However, when I enter my valid mobile phone number, I receive this error:“An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.”I also tried using Firefox, but the same error appears.I need to complete the phone verification before I can continue with my Adobe Stock Contributor account.Could you please check my account and help me resolve this phone verification issue?Thank you.

When I try to generate a movie and I’m adding first and last frame the movie doesn’t see this frames and makes movie by own idea, not on my pictures.

At Qualcomm's annual Snapdragon Technology Summit in November of 2022 Adobe took the stage and commited to a native version of Acrobat for Windows on ARM (arm64).  It’s almost four years later and I cannot find any recent updates. What has happened with that commitment?  Is it delayed?  Has Adobe renegged on that commitment?  I cannot find any guidance on the topic in recent years.

As the title says when I open an image in PS it starts going dark and light and keeps doing it.

Kling 3.0 not responding however credits is available

Whenever I try to generate an image using Gemini 3.1, I keep getting the “Something went wrong” error. It doesn't even attempt to generate the image; I get this error instantly. I've tried different prompts and different models, but I'm still getting the same error. I cleared my browser history and disabled Windows Defender, but it didn't fix the issue.

When we edit photos with Firefly, The resolution of the final image is not same as the uploaded image why is that , why can't the final output resolution be same as original and why it is being reduced , keep the resolution same of final output image that's my final suggestion

Adobe now walk on same path like Nokia , just sell, sell and sell nothing else . Firefly app worst android app in compare to any other big tech companies app. U cant create image to video in app. Mostly times face something  went wrong. Good Luck for Good company's bad future

Quando entro em GERAR IMAGEM fica travado na última geração de imagem. A linha de prompt fica travada e também a janela onde se escolhe a imagem de referência. É preciso sair e entrar inúmeras vezes para que destrave. Isso faz perder um tempo enorme.

Hey everyone,I want to make sure I’m following the rules correctly for my programmatic motion graphics.I use Remotion to render videos procedurally from React code. The catch is: I use an AI (like ChatGPT/Claude) to write 100% of the code for me based on my prompts.Even though the AI writes the entire script, the actual video rendering and pixel generation are still done purely by the Remotion engine. I am not using any generative video models (like Sora, Runway, or Firefly). The AI only outputs text/code, and Remotion turns that code into a video. In this specific case, where the underlying code is fully AI-generated but the visual render is procedural, do I need to check the "Created using generative AI tools" box?Appreciate any insights!

The latest version of Firefly and Firefly 5 aren't working. They're giving a connection error, as shown in the image I attached; only "Firefly" 1 is working.

I can't use text prompts; an error message appears when I click "Generate".

Change the monkey that comes up when something can’t be loaded. I don’t even care if my picture or video can’t load, the monkey’s appearance just pisses me off. It annoys me so much that I'm more than willing to unsub from my new Pro plan if it isn’t changed because it genuinely enrages me to see the monkey pop up.

IL PROGRAMMA DA IERI SERA NON FUNZIONA PIU, APPARE LA SCRITTA "SI è VERIFICATO UN PROBLEMA, RIPROVA PIU TARDI" CON L'IMMAGINE DI UN CAGNOLINO.

ME APARECÓ ESE ERROS 3 VECES Y IGUAL ME COBRARON LOS CREDITOS

I have an image of a tattoo design that I've been trying to get through Adobe but Adobe will not let me do anything with it it won't let me edit it and it won't let me use it as a reference to get a new image from Adobe

"Firefly video generation fails even with simple prompts, shows 'Something went wrong' error[PII removed by Mod]

I can’t open the windows correctly

i keep telling it to make the video different so it makes a seamless  looping video with a flower bud opening turning into a mandala and re-budding, its used my credits three times and didn't change what i told it to. it shouldn't charge me credits if its not going to respond to my edit requests!  I  shouldn't have to pay for it doing somethin i dont want or not responding repeatedly. it wont make a seamless looping video. super lames.
