Hi:Has anyone had this issue and/or knows how to fix it.  First time using the link, it works correctly. After navigating to other pages and then returning to the Welcome page and using the same link again, it takes you to the wrong target. Appears to be a glitch. Thanks, Angela

I went back into a project today to add a topic. I had added one previously, but today the new topic isn't appearing in Contens or Table Of Contents. I followed the procedures in Kevin Siegel's book and even looked on your website, Peter, but I seem to be missing something.If it means anything, I'm using Frameless/Studio.

Hi,  Do we have the option to add notes in the pages in RoboHelp 2022 as in RoboHelp 2017?Can anyone help?

Hi, We upgraded files from RoboHelp 2017 to Robo Help 2022 and deployed them to environments.However, when we  tried accessing the Robo Help file of a particular page, it gets navigate to landing page of the RoboHelp 2022, instead of the descriptions of that page.Can we access the specifications of the specific page from that page itself?   

Hi everyone,I'm here again, I would like to understand the behaviour of the collaborate Functionality using sharepoint.I have a RH 2022.5.28 Version and I have created a connection between my RH project and a folder in my sharepoint.Let me explain my request: let's say I want to edit a shared project in sharepoint, but first I want to find out if others have made changes, How do I find them? Is there perhaps a way similar to the track changes of word? Could you help me?Thanks in advance! 

We use Adobe RoboHelp 2020, and I recently updated and redeployed the Helpfile (.chm), including changes to the ToC, various content page changes, and an update to the MAP IDs for context sensitive help. The new file content and context sensitive mapping works correctly, the ToC reflects the new pages etc, however, when a user opens a help file page either via a context sensitive link, or via the Index or Search tabs in the help file left hand pane, the ToC context does not update to match the page in context. In other words, when I open a page and the content appears in the main window, the Contents tab on the left panel does not open the folder that the page is located in and highlight the page. This has worked every time up until now.  Any ideas?Thank you so much! 

Hi, Some of our application pages are not required to be appeared in ToC , but they must be available in Contents.However, while generating the files the pages that are available only in ToC are generating. The files in the Contents which are not in ToC are not vavailable in Output. This issue we have faced while we have upgraded the RoboHelp 2017 to 2022. so, what can we do to avail the aforementined pages in the Output? Thanks,Amrutha V. Nair 

Hi,My general workflow for the last few years has been to import my Word docs into RH 2019 and then upgrade the project in RH 2022 and create my outputs (I do this because RH 2022 doesn't support import of word's TOC, which is ridiculous, but that's another story). I recently changed computers, and now when I use that same workflow and try outputting a CHM in either 2019 or 2022, the links do not work. Any suggestions for what could be causing this problem or possible workarounds? The links work fine from within RH as well as when outputting to webhelp or frameless formats. TIA for any help.

All of my topics have this icon all of the sudden. What does it mean?  

I have this problem where I cannot import the translated files from my translation vendor back into the project.I dont know if this is important but they did not give me a mapper file back in the translation so I just put the original mapper file (that I sent them) in the translated folder. Could that be the problem?Is there something I am missing? It would be very nice if someone could help me here.

Using RH 2022.3.93When I generate a PDF from RH, there's no Index within the Table of Contents.I would like this to show up in the TOC:Chapter 1. IntroductionChapter 2. CustomizationChapter 3. UsingIndexIndex does show up in the manual, but just not within the Table of Contents.How do I get it to show up?  

Certain words that are marked as Code style in other text, keep changing size in my Headers. Its driving me crazy. I go back and clear formatting/clear inline formatting for that word, but it always returns to the smaller font.  And it not just the word rmp. this is happening with a lot of words/code. Can anyone help? 

I used build our help with a Responsive HTML preset that used the Azure Blue template for the layout. I recently changed to a frameless preset that uses the Top Navigation template for the layout. Since I've made the change, there have been issues when the help is deployed. The intro page will not display the top navigation. After about a half-hour, the page will refresh and the navigation will display. We've trying putting code into the pages to force them to refresh, but it doesn't work. The title of my cover page and the title of the Table of Contents show up in my table of contents in Robohelp.  Is there a way to make them not show up? I've been trying to change their headers from h1 to something else, but it won't let me change their header style.

Hi. I included a couple of png graphics which appear in the preview of my Robohelp file, but when I run the actual index.htm I am seeing instead an icon for the image in lieu of the image, i.e.,.  The png file appear to be in the correct folder (I can see it in the previewed Robohelp). How can I get the png file(s) to display in the updated Robohelp generated file?  Let me know if I need to clarify this issue. Thanks in advance! 

Just updated to version 5 (2022.5.28) - but can't seem to find release notes anywhere (neglected to check them before update). Can anyone point to them? They don't appear to be on the Adobe site.  

Hi All, I am waiting for the client to provide me with the latest copy of RH; in the meantime, I am devouring posts and videos  😉  I have previously used 2019 new UI. A couple of questions regarding translation as the RH project has to be bi-lingual, English and Canadian French.How does machine translation work exactly? Do I sign up for an account with the provider?The client has strict network security and may frown upon opening up a connection to an external provider, the machine translation service.When I generate a "translation", is it stored in the directory of the project?Can I used conditional formatting so a user can select their language using a filter when viewing the project?Would you recommand this approach, or do I have to publish two separate projects, one for each language?Can MS Word be used to translate XLIFF files? Word can automatically translate files, but does it also have the ability to translate XLIFF? Any suggestions on incorpora

Hello community! I’m using RH2022 with Frameless, Studio template - six child projects merged into one parent, publishing to IIS server. These child projects are upgraded from RH 2019 classic. (Hyperlinks, TOC, glossary, expand all are working fine). The search results are not displaying. The search indicates that results are found, but does not list the results.   FYI search worked previously. However, the results stopped displaying after creating new condition tags and applying them to the topics… When we upgraded 2019 projects the previously created CBTs were visible in the source topics but not in the Condition Tags pane. I created new condition tags; the search failed after applying the new condition tags. How can we see our search results and successfully filter?  Thanks for any help.

Using Robohelp Version 2022.4.179. Ordered lists are formatted and shown correctly in Preview but randomly "restart" in Frameless Output. The HTML is correctly formatted hence wotking fine in the all page Previews.
