Solved

After the most recent update I had to create a document using assets from older indesign files that previously never gave any issues. Now the dropshadows from multiple (different objects) move all over the place (away from the object as if theres a fixed lightsource) when I move these objects. When I turn off the dropshadow of the object, move the object and then turn the shadow back on it will have the shadow in it's correct position. When I move the object around multiple times it will start glitching the entire page until I move my cursor over it again. When I change the path of the object the displaced shadow will snap back into it's correct position, making me think this is a graphical display issue.  In the example below you can see how the dropshadows moved. (left one moved up when moving the object down and to the left. Right one stayed closer to it's original position but offset, middle is the original position before copying and moving).  i'm working on a

Ever since the last updated, drop shadows aren't displaying properly when exporting PNGs from Indesign. There are a couple of threads, but no solutions, It's becoming annoying, as the workaround is to close the app completely and reopen the file. Totally messes the workflow.

My recent Premiere project files have disappeared after the 26.0 update. Nothing in the auto save folders, nothing anywhere. It says the last time I opened that file was May of 2026 which is bullshit because I opened it a couple of weeks ago and used it.Plus all of my presets for editing workspaces were gone as well. Ive been with you guys since 3.0 but this has made me decide to drop you and go somewhere else.

It seems like every single system to submit a bug report or feature request on Adobe’s website is broken.I first noticed this when, while attempting to share a feature request, I clicked the “Share Feedback” button in the Adobe admin console, which can be accessed by clicking the help icon in the top right of the console. Nothing happened.Attempting to find the appropriate place to submit a bug report led me to a chat with a live agent, who helped me troubleshoot and ensure the issue was not user error. We confirmed the issue was present across Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox on two separate computers. No errors appeared in the JavaScript console when clicking this button.I was then sent to https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html by both the assistant and Adobe’s support helpdesk software, which is supposedly a link to a form that would allow a user to submit feature requests and bug reports. However, this page does not have any forms on it whatsoever. The page is written like i

Hi everyone, I have two related questions about Adobe Stock contributor accounts and would really appreciate insight from experienced contributors. 1) A friend of mine recently created a new Adobe Stock contributor account. He only uploads AI-generated images. For every single image, he checks the "Created using Generative AI" box, adds a proper title, relevant keywords, and selects the correct category before submitting. Assuming he continues working exactly this way — only AI-generated content, always correctly disclosed and labeled — is there any risk that his account could still get suspended? 2) My own Adobe Stock account was suspended some time ago. If I log into my friend's account from the same phone that was previously used to access my suspended account, and upload AI-generated images there (properly disclosed, same process as above), could this cause my friend's account to get suspended or flagged — even though the images and disclosure process themselves are correct? Any gu

In Illustrator 30.7 the modal Blend Options dialog was replaced with a dedicated Blend panel. Basically, that's an improvement.BUT: Unlike the modal dialog, none of the settings in the new panel can be recorded as part of an action in the Actions panel. That's a pain.Adobe, I guess you can imagine that this is a serious setback for action creators? What is the general reason why you don't make sure that new commands/settings are always actionable?

The Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription I pay for using my Moble phone app for it, won't let me edit on my PC when logged in. It tells me to get a subscription, which I have it with this app and am logged in under this account. It's supposed to let me create, sign, edit, my pdf from mobile device or PC. Why won't it let me do it on PC?

Hi,I get the error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142)" whenever I try to open Adobe Premiere Pro 2026.My System Specs:- CPU: Intel Pentium Gold G5620 @ 4.00GHz- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 2GB- Motherboard: ASUS Prime B360M-C- OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)Troubleshooting steps I've already tried:1. Older versions of Illustrator had avertical and horizontal scaling tools, along with being able to angle the type and offset the base line. Those four no longer existing in the character tools. Why were these 4 options removed.

Hello everyone, I am opening this thread hoping to get some advice or assistance regarding my blocked Adobe Stock contributor account.  My account was blocked, and I submitted the official appeal form quite a long time ago. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response or updates so far.  Restoring this account is extremely important to me, as it is a crucial part of my work. I understand the review process takes time due to the heavy volume of requests, but I am very worried since a lot of time has passed without any feedback. I have always aimed to maintain high quality and strictly follow all contributor guidelines.  If any community moderators or Adobe staff (like @Mat Hayward) could help me check if my appeal is currently in the system, I would be incredibly grateful.  Thank you in advance foryour help!

Aiming to learn new skills in retouching and coloring… anyone can help?

When the year generative fill was offered, many content creators offered methods of creating painting and other artistic effects either through quick masking and filling or creating an alpha channel and filling. But in more recent versions this feature doesn’t work for me. I tried generative fill directly, but got very weak effects.Does this feature still work? If so, how? I don’t care for the look of neural filters and found the AI approach more interesting than the legacy artistic filters. Thanks

My animation works perfectly in Animate, but when I export all my movie clips are stationarty....

Ok so let's start off by saying I use LR mobile on my phone and also take photos with my phone which is a Samsung galaxy s23 ultra. I use the pro camera and set white balance at around 4900K. My lights are set up to be around 4800K give or take. Either way even if white balance from lights were off and I corrected it with my white balance grey card it shoukd balance out correct? So, I take photos of clothes to sell on ebay. I try and get the colors and white balance the closest to actual colors as possible so the buyer knows what they are buying. My process is set up lights, take photo of grey card in the middle of where clothes will be, then take photos of all clothes (being careful not to move lights), then I crop on my phone, and then i go to LR Mobile where my photos have been synced to.From there I open up my grey card photo, grab the dropper and place on the gray card. The photo will adjust and I get a green check. I then go to copy settings and uncheck everything but the white b

Hello all, I've bought a lifelong licence to Lightroom 5.0. I've just reinstalled my computer. Where can I find the download link for Windows ? It seems like it's hidden by Adobe, I don't appreciate that... Cédric

It just spins and then stops, and I have to hit "enter" before I can do anything else in Photoshop. iIve tried disabling the GPU, and re-enabling. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop twice. I am running photoshop 2023 and photoshop Beta on my laptop, which have been running successfully on this laptop for several months. Any suggestions would really help me, Thank you.
