Since last week, when we login to https://adminconsole.adobe.com/, we get a message saying:MyCompanyName is being migrated to VIP Marketplace.  Your account manager has made a change to your Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP) membership. Your products, services, users and VIP number have not changed. You can access Admin Console as soon as migration is complete. This may take up to 24 hours.We can't login to the console to issue licenses or manage the users.  It is becomming a big problem for us.Can someone assist me or provide the appropriate phone number to call for support?

I need to install the Creative Cloud Desktop App from SCCM.This is the only thing I need to install, I do not need to package Apps to install when the installation happend.And I do not have access to the teams site. I am not the administrator of the software, so telling me to use the packager will not work since I cannot get the Packager. And since I am only trying to install the Desktop App, why would I have to go through the trouble of using the Creative Cloud Packager. This makes no sense.It was only two or three years ago that what I am trying to do was possible. So I am not sure what I was doing then is not working now.Can someone point me in the direction to do this? I can only find information that is telling me to use the Packager only online.

Noticed some of our users has adobe products like CC, Genuine Service, Air & photoshop.we are pretty sure that their user profile has no admin rights to install any software.Any idea how did they install it on their own.

I wanted to know if anyone is facing issues with their adobe analytics connection with PowerBI? Nothing has changed in my report but now my report is failing to refresh and having timing out errors. For example, 1 week it will refresh fine then I can't refresh my report for the next 2 weeks and has been very unstable. 

I can't use adobe, it says i am not the admin but i am. What is wrong with it?

I opened creative cloud on my desktop and I saw this:  When i clicked the update button, it loaded until this popped up I need to switch to a diffrent profile for work, but i cant get into creative cloud. I tried closing the app and starting it again, i tried canceling and trying again.... nothing works. I know I'm online. What can I do?

Hello, I need to know how to cancel my plan but I can't find anything that helps my situation.I have purchased a teams account, mistakenly i think, but i used my personal email that's already linked to my personal Adobe account. Now I can see my active plan on the business one and the billing on the personal one. I can't seem to manage my subscription in any of the two and I don't know what to do or where to go to find my answer.  When I ask the customer service it doesn't understand my questions or it doesn't respond. Please help, thank you!!

Sorry for the length, but I would appreciate some helpAfter having a single license, I purchased an additional license for an employee.Somehow it got to the point where in the email that was initially considered admin, I didn't see any files that I had before. (This is the email that I used regularly at first before purchasing the new license).On the other hand, in the new user that I added, I did see all the files. After using the chat, they told me that I could delete the new user and then decide that I would download all the files that were there, which is what I did.I received a link, downloaded several ZIP types, and then I got into trouble.I tried to upload them to the user that was considered admin. At first, it gave me errors and I was only able to upload the folder that was considered library.Then somehow I managed to upload the rest of the files in an area that I don't remember what it was.After doing that, I still don't see the files.And I can't log into the admin conso

Hi Team,I would like to modify the number of licenses under our Creative Cloud Pro Plus team plan from 5 to 3, as we are currently within the renewal window. Is there a way to change the user name after their account has been created? i dont see the options to do that under their user profile. I see the options to edit products, user groups, and admin rights. but i cant figure out how to change their name (or email). Their is no edit options for user details. if anyone can help me thank you

This is a huge pain point for users that have two seperate accounts - one that could be for them as employees and the other account they use for freelancing. Why does the user have to sign out of the creative cloud, to go into one, then log off and then submit their other login to get into the second?  Why can't you fix this issue once and for all? I have read many posts that the limitation of the cloud is the issue? Is that really the users problem? I strongly suggest this is resolved and soon!  I suggest anyone with this problem share this or give it a thumbs up for Adobe notices (or not) that this is needed asap! 

Account has proper licensing in Admin Portal (i'm an Administrator)  Following troubleshooting has been done: - Sign in/out- Uninstalled/Installed- Uninstalled/Ran Cleaner/Installed- Tried other product licenses (ie: Removing CC Pro, using Acrobat Reader Pro instead, works) Not sure what else can be done here Thank you

I can't log in to the admin console. The only way to get help is to talk to the assistant through the admin console. This creates an endless loop. Where can I find help from a real person, not a chatbot, to regain access based on the invoice for the purchased product? I also don't want to publish private data on public forums.

As final resort posting here. We have an enterprise account with our organisation, but the person that created this account and managed it, left the company. Our system admins closed down the email address, so we're kind of stuck and running into circles when it comes to support, this account is for school purposes and it seems that Academic Software (Belgium) is involved but they suggested to reach out to Adobe Support since they can't access the account either. This is going on for a month now and employees still cannot use Adobe software. Another issue we might be facing is that since this person is no longer with us, the mailbox associated to the contract owner no longer exists. There are no clear steps to be found on what we can do. Hoping to get useful answer here.Thanks for any feedback!

If you access the admin console, go to "Storage", "Individual user folders" and "Inactive users", you are not able to able to navigate through the folders there. The only thing you can do, is to go to the next page, which is very time consuming, in case you are searching for a specific folder and if there are a lot of pages.  Suggestion for this page: Add a search bar, where you can search for names of folders.Add something to increase the number of shown items at the bottom.  We dont really understand, why this is all possible in the "Active Users"-tab, right next to it, but not with the "Inactive Users"-tab.

Hello,    I have a client that is being billed for not only their subscriotions to Adob but for two other cleints as well.  This has been happening since March and I have yet been able to reach somebody to assist with getting the charges refunded to the one client and then rebilled to the proper client.  They have been over charged for the other two clinets licenses by $3,512.81 - I have been told that there is nothing that can be done by Adobe support.  I find this hard to beilive and if it is true very discouraging.  Tammy
