I sent one version of a PDF out for comments to one person. now, every version of that PDF I open, (including ones before the version I sent for comments and ones that have been renamed) asks me if I would like to merge comments. How do I get this to turn off? I am unable to "sign in" to the Adobe Pro 2020 on my desktop, and if I sign into the web version it says I've never sent any documents for comment. Is there anything I can do to unlink this PDF from the one version that I sent for comments? Commenting is done. I just need a "clean" version to work from without the Merge comments constantly popping up. (the PDF in question is security locked and I do not have the password, if that makes any difference. Even versions where I used a cracking program to "unlock" the paper to be editable are trying to merge. It's driving me nuts). Thanks! (P.S. no, upgrading to the newest subscription only version of Adobe Pro is not an option. This is a work computer and they will not autho

Just a general learning question: What is the purpose of the ...Baseline Options in the Text Frame Options panel? Does it have to defualt to unchecked? Why is that the preferred state?    I working on a Digital Publishing project and have been frustrated with textboxes when trying to nudge them in to proper relative position on the document. The text jumps around inside its box when I move it. Thanks to help here, I found that checking the Baseline Options box cures this condition. But what is this feature for? Why is it preferred loose and uncontrollable? There must be a reason you pros prefer this state.    Thanks.    <Title renamed by MOD>

Hey Adobe Community, Is there a recommended export setting to retain as much of the file's color grading lattitude for later grading? Would this be ProRes 422? Or would something a little less file intensive be possible?I would like to generate B-Roll compilations but I don't have time to grade them right now (and I'm not sure I want to lock in a grade). It would be great if I could render a compilation of clips as a single file, to then be broken apart later by Premiere's "Scene Edit Detection".My compilations are up to 30mins long, so achieving the most lattitude with the smallest file size would be great. Origianlly, the total size of all my B-Roll is in the range of TB, so generating a compilation of the "best of" would be ideal.I know project manager would also be an option. But I'm not sure what's best or what's industry practice. Thanks in advance!

How can I delete my Adobe account?

Hi All,I currently have a drop down menu that uses the below formula (under Run Custom Validation Script) to pull-up different layers with pictures. When the name matching the layer is selected in the drop down menu, the picture/layer appears. When I select a different name, the previous picture goes away and the new picture appears, and if there's no matching layer name in the drop down list, no picture/layer appears at all. Perfect. However, when I tried to use the same formula in a second drop down list, so that I could see BOTH the picture/layer of the first drop down and also the picture/layer of the second drop down at the same time, only the picture/layer of the second drop down appears. I'm looking for the same functionality I had before; if I choose an option in the drop down that has a matching layer name, the picture should appear, and stay until another picture is chosen or there's no matching layer name in the drop down list. I just want that for 2 separate drop

Upgrading to Windows 11 and trying to install old licensensed PE10 caused a Windows crash. Seems like the consensus is to just upgrade to PE2025 (and being forced into periodic 3 year future upgrade cycles). But, the main question, is whether the new PE2025 will be able to accept/process/restore a full backup created by PE10? That is crucial .. otherwise might as well junk Photoshop altogether and choose something if I need to reimport and reorganize all of my photos from raw backups.

Hi allIf I try to copy one of my text layers I get the error:Could not make a new layer from the selection because the pixels in a type layer cannot be modified without first rasterizing the layer. If I try to move it using the arrow keys I get:Could not nudge the selection because the pixels in a type layer cannot be modified without first rasterizing the layer. This is a recurring but inconsistent issue - when I close the file and reopen it I can copy and move the layer just fine. Any idea why I this happens? Thanks for your time(Using Photoshop 19.1.3)

It would be much faster and simpler to have a right-click option on a layer to “Export Layer As…” with common formats like JPEG, PNG, etc. Unless that already exists somewhere?

I need to retrieve scale and rotation information changes of a smart object in a video animation using a script. How can I do this?

I bought a plan 'Lightroom Plan 1TB' which stated it includes Lightroom Classic. But when I go to download it is not enabled for download and it asks me to by another plan, of the same price.  Did I simply buy the wrong plan? People tell me that LrC was included in all Lightroom plans. I can find no way to contact Adobe support to get this resolved. I cannot use Lightroom in the middle of wildlife areas due to network. I need Lightroom classic, pure desktop. I tried to contact Adobe using the chatbot and it simply did not understand anything.

AE Refuses to read any HAP format video I load in the program. It literally doesn't show any preview. About the export, even after installing the HAP Encoder from the link below, the HAP option doesn't show in the Output module -> Format. I'm working on a Macbook Pro M1 Max.The only way I found to make it work is to open AE with Rosetta. By doing so, everything is where it should be. Clearly a problem of optimization of AE for M1. Using Rosetta works, but slows down dramatically the overall performance of AE. Is there any workaround to fix this problem? I'd really appreciate some help. Thanks! HAP Encoder link:  https://github.com/disguise-one/hap-encoder-adobe-cc/releases.

Hello Adobe Community,I am facing a serious issue that needs urgent attention.I signed up for the Adobe All Apps 100GB Annual Plan (billed monthly) and started the free trial. I canceled the subscription on the very first day to avoid any charges. Despite this, my SBI debit card was charged ₹1915.14 on 20 May 2025.When I contacted Adobe Support, shockingly, they claim they never received this payment and told me to check with my bank. But my bank confirms that an e-mandate linked to Adobe is still active on my card ending 2747, meaning they can continue charging me!This is unacceptable. Why was I charged during a FREE trial? Why is Adobe denying the payment when my bank statement clearly shows the deduction? How do I get a full refund immediately? How do I cancel this e-mandate so no more money is taken without my consent?I am worried about being charged again without authorization. This situation is causing serious distress and loss of trust. If anyone has faced this or knows how to force

I just downloaded Photoshop 2024. I want to print a 5x7 photo. I have not printed in many months. For some unknown reason I cannot get a borderless print. And I do not see any setting for selecting borderless prints.I am using Mac OS Ventura 13.5.2. My printer is a HP OfficeJet Pro 8210. I just installed the latest drivers from HP. In this past I have been able to print borderless photos using this computer (Mac Studio) and this printer. Thanks,Edward Volchok

Hello, I am getting the following error, "Bytes are not ready," when adding files to an Acrobat file. I rebooted and managed to fix the error for a couple of files, but then the error showed up again. I can open the file that I want to add and even edit it, but I can't add it to another PDF. Any help will be much appreciated as I am against a deadline. By the way, I am using Acrobat for Mac and version 2025.001.20458 Thanks.

Hello, i am having this issue with a transparent white logo (png file) in Premiere Pro.I am using a video layer, a white text layer and a layer whith a white logo. In the preview and in the exported mp4 file the white text is perfectly white, but the white logo is grey. What is wrong and how can i fix this?

Hi. I'm just going through this error when exporting a png. When I apply a layer in app it works just fine, but when I export it moves from the spot where it was suposed to be. Here is an exemple:  The first one is the exported png, the second one is in app preview. The only solution I found was to convert to smart object each gradient, but this is overwork. Imagine doing it for fifity layouts a month, not to mention when I forget to do it and find out I'll have to redo all the process. I already tried the Classic Gradient option but with no success. Any ideas?

I've been editing/exporting with everything going fine in what I assume was 25.2.2 Four days ago it auto-updated to 25.2.3 and ever since, every export is very washed out. I know about the Mac gamma issue but this doesn't seem to be it? For one, I've never had any issues with it doing this in 20+ years using Premiere Pro and it suddenly started hapening after an update. Now whatever I export in whatever gamma setting all looks the same washed out and it displays that way no matter where the video is played.  I've tried changing project gamma settings - 2.4, 2.2, 1.96, all with the same results. I'm operating in media color space Rec.709 SDR, outputting color space Rec.709 and having this issues with footage from a variety of sources - Canon DSLR, Fuji, Inspire 3, GoPro, etc.  All clips are washed out regardless if any color correction has been applied. Thanks for the help!

quiero saber que estoy haciendo mall para quue no me genere los videos

I save my project files with adobe cloud and install all my apps on a different storage drive (Disk D) including adobe softwares. When opening PS, it takes my 20gb of my storage drive where my OS (Disk C) is only installed. When using it, 100gb free in my Disk C are gone and turns it to NTFS and makes me unable to save my file locally, or even as cloud save/storage because of PS. Despite use the other drive, Disk D for cloud storage and scratch disk, temp files etc, this still happened. Already purge my files and even remove scratch disk options are now gone. Still, it's not enough to save locally or on cloud.

Hello! I would need help in this issue. I am using firefly to translate a video. It says I can`t translate it because says the video does not comply with user´s guidelines. It`s a video for high school students about drug abuse prevention. I guess that´s why I cannot use the program. Somebody has a hint?Best regards, Juan Pedro
