안녕하세요.  잘 사용중이던 일러스트가 금일부터 갑자기실행후 "초기화중" 에서 응답없음으로 멈춰있습니다.  아래 게시글들 중 제안 방법인 1. Alt + Ctrl + Shift 를 누른 상태에서 일러스트레이터 실행 2. C 드라이브 > Users > 사용자명 > AppData > Roaming > Adobe 의 경로로 들어가셔서Adobe Illustrator Settings 폴더를 삭제하여 초기화 후 실행 위 2가지 방법외에 전체 어도비 프로그램 삭제하여 재설치하였는데도 동일한 증상입니다.  윈도우10 pro / 일러스트 27.3.1 버전이며,다른 포토샵 등은 잘실행되고 있습니다. 연락처: jpark@wylie.co.kr 연락을 부탁드립니다.   

Hi Adobe team, I've looked through the discussions in the community and can see that there's currently no support to import custom .mogrt files designed in After Effects, into Premiere Rush. I just wanted to see if this is likely to change in the future? What's the intention behind that? Where is Premiere Rush heading in the future?is it worth educating or encouraging others in our team to use Rush if features are going to be removed? I just amconcerned about committing to a lite version of software, that may just be dropped from Adobe in the future.  Thanks, Josh

Can anybody give me some critique why some these images are rejected for quality reasons?

Hey everyone,I recently submitted some images to Adobe Stock, but they got rejected, and I’m trying to understand why. I’d really appreciate any insights from those with more experience!Here are some of the images that were rejected.            Some of them are illustrations of furnitures but there's so many abstract portraits. idk why i got rejected.I checked the guidelines, but I’m not sure if the issue is with technical quality, composition, or something else. Have any of you faced similar rejections? Any advice on how I can improve for future submissions?Thanks in advance! Looking forward to learning from your experiences. 😊

결제 대행사가 변경되었다 하여 지난 2월 25일에 기존 결제를 취소하고 새로 어도비를 통해 멤버십을 결제 시작하였는데 2일 전 부터 자꾸 이 메세지가 뜹니다. 엑스를 누르면 창이 꺼지기는 하나 다른 버튼이라도 누르면 창이 꺼지지도 않네요.  

나도 모르게 달달이 11000원 결제됨. 올해는 13200원으로 올라서 결제되다가카드 변경으로 인해 결제가 중단되어서 그 사실을 알게되엇음..어떤아이디가 내 카드로 정기결제를 하고있는지 알수가없음.알수있는 방법이있나요?

포토샵 월간 구독만 해서 19800만 결제를 원했는데 포토샵을 구독하는 과정에서추가요청사항중 하나인 adobestock 플랜이 구독을 원하지도 않았는데 결제하는과정에서응 하였던것때문에 구독이 같이 되었습니다저는 이사실을 몰랐는데 오늘 자동결제되서 39600이 사용하지도 않은 어플인데결제 되어서 당황스럽습니다이런식으로 플랜을 제안한것이라면 제대로 확인하고 어도비를 사용했을텐데사용하지도 않은 어플이 어떠한 안내 없이 구독된것 같아서 당황스럽고저에게 전혀 필요하지도 않습니다....취소하려면 수수료를 내라고 하는데..제 의지대로 구독한 어플이 아닌데 수수료를 내서 취소를 해야하나 싶습니다제가 원하는건 바로 취소 수수료없이 구독을 취소하고전액환불을 받고 싶습니다.

기존PC가 사양이 낮아서 영상편집 프로그램이 작동이 잘 안되어, PC본체를 바꾼후 재설치를 해서 사용하려고 하는데 쉽지 않습니다.  Adobe.com에 접속해서 로그인을 했는데 무료회원접속으로 되어 더이상 프로그램 진행이 어렵습니다.  연회원을 취소하고 재가입해서 진행해야 하나요???  

Hello everyone, I've noticed a strange change in the behavior of PDFs when I share them via sharepoint or google. The browsers open the files in application windows, which has not been a problem so far. For a short time, however, the buttons no longer work. Anyone have any ideas or noticed this problem too? 결제를 하면 업데이트 중이고, 새로 고침하면 또 다시 업데이트하면 내 플랜 버튼이 없어지는 무한 반복입니다. 한두 번도 아니고 자꾸 이러니 짜증 나네요. 도와주세요, 고수님들ㅠㅠ

my video was fine yesterday, and now a part of the clip i showing af red background with at !.. why is that, and how do i get my old video back, with out begin from scratch agian?

I built a new computer.  I loaded LR Classic and Topaz Photo AI.  Both programs work independently as expected.  On my old computer,  I was able to add Topaz Photo AI as a Plug-in to LR Classic.  When I try to do this on my new computer, I get an "error occurred while trying to load this program" message, and the plug-in does not get installed. Any suggestions?

Windows 11 Pro (24H2 26100.3476)Adobe Acrobat 25.1To make sure it wasn't just happening with specific documents, I created a new test Word document and new test PDF document.I then tested on a different Windows 11 system, same versions of software and OS...and it is happening there as well.I then tried an Excel document...same thing.It happens whether it is on my local machine or over the network from the server.I'm not finding this exact issue when searching. So here I am.

Is there a way to get an earlier version of Lightroom Classic (for example, v. 12.6)? In the Creative Cloud I can't find anything previous to v. 13.0.

Premiere Pro v.25 does not see my camera as a device or media drive so I cannot easily import footage directly from it into a project. Lightroom and Lightroom Classic have no problem recognizing my 10-year-old DSLR (Canon EOS 5D Mark III) as a "device" in their import modes. (I'm on an iMac M1 and connect the camera via Mini-USB.) I realize Lr and LrC are intended for photography, but DSLRs shoot video too and so you'd expect Pr to recognize any camera as a device for importing media when you're in the Import mode.  Btw, my Canon records on both CompactFlash card, for which I have no standalone card reader, as well as SD card, for which I do have a card reader. But the CF holds more data (64 GB vs. 32 GB) and records data faster (160 MB/sec vs. 90 MB/sec), so I'd prefer to record on CF rather than SD—and find an easy way to import videos into Pr.  I'm left with two possible workflows:Launch Lightroom.Import the video seamlessly from the Canon into Lr.Expor

Does someone have had any luck trying to send am Adobe SRT signal to OBS? I've been trying to configure it in mac to send the signal to OBS in a Windows pc i'm using for my remote editing sesions, I haven't been able to get any signal via ethernet (my computers are connected directly via lan) nor wifi (via my network)

What would be the easiest way without a third party, paid plugin to randomly change the font size of whole words in illustrator without having to manually select each word and change the size one by one.  Something like below.

When I create a library to save images to, the images save to the previous one I was using. Then the only way to move them is to open the library tray and painstakingly move them one by one to the new library. This happens every time I want to create. new library. Can someone explain how to use the library feature please?

I've been meaning to ask for the "exlude ai from search results" to be set as default for some time now... Loging in today that has now been removed all together.Adobe, Please remove AI from Adobe Stock or at least put back the filter. I'm a Graphic Designer and we do not want AI Now I have to wade through loads of useless results to fine anything I can use in my job.

I can't change my library. The pop-up that usually gives me the option to change libraries doesn't have that option. Why isn't there a simpler way to change default libraries for Adobe Stock? There really should be a much easier way than to click on a pop-up. Like maybe a dropdown or a check box in each library, when browsing through the library? Please advise.

When I plug my camera in to my laptop and import photos, I don't see any settings that I have changed. It's all defaults from when I installed Lightroom Classic. Yet, all of my photos are tinted this weird blue color! It makes me have to edit them all in Develop mode just to get it to go away. For waht it's worth, these photos look fine on the camera. It just shows that way in Lightroom. Thank you for any help you can provide!
