Hello, im working on flyer. Almost finished, had to go, so i saves on cloud, for first time , every time save to pc, as psd file. Today im trying to open from creative cloud project folder, file flyer.psdc, and photoshop is showing error"Couldn’t open “flayer.psdc” because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop."There was an update for photoshop, i did update it to today last version. I even run  creative cloud software as administrator, and run photoshop as administrator. I have a 3d file which i want to open but it is only supported by substance 3d viewer (now discontinued). what should I do?

What is the shortkey for hide/show guides now ? Before update it worked with command + H and now there's not even option at menu to show/hide guides.

After the recent update, I am constantly pestered with this error on startup. I have to manually reset my workspace from the menu for it to work and replace the default one.

Hola chicos tengo un problema con photoshop con la ultima  version ya actualizada, bueno me sale un error cuando intento exportar la imagen desde photoshop a ordenador y guardarla; me dice que esta guardada pero no aparece en ningun lado y ademas me dice que  la memoria virtual esta lleno pero no es verdad porque he revisado   y la memoria esta bien, cual podria ser el problema ? gracias  

Don't forget that we were told that paying a monthly subscription allowed us to access all updates and improvements without having to buy an upgrade.  Now they call updates "new" or "premium" tools not included in our subscription. AI is part of Photoshop, but not the part of Photoshop that we already pay for, and not an update or an upgrade. It is somehow a separate product accessed through Photoshop and integrated into Photoshop. Want unlimited AI? Subscribe to Firefly for an additional monthly fee, and then you get unlimited access to everything... except for the stuff you have to pay even more for of course... you know... the premium premium stuff...

Using either quick keys or menu selection to resize an image just activates the hand tool. No size settings window appears or anything - just switches to the hand tool and the little square cursor. Plugged my keyboard in, blew off my mouse, and restarted my machine (and programs). Same thing. Anyone have any ideas what's going on? Basically can't do my work right now 🤦‍♂

Bug summary:Turning on HDR mode in Windows causes the Photoshop canvas display area to become unstable editing HDR (32-bit) files whenever the cursor moves into the main canvas area.Details:I have been using Photoshop on my system for a long while without any problem. I just upgraded to an HDR monitor, so turned on Windows HDR mode.If I open a 16-bit (non HDR) image file, everything is fine.If I open a 32-bit HDR image file then each time I move the cursor within the main canvas area the entire screen goes black, flashes a few times, and after not moving the mouse for 2-3 seconds restores to the proper appearance. Each time I move the mouse, this repeats until I move the mouse out of the main canvas area when everything is OK again.While my screen is flashing, my monitor displays a Dolby Vision popup on the bottom right that I otherwise only see when the monitor is switching into HDR mode. This makes me think that the instability may be related to the display moving out of and into HDR

I have updated my computer with Windows 10 and installed CS5 to windows 11. Now it shows that CS5 must be re-activated because there is an existing activation on another computer.

In Photoshop, when I click on an element in my creation, it selects that element's layer. Previously, simply pressing "Enter" on the keyboard deselected that layer, but I can't find that setting. Since the update of Photoshop 2026, the zoom isn't working as it used to in the previous version of Photoshop. I'm using a Logitech MX Master 3S mouse on a Mac. I use the thumb wheel for zooming and since the update, it makes a centered zoom instead of following the cursor position, and zoom at the place where it's positionned. I had a screen sharing session with a technician and everything seemed okay in my PS settings and in the Logitech App, so it's probably an issue that needs an update. He suggested to fill out this form to signal the issue.

I can't use generative AI with my Photoshop v26.11 today. Every time when I try to generate or remove something, it keeps saying 'We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request at this time. Please try again later'. My collegue's Photoshop has had the same problem. Anyone knows what has caused such issue? It's not the first time but usually it would be back to narmal in less than an hour. But not this time, it hasn't worked for more than six hours already. Pretty frustrating...

 Hi everyone,I’m having a recurring issue with Photoshop’s Generative Fill when using the Gemini 2.5 (Nano Banana) model.Every time I apply a generative fill on a selected area — even for very small changes (like color adjustments or replacing a detail) — Photoshop creates a new generated layer that is slightly misaligned, either scaled differently or shifted by a few pixels, so the generated content doesn’t match the original position.You can see it clearly in the screenshot:– the mask is correct– the selection is correct– but the generated result appears on a layer that is not aligned with the original image– this makes the output unusable, especially for precise workI’ve tested:– different files– different resolutions– different GPU/CPU settings– stable vs beta versions– resetting preferencesThe issue persists only with Nano Banana, not with the other models.Is this a known bug?Is there a workaround to force the generated layer to match the exact scale and position of the selected a

Photoshop is driving me mad.It does not open its own PSD files.Please see attachment.In order to open PSD files on my computer I have to open them on the on-line "photoshop-like" software "Photopea", then save the file from there on PSD and open it.Problem is, as soon as I save it again on my computer, I CAN NOT OPEN the PSD file again !!!So I'm forced to re-do that process through Photopea again, and again, and again....I've tried saving the PSD file with nothing visible, and it still does the same problem.I'm using the latest version of Photoshop, I'm on a CreativeCloud subscription, Mac OS.Anyone knows how to fix this ? Please help !

Since updating to OSX Tahoe 26.1, Photoshop 2026 is completely unusable.  It doesn't just crash, it shuts down the computer completely.  I've had it happen repeatedly while creating a clipping path, retouching using the clone stamp etc. The system just completely shuts down. I've had to go through the extensive process of reinstalling OSX 15.7.1 to get my work done! 

HI Photoshop team, I have v 26.10,  a new update is available 26.11.2 ,  does it include any bug fix ? I know there's v27.1 but seems to have not fix any bug, neither performance, is it the case ? thanks

Здраствуйте, помогите пожалуйста решить проблему в Photoshop 2025. Данная проблема не физическая, отключила клавиатуру и прочее. У меня графический экран с отдельной панелью с кнопками. Вобще когда я создаю в PS новый слой, и например хочу нанести на слой режим, то словно у меня зажата кнопка AltGr но не физически а виртуально. Словно программа словила баг и теперь виртуально жмет данную кнопку. Как быть я незнаю. ЗПри нажатии на режим, появляется быстро AltGr иззачего момент поймать заскринить не могу. Тоесть у меня зажат бесконечто эта кнопка. Я отключала клавиатуру и прочее. Не помогло, есть ли вероятность что проблема с программе а не в Windows 10? Просто изза этой мелкой проблемы не могу продолжить обучение, а сроки горят. @Aleke прошу помочь мне с данной проблемой.
