I have a Logitech MX Master mouse that I use on a Windows 11 computer.I'm having an issue with Premiere where a panel installed by Logitech’s mouse software keeps appearing in every project I open. If I close it, it reappears after a short time.I’ve try every suggestionssolve this problem, but non of them work for me.It's extremely annoying and gets in the way of Premiere's functions.Any tips?

I have some footage shot with a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (phone) that I’d accidentally set to record in Rec.2020 rather than Rec.709. I’m not making a feature film or anything over here, so I figured I’d just slap on a LUT, adjust the lighting and call it a day.  Easy workflow. Samsung conveniently released a LUT just for the purpose of conforming their Rec.2020 footage to Rec.709.  However, it looks absolutely awful in Premiere 26.  (Applied using Lumetri Color with zero other adjustments.) I thought maybe it was the wrong LUT for the source footage. But when applied to the same footage in AE 26 and Resolve 20, it’s correct.  (And by that I mean it roughly matches what I remember seeing with my own eyes, and what’s on my monitor broadly matches the playback on the phone’s screen.  My monitor is calibrated, incidentally.)  My question is:  What am I doing wrong here? All projects in those 3 apps are set to a Rec.709 color space.  No adjustments/corrections were made to the footage othe

Hi,I'm unable to use AMD gpu in premier pro, though I have selected OpenCL and hardware encoding yet the video playback(at 1/8 for 1080p) lags like hell and exporting also takes lot of time, when I check in the task manager the gpu utilization is at 0% and max at 1%.Does anyone know how to fix the issue.Thank you Details:-Premiere Pro V14 (2020)Pc- Ideapad 50015ISKOS-Windows11 21H2Ram-16gbStorage- SSD 500gbProcessor- Intel i7 6th genGPU-AMD R7 M360 4gb

I have footage shot across 2 phones and a GoPro.When going abroad, the filenames save according to local time, but the ‘Creation Date’ saves according to my home’s time (London, BST). For example: filming at 14:32 in Germany creates a file called “20260501_143236.mp4” with the creation date 01/05/2026 13:32 🙃 … This, however, does not happen with the GoPro, which saves the files according to local time (in this example, 14:32)So the goal is: I want to change all the ‘Created/Capture’ times from phone media by 1 hour, so I can sort and filter everything chronologically in Premiere.I cannot sort/filter by filename, because GoPros save with a different naming convention unrelated to DDMMYYYY_HHMMSSI tried using Adobe Bridge to shift the Date Created by 1 hour. It then looks correct (the Date Created matches the filename) in Bridge, but this then not updated in Premiere Pro: In PP I have Offline/Re-linked the media, I completely deleted from Project and re-imported, and of course restarte

This is probably an elementary question, apologies because I can't seem to find an answer.I want to create a rectangle and resize its proportions. I can resize it while keeping the default proportion, but there doesn't seem to be a way to draw a rectangle of the length and width I want while keeping square corners, besides tediously dragging each point and eyeballing the straight lines. Am I missing something?

지금까지 잘만 되던 텍스트 받아쓰기 기능이 갑자기 안됩니다.활성 모니터 받아쓰기 체크도 키고 꺼보고,그 옆에 있는 소스 모니터 대본 표시, 프로그램 모니터 대본 표시 다 눌러봤습니다.미디어 캐시 완전 삭제도 해보고, 언어 다운도 다시 해보고,다 안되니 프리미어 어플 삭제 후 최신 버전으로 업데이트 (26.2)도 해봤지만 똑같습니다.보다시피 오디오 뮤트 돼있지 않구요, 모노 스테레오도 다 바꿔봤습니다. 심지어 이전에 잘 작업했던 프로젝트들 다시 들어가서 해보니 원래 됐던 것들도 안됩니다.어느 클립을 넣어도 안되구요. 너무 스트레스 받습니다.

Premier doesn´t recognize ICLOUD DRIVE, only google drive, or Dropbox, but no apple cloud. Somebody know how can get this?

In Premeire Pro 2026 26.2.2 (Build 3) and Audition 2026 26.0.0.56 Build, as of right now, Markers that are placed within the audio clip (they are on the clip itself, this is not an issue where it’s s chapter marker or something) are not showing in Audition when I use the ‘Edit Clip In Adobe Audition’ feature. I have attempted to export the media and open it in Audition, but this additionally reveals no markers. I will follow up if anything changes, but as of right now, there seems to be an issue with this feature. Let me know if anyone is experiencing the same or if you have had and have been able to resolve this issue! Thanks, Rob

I created the short video. from that, I wanted to create the trailer which is only 15 seconds, but, when I export as mp4, it comes out as 7 minuts (the length of the short video.

Is anyone having an issues editing with the subtitles layer on?Every time I try to make an edit or playback my edit. I get the mac beach ball. Is there another way to improve performance? I am working with mac os Mojave Macbook Pro 20192.4 GHz Intel Core I9 Radeon Pro 560X 4GB 32GB RAM

Seemingly out of no where, Premiere started to freeze and give me the “Not responding” message. In Task Manager, it shows Premiere using 90% of my CPU. This only happens in Premiere, I’ve checked CPU usage while playing performance-intensive games and they only use 20-30%. After some testing, it only crashes when working with fragmented mp4 files. I know they are harder for Premiere to work with, but I am confused why it is happening seemingly out of no where. I’ve been working with frag.mp4 for a couple months, but all of a sudden Premiere can’t handle it anymore. I’m happy to switch to a different file type in the future, but for my current frag.mp4 footage, is there a way I can revert Premiere back to the state it was in when it could handle frag.mp4?Also, I don’t think the files are corrupted. I separately imported frag.mp4 footage that previously worked perfectly, and the same thing happened. I’m pretty sure the issue is with Premiere. Ideally, I want to still retain the separated

I have choppy drone footage (shot with DJI Air 2S) because I haven't mastered flying the drone. It has stop, starts, moves fast, moves slow. Which Adobe app should I be using to smooth it out and will Adobe AI help with the project?

Olá,Meu Premiere Pro parou de transcrever áudios.Já fiz o que está orientado em outros tópicos deste fórum: já desinstalei o pacote de idiomas (no caso, o Português) e o reinstalei em seguida, já converti o áudio p/ Mono ao invés de estéreo, já desinstalei e reinstalei o software. Testei em um projeto no qual há uma locução em inglês e a funcionalidade de transcrição também não funciona.Quando clico na opção “Transcrever sequência”, na janela “Texto”, o Premiere inicia uma barra de progresso, como se estivesse fazendo a transcrição. Mas depois dela concluída, a janela volta a apresentar o aviso “Nenhum diálogo encontrado”Passo 1Passo 2Passo 3Passo 4 

I am struggling to figure out how to curve text (see example attached) in premiere! I've seen quite a few tutorials saying to use Adobe Legacy Title but that function is no longer available. I would appreciate any insight.   If unable to do it on premiere, whats another method? Thank you in advance!

I edit footage for our school's daily news, really simple stuff, 5-20m long files (~250-500 MB). This is my third year doing this program, never had issues until approximately the end of 2025.Premiere Pro 26, then my laptop, completely freezes requiring a hard reset. Happens when importing multiple files or just one at a time. It is to the point that I can't produce these videos because I can't get even get to the point to edit them. Would happen intermittently but now is just about any imported video.How do I correct this issue?Using school-provided HP ProBook 440 with 12th gen i7 and 16 GB of ram running on Windows 11 Pro.

I’m on Premiere Pro 25.6.5 on a Mac Studio 2023 M2 Max, OS Ventura 13.7.8 (our server requires us to stick with that OS). I have a sequence with multiple audio stems from our locked cut on different audio tracks: dialogue, voice-over, archival. I did a Transcript in Premiere of each stem. When I synced these stems by timecode in a sequence (A1: dialogue, A2: voice over, A3: archival), the transcripts for all three stems showed up in the Text panel, which was awesome. However, since then, the transcripts for the voice-over and archival stems aren’t showing up in the Text panel for some reason. It was extremely helpful having access to all three transcripts, in timecode order, in the Text panel.

Audio glitches, dropouts, timing errors and missing audio playback in nested sequences where audio clips in original root sequence contain audio effects, fades or crossfades. This appears to have been introduced with 12.1.2 release. Rendering audio makes little or no difference. The only workaround I've found is to export the audio files with the effects and fades, from the root sequence and re-import back into another track in the root sequence, thus eliminating the effects. This is not a satisfactory way of working. Please Adobe, give us reliable audio performance. I spend more of my time trying to figure out workarounds than I do using this product.

Our docuseries is 2.39:1. I created a .PNG letterbox overlay in Photoshop, brought it into Premiere, and put it on V2. It’s causing the letterbox area to seem to “disappear” (as if it’s being be getting cropped out rather than be black. We are building an automated short-form video pipeline for Adobe Premiere Pro and would love advice from people who have built similar workflow automation.Our backend will generate an edit decision structure with media paths, clip in/out points, voiceover, captions, and markers.Question: What is the best technical architecture for turning this backend-generated edit plan into a Premiere Pro project or timeline that a human editor can open, review, add to, polish, and export? We are considering a few possible approaches: Final Cut Pro 7 XML import into Premiere ExtendScript / Premiere scripting UXP panel MOGRT templates for branded graphics A hybrid workflow where XML builds the sequence and an editor finishes it  Has anyone here built something like this before? Or can you recommend a Premiere Pro workflow developer / consultant who understands XML import, scripting, MOGRTs, and automated editorial pipelines?

Premiere is struggling to interpret Sony Burano X-OCN LT PAR 2.0. I’ve read all the other issues that resulted from outdated Premiere versions, or Sony’s best practices for X-OCN LT. None of those resolve my issue. Any one experience this issue yet? Any suggestions? I can create proxies from Davinci if I need to but trying to avoid that workaround. So I've used multi-cam a million times before. This is my first time on newest update. For whatever reason, The cameras will not switch. Normally if I click on the camera view that I want (while in the multi-cam viewer), It will switch the camera for me. Whether I am playing or paused, this always worked. Now, The yellow outline will not switch or select new cameras for me at all. What has changed and What went wrong? Attached is a screen shot of how I synched the clips.

My video and audio from mov 29.97 fps files are not showing up as linked once I bring into the timeline. I've tried linking, unlinking, grouping, etc. but even when it says they are linked or grouped the audio and video cannot be moved or edited together.I tried updating my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and deleting all the files from Media Cache and Media Cache Files folders in Application support. The issue remains the same.I also opened old projects that did not have this issue before when I worked on them, and the problem is the same now in the old projects. It says they are linked or grouped but they will will not move or be edited together, only separately.
