Guten Tag,ich habe folgendes Problem:Ich habe mir vor einigen Jahren eine unbefristete Version von Acrobat Professional gekauft. Nun sagt Adobe, dass diese abgestellt wurde, was mich wirklich sehr verärgert, da ich das Programm auf meinen Mac installieren wollte.Ich habe auch zwei CDs, einmal für Mac und einmal für Windows. Wenn ich jedoch in meinen Account gehe, steht dort, dass die Lizenz nur für die Plattform Windows gilt.Kann mir bitte jemand helfen? Der Telefonsupport redet sich leider nur heraus und sagt, er könne mir nicht helfen. For some of my data, I was able to edit it in Excel by doing: Prepare a Form > ... > All javascripts and I got exactly what I wanted, put it in an .xml format, and opened it in excel. However, I have multiple dropdown fields that weren't brought over. Is there a way to get this data in the same .xml format? This is a very large file, in case that matters!

I have 200 pdf files and I need to add a single page to each of them.   How do I do this? I am not interested in merging all 200 pdf files together then adding the page to the end...and everything I search for thinks this is what I am asking, it is not. File A + New Page = File AFile B + New Page = File BFile C + New Page = File C Etc. I would assume Adobe would have this capablity, if not would be a nice feature to add.I am not interested in third party tools. Any suggestions?

Ich will doch nur n PDF angucken. Aber was krieg ich zu sehen, auch wenn ich andauernd die "helfenden Fensterlein" schließe, kommen sie prompt beim nächsten Öfnnen einer Datei wieder. Was zur Hölle soll das?Und wieso kann man den Adobe Reader Support nicht per Mail ereichen?Windows alleine ist ja schone ein komplette Arbeitsverhinderungsmaschine, aber Adobe auf nem Mac ist echt der Gipfel. Wie kann man eine eig sehr gute GUI eines Betriebssystem so aushebeln wollen. Ich weiss, erstens meckere ich bloß und zweitens, ich müsste ja den Reader nicht verwenden. I am fairly new at using JavaScript in Adobe Acrobat and I actually have a few questions.  I have an textfield in my form. But I want the input to de duplicated to other fields (name below). I haven't set the name exactly the same, because I want the font size to be different. I added a script to the original field (which I want to be filled) with a "Mouse up" action and this script. I have a pdf file digitally signed by two people. I see the digital signatures, but only as images. When I try to validate the digital signatures, it tells me that there is none.A signature field appears in the place below the digital signatures and when you click there, a signing window opens with a new signature.How can I fix this or avoid it in the future?Thanks

i'm trying to uninstall adobe acrobat DC and reader (Mac ios 14.3.1 Sonoma) when i do it through acrobat uninstaller i get an error "user cancelled authorization dialog." tried to do it through creative cloud and the un installation  doesn't go through, after 7% it says retry and nothing changes.  How can i uninstall the app?

Mac Sequoia 15.7.2Acrobat Version 2025.001.20982 With certain PDFs that contain largely image data, upon zooming in, I receive the "RAISE without a handler" error and the application quits. I don't have any Acrobat browser extensions installed. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Acrobat and updating and I have tried disabling Protected Mode, no change. The problem does not seem to occur with text-based PDFs. Is there anything else I can do to solve this problem?

This is a summary of my issue: 'Prepare a form' tool in Adobe Pro - the 'calculate' tab won't show up in 'field properties' in a given field, I am trying to do some basic SUM calculations - but the 'calculate' tab is hiding somewhere!I know the 'calculate' tab (along with some other associated tabs) must be locked at some level - but i cannot tell which or where. If Adobe Acrobat Standard users are familiar with this type of problem and are able to point to possible clues or direction , i will be most grateful. Thanks,

I recently purchased an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription.  This is a personal account.  When my account was created, something didn't happen correctly on the back end and I am unable to access Adobe Sign.  All attempts to use the eSignature features in Acrobat Pro tell my access denied and to contact my administrator.  But this is a personal account. If I try to access Preferences - Adobe online services - E-signing Settings, I get a "NO_SIGN_USER" error and it says auth.services.adobe.com refused to connect.  If I try to login to the Adobe Acrobat Sign webpage, it says invalid password.  If I try to reset the password from that page, I get an email that says there is no Adobe Acrobat Sign account associated with that email address. If I try to chat with your AI bot, it just tells me Adobe Sign is not included with Adobe Acrobat Pro personal which is just false.  Please help me get the e-Signing working on my account.  It is the

Sómos una gran imprenta de revistas y catálogos, tratamos unas 10.000 paginas al mes y recibimos archivos pdf procedentes  de toda Europa.Hemos tenido un problema con la fuente ArialNarrow, en una revista de procedente de Centroeuropa.El cliente nos envía 4 multipaginas de 32 páginas cada uno. Por necesidades de producción, usando estos 4 binder generamos uno de 128 páginas, empleando la opción de Combinar Archivos de Acrobat. El resutado es que en algunas páginas, las palabras con ArialNarrow han perdido el espacio entre ellas, resultando que  todo el texto sale de corrido.Los binder originales se comprobaron previamente con Enfocus Pitstop Server, y no detectando ningún problema de fuentes.La versión de Acrobat es Pro V2025.001 y se ha realizado el trabajo con PCs y Windows 11. Tanto Acrobat cómo Windows están actualizados a la última versión.Si alguien ha tenido algun problema de este tipo, nos gustaría saber cómo lo han solucionado, si es que esto es posible. gracias

When I try to add a link in Acrobat, I have to click the same "Add or edit a link" two times for some reason. This is particularly annoying because I often have to do this task. And when Adobe "restructured" the Acrobat interface last time, I went from having to do two clicks for this task to now having to do five clicks...Edit > More > Links > Add or edit a link > Add or edit a link At least fix it so I don't have to click the exact same thing twice!  My next post is gonna be about how clunky Acrobat is at making a PDF "accessible". But now I have to get back to work.

Hi, PDF is failing to convert Outlook emails in bulk. I used to be able to convert about 1k emails at a time. Now I can barely do 100, and that sometimes fails too. It's very frustrating and hard to find the root cause of this issue. Can you help, please? Thank you!

I have been trying to create a dynamic stamp, I have done this before and never had a problem until the last few updates.  The stamp is not in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Stamps fileMy older stamps are there but not any new ones, not dynamic, not standard.I am quite annoyed and do not know where erlse to look as I know Adobe gives a weird name so cannot even search for it.Any ideas?
