Hallo zusammen, meine "Alle Tools"-Leiste hat seit kurzen nicht mehr den von mir gewünschten üblichen Inhalt.Es ist darin nur noch KI-Assistent und Generative Zusammenfassung als Auswahl zu sehen. Ich habe nichts verändert und finde auch nicht, wie ich das wieder ändern könnte. Was mich wirklich ärgern würde ist, dass das durch ein automatisches Update kam? Vorab Danke für eure Rückmeldung.  Gruß

Hello,Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer seems to prevent me from moving Acrobat(PDF) files right after I opened then, and than closed them. I get the message that "it's still in use with another program". But it's closed - no program open!I have to either completely reboot or via task manager end the process "Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer"Only then can I move an AcrobatPDF\ file.Very anoying!Is there a way to eliminate Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer permanently without jeopardizing functionality of Adobe?  

Respectable Community of Acrobat, I would like to find the solution as follows "easy" problem. Description of the problem: I use Acrobat Pro. I would like to convert the form.pdf into a PDF/A format file. However, Acrobar Pro, does not allow me. The conversion stops with the following message: "No intent of defined outputs. To convert a PDF/A PDF file, an intent of output is a net. Define an intent of output in preliminary verification preferences. " How I could solve this problem and use the basic function : transform FORM.PDF into FILE.PDF/A ??? Thanks again and good work to everyone.    

My PC memory is full due to 49GB of Adobe files being stored in the Windows Installer file, is it safe to delete them? Why are they being stored in the Windows Installer file, would anyone know? I cannot use my PC due to the low memeory and I cannot contact anyone from Adobe to help. Would really love some advice please? My technician is concerned if the files in the Windows Installer are deleted it might delete all my Adobe files.

When we open a PDF that is already created in Hindi to edit it, as soon as we start editing and write our text in Acrobat Pro, all the Hindi matras (diacritical marks) get scattered, meaning they don't remain in their correct form. The matras that should appear before the letters end up appearing after the letters. When editing Hindi PDFs, the matras that get scattered don't get fixed and ruin the entire sentence. Please detect this problem and fix it. This problem has existed for many years and has not been fixed in any new updates. This is a well-known issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro where Hindi diacritical marks (vowel signs/matras) become misaligned or displaced when editing existing Hindi PDFs. The matras appear in the wrong position relative to consonants, making the text unreadable. This is typically due to incorrect Unicode rendering or font encoding issues in Acrobat's text editing engine for Devanagari script.

My colleague and I are collaborating on marking up a PDF with comments, both working on Windows PCs. The file is posted to a Teams (SharePoint) folder. He and I just stood next to each other, browsed to the exact same file in Teams, opened it in the Acrobat app in Windows, and discovered that we can't both see all of the comments that are posted in the file. I can see some of his comments, not all of them. He can't see any of mine.We've been sending this file to another colleague (in another country) for updates, wondering why she wasn't making all our changes. Now we suspect she isn't seeing all of them. We tried filtering the comments in different ways, but he doesn't even see my user name for filtering purposes. I see everyone. There are no security restrictions on the file.Is anyone else experiencing a similar problem with comments in Acrobat, and is there a way to fix the problem?

I've loaded 45 PDF documents into a portfolio. When I try print said portfolio, it only prints the first document but the rest all say successful. Normally you could watch them load, however now just the first document loads and the rest go straight to successful. I have tried on multiple printers with the same result. Adobe is updated to the latest version. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the application. 

How to stop the "What's new" pop-upHow can we stop the persistent "What's new" pop-up? I've tried unchecking "Show me messages when I launch Adobe Acrobat", but it simply defaults back to checked. Like many other users, I like to know what's new, but this new pop-up is counterproductive and has us considering alternate software for our daily work and client presentations - both of which are constantly interrupted by the unrelenting pop-up. 

Hi, I am trying to create a PDF cost to employer calculation form. I have calculated the employer's pension contribution, but I am stuck on calculating the NI employer's contribution and how to set this up. So I guess a kind of IF statement or equivalent e.g. So I currently have (annualsalary) field and then a sub field called (annualsalaryNI) which is hidden where I have deducted the first £9,100 from the annual salary field which is currently exempt from NI contributions then anything else from this which then  exceeds £9,100 needs to be multiplied by 13.8%. Can anyone help at all? ThanksJ

Is it possible to duplicate an active webform?Alternatively - how can a webform WITH fields be saved/exported?

I have a web form that will be used for several sites. When I mapped this out, the plan was to a link per client to share and collect responses as this would isolate which site the response come from.  Has the duplication of web forms been instituted? If not, what is the best way to format the form in Adobe to reduce the amount of time I spend formatting the Web Form? Open to suggestions as this has become quite cumbersome.  TIA!!

When I create a form, my text fields are grouped. How do I change or unlock the grouping?

I have a radio button that when you click on it, it appears as oval instead of the standard default round.  The radio buttons for yes and no are the same size and the properties are the same.  What is causing the Yes to appear oval instead of round?  How do I make it round like "no" is.

I have an evaluation sheet with JavaScript that caluclates the average score from Radio Button fields. Questions have a score of 1 through 5 (and N/A--which doesn't get calculated into the average so it doesn't impact their score). I have an additional Radio Button field titled "Bonus Rating." Currently, it is not included in the var fields/part of the user's average score. What I need is "Bonus Rating" to be added to the numerator of the average, but not the denominator (so to speak) so it serves as a bonus benefit for their rating. I got the JavaScript from a different thread and everything works great! It's just this extra bonus rating that I'm not sure where I would add that in since I'm not well versed in Java 🙁Can I add a line of code somewhere to easily add Bonus Rating in? I've attached a screenshot of the JavaScript I'm using. On Mac, is it possible to change setting so that you can immediately start typing after adding a comment? Without having to first click in the textbox. This is the case for Windows, so Im not sure if it's a settings thing. Thanks!

I have been using Adobe Acrobat 2017 since...2017.  I create and edit forms for personal uses.  It stopped being supported and lately it stopped working.  I guess Adobe was sincere in it's not supporting it. I just bought and installed Adobe Acrobat 25.001.20744.   It looks so different from it's 2017 great, great, greaat uncle that I am not even sure if I can create and edit forms anymore. Can I?  Is there a manual that I did not need with 2017? Thanks,Matt

I am using excel to create my quotations, on the quotation I have my company logo, In the printed format the logo appears, but when i save the document to pdf the logo disapears.

My serial number is stuck in a dead computer. I can't deactivate the serial number. When I try to install the Adobe Acrobat Standard XI on a new computer, a popup message says the serial number is in use. I didn't register the serial number.

Anyone else got this, that the tool area is empty?Reinstall didnt fix it 😞 

I got the free trial and forgot to cancel it in time, now Adobe is trying to charge my card but I have turned off online transactions so it fails every time. I absolutely cannot afford the subscription as I have some issues, I can't also cancel my plan as the account has to be active for me to do so, what can I do?

Problem: Acrobat does not display full certificate chain (Root → Intermediate → End-Entity) when signing with SafeNet eToken. Certificates are correctly installed in Windows (Local Machine). Please advise.

Hi, I have a form with a number of required fields.  The form isn't submitted online, just emailed to me.I would like to add a field at the top of the page "Form Complete" that would turn green or show a checkmark when all required fields have been entered.  I have marked each field as being required or not in the properties of each one.  I believe that I need a java script to loop through the fields and validate that required fields are populated.  Can anyone help me with that? Thank you!

Hello all! I have several documents that were scanned (in another application) using an autofeed scanner yielding one file for all frontpages (odds) and one file for all backpages (evens). I have these two files in PDF with comments on them. I would like to be able to combine the two files and achieve the right page ordering without doing it manually. Is there any way or script that may do this? I.e. insert page 1 from evens.pdf after page 1 from odds.pdf, page 2 from 2 (or 4 in real document) from evens.pdf after page 2 (3) in odds.pdf and so on? Any advice on how to achieve this while retaining comments on both documents will be greatly appreciated. Sincerly; Santiago
