Solved

Hi,I still use InDesign CS6, and I have a question regarding starting new documents. I have sometimes been searching for a solution on Internet, but haven't succeeded.Sometimes when I create a new document and choose Landscape orientation, it is automatically saved as default, so that next time I want to create a new document, the Landscape orientation is chosen automatically. But next time, when I create a document in Portrait orientation, it is NOT saved as default. Why is that? How can I save/keep my preferred orientation as default?

I'm using files created by someone else in InDesign and exported to both single-page view and spread (double page) view. Some color fields simply do not appear in either version of the export, other color fields only appear in the spread view. All colors are visible when I open the same file in Mac Preview. This is most noticeable when the designer has placed white text over a color block; when the color is missing the text is invisible. The designer cannot duplicate this error with their version of Acrobat. We are using identical versions of Acrobat: 2025.001.20476I'm using an Apple M1 Pro 16-inch 2021 laptop. I recently updated my OS to sequoia 15.5 (24F74), but I've noticed this problem before I made the update, usually on files that are many years old. I'm attaching screengrabs of this problem in two instances (filenames starting 1 and 2). There are slightly different elements missing from acrobat's page view vs spread view, but everything is visible in Mac Preview.

I am following a Udemy class about the last updates of Illustrator concerning AI and I cannot find the window for Text to Vector. I am trying with the Properties pannel, but also, there are only 3 itens listed, SCENE, SUBJECT and ICON, while I can see on Udemy's video, on a older version, that there's also a PATTERN choice... Where are these features?

Bonjour,Depuis quelques jours, je rencontre un souci avec adobe Photoshop 2025. Je ne parviens plus à redimensionner les images correctement. Merci de m’aider à résoudre ce problème.

I have an image post processed in ACR; saved as a jpg. Copied it, resized, exported with Save for Web [legacy] in PS and saved as a jpg. But its too large, so using the original full size jpg image I copied it again, resized it but now when I export with Save for Web [legacy] in Ps it does not allow it to be saved as a jpg. It only offers “Images only, HTML or both.” The original image I’m working from and the first resize are saved as jpg. So there is not a 16 bit issue or layers involved. Preferences => File Handling => Enable Legacy ‘Save As’ is ticked. I also tried Export => Export As => jpg but with that it’s over 1 MB which is too big b/c this is for the web. What is wrong? It saved as jpg now it won’t. How do I fix this so resized images can be Save for the Web [legacy] as jpg? I’ve tried more than one image and cannot save any of them as jpg now. Thank you in advance  NOTE: This message appeared when I clicked POST:Your post has been changed

I develop photos exclusively for web use in Lightroom Classic. That means I'm exporting in sRGB colorspace to post images on my website and social media. However, exported photos look completely different than what I see while developing. I assume this is because Lightroom uses a different ProPhoto colorspace. My monitor is a Dell S2721DGF IPS monitor. It has a wide-gamut and excellent color reproduction, though I have not done any calibration myself. Now, I understand that Lightroom is a color managed program and windows/web is not, therefore I expect to see color differences when exporting to sRGB. I'm trying to use soft proofing to predict the differences and make changes, but the issue is that the soft-proofing doesn't appear to be working correctly. The picture I open in Windows does not reflect the soft-proofed sRGB copy displaying in Lightroom. Furthermore, the soft-proofed copy doesn't appear any different than the original in a side-by-side comparison inside Lightroom. See

I've noticed that the Select Sky feature in Photoshop and in Adobe Camera Raw can produce slightly different results.  From that I'm taking the leep and suspecting that there are slightly different algorithms or different implementations of the algorithm in the two products.  If you've noticed this difference and have an opinion as to which one does the better job, I'd be interesting in hearing what you think.

My After Effects product looks weird and broken. The render time and shape layer property looks corrupted. Timeline, scripts, expressions, effects, presets were destroyed through the UX program control panel. Screenshot attached. Looks more like someone's joke. Does anyone know how to fix this error?

Hace un tiempo que vengo sufriendo bloqueos del pc al utilizar las funciones de relleno, hasta el punto de que la unica manera de poder trabajar es desconectar el suministro eléctrico del equipo... A ver si alguien me puede ayudar... Gracias MI equipo:

Help! It seems like whenever I agree to an update the function, Adobe Illustrator gets all scrambled. I updated it today and now I cannot use the Curvature Point tool. When I open AI that tool should be renamed, "Straight or Jagged Line Tool". The line does not even end up on the region I was navigating around with the Curvature tool. The line appears a quarter inch off of the area I am trying to reproduce. I am so fed up with this process. I am trying to finish a major project, and I can't do anything with it because each time I try to update the system functions worse that it did before. What should I do? I need to get this work done. I may not update the system again because I have only seen it work properly after one update. I am very dissappointed.  I read online that I can restore it to a previous version. I tried to do so, but the restoration did not work either. Please tell me how to fix this. Bonnie241539314h01

Hallo liebe Community!

Sample: Lin YiJuan Jane Pu LuShi Purus Regular expression: (.+? +\w+){1}\K.* I saw a tutorial where he did it in excel. He intercepted the last name. Can it be implemented in ID?Result:JanePurus

When multiple parentheses are nested, are the groups also nested? This regular expression should only have $1$2. I tried it and it has $3. Isn't $3 empty, or is it an error?Sample file, I want to search all the numbers1. Main events 1.2 Time of occurrence March 25th 1.2.3. Operational steps Replace with :$3Found that $3 even exists?

I have three layers and want to blend the top one using Overlay, but it's greyed out along with others.  I use this all the time what has happened? See screen print below:

I am newer to expressions, and having a difficult time getting one shape layer to left align to another.  I found this tutorial that how to have shapes automatically change based on the text typed over them.  In my project, I will have two shapes stacked on top of each other, each with their own text inside them. Due to the text, each shape will be a different width from the other.  I would like to get the two shape layers to automatically left align with each other (or the shape on top to align with the shape on the bottom - whatever is easier) no matter how wide the text is. Does anyone happen to know how to do that?

Hello,My video source is MP4, and I would like to keep MP4 for the export. But my goal is to have lossless quality for the export in MP4.I don't want to use other format (like ProRes or DNX...). Is it a simple way to be lossless in that case (without going into settings) ?

Yeah, I have a sub, way more ram than needed, and that little piece of junk can't ever work, been years, been many computers, never got it to work, it's to the point that I put an image on an empty timeline, and that junk complains he can't get his 20 gigs to display that image, I have 64 gigs of ram, and 12/16/24 gigs of vram (none of my computers can take after effects). So if anyone has a good way to find an older version of after effects, please, I BEG YOU, I need it

I'm using Lightroom Classic version 14.3.1. I'm on Windows 10, 64 bit. Whenever I import photos from my harddrive to Lightroom, they're significantly more pixelated and noisy than when I view them through the default Photos app on Windows. Lightroom still recognizes the correct dimensions for the photos, but whenever I export them the dimensions drop to 1365 x 2048. My .cr2 files are all between 20 to 25 megabytes but the exported ones are 3 or less. Even with photos I've already edited and exported at normal resolution, if I import those same files again the resolution drops when they're imported now. Anyone know how to fix this?

Is there a way I have missed for Firefly to take two of my images and swap the face in one for the face in the other? Also, can I create a character (say, for a comic) and have firefly "learn" her so I can use her in my prompts? If it could do those two things.... it would be so perfectly awesome and I could drop all my other subscriptions.

My school computer uses premiere pro cc 2014, and I'm trying to figure out how to download that version onto my home computer so I can work on it outside of school. However, I only figured out how to download the latest version of premiere pro. How can I download the 2014 version on my home computer and allow my files to work on both computers?

밑에 있던 타임라인 창이 갑자기 분리되었어요다시 실행해봐도 원상복구가 안 되는데 원래대로 돌아오려면 어떻게 해야 하나요?ㅠ

I own a cd of Photoshop Elements 24 But I downloaded from the Web.  I have installed it on a Surface Laptop.  Once installed it  takes five minutes at least to open up the editor.  On my previous computer it opened up in seconds.  What is the problem?   What do I do?
