We need an "User Administrator" role that can add / remove non-admin users to the organization, but cannot create other administrators. Right now, in order to CSV upload new users, you must the the all-power System Admin. "User Group Admin" can provision products but not new users, so there's a gap between "100% control" and "I just need to add / remove standard users" that the new role would fix. Better yet, just let us create custom, granulated, RBAC roles.

Hello, Is there a Registry key change or a feature I can turn off that will remove the "Sign In Required" when you launch the Pro DC after install? If so, what is the key or where can I make this change. Or will entering a licences key on install cause this not to appear. Right now I'm waiting for a license key and have been testing this with the trial version for our enterprise.

Ever since the update to the team subscription model, we've had a ton of issues with logins, app access, and file sync, leading to a ton of lost time (this writeup included.) - The login process is confusing and unintuitive, and doesn't function correctly most of the time (often unable to select correct account for app access, even after logging out everywhere and closing all browsers). - Login through Google doesn't work correctly if you have a personal Gmail that's not set up- it will default to the unused email and not give you an option to select a different account, instead locking you into to a new-account setup. Why even give me the option to log in with an account that doesn't do anything or have subscription access? - Logging in on account.adobe.com simply shows a "free plan" despite being part of a business plan with assigned license for CC All Apps. There is no option anywhere to switch to or show the fact that I'm part of a paid business plan. Users should be able to easily

I fully agree with the description in the post, if creating product profiles instead of using user groups the maintenance of all product profiles for a larger company will quickly become very messy.

A couple months ago, we had a bug that affected all of our user accounts, essentially removing all permissions from everyone. We managed to restore most of our services but now nobody on the team can access the adobe admin console anymore, I get the message to contact your administrator (which I am). I would open a support ticket, but I don't have permissions to log into my enterprise account to contact support. The VAR we are working with is unable to contact any of our adobe reps so that we can get support. We are now hitting a point where I need to log into the console to manage users.  Has anyone had this happen and knows how to fix it, or does anyone have a lead in how I can get in contact with enterprise support outside of the ticketing system?

Hello Team,I've observed that a "target global mbox extensible error" is being triggered, but only on certain pages, and notably, when those pages are fully loaded. As a result of this error, we are not seeing any Target delivery on those pages, and the associated Analytics metrics are not being triggered either. Upon investigation, it appears that this error is originating from Adobe Visitor API library. This could be contributing to the failure in both the Target delivery and the Analytics calls. Hello, I work at a university that previously didn't have an enterprise account, so for a few years I have been paying out of pocket for Adobe Acrobat using my .edu address. My school has now started to pay for us to have a Creative Cloud account so I no longer need to pay for the access connected to my .edu email used to create my Adobe account. How do I ensure that my credit card will not be charged this month for Adobe Acrobat access. I didn't see an option to remove my payment information now that the account is an enterprise account.

I encountered an issue while attempting to register for an exam through the Adobe Credential Management portal, specifically with the Webassessor service.Could you please give me some insight into the cause of this error and let me know the expected resolution time? Hello. I recently moved back to a previous school, which has paid for more, if not, every Adobe application. I would like to access these programs, although, my Adobe Enterprise account has not updated to the new school and is still with the school I moved from. I'm relatively sure this will update itself eventually like it did when I moved to another school, but I was hoping there would be a way to speed the process up? Thanks!

Error 195 occurs if the device that you're trying to install on does not meet the minimum system requirements. Before you deploy packages, do ensure that the target systems meet the minimum system requirements of the apps that you're trying to install.   You can review the system requirements for the latest Creative Cloud apps here: OS support for Creative Cloud apps.   Hope this helps. My company has recently swapped up our CC accounts from individual profiles to a teams profile. When we transferred we were told it would be a seamless transfer because it would still be the same account names - just under a new system. When this occured my Libraries did not transfer with my account. I use my creative cloud libraries for all my asset management and have 100 GB of data saved in it. I am wondering what options I have to get my libraries back. I tried to share the libraries from the old account and then copy them but all the links in my projects are broken (this is hundreds of links and not easily redone) and all the links for my past projects would need updating too. Is there anything I can do to get my libraries back and linking with my InDesign projects?

When users on our Shared Device Licenses request licenses for specific desktop applications from our Admin Console, we would like to have the following automation/response options added that are not currently in the Admin Console.  To grant an Adobe Express license, instead of a license to the desktop application the license they requested. Express is in a separate entitlement on our console. Currently, the options are binary: either we grant them what they request or we deny the request.Custom Deny responses. We would like to have the admin console provide the ability to customize the denial message it sends in response to requests for Creative Cloud licenses. Currently, we work around the lack of customization on those denial messages by sending bespoke email messages to the customer, explaining in more detail why we denied their request or what they can do instead of this process to request a license for their desired application. Hi! I am a student of UIUC, and our webstore offers the access for Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise Access for free. However, after ordering it this morning and then log-in and log-out again after two hours of waiting- I still don't have any access to any plans. I did the same thing after 8 hours, nothing changed. Hi,I'm trying to install a pack on a brand new computer, but can't seem to succeed. I've done it once in the past on other computers without any issues, so I'm a bit lost at what could go wrong. The computer has enough RAM (32Go), a new processor (12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700F 2.10 GHz), the recommended GPU (NVIDIA RTX A4000) and an up-to-date version of Windows (see attached screenshot). I used the same Ethernet cable as I did for the other computers in the past and I have no issues downloading other softwares online. I also disabled the live protection from Windows Defender, which is the only antivirus that is on the computer.No other softwares were running during the installation, including processes linked to Adobe or Creative Cloud.  I tried with an older Pack first, then created a brand new one today. I used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to clean everything, just to see if it would help. No matter if I try to use the setup.exe file or the MSI one,

I work for a state education organization on a grant funded project on the far west side of the state. The project is migrating back to the state department of education offices on the far eastern side of the state. This is a major project. I orginally held a project based adobe account but the office assistance for my organization was tasked with opening an organizational Adobe account for all employees (me included). In April I woke up to find my project account closed and had to go through a major headache with Adobe support to get access back to my individual project account and have those files moved to my new organization account. This was a problem from the get go, because the project was moving back to the state and the Project account needed to re-assignable to the new department of education administrator. State agency now has their own Adobe account and I need ADOBE to migrate these cloud files to the new State Department of Education account from my regional educational org

Since upgrading to Business, we are not able to share all the Creative Cloud Documents (especialliy Lightroom files) via Creative Cloud (folders and images) which are currently linked to one mail address. I would like for all colleagues to have the same access and rights to the Lightroom Files, so for us all to be equal collaborators with full access. So that means i want to share my storage with the other members of my team. how does that work?

I ran into a brick wall with the chat bot, so I'm coming here for some assistance. A couple of years ago, my company decided to pay for a subscription to XD for one of our vendor's staff members. I added our company card to her personal account and we were billed appropriately for the initial purchase and one renewal. In November of 2023, this user stopped working for us and her company added her account to their enterprise Adobe plan. I logged into her account and confirmed that my billing info wasn't present and her account was tied to their enterprise account. Currently the account has no plan and no billing info associated with it. However, I received a charge on my company card for another year of XD. I confirmed with the vendor that they definitely don't have my card on file and they didn't receive an invoice on that date. I need to find out why/where my card is still tied to an XD plan and cancel the plan/remove my card. Help?!  

It was found recently that some freelancers had been using their personal accounts on work PCs as well as bringing in their personal laptops. They were told to stop using the accounts at work but also told that their PCs needed to be formatted.  Is this correct? Wouldn't it suffice to simply logout of their personal accounts while at work?There are a bunch of people formatting their PCs as I type this...

I've been trying to get Adobe Ilustrate and Adobe Cloud on my Windows Laptop and when I try and open the installers, but none of them actually open, they just slighly load but never open. I've tried almost everything I can find but it hasn't yet worked.
