that is much appreciated!

Hey Community, we switched from our Adobe Console to a Resellers VIP programm Console. Basically they created a new console where we added the users and asigned the licenses.What the unfortunately not told us is that all the data will not be migrated. We are using the cloud storage and mostly for Adobe Lightroom. What would be the best solution now for us? - step back from the new contract and reactivate the old console- migrate everything to the new console (from what we found out there is no way to migrate all Lightroom data including folder and library hierarchy automatically)- also the Rest of the data can only be migrated in manual processes for every userCan you confirm this? What would be a solution to avoid hours of manual work for us? Thanks for helpingSimon

Hello everyone, our companie renew the entreprise licence to creative cloud, but keep saying we are only can use Trial versions after log on. All the apps are installed, why now say trial version. I updated one working fine before, and after updated say it to renew the licence. Support can help please.

Hi, I'm trying to install Adobe Creative Cloud on a fresh Windows setup, but I'm stuck at the login screen. Here's the issue in detail: When I type into the email input box, everything seems fine. But as soon as I stop typing (or press Enter), the interface freezes. The “Continue” button becomes completely unresponsive — I can’t click it. There's no error, no loading icon — just stuck.   What I’ve tried so far: Running installer as administrator Re-downloading installer from the official site Disabling antivirus and firewall Logging into Adobe in browser first Changing my default browser (some say it affects the embedded login UI) Trying VPN None of these worked.   This seems like a frontend/JS crash inside the installer window. Any known workaround or alternative installer I can use?   My setup: Windows 10 / 11 No previous Adobe installs   Would really appreciate any help. Thanks!

We recently upgraded our Adobe Acrobat licenses to an Enterprise account and are trying to apply least privilege access.  The minimum role needed for a help desk member to manage users is "User Group Admin", but this group still allows its members to assign this role to other members.   This seems counter-intuitive to allow user managers to be able to delegate the same role to as many other people as they wish.  Shouldn't assigning role membership be limited to the System Admin role? Also, any possibility of allowing System Admins to create custom roles with granular permissions and the ability to turn off notifications for role changes? For reference see this document: Administrative roles

Hi,  Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, if not, please let me know.  I have a strange issue with the API endpoint https://usermanagement.adobe.io/v2/usermanagement/.  I wrote a small Java program that gets a token and calls the above endpoint to retrieve the users from our organization, running the program once is fine, but running it a second or third time I receive a 429 with a retry-after of over 30 mins. Calling the same endpoint from Postman directly after is fine. I can't imagine hitting API limits after only doing 2 calls (retrieve an authentication token and calling the usermanagement endpoint), so is there something else going on here? Happy to get some help! Sietse

for more then a year, a colleague of mine has major problems with her Adobe accounts.She has an Adobe pro account with her personal e-mailadress. On the same computer, she has an Acrobat Sign Solutions for Business account wich she shares with an other colleague (so one account with 2 login adresses). Making PDF's with Adobe pro takes very much time (1 -2h for like a 200pages document). Since a few days however, she can't make PDFs anymore. After selecting the folder where to save the PDF, a message pops up, stating that her account has not been renewed or has been desactived. However, this is not the case at all.When I sign in with her account on my pc, everything works fine. Is there anyone facing similar problems or does anyone might have a solution?besided switching accounts, we also already tried the solutions stated on these pages. Hello folks,We have an AEM Scheduler which executes some query and get the results. Usually we check the query which it going to form in real time and execute in queryPerfomance tool to understand which index it picks and if need be we reindex the custom properties. Basically we fine tune it before considering to execute from the Schedulers/Servlet/WFs.Offlate we observed a strange behviour where the query which executes from code takes almost 500s whereas the same exact query if we run in the queryPerformance tool it is just 2 ms, in the same instance and at the same time. Anyone know do we have different settings for the one which runs from the bundle/code and one which runs through queryPermance tool? <your-domain>/libs/granite/operations/content/diagnosistools/queryPerformance.htmlThanks,Mrudul@7650794

I need to access Illustrator. When I click to open Illustrator, edit an Illustrator file, or open Adobe Creative cloud, I got error messages telling me to reinstall the software. When I go to my system settings and select uninstall for Illustrator or the Adobe Cloud, the same message appears. I have tried re-downloading which is the only thing I can do successfully. When it downloads successfully, it automatically closes out the app and nothing happens afterwards. I have a time sensitive project and I've already spent my whole work day trying to troubleshoot this issue. I uploaded the error messages I received and to reinterate: the same 2 messages appear when I try to open any Adobe app, including the Adobe Creative Suite and I get the same message when I attempt to uninstall any Adobe app.
