Hi All,I am just testing the most current version 2026.03.13It seems, that an empty page is added at the end of PDF creation. This happens with my project as well as with the sample project About Robohelp. I couldn’t find any setting that would cause this. Any ideas? Can anyone confirm this behavior?Best regardsKarin

Upon updating to Adobe Robohelp 2026.01.11 version, the system is no longer applying my conditional build expressions. The condition tags still exist in the project. They still show up in the UI’s author view.  If I use the UI’s Output view and look at the output presets, I can still see the condition expressions. Everything looks as expected.If I use the UI’s preview mode and select either condition tags or condition expressions and then select appropriate options for either selection, the system no longer displays the expected content.If I generate the output (and this is where I noticed the issue), my output includes ALL content, not observing any condition tags.Is anyone else experiencing this?Is there a way for me to roll back this update? I need to publish updates, but I can’t if I am publishing everything when I need to be generating six different versions of the online help.

Is anyone else having issues with snippets in the 2026.01 update?The first instance of any snippet I add to a topic appears normally, but if I add a second instance of that same snippet anywhere within the topic, it displays as an empty blue box in the topic and is not included at all in the output.If I add a second instance of a snippet somewhere in a topic before the original one that displayed fine, the new snippet now displays okay, but the one that used to work (but is now further down in the topic than the new one) disappears. 

Version 2020.8.34Nous voulons traduire notre projet en anglais, et nous avons créé le fichier de traduction, exporté la notice en fichiers .XLF et envoyé à un traducteur. Mais lorsque nous voulons réimporter, les fichiers .XLF ne sont pas reconnus/détectés par RH, même si on ajoute le fichier de mappage. Nous avons essayé de recréer le fichier de traduction, ça ne marche pas plus. 

Hello,We are working on upgrading to RH2022 from RH2020. We have 50+ outputs, mostly PDFs, to generate from each of three projects, and a few from a fourth project. We have been using TCCLE to run the generation bat file, but unfortunately, this is not working with the newest version of RoboHelp, 2022.5. They don’t seem to work together.I have seen references here to larger projects with greater numbers of outputs and I am hoping someone may have some suggestions for a scripting vehicle(?) that will help us get RH2022 to generate all my outputs reliably. I appreciate any suggestions and feedback that you are willing to share.Thank you.

Frameless Right panel Mini TOC is working in projects that I haven’t migrated yet to the new version, but every single plan including the About RoboHelp Sample project that I have published on our server are throwing the 404 not found error. 

How do I customize the knowledge base output preset (RoboHelp 2022), so that the TOC for my project appears like the left menu pane of the image attached below, that will help me in easy access for moving from one topic to another. 

hello, i have challenge, nearly completed.I migrated a merged CHM project to merged frameless (with insistance of Peter :-))Everything is OK. happybutis true there is no tool in Robohelp to replace an external link to a chm to a project/contents/pagename.htm?I had to work around using a powershell script. and our IT guy’s didn’t trust my intensions. a lot  of safety barriers (signed is not possible). But I managed with a work around.so all htm files containing an external reference to a chm file have been modified. replacingnameProject.chm://topicname.htmreplaced byRhpj:nameproject/contents/topicname.htmAnd here is my question. those htm’s are all modified externally.I opened up my subprojects and compiled to frameless output. I get a warning list on all modified htm files: warning : Skipped copying external file "C:/RH/613/nl/output/mergedProjects/Gebruikerstabellen/Gebruikerstabellen.htm"it’s warning. Hi everybody, I am creating a new webhelp with Robohelp 2022.6.34 for an online database but i am using PDF output too during trainings. I created some topics, generating web ouput and everything fine (until now) but when i tried PDF output, i realize every topic name do not appear.In the topic layout (“disposition de rubrique” in french screenshot), title is displayed thanks to a field :<body>  <div data-region="header">    <h1><span data-field="title">rubrique</span></h1>  </div>That’s the green title in left part of the screenshot. In the frameless output, the title appears (“Description de l’état” in black in the middle of screenshot) But in the PDF output, the title is missing (where is the red arrow), in the topic and in the TOC too. I tried many settings and searched the Internet but found nothing to help. Do any of you have an idea? Thank you. 

Our goal is to generate a project that we can send (or at least portions) to Sharepoint so our development team can review. However, when I begin the Review process (Share a project with specific topics selected for review and send it to a team member), the notice that appears in my e-mail has a Practice Review and a View Comments button. When I click either of thesek,  I get a screen with this message: any ideas?

Hi We have a web application (online database) and need to create a webhelp and contextual help for each field of this database.We previously use another autorhing tool (HelpStudio) but we had to change to Robohelp. Unfortunately, in France there is no courses available and i have to train Robohelp by myself.I did not found any help on the web to help me to do this : I already created somes topics in Robohelp and begin a map file to create maps ID. I am currently using RH 2019 for a desktop software applicaiton, and need to reinstall RH2019 to a new computer due to system crash.  Is there a link to do so for my licesned version? Thank you for any help can provide. Matt

Hello,We have recently upgraded from Adobe RH 2019 classic version to RH 2022 version a nd need some help on creating output preset for Responsive HTML5 outputs. We are having multiple RH projects that we work on, we have customizwd the output profile for a single project, but since we have multiple RH projects and translation projects, we have to individually customize presets in each project. Is there a way to import that customized preset to different projects so that it just saves time and the output remains same throughout. Any updates will be helpful on this issue. Thanks.

I have created a Robohelp preset output using Azure Blue screen and we have been testing this output on our device 7-8 inch screen.. The width of the TOC column appears correct when we view on web screen the size increases when we view iton the device. It occupies around 3/4th of the screen. Is there a way by which we can adjust the width of the TOC to make it responsive for the device. I'm not willing to convert and use the frameless skin as it will involve customizing the entire preset. #robohelp2022, #toc

I am on RoboHelp R2026.01.11 and experiencing an issue with the Mini Toc in Frameless output, which is throwing an Invalid Resource error. The links work properly when Help is accessed locally, but when accessed via the Azure Storage location, the following error occurs:"<Error> <Code>InvalidResourceName</Code> <Message>The specifed resource name contains invalid characters. RequestId:c038a57b-001e-00cd-7012-95711d000000 Time:2026-02-03T13:41:42.3999397Z</Message> </Error>" I have searched the RH forums, searched AI and the webI have tried: removing illegal characters from headings changing headers to h3 only for mini toc shortening the length of filenamesDoes anyone else have any ideas, please?Thank youM

When generating Simplified Chinese and Korean CHM files in RoboHelp (RH) 2022, character encoding issues (garbled text) occur. Specifically, the Table of Contents (TOC) is corrupted, with some characters being replaced by question marks ("?").I have verified the language settings, but no issues were found. I contacted Adobe Support, and they responded that "generating files that depend on the OS language is a specification of the current version."However, CHM files generated with RH 2019 [Moderator edit - Classic] did not depend on the OS language settings. Is there a way in RH 2022 to generate CHM files that are independent of the OS language?

 Using RH version 2022.6.34 with the Oceanic template on the Home Page setting, we notice that our Titles are longer than the default title-box width. In the screenshot below, is there a way to dynamically adjust the box size to fit the length of our Titles?Thank you SO MUCH in advance.

Hello,when upgrading from rh2019 classis of a merged project originalle with chm output, my links to external project do not work anymore.eg aanvragen01.chm::/Wat_is_objectcreatie_.htm is a link, must be replaced by something else.to which file should I point is my first question…if i choose link to local file and navigate to../../../../output/mergedProjects/Aanvragen01/Wat_is_objectcreatie_.htmI get an error; ‘Your file couldn’t be accessed’, although the preview is shown when determining the linkI also have an error when compiling :Skipped copying external file "C:/RH/output/mergedProjects/Aanvragen01/Wat_is_objectcreatie_.htm"which is a bit strange as it is not needed to be copied, but anyhow the path is not right (rimses in the beginning is missing)...I don’t know where to correct that.when I navigate with a browser to the place, I can open the fileC:\RH\rimses\output\mergedProjects\Aanvragen01 I’m getting the feeling I’m missing somemthing stupid.Hopefully you can shed your light

Hi all,I just took over a nighmare RH project using RH2020.  I have not used RH in a long time, and I'm stumped. This project has 5-6 nested levels in some places... so the paths can be very long.  We are getting errors when trying to extract the source files.  I ended up having to download the project to my C: root.  This path length issue apparently prevents all of the output from compiling (as per previous writer).   I decided the best place to start was just to go thru the project and shorten the folder and file names.  I did this from within RH, NOT via Explorer.  However, when I try to then copy the revised project up to my Documents>My RoboHelp Projects folder, I'm getting the same errors for path length - on folders that I have definitely renamed (from within RH itself).  These folders show up when I search in Explorer, but no where to be found if I search in RH (please see attached image).  I suppose I could d

I have a parent project and several child projects. I generate output using the merged projects feature. Upon publishing the output, the TOC is visible in the left pane only for 2 of the child projects. When I access a topic from subsequent child projects, the TOC and the breadcrumbs disappear. I have customized the Studio template using RH’s UI to change the color settings, some font settings, etc. This issue didn’t occur until 2 weeks ago. I have tried using an unedited Studio frameless template and regenerating the merged output from scratch to a clean folder. I use the Topic Layout globally from the output preset in the parent project. I’ve included images for reference - tocBrdCrmbVisible, chld3TopicClk, and tocBrdCrmbDisappear.

Hello, I am requesting help in resolving issues with output published using RH’s Frameless Studio template.I updated to RH's 2026.01.11 version to publish content using the Frameless Studio template. The Search bar now overlaps the Header title. How can I change the template settings so it doesn't overlap? In the earlier version, the search bar appeared only when the search icon was clicked, and the title would temporarily disappear. I want to replicate this behavior.
