Hi,I am working on big projects with multiple stack photo and it take up to 18-25 Gig of ram per project. So when I want to switch on another project I try to close the project before openning the other one so it could Free up some ram, but it doesn't. I tried to purge the cache but it does nothing when no project is open. the only way to free the ram from photoshop is to close it and then wait for 1 min so the process can close and then re-open photoshop.I want to know if there is a way to clear the ram when closing a project? so i can work on others projects

Hello,   I recently noticed that my Adobe Premiere Pro subscription was automatically renewed and charged today, May 24th. I was quite surprised, as I believed I had not enabled auto-renewal and was under the impression that the subscription had already ended.   For reference, my original subscription started on April 24th, and the billing period shown on my receipt was April 24th to May 23rd. Since a full month had passed without any charge until today, I assumed the plan had not been set to renew.   As I no longer plan to use the service and have not used it since the renewal, I kindly request a refund for this recent charge. I would appreciate your understanding and assistance with this matter.   Thank you in advance.

Hej there, I hope someone can help me with this. I attached the project file, so you might lokk for yourselves. I am in the process of creating a lower third template for a client of mine. I'm working in AE, but ultimately want to export the template as a mogrt File to use in Premiere. So, the requirement was to have a dynamic lower third with a particular background shape (rounded rectangle, but one corner to remain 90° – I worked around that by using two shapes and masking) that grows and shrinks with the amount of text that lies on top. I split the text into two layers (Name and Title), so that they can have different fonts and colors when I export them as a mogrt File. With a handful of expressions I got 95% of the way and I think it works, but I can't fix a last issue: When the lower text layer "Title" consists of more than one line, it expands upwards and collides with / runs behind the upper "Name" layer AND simultaneously pushes the lower edge of the ba

Premiere Pro 2025 25.2.3 failing to recognise video connection to UltraStudio HD Mini in preferences in Prem 2025 and After Effects. But sees the audio.Tried all the usual - re-installing drivers, checking security settings and extensions,Mac OS is 15.4.1Sees the HD mini in Davinci Resolve and works perfectly. Also the box is seen in Photobooth and OBS.Also had to put a call in to Contour Design as the ShuttlePro v2 fails to work and they admitted issues with the new M4 Max chips not being compatible with their new app. M4 Max 16 core cpu / 40 core Gpu - 48 GB Ram / 1tb ssd

In the CC desktop app, is it possible to search the fonts that Ive installed / added? I've added a lot and they dont appear to be in alphabetical order, I could do with finding a particular font in there. Is there an easy way to do this? the search bar above seems separate

I'm trying to use the opacity tool in Adobe Premiere pro to clone myself and I'm trying to get rid of this line in my video and it won't go away. I need your help to figure this issue out. Thank you!

Hi all. a few years ago I downloaded a sports template with two square "permanent" areas that I could paste photos into, and don't have that template. THATS fine.....but how do I create one?? essentially it's an area (say a square) that hats saved on the template/file and I can paste into that selection. AND the photo pasted goes into that selection only.  I've googled a bit and found something where I can save a selection? Thatsounds like it might work I'm using v26.x all help is appreciated.

Hey there, my recently bought Lenovo Slim 7 Pro X with AMD Ryzen 7 6800HS Creator Edition 3.20 GHz and RAM 16GB, with a battery normally lasting up to 6 hours, gets hot (especially when using the pen) and lasts 2 hours when I use photoshop. I just learned how to use it, it´s the 2023 version but I don´t know which exact update. What can I do? It also heats up and drains the battery whenever I use premiere, I bet it will last way less when I learn AE. Btw, this only happens with Adobe programs and sometimes with games. I think it´s a laptop issue but I wanted to post it on here either way. Thanks.

During the exporting around 20% to 30% all my work was lost. The file holds nothing. Nothing was shared or posted. Screenshot is when I tried reopening the file after the export fail.1) 2.10(1)2) IPad 18.3.23) I was exporting thats all that was going on4) I expected to have a video to upload. What I got was all my hard work lost.
