Hey guys, My Acrobat reader had been updated a few days ago and since then I've been having a high memory usage problem with acrobat. I wasnt able to get a screen shot since I had to restart my computer. But the few times that I could open the program manager I saw a 63% use of memory which is insane! Never had that problem befor the update and it keeps happening...I've noticed that my computer generated some MDMP files on 4/7/23 which is the date of the update, the memory problems happend since I strated using this version-since yesterday but for some reason, my computer didn't generate any MDMP files on 13-14/7/23...Does anyone else have that problem or has a solution/fix to it? Chen

Wir haben unsere Email-Software von David zu Outlook New umgestellt. Seitdem funktioniert die Senden-Funktion in Adobe nicht mehr. Sonst konnte man immer auf den Briefumschlag klicken und "Per Email senden" Standard-Mail. und es öffnete sich eine neue Email mit angehängter PDF drin. Es ist nicht möglich Outlook New als Stadard-Programm zu hinterlegen. Bei PCs wo noch David drauf ist, wird neue David-Mail geöffnet, bei PCs mit Outlook NEW, erkennt Adobe dies nicht als Email-Programm und sagt, es wäre kein Email-Programm installiert. Gibt es dafür eine Lösung? Wir versenden sehr viele PDF täglich und dies erzeugt unnötig viel Arbeitsaufwand, seit dies nicht mehr möglich ist. Das Nutzen vom alten Outlook ist übrigens keine Option.

The Convert Webpage to PDF, and Add Webpage PDF functions were completely destroyed by Adobe about 9 months ago.  I requested fixes a couple of times and eventually Adobe restored these to much better functionality about a month ago.  I responded that the functions were now good.BUT I have since found that once the PDF is created from a webpage, there is no text recognition within the PDF.  When I try to use the OCR recognition function, it responds "could not perform recognition because this page contains renderable text".  The consequence of this is that highlighting of individual words is IMPOSSIBLE.  It just wants to highlight a huge square.Once again, Microsoft Print to PDF and much better at all this than Adobe Acrobat Pro -which is charging a lot and increasing its price.

Just received an advice from Adobe that they are increasing the subscription price of Acrobat, saying “we hope you are enjoying your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription”. NO – I AM NOT ENJOYING IT.  Your various UI change, elimination of functionality and some remaining functionality not working, have been a HUGE NUISANCE.   Requested FIXES (not new/changed functionality, but true FIXES to broken items) have taken nearly a year to occur. It is a disgrace that you feel you can justify a price increase, considering the huge number of complaints on your community site.

Hi community, I am trying to create a PDF where if i select something from a drop down list it populates a seperate field with a value relating to the selection. Example: If I select TFX11 in the drop down list I would like to populate a seperate field with the value MELIf I select TFX12 in the drop down list it populates the seperate field with the value PERIf I select TFX21 in the drop down list it populates the seperate field with the value SYD Any help would be greatly appreciated as Im tearing my hair out with it!!!

I am creating a set of 3 forms and I want to distinguce each form by using different colors in the fillable textboxes... So far so good. But when I open the forms with MS Edge (which most of the relevant recipiants of the form use), a blue textbox has been superimposed over the colors, thus messing up the colors.Any way to get around this, or is it a compatability problem?

It errors with "Error fetching manifest". And loading the edit pannel forever. It's not only happening to me, but to users across different Microsoft tenants.

Hello I was trying to use acrobat and this thing keeps popping out and I cant close it and it makes my computer hang, Ive tried refreshing it won't even let me read the terms and conditions

Using Acrobat DC Pro.  Windows 11. When I select "Edit" the menu items do not appear.  The menu items under "All Tools" appear normally when selected.F9 doesn't solve the problem.I uninstalled/re-installed Acrobat DC Pro, and the Edit menu worked normally for about 2 hours, but now the items under the Edit tab have again vanished. The issue doesn't exist on my Mac. Anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks for any help. 

I am trying to combine two parts of a book into one, the files are 1.69 GB and 1.82 GB. The files have 1147 pages combined. I am using Acrobat Pro XI on a Mac running 10.11.6 which has a 2.5 Ghz i5 Processor and 4 GB RAM with 23 GB of free space on the SSD HD.I get the message "The document could not be saved. This file is too big for the current operation."I have tried saving it to the local hard disc, a flash drive, and network attached storage after a binder has been created but get "the message." I have searched these forums but have found only similar questions so here it is again.

Hallo,jedes mal wenn ich ein PDF öffnen möchte, erhalte ich den Fehler "Es ist ein interner Fehler aufgetreten". Das führt dazu, dass keine Vorschauen im Explorer angezeigt werden, PDFs sich extrem langsam sich verschieben lassen - wenn der Explorer nicht abstürzt. Folgendes wurde schon versucht:Acrobat deinstalliert und neu installiert.Vorschau für den Explorer deaktiviert bzw. reaktiviert. Acrobat Version : 2022.003.20322Windows Version: Windows 11 Pro 22H2

I edited a pcf file in acrobat and regularly saved to a hard drive. The last saved version has no edits when the file is opened. Previous versions (given different file names) do have the edits. What happened to the final edits and can they be recovered?

Hello - I'm trying to assist a user who uses Dynamic Stamps in Acrobat.  She has several that she uses for different documents, and there is one stamp that has gone missing from her list of stamps when she tries to apply it.  The stamps are being saved under the Adobe folder in C:\Program Files.  The stamp is there, but not showing up like the others.  I've also seen where the stamps are stored in the local user folder - we tried moving it there, but there was no change. Has anyone run across a similar issue and provide some other steps we can take to get the stamp to show up?  Thank you.

Collaborator sent me a pdf and I'm marking it up with comments. I want to send it back to them with all of my comments visually attached to the document. "Create comment summary" appears to be what I need, but the final product has so much messy garbage it's difficult to read. All I need is the text of the comment ("Love this" "Hate this") and some way of linking it to its place in the document. I've been searching online and can't find anything. Or is there a simpler way to export comments for someone who does not own Adobe Acrobat?

Ich möchte ein Dokument digital per Unterschriftenlauf signieren lassen. Das Problem: Es ist ein zweistufiger Signatur-Prozess vorgesehen. Alle Zeichner, die das Dokument unterzeichnen müssen es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nochmals zeichnen. Es gibt als zwei "Signaturrunden" und es ist von Anfang an vorgesehen, dass jeder Zeichner zwei Signaturfelder hat. Erst wird die "erste Runde" von allen gezeichnet auf dem jeweils ersten Signaturfeld und dann zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt die "zweite Runde" auf dem jeweils zweiten Signaturfeld. Die zweite Signaturrunde soll von dem Dokumentenverantwortlichen eingeleitet werden, der die erste Signaturrunde als letzter mit seiner Unterschrift abschließt. Wenn ich aber nun einen Unterschriftenlauf starte und zunächst nur für jeden Zeichner ein Feld vorsehe, wird nach Zeichnung durch den letzten Zeichnet das Dokument als final signiert gespeichert. Hallo zusammen,  wir haben eine Problem mit der AcroRdrDCx642500120577_MUI.exe installation. Wir verwenden windows 11 23h2 multilanguage iso bedeutet wir haben diverse sprachen in der Iso instalation. Grund installation ist EN_GB.wenn wir nun den AcroRdrDCx642500120577_MUI installieren und der user switcht sie sprache z.B. auf DE wird die Sprache im Acrobat nicht geändert. auch wenn ich versuch die Sprache händisch zu ändern. es werden mir die aktuelle system sprache nicht angeboten der Arcobat MUI bleibt immer auch English. Hat jemand eine idee. Oder muss ich die Sprachpakete extra nachladen und installieren? MfG Tobias 

Why does Acrobat have "non responding" errors multiple times a day.  This is VERY annoying

Hello As advised by the support helpline at Adobe - see below. We use the Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft 365 plugin with Microsoft SharePoint. Normally when you open a PDF in browser (Edge) - you can add a signature and save it.  When you open another PDF, the signature previously added is retained for use.  That feature has stopped working in the past week.  The signature is not being retained. We suspect this is a bug/glitch - can anyone help?Regards

Up until recently, I have been been able to save a copy of signed pdfs to our network. The last few signed documents I have been sent (as attachments via email)  do not allow me to do this. I don't want to make any changes, nothing has been password protected, all I want to do is save a copy for my records. All of these options are greyed out and Acrobat is telling me that the document has password security on it even though the person who sent it to me said they didn't password protect it. Printing a copy or converting it to/from another file format is not acceptable. Please help me troubleshoot this.

How I can download acrobat 9 pro, I have serial key but do not have CD.
