Think of it like this, I want to KEEP this shape of the stroke but I want to make it smaller and not so big. I can't use ANYTHING in the properties stroke settings. But think of me just shrinking it while maintaining the shape how do I do it, the "walking" text image is my attempt and the others is what I want it to look like.
Existe um bug na exportação do vídeo com legenda. Ao por pra exportar um video que foi legendado e possui legenda ativa na timeline, o sistema simplesmente desativa a opção de legenda na hora de gerar o video final. Isso é inaceital e gera muitos atrasos no processo de edição.[Moved to Adobe Premiere by a moderator]
Zooming the timeline (in or out) with the scroll wheel (by holding the option key) jumps to a maximum zoom. If I scroll VERY slowly, I can increment out in an expected way. Premiere 2025, but have had this problem on previous versions. No such issue in any other applications (e.g., After Effects). Mac 14.6. Mouse is a Logitech MX Master 3S. Any ideas behind this? I want to reiterate that no other product of mine (including Adobe products) has this same issue. The attached video shows the bug in action.
Does anyone else have this issue:Adobe recently added new effects to Premiere Pro, including the “Wiggle” effect which is pretty handy when trying to make anything look like it’s floating. The big issue is that as soon as you have more than 10 instances of the Wiggle effect in your sessionit slows down the session timeline manipulation becomes laggy and almost impossible to work with unless you turn down the Playback Resolution to ¼ or more MOST OF ALL: Renders explode, taking up to 3hrs instead of a couple minutes !! The attached screen shot is from a session where I have a total of 40 instances of the effect. The example image has 4 instances, and there are multiple of those shots in the session. I’m not a developper but I’m wondering how a “simple” transformation effect can have such a huge impact on processing and render time.Maybe I should just do this kind of work in AE entirely?
I've been noticing several issues since upgrading to the latest mac OS, Tahoe 26.0. Aside from general bugs (timeline unresponsive to hitting spacebar/play, shutting down unexpectedly, general lagging), the biggest issue is I am unable to export my timeline. Both the keyboard shortcut, File > Export > Media, and the selecting Export option at the top of the program screen do not bring me to the Export menu. It only works when selecting File > Export > Send to Adobe Media Encoder.
HI there, I am receiving the error message ‘premier pro requires access to the following folders documents’; it directs me to the system settings. However, there I can see that they already have full access to the disk. There is no option to chose the folder ‘documents’. I already uninstalled and installed Premier multiple times, as well as all the Adobe apps and creative cloud and installed them back again. But it did not solve the issue. Thanks
Trying the new Text-Based Editing in 23.4. However, it does not appear to be working correctly... or at all. I have a clip on sequence that has been automatically transcribed. I can go to the "Transcript" window, and highlight text. I can right-click on the text and all options appear - Cut, Delete (Ripple), Delete, etc. When I choose "Cut", for example, the text does not cut in the "Transcript" window and no cut is made in the sequence. Same issue if I load the clip in the "Source" panel. I can hightlight the text, right-click to show the "insert" and "overwrite" options, but neither function inserts the clip into the timeline.
Program and source monitor keep going black, exporting is being struck in the middle, can anybody please hep
Hi Adobe Friends! I have run into a bit of a snafu when importing some clips into Premiere a few days ago and could really use some ideas on what may be happening.I am importing footage filmed on a Black Magic camera, which creates .braw files. Typically when I bring these files into Premiere I am easily able to go into the Source Settings of any given file and select “Apply LUT” to show the clip as it is intended to be color graded from [IMAGE 1]...However, the last couple of files have lacked this option [IMAGE 2]…The camera’s settings were not drastically changed in between the takes that retain and lack this option, and the files themselves show no major change in the file manager [IMAGE 3]…LEFT File Retains LUT Option, RIGHT Lacks LUT OptionThe only small difference I was able to observe between two files to represent the issue is in the “Attributes” segment, with the file retaining the “Apply LUT” option reading RA while the other reads just A, but I am unsure if this applies to
If i do a clean install of Windows 11 24H2 i cannot playback mp4 files with 5.1 audio. Microsoft writes "Beginning with Windows 11, version 24H2, the AC-3 codec is no longer included with Windows." and no solution is available such as "Buy the AC3 codec in MS Store now!!". To reporduce: 1. Do a clean install of Windows 11 2. Install Premiere Pro 3. Import a mp4 file with 5.1 audio. Result: The file will be imported as video-only. Expected result: That the file imports as Video/Audio and that i can playback the file and hear the 5.1 audio. Additional info: If you have upgraded from a prior version of Windows 11 to 24H2 the AC3 codec is included, so doing a clean install of Win 11 24H2 is vital to reproduce this. I have a HP Z4 G5 workstation and none of the audio drivers for this machine do contain any AC3 codec that Premiere Pro can use. Any solution from Adobe? Hi everyone!I’m a Product Manager on the Premiere team working specifically on improving the Variable Frame Rate (VFR) editing experience. We know VFR footage can introduce issues in real-world workflows, such as sync drift, stuttering playback, unexpected frame duplication, audio misalignment, export mismatches, and other inconsistencies. We’re actively exploring ways to make editing VFR footage in Premiere more predictable and robust, and we need real project files that have caused problems. If you’ve run into VFR-related issues, I’d greatly appreciate your help. What we’re looking for Please PM me with: A link to the project file and media (Dropbox, Frame.io, or similar works well) A clear description of the issue Reproducible steps if possible (what you did, what you expected, what happened instead) Your hardware specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version) Premiere Pro version Common VFR Sources We’re Investigating Phone footage (iPhone, Android, Samsung, Pixel, etc.) Screen recordi
This is fairly simple; in 26.3.2 (Build 2) Premiere has departed from a classic default behavior of the Select tool when hovering over a cut-- it goes to Side Trim mode! It should always default to Center Roll, and allow editors to decide whether to extend a cut (Center Roll) or affect synch with a Side Trim.I find I have to depress the Command key to get Center Roll, and it’s an annoying extra step that shouldn't be there. This one is worth fixing ASAP!Best as always,Loren
I’m on version 25.6.6. I won’t need assistance with this because this version is problematic enough after updating that I’m reverting back to version 2024. I still wanted to mention that after updating to this version, it now seems to include this AI driven media intelligence analysis, which I didn’t know was a thing until I opened the progress window and saw it running. When I went into preferences to find a way to disable it, it was already turned off, so I’m not sure why it ran. Mentioning because if it’s disabled, it shouldn’t be running anyway. Thanks!
Hi all,I’m sure this is probably schoolboy error stuff but i cannot get my head around it. An already graded clip but I want to raise the colour in a certain area. Use the mask tool but everywhere outside the mask goes back to its original log colour. I tried duplicating the clip but got the same result. Can anyone help me out on this? Thank you.
In the text tool correcting text of a transcription doesn’t function anymore. I can correct text after hitting enter or clicking on the pencil, but afterwards it reverts to the original text. See the screen recording here: screen rec transcript correction bug my specs: PP 26.2.2 | MacStudio M2
Hi, I’m having trouble using Automation Blocks, it’s my first time trying it and I have several hours of multi cam footage synced up into separate sequences that I want to pull into 1 master assembly sequence using the automation.I’m trying to first test the script on a basic 9 row CSV with 3 columns (no headings)Column A - Sequence names (matching project)Column B - timecode in (hh:mm:ss:ff)Column C - timecode outI have linked the CSV in the console, but it seems to be having trouble with the end blocks timecode converting as I get this errorexecute script destructor final end point 'main script' reached execution result:"cannot convert to time value: undefined (line 6)" Any help on what I’m doing wrong would really be appreciated, I couldn’t find an existing template in the Community GDrive but if there is please let me know. Thanks!
Hi as you can see there is no A1 audio file open I know this video has audio on it. I thiink it may be a casthat the file may be goingform my computer into the Premier Pro, but for some reason the audio is not going into premier pro on the video
I´ve read all the questions regarding this matter and tried them all to no avail. After I don´t know which update, my text based editing stopped working. I have auto select in-out enabled, it´s text based editing, toggle sync lock is set to normal, the audio track is highlighted and I´ve tried everything I could but I still can´t delete, ripple delete, etc. when text-based editing. I´m on Premiere 25.2.3 due to work but it should be working normally. I´ll add screenshots. As oyu can see, even though it´s only audio (it had graphics before which I removed just in case), it´s still not working, neither the keyboard "delete" shortcut nor the right click - delete. Any ideas would help a LOT. Thanks!
Holy shit, Gemini has been dumb in trying to work this out -There has to be a simple way to create a new project from all files, timeline, markers, etc. from a section of another project. This is becoming my Waterloo and I am nigh for Elba. How the heck do you take a project from 45:00:45 to 59:20:24 and say I want everything within this section to be a new project without having to manually select/delete surrounding sections? This must be an easy play that I am too dumb to figure out. If not, then Adobe, this seems to be a complete and utter failing on your part. There must be tons of people who are creating new projects with the information of a previous project. It seems that this would be one of the more necessary features for anyone working in video podcasts/tv/etc. Inform. A frustrated Rob
Does anyone have any information on this error code? I'm trying to figure out whats going on so I can upload my video but have found nothing on it.
I’m coming back to this issue as having experienced this myself it does need absolute clarity.Although the Adobe help page gets you 95% of the way there it is not crystal clear which path to use.https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/premiere/desktop/correct-color/add-color-effects/add-look-up-tables.html Im my case I had a list of Log to Rec 709 LUTs to add on a relatively new PC install. If you use the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\LUTs path you have to create the Technical and Creative directories yourself. In my case only Input and Output Folders existed which Premiere install must have created. It does not appear to create the Technical and Creative subdirectories ready to use. A bit of a strange one.Pasting my Log to Rec LUTs in the Technical and Creative sub directories still did not show up in the drop down lists in Lumetri management. Only the default Premiere lists were still displayed. This is despite notes on this topic stating that they will be available to the L
Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with Warp Stabilizer in Premiere Pro and hoping someone has found a reliable workaround. The ProblemWhen I apply Warp Stabilizer to progressive footage placed in an interlaced timeline, it introduces severe jitter that makes the footage unusable. The stabilization works fine when I use a progressive timeline, but my workflow requires an interlaced timeline for final delivery.Current Workaround (Too Cumbersome)Right now, I have to:Create a separate progressive timelineApply Warp Stabilizer thereExport the stabilized footageRe-import it into my interlaced timeline This workflow is extremely time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple clips that need stabilization. What I've TriedDifferent Warp Stabilizer settings (method, smoothness, etc.)Various export codecs for the workaroundAdjusting field order settingsSystem InfoAdobe Premiere Pro 25.3.0Progressive source footage (usually 50p 1080p/4K)Interlaced timeline required for bro
I just updated to 25.6.6 and now when I drag clips around on the timeline, they don’t visually move until I let go.Resetting preferences and/or clearing out temp files didn’t work. I’ve seen many threads where someone had the same issue but they’re all locked, and the solution was to delete nested clips or audio.Nothing is nested in my project and never was. It’s a simple 5-min project with three files, the same project I’ve been using for something for a few years. I was just working with it earlier this week. Now it’s doing this after updating.I was still on version 2024 because Premiere is the only app I use where every update either removes or breaks something in my workflow, and I end up having to revert. I’d rather not have to do that this time because for the first time, this update actually runs faster than the version I was on. Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks!EDITED: I restarted my computer, then reset app preferences and this time, it seems to have worked. Now the pl
In this new version of Premiere, it appears that using the ripple edit tool causes everything around the split to slide in real time. I don't like this because it makes it tough to keep a sense of how much you've cut so far. Using the playhead as a reference is, like, the only way now to set a cropping goal.At the very least, if others do like this new form of operation, make it something optional I can switch back to in settings. I checked "Timeline," "General," "Control Surface," "Playback," and "Trim," and I can't find an option to change this back to the old way.Has anyone else noticed this, or found a way to change it back?
