Solved

Lighroom Classic randomly stops exporting. I'll be exporting single images one moment, and then it simply wohn't export the next. The export bar appears but makes no progress. I'm exporting to a folder on my desktop, so nothing fancy. I've even tried exporting directly to my desktop to no avail. I can find the RAW file when I go to "Show in finder", so I know it's there. I can open it, so it's not corrupt. I've updated Lightroom and also reset the settings. I've also reset my computer. I've also made sure there's enough room on my computer to export this photo. What else can I try?

Hi, so far i'm in love with illustrator, been using it daily for my school related project. i recently got a lot of project which needed to masking/ clipping mask an object inside an image on Illustrator so my option were either manually tracing the object with pen tool & mask it, or use photoshop to auto select the object and export in PNG. so i want to propose an idea, like how about you guys even improve the image trace function? the new improved image trace will allow us user to use lasso-like tools to cover the object we want to trace into an optimum Auto-traced objects.i'm inspired by the idea of selecting in photoshop with auto-detect object where you can just use the tools to auto detect where we want to select and can let us do whatever we want with the selection, like to mask an image or convert it to functional path and we can convert those path to a shape. With this even improved image trace in Illustrator we can select the area we want and the AI will help us

Bonjour, j’ai besoin de la version After Effects 2022 (v22.x) car je dois utiliser des plugins uniquement compatibles avec les Mac Intel via Rosetta. Pouvez-vous me fournir un lien de téléchargement direct ?

My selection tool on Adobe Illustrator has just been acting strangely. Whenever I try to resize the object with it, it appears as the direct selection tool and moves the object. Could you help me?

HiWhen you over crop an image you have transparent sections outside the image. when you export these as JPG, understandably it fills that with a colour (as JPG cant do transparent), but it always uses white. Is there an option to make the default another colour, ie black.  saves extra work thanks

Which AI image upscaler is the best and cheapest? I would like to know if there is a free and cheap one that receives few rejections from Adobe Stock. I was currently using Adobe Firefly 3 to generate the images, now I am using Firefly 4, I used Picsart for 2x Upscaler, I changed to the Tiktok 4k Upscaler, but my rejections are on average 35% of the images I send, I would like to know tips to reduce this rejection further, I have a portfolio with approximately 400 images and I am already having frequent downloads. Can someone give me a tip, the dimensions of the images that Firefly delivers are 2688x1536px.

Hello, I've seen this problem posted on several forums going back a few years with little resolve. After creating a mask on a photo and after so many edits to the mask, the program begins to lag and freeze so badly that it becomes unusable. 10-30 seconds for each mouse click to register. Click-and-drag functions, like using a mask brush, stop registering entirely.    I’m running on Windows 11 PC. My primary catalog and photos are saved on an internal SSD. Backup is on an external SSD. My computer is about 1 year old (see SYSTEM INFO below.) The problem is with Lightroom Classic only, all other software and OS otherwise run perfectly. This problem occurs with all image types, RAW or JPG. Catalog is backed up/optimized/integrity tested multiple times per week.   Here’s what I’ve tried: - Disable GPU acceleration in LRC (no difference.) - Update NVidia drivers. - Switch between Studio and Game Ready Nvidia drivers. - Run chkdsk from cmd prompt on all drives. - Lower desktop

Does anyone know how to make a selection from a list of file names in the new Lightroom? The search bar only works when I enter only one file name, and I would like to select the entire list at once. Thanks!

I've been experiencing this for a while but only just got round to posting it.  I'm running photoshop 2023 24.0.1 on a macbook pro 2017 2.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 Its a really annoying bug where if I use a keyboard shortcut, sometimes photoshop doesn't register that I've pressed the shortcut key. For example I will select something on a layer by cmd clicking that layer in the layer panel. Then on a new layer when I hit the g key to bring up the paintbucket tool photoshop doesn't register that I've used a shortcut, I'll have to press it again. It happens randomly and with various keyboard shortcuts, but its really frustrating.   Any tips/help?

Subject is pretty much it. Various firings of the "Could not find the linked file" warning, even though i originally created the file in the same Dropbox folder that other machines are trying to access it from. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Hello,I have several plugins that can't access the license server. I send you a video to show you what happens : the login page should have appeared after selecting the RTFX pack.I saw this post but the guy from Adobe answered on direct email (??!...) RTFX is not the only plugin that can't access so how can I change that without going to info.plist ?Thanks

Hi guys,I am having a problem every time I create a shape layer. So, after creating it or importing a shape layer from Ai with Overlord plugin, I have this problem: when I want to select one or many vertices by dragging in the Composition window is like I have all vertices selected and if I drag what it does is moves the shape, and if I switch to the pen tool it adds more vertices to the shape or selects 1 vertice at a time.Does anyone has an idea of what is happening or if I have something enable that has to be disable? Here is a video of what is happening:Also some pictures of how is the shape created: Hope someone has an idea and a solution. Best,Yeye

I use One Drive to backup all the Lrc catalogues plus the recent year's of photos. One Drive is also my backup for all other files on the computer.I mistakedly blocked One Drive whilst editing. I have signed in again outside of Lr but One Drive seems to be trying to sych everything again - a process which will take days and might be wasting storage space. How do I re-establish things?

This issue has already been reported (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/help-with-error-quot-adobe-acrobat-does-not-allow-connection-to-quot/m-p/10724318) but after 9 months since I first reported this it seems to be being ignored, so I am creating a new thread here in the hope that someone at Adobe will see and act on it.PROBLEM:In Adobe Acrobat Reader the error message: "Adobe Acrobat does not allow connection to: <URL>" is received when clicking on a hyperlink in a PDF document which points to a server on a local network, despite the correct preferences being applied and all troubleshooting steps followed:  Other PDF readers e.g. Foxit Reader and Nuance PowerPDF do not have this problem - they all allow the hyperlinks to work (some may give a prompt to the user e.g. "Do you want to open this link?", but they all work).Myself and others have tried all the various troubleshooting suggestions:Turning off Protected View (Edit > Preferences >

I have around 3,000 photos on my lightroom CC. I thought they were stored in the cloud but it seems they're taking up nearly all the room on my laptop hardrive. After lots of research, I still cannot fix this issue with the cloud or my external hardrive, and I can't for the life of me find the cache preferences in LR cc on the application or online. And most videos are for lightroom classic specifically and not Lightroom CC. Looking for a way to fix this storage issue since my laptop is nearly completely full.

I do some work for clients and I need to clear up space on my end.TIA

I'm trying to sign an IRCC Permenant Residency document. I got the Acrobat Pro features to let me add my signiture to a document, but the e-sign/fill & sign options are greyed out and unselectable. The program tells me the authour has given specific fields to add a signiture but they aren't showing in the designated signiture boxes, meaning they don't have that blue highlight. Please someone help before April 27th!

I recently received a notice about the new Adobe Photoshop Elements for 2025.   I noticed that it states that the software is only good for 3 years.  Why would Adobe take software we purchase away after 3 years.  I'm guessing I should just stick with my Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 version.  If I pay $99 for software (as I have done many times in the past), I don't feel like it should be something that is taken away after 3 years....and I did not see where it states what happens if you want to update to the next year's version.  Does that version continue then for an additional 3 years.   I hope I haven't repeated a previous post.  I am just wondering if anyone has more information on this or if there is a place I can find it.

In Photoshop 2025 for Mac (latest PS and Mac OS updates have been installed), I get the following error message when I use the Trim command "Could not complete the Trim command because of a program error (edcd3b.337)" or use the Canvas Size command "Could not complete the Canvas Size command because of a program error (edcd3b.337)". I have reviewed all of the Adobe "Learn how to fix" suggestions, as well as many other video suggestions (primarily Performance and Technology Preview settings). Nothing so far has fixed this issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It looks like the Document Cloud services was updated today (see status.adobe.com: https://status.adobe.com/products/503500/1440720) We are now receiving the following error in PowerAutomate when trying to execute the "Generate document from Word template" Action: { "error": { "code": "UNKNOWN_ERROR", "message": "Unknown error while processing Image Tag.; transactionId=46b6de81-ac29-4524-b3bf-bf002966f61b" } } No changes were made to the process or template.  Please advise on how to correct this as we have urgent processes leveraging this feature. Thank you.
