Hello,Is it possible to download Premiere Pro 24.x for Apple Silicon Macs?Currently, only Premiere Pro 25.x appears under the “Previous Versions” section in Creative Cloud. I specifically need version 24.x for compatibility reasons.My setup: Mac mini M3 (Apple Silicon) Creative Cloud subscription active I already checked:Creative Cloud → Apps → Premiere Pro → Other VersionsHowever, the oldest version available is 25.x.Is it possible to get an official offline/direct installer for Premiere Pro 24.x compatible with Apple Silicon Macs?Thank you.

Hey folks: macOS 15.7.3M4 MaxPremiere Pro v26.0.1 (and all of v25.x versions) In Premiere Pro, the Essential Graphics panel shows the thumbnails of all of my mogrts, either present in “Local Templates → Local Templates Folder” or in “Libraries →My Library” or “Stock Templates”. I can select a mogrt and place it on my timeline with no issue. However, typing *any* terms in the search bar yield “no matching search results”. Workarounds tried:Searching for an exact mogrt namesor even just a letter or two - no matching results. Any combination of toggling Local Templates/Libraries on/off. Deleting all media cache(s), including recently used and all (requiring restart). Restarting Premeire Pro with SHIFT key down, and checking all of the boxes (clear media cache, reset app prefs, 3rd party plugin cache, one time disable, etc.) The “half” trick: Starting Premiere Pro with half of the mogrts removed form the Motion Graphics Templates folder, restaring Premiere Pro, then searching. I’m not totally sure what the new masking function is supposed to do, but I know it is clunky for what it used to do. Again, I’m sure it has some kind of use, but this isn’t it. Please make sure when you R&D that you are not causing confusion and need to make workarounds when you deploy new things. 

Good afternoon,I'm experiencing an issue after our IT department recently upgraded my system to Windows 11 Enterprise:Version: 10.0.26100, Build 26100 (24H2)System: Dell Precision 3660, Intel Core i7-12700K (12th Gen, 3600 MHz, 12 Cores), 64 GB RAM Initially, I was unable to play back any MTS (AVCHD) files in either Premiere Pro or Windows Media Player. IT installed the necessary codecs, and I can now play the files with both audio and video in Windows Media Player as well as Premiere Pro 2024. However, Premiere Pro 2025 still plays these files without audio. I’ve reviewed several forums and tried various troubleshooting steps, but nothing has resolved the issue so far. I understand this may be a legacy codec issue or a deprecation of support in newer versions, but I’d prefer not to keep Premiere Pro 2024 installed indefinitely or transcode all existing MTS files to MP4. I do have a new camera on order, so this is primarily about maintaining access to older footage.&nbsp

Was using the Review Panel and the Frame.io panel in Premiere for the first time (23.5.0). I could access my Frame.io account no problem directly from Premiere. All the files and folder structures appeared to be in order. However, when I logged into my existing account in the browser I realized it wasn't linked to my Adobe ID, so my space was capped at 2GB. I created the account before the Adobe aquisition, and haven't used it in almost 3 years. As far as I could tell the only way to fix the issue was to reassign my old account to a new password, and create a new Frame.io account using my primary email that is linked to my Adobe ID. I did that with no issues. However, now I get an error in the Frame.io panel in Premiere that reads: ErrorSomething went wrong while loading the data. Please reload the extension and try again. When I click 'Ok' the loading circle spins and never stops. Nothing happens. It just spins forever. I've restarted Premiere. I've restarted my computer. I'

Sudden and persistent 30–40 second delay when clicking "Track Style" in the captions panel and interacting with Appearance controls (Fill, Stroke, Background) in Premiere Pro 26.2.2. The rest of the software works fine. Problem appeared out of nowhere with no intentional changes made. Reinstalling, resetting preferences, clearing media cache, and deleting the GudeLivetype folder under CoreSync/plugins/livetype all helped but didn't fully resolve it. Essential Graphics folder is empty, no custom styles saved, only the 10 native Captions and Subtitles templates remaining. Delay persists even on small projects with just a few captions. Anyone experienced this after a recent CC update?HELP!!!!😀

I’m having a very frustrating issue where every time I open a project, the progress panel in Adobe Premiere Pro starts “relinking media” and “generating audio,” which takes many hours to complete and severely slows down my editing process.I’m currently using version 26.0.2 and working on a large project with a lot of footage. I’m working from a 14TB external USB-C drive. I’ve already cleared the cache that was linked to the external drive and reassigned it to my computer’s internal drive.I need help solving this problem. I am trying to use After Effects to create a transition between two clips in my Premiere sequence. There is some time between the two clips where I’ll have a brief title on screen. I selected the two clips in Premiere and clicked Replace with After Effects Composition. In the After Effects comp, I had to adjust the timing of the clips to accommodate the transition. Now, when I go back to Premiere, the audio is out of sync (even though I selected both audio and video when I created the dynamic link). How do I keep the audio in Premiere lined up with the video track in After Effects?

OS: WindowsThe manifest for a Premeire Pro UXP plugin has the following host info"host": {    "app": "premierepro",    "minVersion": "26.2.2"  }, Premiere Pro v26.2.2 (Build 3) is installed on the system. The Adobe Creative Cloud  is at v 6.9.1.1.The Unified Plugin Installer Agent Tool is version 8.5.0.13The plugin fails to install with error code -411 which is documented as - “Compatible Creative Cloud app not found” and description is - “The Creative Cloud app version isn't compatible.Ensure you have installed a compatible version of the Creative Cloud app, and then install the plugin again.”The Premeire Pro version seems compatible. I tried using Admin privileges as well. Install fails with same error. How to resolve this issue?

I have Adobe Program files on my “C” drive. When I edit, I keep all assets/ media cache etc. on the same drive I am editing to which is “F”.  Whenever I export, Premiere wants to send the MP 4 files to a “Documents” file on my “D” Drive.  Surely there has to be a way to have these “Documents” stay within the project drive? I’ve changed everything I can find to be “Same as Project”, what am I missing?  Thanks in advance.

In Premiere Pro 25.1.0 I am not able to select the GPU for rendering.  I have worked through the solution in the pinned FAQ and this post which is referenced in several other posts with the same problem.  I have another computer with the same model GPU that is working. My System:Brand new install, just built.CPU - Intel Core Ultra 9 285KGPU - Intel Arc A770OS - Windows 11 Pro What I've Tried (not necessarily in order): Reinstall Premiere and Media Encoder. Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool on Premiere and Media Encoder. Used GPUSniffer (it sees the GPU). Clean reinstall of the GPU drivers. Set Windows graphics settings to use the GPU for Premiere. I'm not sure what to try next.  Thanks.

After a day of editing, and returning the next morning, my Animation keyframes are slowly drifting into the next Keyframe, instead of jumping in a fast movement like I need them to. I even have footage where I have the correct working Keyframes, and if I simply redo them, they no longer work, and instead do that slow drift towards the next keyframe. I’m losing my mind. It’s NOT the Bezier. If you know what’s going on,  please help me. Thanks.

I have used the same camera with the same files, with the same effects for the last 5 years. Every time you give a major update the render time takes longer to render the exact same files! Do you collude with the computer manufactures to make hardware upgrades neccessary? I have upgraded my computer and GPU multiple times and it still takes longer to render. A 18-20 min 4k video took roughly 11-13 min to render in 2021. Now it takes 21 minutes. This with a powerfull modern computer and GPU. Why does Media Encoder hang up at the end of every video, even after at least 3 MAJOR upgrades???? 

audio clip messed up, play backs to beginning of clip and mixes up audio. Audio sounds fine when listened to in media player but messes up in the same spots when imported in premiere pro. I updated my drivers two days ago (NVIDIA 596.49-I don’t think that’s the issue), the audio seems like it’s fully rewritten. When I try to import into a different project it’s still messed up in the exact same places.

I'm editing many VOB files from different DVDs in the same project.  Files from one DVD have the same files name as files from other DVDs, but placed in separate directories.  Not only does Premiere get completely confused when previewing the videos (playing video from a completely different sequence than the one selected with the play head), but it replaces the incorrect audio from wrong files when rendering... or drops the audio for certain VOB files entirely.The only way to get Premiere to correctly reference the correct file placed on any sequence timeline is to pre-process all of my VOB files with Mpeg Streamclip, saving one large uniquely named VOB file per DVD, and importing that file into Premiere.How is it possible that Premiere cannot handle files that have the same name?  This is beyond amateur.... For some reason when opening up Premiere my GPU sniffer instantly crashses., This did not happen yesteday (5/6/2026) and I cant find a single update that occured that would have crashed this, i made no changes. Im on the latest version of premiere My GPU is a AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT I’ve treid unistalling, and most of the troubleshooting steps that have been online. I can’t figure it out 

I have made several Team Projects for my employees to work on several different projects. However, whenever I try to invite my employees, Premiere is no longer sending the invitation. It does not even show the dialog box for invitation email progress.  They can send me an invite to projects they create, but I am unable to send them an invite on projects I create

anyone know how to get this project open? It’s a large project. There are some answers from 8 years ago. I’ve tried a few things I've seen in the community. New project import, installing an older version these didn’t work. Using 26.2.2

I’m using Premiere Pro 26.0.2 and I’m running into a workflow issue with the Project panel.In previous versions, when I clicked or opened a bin (folder), it would open in a separate panel/tab, allowing me to have multiple bins open at once (for example: 24fps footage, 60fps footage, audio, titles, etc.).Now, when I click a bin, it replaces the current view in the same Project panel and shows a back arrow at the top. I can no longer have multiple bins open simultaneously in separate panels the way I used to.Also, when I right-click a bin, there is no “Open in New Panel” option available.This is a major workflow slowdown for organizing and accessing multiple bins at once.Any help would be appreciated.

Detached panels or secondary workspaces can behave like proper fullscreen windows with native maximize/fullscreen controls. This makes it possible to use one monitor entirely for the timeline and another for preview/program monitors in a seamless professional editing setup.However, on Windows, detached Premiere panels behave like floating utility windows instead of proper independent application windows. These floating panels do not provide standard maximize/fullscreen behavior like regular Windows applications.For example:The Timeline panel on a second monitor cannot truly maximize fullscreen Floating panels lack native Windows maximize controls Panels behave like tool windows rather than independent workspace windows Windows snapping/fullscreen behavior is inconsistent

Premiere 26.2.2 freezing in the middle of production.  It freezes when saving, scrubbing timeline, and just simple tasks.  I have not had a problem with Premiere on my current system for over a year untill now.  I need a solution, please.Alienware X17 R2 with 4T HD, 128 RAM, NVIDIA RTX4080, Intel I9 processor.Running with power not battery.
