Hello: I had a working Lightroom Classic and Canon Print Studio but had to wipe Windos off and start fresh. A Microsoft update didn't play nice. So, a fresh install of Lightroom Classic. Tried to install Canon Print Studio, it appeared to install but told a file was missing when I tried to run it in Lightroom. This seems to be a common problem! So I ignored it and tried to just use Print. But no image showed and the Print and Printer buttons are greyed out. I do have 'Print To' set to printer. Any ideas please? Hello,How do I contact any adob customer support, where I can talk / mail with a real person? It seems, that there is no way to find any contact on adobe page.I would like to cancel my subscription. I used the product only few times and it was last year, also I can see that the price raised from 15 to 20 euro, I do not wish to continue this subscribtion, which I have not been using for a while. Please help me.Kind regards,

I got a free trial of Creative Cloud All Apps and I'd like to cancel the plan. When I follow the steps listed in the help link (https://helpx.adobe.com/account-billing-next/manage-plan/cancel-plan/cancel-trial-subscription.html), I get stuck on step 2. There should be a Manage plan option under plans, but the webpage says I have no paid plans. And yet the blue bar says I have a 14 day free trial. I'm really trying to cancel this free trial ASAP. Can anyone help me?

Can Firefly actually use a photo reference and isolate the face to generate a new image?  It always just creates random fake people, but never uses the actual face in the image I'm attaching.  Tried all sorts of prompts, but never works.  Is it just against the code, because you're using someone's likeness, even if its you?

How do i access my service.

Some months ago I setup an auto renaming of files saved after editing.  Due to a significant change in my filing I now need to revert back to the standard Photoshop system, but cannot remember or even find out how I did it.Can anyone help me?

I want to be able to go to New and just click create and have the default be 4500x4500, I can adjust later I just want click and done.  It's always trying to default to the size of the clipboard which is all over the map, I just want it to always go to a default size.   Possible?

In DC Reader, there is a toolbar that I've circled in red that is always visible. Can I at least dock it somewhere, although I'd prefer to remove it from site. Is this possible?

Hi there. I am trying to export my character from animate to unity but I am having a problem. The animation has 20 frames . On frame 1 and 20 the character is in default stance, but frame 10 I lowered the head and added a tween to smooth the bobbing motion. However as you see this is changing the size of the image and causing the issue. The below image is a demo scene in Unity showing that the character is moving up into the air at the part of the animation when his head is lowered.  Giving illusion of the character floating up and down. How can I achieve this animation without this happening? Is possible to lock the frame size ? I have tried all the options in animate such as scale content etc. I've also tried settings in Unity such as draw mode to tiled, but this makes the whole character stretch and doesnt look good for a robot.

I am often left totally perplexed as to why an image has been rejected for qulity issues, which makes it difficult t  o avoid issues in the future. So can the hive mind give their opion of these images and what I can do to improve them in the future please.

Greetings and salutations! I have the latest Illustrator version 29.4 running on Imac retina 2018, 64 RAM, MAC OS SEQUOIA 15.4.1 recently I had to work on multi page document, so I noticed an annoying bug: when I am making a new arboard by option clicking previous artboard, I can do it once but soon after the curson starts acting weird, and I cannot select artboard again, and when I switch to regular select tool it just starts not reacting, not selecting. SO I restart Illustrator and it works fine until I try to do it again, create new artboard and agaisnt it begins to act weird, really breaking work flow...

Adobe Bridge can't see or download iCloud Drive files that have not been downloaded to the local drive.I locate the iCloud Drive files in the folder ~/library/mobile documents. Not enough room on my hard drive to store the contents of iCloud Drive. So, iCloud Drive has the files stored in the cloud. Adobe Bridge can't see the thumbnails of the files stored in the cloud (it can see previously downloaded files. If you go to view menu and click show hidden files, files appear and are named as follows: .P1020665.RW2.icloud. The actual name of the file is P1020665.RW2. If you click on the file, it will not download or open. This appears to be a problem with Adobe Bridge. If you try opening a file directly with photoshop, it will download it and open it in Adobe Camera Raw.Has anyone found a way to fix this?

eps 파일로 옮겨야하는데 어떻게 해야하나요?

In File > File Info > Raw Data, there's always data written to a file, even if just a new file saved as jpg. This data has proved impossible to be removed by any Windows-based software or online service. Is there a script or a way to stop PS from doing this? jpegoptim is capable of it, but it's not on Windows. To counter the inevitable 'whys' - why would it write the data in the first place? The rest of the xmp tabs are all empty, and stripping this info with jpegoptim does not break the file in any way.

For the last week now I have been trying to download the Photoshop Creative Cloud trial for my MacBook Air and every time I try to download it, it stops at 8%. Am I doing something wrong or does anyone know what to do to fix this? Thanks in advance!

I paid for the full year subscription so I can edit PDFs but its been frustrating as I cant edit any pdf unless im using the Adobe app on my iPhone.. when Im signed into the same account on my Windows laptop or Desktop, it tries to make me "upgrade" as if Im on some non-paying account. Super annoying. Appreciate any insights. Thanks, Dean
