I can print from Photoshop to my Epson P700 but I cannot change the color or color mode settings. After about an hour on a chat with an Adobe tech we determined the problem was some kind of incompatibility between Photoshop and the Mac OS. I can't find anything anywhere that addresses this. As of now, I have a fairly expensive printer that, with a bag of concrete and a chain, would make a decent boat anchor. Is this just another example of Apple abandoning the creative user market that helped define the brand?

Hi Firefly Community,I'm relatively new to Adobe Firefly and have been thoroughly impressed with the creative possibilities it offers. As I explore using Firefly more in my work, a significant question has come up regarding the usage rights of images generated through the free tier. Specifically, I'd like to know if images created without a paid subscription (i.e., using the free credits or generations) can be used for marketing purposes. My main concerns are:Commercial Use: Is it permissible to use these free-tier generated images in advertisements, social media campaigns, website content, or other materials intended to promote a business or product?Attribution Requirements: If commercial use is allowed, are there any specific attribution requirements to Adobe Firefly or the AI itself that I need to be aware of?Licensing Implications: Are there any licensing restrictions or terms of service that might prevent or limit such marketing applications for free-generated images?I've trie

Greetings Community, I've the following strange problem. When I want to encrypt a file with a password, either over an own action or the edited "Protect" action, it just doesn't work on a single file without giving me an error. If I select multiple files and run the encryption for them (add files and "Start") it always works and every file gets encrypted. I've made the protection like described here:https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/securing-pdfs-passwords.html Did anyone ever experience a similar problem? Best regards

I do real estate photography and a new work flow proces in my company has discovered a strange behaviour/bug in Lightroom Classic which causes a rather irritating time waste. I use Windows 11, LrC 14.3.1 and Camera Raw 17.3.1.We shoot 3 brackets -3, 0, +3 - I use Fujifilm so I get Fujifilm raw fileformat RAF.The proces is as follows for delivery of DNG-HDR to post production. 1. Convert the bracketed RAW files to DNG resized to 3000x2000px. The converted DNG files retains the lens correction. (this can be done in stand alone camera raw or through LrC - it makes no difference to the end result).2. Import resized DNG to LrC, autostack and merge the resized DNG to DNG-HDR. The problem now is that the DNG-HDR that is created, has lost the lens corrections and it cannot be (re)applied throught LrC. So there is vignetting and barrel distortion visible in the final. My colleagues using Canon, Sony or Nikon do not experience this problem. I and my colleagues that use fujifilm al

By a mistake a lenghty document has been based on document paper "legal" instead of "a4". Is there a way to change the paper size without changing the content (apart from a necessary fine tuning of the layout). Thansk in advance Knud, Copenhagen

I bought Acrobat X standard in few years ago and wanted to install in my new laptop now. However, the system show "Activation limit reached for Acrobat X standard". Actually, all the old laptops are threw away or distoryed. It is impossible to deactivate the software. And I also forget to setup the account in Acorbat or not when I bought the software. Would you advise how to check and solve this problem?I need this software for working urgently. Many thanks.

Hi Team, i am unable to location "Essential Graphics" on my premiere pro 2025. Can someone please assist?

Hello everyone  I own a few licences of PS Elements 2018, 2019, 2020 I activated these licences on many computers along time, but those computers are gone now and I can't access them  In the past, I could see in my account in the "activated devices" menu a list of all computers using the licence and I could dissconect them  Now, it is empty and I cannot deactivate them nor access those computers  I got a now computer in which, obviously, I cannot activate my PS Elelements 2018 anymore  How do I go around this? Is there any solution? Support is telling me that my software is too old and there is no support 😞 nor they can access information about these licences (oh....Adobe, very nice 😞   thank you

I want to operate AEGP from jsx without creating a menu. However, it seems that jsx does not recognize the command ID unless InsertMenuCommand is used.By using AEGP_Menu_NONE, I can use InsertMenuCommand without creating a menu. This seemed to work. However, an alert sound plays when AE starts up.Is this a bug in AEGP_Menu_NONE?Is there a way to remove this alert, or an alternative solution? My environment is as follows:Windows 11, AE 2025

I did plan to switch from Lightroom CC local to cloud based use, to be able to use recommended presets. Then I realised it will upload all my photos to the cloud. I have about 4 Tb photos in my computer and 20 Gb Photography plan. Even switching to 1 Tb plan wouldn't solve the problem even near. Is there a way I could use those recommended presets? I'm afraid I couldn't possibly afford to buy 5 Tb extra storage, allthough I don't know how much that would cost.

Hi, This is my edited video: https://limewire.com/d/9zwck#328fAJNhVv Original video is recorded with a green screen background in behind and I edited using premier pro and ultrakey setup. If you see back of my top head near hair, it is still flickering and anybody can figure out that green screen thing did not work perfectly. Can you please suggest what  I can do to make it look better. Please give clear input/steps of setup in premier pro to overcome this. I am also sharing images with my settings if that help you to gauge what I did wrong. Thanks in adavance!

My employer recently made changes to our adobe licenses. Before, I was able to set up templates for Adobe Sign as well as to access the bulk sending feature. Now both functions still appear in my account, but whenever I select them, I get the error message "This feature is temporarily not available, please try again at a later moment". This is persistent. I tried logging out and in again and accessing the online tool via different browsers (Firefox 138.0.4 and Safari 18.5). The company admin says everything looks fine on their side. What is the problem?

Hello Everyone, I am tracing the image shown in the screenshot attached using the "Convert images to vector using Image Trace guide": https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/image-trace.html?x-product=CCHome%2F1.0&x-product-location=Search%3AForums%3Alink%2F3.2.3&mv2=cch Most of the image has been traced - except the areas inside some letters and the leaf as shown in the screenshot. My question is (apologies if i am not using the proper terminology) how do i ensure the red arrow areas within leaf and letters are included when tracing using the "Image Trace Guide"? What specific actions should I include, and at what step in the "image trace" process should i perform these actions to capture these areas?

I am posting to bring awareness to the community. On March 11th, 2024 - I signed up for a Free Trail for Adobe Express. On April 4th, 2024 - I received an email letting me know my subscription was about to renew and was instructed on how to cancel the Adobe Express subscription.Following the instructions in the email, I went to the Manage Plans page to cancel this subscription and there was no plan or button to cancel. Not to mention, my plan did not even exist so when I clicked the links in the email it brought me nowhere. I was forced to contact Customer Support and create a chat where they hounded me several times to continue the subscription. ADOBE - WHY IS IT SO HARD TO CANCEL?Please see the enclosed as evidence to support my experience:Screenshot of the Email (None of the links worked properly because the plan didn't exist???)Screenshot of my Manage Plan page (See no option to cancel)Screenshot from Adobe's Help page on how to cancel a subscription (Note the difference be

Hey,Is there a way I can change the photoshop brush panel to show a "stamp" of the brush rather than a continuous flow?As shown in the screenshot my brush panel shows the brush as it would look if you were painting a continous line with the brush which makes it hard to visualy find the a brush I want to use. It would be much easier if the view port for the brush just showed it as a stamp like how it is shown at the top of the brush panel once it has been selected. Is there anyway to do this? Thanks in advance for any answers 🙂

I have pictures of someone sitting on a chair. I wante the keep the chair when removing the background. Is this possible?I have attached a sample picture.

Hi,I need a way to remove all or specific metadata that Lightroom puts into the photos first time they are read, specific data that tells LR not to read or import those photos again.I know there are a few metadata handling standalone apps out there, but I don't know if any of them can do this, and preferably all photos in one specific folder.I can't start from scratch creating a brand new catalog as I have over 30000 photos spanning over 20 years and a very complex folder structure and advanced indexing of keywords. The problem is that a certain folder of photos, photos taken last year that I put on a temp external disk, won't get imported no matter what I try. They will show up in import, but only as grey icons, not as greyed out photos. Starting the import just gets me to a stalled process that when I stop it after a minute or after an hour just informes me that it couldn't find the photos. I've moved to other location on same disk (of course won't work) and moved them to the computer

Hi Community,Does anyone know if there is a way to disallow screenshots of a pdf? I want to prevent people from using snipping tool to capture images within the pdf?

I ask because a friend who is learning to use LRC sent me a screenshot of a message saying "425 photos were converted to DNG." He had just imported Sony camera raw files into LRC. For years, I have been using the DNG converter to convert my camera files BEFORE importing them into LRC. From the screenshot my friend sent, it appears that LRC is doing the conversion automatically. Is this possible? I am attaching my friend's screenshot:
