Hi,I have been having issue installing Creative Cloud 64 bits with all the features / programs on a 64 bits Windows 10 Professional (1709 16299.431). My license model is Per Device. The CPPLauncher gave no problem and downloaded everything. I even tried to disable UAC but with no luck. Hi everyone,I am experiencing a very common issue, it seems: after being able to work without issues with the Creative Cloud suite, it turned into a Trial-only mode, although my subscription hasn't expired.Verification process:- check my subscription: done.- deconnecting, uninstalling CC, reinstallation from the website, reconnecting, update apps: no change- Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase :  no change- Troubleshooting FAQ: What should I do if I have a membership but my app is acting as if I have a trial? : no change- Limited access error in Creative Cloud for desktop app : no change- Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems : no change- Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications : the LimitedAccess Repair Tool didn't work, and I have access to secure sites; when trying Reset the hosts file manually, I couldn't as I have no hosts file. The only files in C:\Windows\System32\driver

I've got a newly built CC suite installer that has failed in two different VM's.  Could someone take a look at the PDApp.log and help me decipher what the cause is?I will post the file as a link or DM it to someone.Thanks

Can't seem to find any Adobe Rep to answer these questions about a new service offered to K-12 for students to have named-user licensing. Does anyone have experience or a suggestion with who to contact?How does the student login and Logout process work for publicly shared machines with named user accounts.Can accounts be transferred to different students each year or each semester? The announcement stated that students account could be transferred to new students after graduation but I couldn't tell if that was limited to students graduating or not.How tedious is assigning or transferring accounts to students. My IT department is not willing to do significant manual entry of student accounts for 500 use licenses.Do this "K–12 named-user licensing" accounts include any cloud space for students to use or does that require an individual account separate for this new program?Any other input would be fantastic as I don't know anyone familiar with this new service available to schools but I

I have created the package from our Adobe Portal (Sign in - Adobe ID)Inside of this package isThen in setup is APRO18.0\Adobe AcrobatI am creating my mst file using the customisation wizard, and saving it in the area above. The command I am using to install is msiexec /i "AcroPro.msi" TRANSFORMS="myMSTfilename.mst" /q. This returns this error on the appenforce.logWhen trying to install from an elevated command prompt, this is the error.Any help would be appreciated.ThanksMark

HeyI'm trying to locate where in the Adobe documentation I read about the limits on setting application preferences.  I seem to recall reading a section that specifically said when creating CC packages you cannot set or alter the preferences of individual applications.  I wanted to have this on hand for a meeting with one of our Instructors.  They continually ask for customization presets on CC apps.  We now use individual logins to our Windows lab pcs and this is proving difficult.Thanks

We have been using Adobe CC Subscription as a production company. We are happy with the simple but effective features of Premiere Team Projects however every month we have to cancel the annual subscription and re-subscribe to gain access to our Team Projects. We are from a country served by Digital River so every month we loose valuable days during this cancellation process. We have been dealing with this for 7-8 months now (since we started relying on team projects) and we lost about 15-20 days in total. So first of all I suggest do not start relying on team projects if you do not have to. Anyone with any suggestions regarding this issue (except making annual payment).. I am seeking your help to provide the needed informationregarding the use of Adobe Acrobat DC 2015 With REMOTEAPP server (Microsoft).We have already purchased number of licenses and can we have floating licensesand use FlexLM to manage the number of licenses?

We have Acrobat Pro DC as part of our subscription but are not sure how we can package it (with the 'subscription' box ticked rather than entering a licence key - we install using System Center Configuration Manager usually.

For DC products, the software IDs are identical for Acrobat Professional and Standard because they are delivered in a single installer, as described in the link below.  Has anyone successfully been able to differentiate between Standard & Professional in their software inventorying systems? We use Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager - the Display Name for both Standard and Professional both show as "Adobe Acrobat DC".  With previous versions, the Display Name would show as either "Adobe Acrobat XI Standard" or "Adobe Acrobat XI Professional" (for example).  Has anyone discovered any other fields that can be checked for differentiation?  We use software inventorying for costing, confirming our volume licence counts, etc.  And also for generating computer groups when the time comes to upgrade Standard & Pro to the next version.http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/identify.html#identifying-dc-installsThanks

Through a previous post, it appeared that Creative Cloud was offered under Azure platform, and subsequently a notice that Spark was offered under Creative Cloud.  Can someone clarify whether Spark is offered as feature on Azure?

Dear Adobe Community,We have an annual subscription to the full Creative Cloud products package, we originally had CC 2015 installed when we first bought it, which worked perfectly fine for every app and we had no problems at all.However now we have built a new Build File for the CC 2018 versions of the apps (including Photoshop and In-Design), they ask for a subscribed account to log in with. I have logged in with the account we use to manage our Teams and Packages, but it says that we don't have a subscription tied to it. This has happened with Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Illustrator CC 2018 so far, yet Adobe Acrobat Pro DC works perfectly fine.Can anyone offer any advice here? Or is it best that we attempt contacting whatever Adobe use for direct tech support? (Is there a direct email yet? When in the console I noticed a device license that was mistakenly deactivated. How do I activate it again?

I need to package the Photoshop CC 18.1.4 update in Creative Cloud Packager so I can push it to the computers in response to the Adobe Photoshop CC APSB18-17 security bulletin. But I don't see it in CC Packager. Is there some other way I'm supposed to get the patch? Thanks in advance.

Hello,remote update manager won't update the creative cloud app for windows. Is it intended, that we need a separate tool to update the CC-App? Are there any manuals describing how to automatically update it?Since users in out company don't have admin privileges, i'd like to do it with a tool such as the remote update manager - but RUM will update all other adobe applications, just not the creative cloud app...Thanks and regards,Tobias

HiI´m account administrator and I have many accounts to keep logged in to each computers and for internal security I do not send the password for the users .I´m do login into each computer and I  need with this login keep loged  for undetermined time, because after a time I do need makes a log in in to each computer with lost login again.Why does the adobe creative cloud client not keep the adobe cloud login for an undetermined time?Is there a setting to do this?ThanksCarlos Sao Paulo - Brazil

HYA,Our Company works on a Windows-Server-Terminalfarm (3 Servers an one Broker)I've installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on all three Servers.I'm wondering, if it's possible to use the installed Version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC also as a Reader Version for the Users who don't have a Teamlicense.Or do I have to install the Reader too? Am trying to install Adobe inDesign for a new person, they have been added as a member of the adobe team and license given to them. However when they download the software from the Adobe download page and try to install they get an error saying that the software is couterfit. have tried both the CC installation and the standalone InDesign but both give the same error. It is working fine for everyone else in the team.Any ideas?ThanksMatt
