Solved

I spent 3 months between Epson and Adobe as to why Epson 700 prints looked muddy. Finally I suggested since I hadn't any problems with older Epson, couldn't I download an earlier version of Illustrator. I downloaded Epson 2024 28...and finally clarity in prints. I have updated the Illustrator 28 recently and now the prints are muddy. Where can I get an older version of Illustrator 28? I want crisp prints again!!!

Greetings. Through the virus, I had to remove all Creative Cloud products from my laptop. I used the tools offered by Adobe on the official website to delete. But I can't install Photoshop again, Creative Cloud and Lightroom. I ask for help with this

After updating, it tells me I don't have enought graphics memory for people masks.and the new landscape masks just don't work. It goes into "detecting" but never can.It was working well before the newest LrCL updatee Fully updated MacBook Pro, see the screenshot for the specs.

I have reports from multiple users across our school networks that they are experiencing issues when attempting to open some PDFs from any webpage or within any program. Upon opening the PDF to view it in browser they get a message saying to view the PDF they 'must have Adobe Reader or Acrobat X or later installed'. The main issue being, it is installed. It can be a new install of either Acrobat or Reader, freshly re-installed, repaired, doesn't matter. I have reimaged multiple machines trying to fix this. It doesn't matter which browser the user is using, (tried IE, Edge, Chrome, and Firefox to no avail). The only consistent factor I have found is that it seems to happen with PDFs that have been emailed specifically, or where the PDF has been generated from an email. The users CAN, however, download the affected PDF, then open it in Acrobat, then edit it, then re-upload it. This is our current work around, but I need an actual solution as one of the websites our staff use for stud

I copied and pasted several pages of English text into my document where I already have paragraph styles selected for it. I noticed that the quotation marks are in French. I tried the find/change option and it keeps saying it doesn't find any matches. Is there another way of removing the French glyphs from the start?

In Dreamweaver, I have the following function:This function, and the whole file that contains it, runs without error on my server, so I believe it is valid PHP code. However, Dreamweaver is displaying errors, claiming there is a syntax problem.I believe the syntax I'm using is valid since PHP version 7 or 8. Dreamweaver seems to only reference PHP 5.6 or 7.1. I have selected for Dreamweaver to reference PHP 7.1, but this has not made a difference. Why is Dreamweaver marking my code as incorrect? Is the PHP in some way non-standard, even though it works? Or is this a limitation of Dreamweaver?

This color stripes representing selected color only. I do not think there is other use to this. How can I switch off this color stripes?

Hi everyone,Don't know if anyone else experienced the same issue, but from the last update my PS keeps crashing after trying to use 'Select&Mask' optionI have no clue why, any ideas how to fix it? Thanks in advence!

I built a custom GPT where the user can copy and paste a premiere transcript and AI will find and rank the most compelling moments in the video. The GPT will then output a script that can be imported into premiere (via extendscript) and drop markers in the sequence at all the compelling moments, color-coded to the degree of engagement. The process eliminates tedious searching content for the most viral moments (like Opusclip) but requires the user to copy and paste the transcript into the GPT and then copy and paste the script into extendscript. Is Adobe working on AI features like this for Premiere? Is there any way I can access the transcript via the API or otherwise to eliminate the copy-and-pasting? Is there any way to run scripts in Premiere without using the Extendscript Toolkit? (like you can in AE)

This problem is often encountered when one of the control lines is too short for us to drag it directly. Strictly speaking, this is the result of an unregulated operation.   The conditions are: assuming the AB arc is already perfect, you can't affect AB as it is. What I do now is to just yank point A with ^, but many times I need to take the time to recover the A-B arc again.

Hi I am a Realtor.  I use Docusign through Keller Williams command.  When I send documents that are signed to the other Realtor and they use Authentisign to sign the documents, I cannot view their signatures.  however, when I upload them into docusign, I can see them.  The problem seems to be with Adobe.  I have Adobe Professional.   I attached an example of what is happening.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This has only happened in the last few weeks.  Does anybody else expereince this? Does anybody know how I can get it owrking - what am I missing?   In the screen shot I have not transcribed the sequence but that is the view I get when I have transcribed and exported. Many thanks in advance   Matthew Emson

I want to know how to cancel the payment for Adobe,I try to contact but it can't do anything ,please contact me.

Made lots of mistakes on a picture of me...need to delete.

We recently purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and I'm trying to figure out how to take a document that I added a stamp to and flatten it so our users cannot delete the stamp from it.  I have found the 'Flatten' option but it is greyed out.  The only option in the menu available is 'Import as Layer'.  How do I enable the 'Flatten' feature?  In previous versions, I used a java script to flatten when the option was not available.

Hey there I can't get rid of these red crosses that appear on my objects. It only happens when i resize them smaller. If i keep it large the red cross doesnt appear.  Can someone help me out and tell me how to get rid of that? Thanks!

I've been using a TranslatedStrings_Lr_en_US.txt file since February without any issues. It sets the shortcut for the Masking panel to Shift + Z, and Redo to Ctrl + Shift + Z, instead of the awkward Ctrl + Y shortcut.   "$$$/AgDevelop/Menu/View/Mask/Key=Shift+Z" "$$$/Application/Menu/Edit/RedoWin/Key=Ctrl+Shift+Z"   After installing version 11.5, both shortcuts stopped working. By removing the first line, I was able to use the default shortcut, Shift + W, for Masking, which I can live with, but I would prefer Shift + Z. Having to use Ctrl + Y for Redo is harder to live with.

I just wanted to let Adobe know why I will not buy Firefly. I made a prompt accepted on two other AI creation places. Adobe refused to accept it here. my prompt contained the words  "children", "boy", "girl", and the names of dead long ago artists for a style reference.  I removed the words one at a time and still you would not accept my prompt.  I don't have money to waste.

How do I deactivate this virtual number pad?  I'm using Windows 11 and not even the chat GPT tips help. Thanks

I can't find anything related to this in the Illustrator Scripting docs.I would like to select a file and get a file path so I can do something with it in scripting.  Is this something that should just be done with standard js or does illustrator have a Select File Dialog box you can call?
