Solved

Hello. I built an AR experience in Aero and I am trying to share it with someone. I exported a REAL file and I am able to open it on my desktop with Aero, but they are not. When they try to open the REAL file in Aero the window opens and the name of the file appears at the top, but there is no content. They've let it run overnight in case it was just slow to load and nothing ever appears. The file is 9MB so it must have content. We are both running the same latest version of Aero (v 0.17.2). My only guess is they have a much more serious firewall and network protection than I do. Would that have an effect? Or is there something else I can try? The only solution I can think of is to send them all my assets and have them rebuild the expereince on their machine... which is not a great solution. Do they need all the 3D assets as well as the REAL file for it to open?

Moin, folgendes Problem besteht seit mehreren Wochen:Lightroom V 8.2, Windows 11Bearbeiten -> Maskieren -> neue Maske -> Pinsel.

I have used parent pages since I started using InDesign 4 years ago. I made the latest software update today and am suddenly having this issue:   A-parent is applied to 4 pages (two spreads). A-parent consists of a running header on the top (left and right, centered), and page numbers on the bottom (left and right).   On the first spread, both headers and page numbers appear on the designed page. On the second spread, both page numbers appear, but only the right header appears.   The thumbnail overview clearly shows that the A-parent is applied to all four pages.   I tried substituting a copy of the A-parent to the page that is not showing the header. No difference. I also tried susbstituting the [None] parent. This works, but of course it's not the parent I need there.   I also tried creating an alternate A-parent, moving the header text to the bottom of the page, next to the page number. In this case, both text and page number show up on the designed page. It

I have a background image that I want to take the vector text that is in front of it and mask it. I have done this in the past but now it seems to not be working. I end up with nothing visible inside my letters. Please see screen shots below. Btw I am on a Mac Version Sequoia 15.3.2 and Illustrator 29.4

Latest Camera Raw Crashes PC only when I try to use the masking tool.  Specificlly when it starts to procces what is in the image for a couple seconds and the little arros start to spin.  Then without even an error report, Complete BSOD.  Complete crash.  Otherwise, the rest of Cam Raw works as it's supposed to. THINGS I HAVE TRIED:Updated NVIDIA Driver Udated Windows 11Uninstalled and reinstalled PSD latest version and older versionsTuring off GPU processing on both PSD and Cam Raw settings Nothing works unless I go all the way back to Camera Raw 14.5 Setup:  AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor, 3080 ti NVIDA GPU, 64gb ram, Windows 11 Pro 24H2

Grazie

When I change the size of an object (example a circle) in properties to a complete number on registering that size the value changes after registration. Granted its small but nonetheless annoying. Is there a fix or is this just a Illustrator glitch we have to live with?

Hello everyone. I'm formatting a book with running heads for the chapters (created as a text variable). Some of the chapter titles require a forced line break to fit how I want. Originally, I left an extra space before the forced line break so the generated table of contents would look right (when checking "Remove forced line breaks"). I only just realized that adds an extra space in my running heads that I can't seem to get rid of. I searched for an answer, and either I don't know how to properly frame my question, or there's no good answer. A few search results (from 2018, I think—maybe earlier) directed me toward a dead link with a workaround (that others indicate doesn't work reliably—whatever it is). I'm just curious if there's a way to ignore forced line breaks in running heads when pulled from a source that might have them. Thanks!

I don't need smart objects for anything, ever. How can I turn it off for good? Thanks for any help.

Does anyone else have this problem? I want to record a voice-over and it doesn't work. I checked the internal audio settings of my new MacBook Pro as well as the internal software settings of CC 2019. Both show the VO Mic. And while I see the sound get into the laptop I don't get any audio levels in Premiere. When I tried this with the older version CC 2018 it worked as it always has. Does anyone have a fix? Do I need to install a new plugin? That would be strange, because in the VO record settings it shows that it recognises the mic...Thanks for your help!

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

Is there a way to have the variables/cross-references highlighted or grayed out in text so you can see what fields are variables or cross-referenced, similar to Microsoft Word?

So I have some hidden layer inside a layer. How to select that main layer, while also selecting the hidden layer inside of it so I can move it around without having to manually unhiding it one by one then hiding it again?Thank you!

Acrobat DC.  Create a document in Word;  Convert to PDF. In Forms, default for user text is:  Size=Auto, Font-Helvetica, Color-Black.I want all new forms fields in my newly designed form, which user completes, to have default of: Size=10, Font - Calibri, Color - dark blue. This helps user input stand out from static document text, without being too different; looks almost the same if completed form is printed in B/W.If possible, I'd like this to be the default standard and not something I have to run a script on each form I create.  But beggars can't be choosy, so I'll take what ever will work.Thank you.

I have a file and when I open it the print dialog comes up along with the file.  I guess this is something the creator put into the document; however I cannot find a way to disable this.  Do you know of a way to disable it so that the print dialog does not open every time I open the document. Using Acrobat Pro XI on Windows 10.Thank you, Rich

I saw this effect inside after effect tutorial page. But cant find any tutorial on how to do this effect. Anyone can teach me how to do it?

Hi all - so I have a quiz slide using Captivate 2019s built in multiple choice. The master slide contains Back Submit and Skip and each have been stylistically edited in the Object Style Manager. We have a few multi choice, T/F and multi answer Knowledge Check slides.  Settings for the Multi choice/Multiple answer are:GradedShuffle AnswersMultiple Answers (when required)Points: 10Numbering: NoneCaptions: Correct, IncompleteButtons: Back, SkipActions - Success Go to next slideInfinite Attempts: yesRetry Message: noFailure Messages: 1We are finding in testing, which I've not come across before, that if we get a question wrong (Incorrect message, please try again), that if we get the answer wrong again, Submit when clicked does nothing. So even with Infinite Attempts we can only get it wrong once. Is this expected behaviour?Quiz Settings: Required - OptionalAllow Backwards movementUnder Pass - Fail - Pass Fail option is set to 80% (but these are just knowledge checks)If Passing

Hi, I have previously made a logo with text around a circle with no problems. Top text was outside the circle, bottom text was insisde the circle. I have tried to do the exact same thing but there are no handles to edit the text after typing on a path. Ican move it around the circle, or inside or out at all.  I also cant see the highlighting over the text I have selected to change so never know which part of text I am at. Can anyone please help with this?

When trying to save as a PDF/A file in Acrobat Pro DC it throws an error. Assertion failed in file D:\T\Plugins\Preflight\src_pdfToolbox\pdfInspektorBatch\_Imp\PIBatchAVConversion.cpp, line #566:"CPreflightDlgManager::getDefaultPRCs(state,progbar)" I been in contact with support who confirms this is a bug and given me several workarounds to try which we have tried without success. However I can't find any more information on the issue and the issue is urgent. This does not occur on Windows 10 but on Windows 11. We have tried:Reinstalling, repairing and updatingInstalling an older versionUnchecked "Enable Protected Mode At Startup" and "Run in Appcontainer"Deleting registry keys Adobe Acrobat, Acrobat Arm, Acrobat Distiller, PDF settings. I have tried on 2 different machines with Acrobat Pro and Windows 11 and it throws the same error. On the 2nd machine, unchecking "Enable protected mode at startup" enables me to save the PDF as a PDF/A but sometimes gives

Whenever I open the Adobe Acrobat program I get a sign in window that auto signs me in. I see myself logged in the corner for a second *sometimes* before the program auto closes. I can log into creative cloud fine, when I try to open the Acrobat program the same experience happens.   When I try to run as administrator this happens:  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling adobe. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud. I can log into the program fine on other devices.

Hi Adobe Community,I would like a text field to populate a text hint when I select a particular option from a pull down menu. I want the text hint to appear grey when that option is selected and I want it to disappear once the user starts to type in the text field (and return in grey if the text field is left blank). And when the user starts to type in the text field, I want the text to be black. If the user selects any other option in that pull down menu, the text hint shouldn't appear at all.  I'm pretty sure I need to do on focus/on  blur events in the text field, similar to what I have done for a Check Box, but I just can't seem to come up with the right script to make it happen for a drop down menu instead. I'm also guessing the 'default' verbiage might need to be removed since this text field has no default text? Thanks in advance!! // On focus, Run a Javascript //if (event.target.value==event.target.defaultValue) {event.target.value = "";event.target.textColo

Hallo everyone! I am pretty desperate!Been working on a video project for a week, which has a quickly approaching deadline. After finishing 3 of 6 videos containing drone footage from a DJI Mavic 2 and 4K footage from my new Canon R7 and exporting without issues, I have been stuck on the last one for 2 solid days of trying to figure this out.All shot in 4K 30fps, some color grading and slowing down added but nothing major. No other effects or complex stuff. When exporting, all footage from the R7 runs beautifully, just the drone footage gets stuck. I have tried every single hack online. Export using Media encoder, high bitrate, low bitrate, every export preset, only software, rendering before export, deleting all the drone files from my laptop and copying them back over from my backup hard drive. Nothing works. I am pretty much at the end of my ideas. Solid 20 hours of looking up everything I could find! Please Help!
