I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro. I used to have the ability to scan and save a document as a pdf file. Then edit that saved document and re-save as the same file name. I recently got a new computer and re-downloaded the program. Now every time I make changes to a document, I cannot simply "save". It forces me to "save as" every time (thus, creating a 2nd file). I'm sure I'm just missing something in the settings but I can't find it.Any thoughts? Thanks!Pam

I'm hoping that there is a way to hide the bright blue Gen AI button in the toolbar. Just my preference to see it go as the bright blue is very distracting.Thanks

Hello,I am currently using Adobe Acrobat Pro Version 2026.001.21691; Enterprise License.I recently used the Combine Files tool in Acrobat Pro to create a PDF from multiple file types (Word, PDF, and one JPG). Everything combined correctly, but the JPG page is significantly smaller than the Letter‑sized pages in the document. The “Set Page Boxes” tool shows Letter as greyed out, so I can’t change the page size.What’s the correct way to enlarge the image page so it becomes Letter size like the others?Thank you

Hi everyone,I have a question about Adobe Stock's multiple-account policy.Suppose someone already has one active Contributor account but wants to create a separate account for a completely different type of content that they don't submit on their main account.If they start creating the second account but Adobe shows the multiple-account permission notice, and they immediately stop without completing verification and change their mind to create new acount, tax/payment details, or uploading anything — would that incomplete and abandoned signup be considered a multiple-account policy violation?Or does it only count as a second account once the Contributor account is fully completed and actually used?Just trying to understand how Adobe treats an incomplete account creation attempt. Ive been running into an issue where this happens alot… i sort of come to a conclusion that it has something to do with color space, but even when the color space is correct, this happens when zooming in and out or when i use the hand tool to move my work space about… if anyone has any details / solution to help me sort this out, it would be appreciated.

The only drawing program that this happens on is photoshop, even programs not really made for drawing have a more smooth/responsive brush.When i opened up paint and just scribbled some lines in it i realized how smoother it is compared to photoshop, then i opened Clip Studio Paint and it was the same, it was way smoother than Photoshop, i can’t just ignore it at this point its too annoying and i don’t  know if this problem only affects me or its a photoshop issueThings I Tried that did not fix it: Disable GSYNC Change Scratch disks Smoothing is not even on Rolling back to older versions(Present in CS6 I tried photoshop ME7 and it did not have this issue, but its too old) Small brush, big brush, small canvas, big canvas, none of it makes a difference The MS Paint cursor is not visible because of compression but the brush stroke was following it seamlessly

I need to insert pages into the middle of a document that has continuous text flow between pages.Each of the new pages has one text frame. I have connected those two pages together. But I can find no way to connect preceding pages to the input of the first new page’s frame, and the output of the last new page’s frame to the input of the subsequent page.Any attempt to link the frames with the input or output handles creates a new text frame on the clicked-on page. I found that to connect the two new pages I had to Shift-click each one’s text frame so they were both selected; but this is impossible with the preceding or subsequent pages.Any insights appreciated!The two pages in the middle need to be inserted into the flow. 

Photoshop as of yesterday started crashing on launch - Only an hour before it was working fine. uninstalling, deleting preferences, full CC clean has not fixed the issue.From what i can tell the only change in that hour span was that the Creative Cloud manager app updated camera raw. Additional Details:Photoshop version 27.7 Nvidia Drivers (Studio) are on latest version as of writing and were both before and after the update  Tried clean reinstall of these Windows updates has been checked for any missing updates and has none to offer Does anyone have a fix?Or can offer how to rollback both photoshop and camera raw to a stable version?I’m in the middle of an important project delivery and need access again. I know how to install older versions of photoshop but it seems like it’s the camera raw plugin crashing things and I don’t know how to roll that back

Since two weeks I guess, rendering (in the background) while editing is extremely slow. For a five minute video I have to wait for 30 minutes (render in to out). Even when it shows "green" after rendering, as soon as I just click on one clip, it immediately turns to "red". And the process starts again. This is no way of editing professioanlly. I even switched last week from a RTX 2080 to RTX 5080, hoping that would help. Nothing. Hi y’all! Having issues with generative AI (Clone stamping, denoise, and masking) across the board and have been having issues for the last week+. Whenever I add an edit, it doesn’t necessarily “stick” in that it’ll read with an error message and requires refreshing. I’ve resigned on getting the clone stamping tool to work and will just do what I need to do to get a gallery out in Photoshop, but I have a set of images that need the denoise tool and some custom masks. I’ve re-rendered multiple times and exported but the images will not export with the masks. Feeling incredibly frustrated and wondering if anyone has found a fix for this? I’ve tried restarting the app, my computer, logging out and in, editing in the proper order of operations, refreshing/updating the masks, and checking for updates. So far, nothing has worked. Has anyone experienced this and was able to fix? Additional details: Currently running on LRC 15.4.1 and do not have any additional available updates. Is it possibl

SECOND TIME, BUT ON A DIFFERENT COMPUTER.Today I attempted an update to PS 2026 which was probably at 27.7.  While updating it froze at 51%  with the message that it was taking an unusually long time and....  After waiting over an hour I canceled the update, closed all apps and restarted my computer.  Then tried to open PS and got this message.Also here is detail from Finder: This is on my Macbook Pro apple silicon with Tahoe 26.6.Less than a month ago the exact same thing happened on my Apple Studio and current OS.  Then, with costly outside support, I had to use CC cleaner and reload, etc with all the hassle that entails.  ADOBE:  PLEASE FIX THIS.  Otherwise how many times do I have to reload etc?QUESTION.  Do I have to use Creative Cloud Cleaner or is there a more efficient way like simply uninstalling PS and then reinstalling it.  

It only crashes when connected to internet (startup with wifi off is fine). Tried reboot. Tried shutting off firewall and virus sw. If I turn on internet after a successful start, if crashes within 4 seconds (I think it’s when it tries to turn on sync). How do I fix this? Lightroom seems to work fine. Auto updates is on and Photoshop CC appears to be up to date. 

I made a document on Apple pages and I want to transfer it to indesign. I want the background and everything that was in pages into indesign like copy and paste. And I wanna edit the text and the images and elements. If there is a zero cost solution pls let me know thank you

For now, we are not taking these too After Effects until we get the overall cuts, style and sound design, then we may push these to AE someday. As for now, we need to master these developments in Premiere first.One of the problems I am running into is in the properties panel versus text fill. I prefer to avoid the track matte key and/or nested sequences (something referred to as nasty nesting), and this is where it was discovered that a fill can be applied in relation to the text layer.So, I have the text layer selected with the text properties opened where I can apply a graphic fill, whether a still or video. I place this graphic fill under the text layer. In the property's options, the fill option is selected and !viola! the graphic fills the text. I chatted with Adobe online support to ask if the Photography Plan includes AI credits. The agent said "yes" and asked me to update my credit card info. I did that, but then the agent went silent. I closed the window because I hadn't decided to buy yet.A few minutes later, I got a bank alert that Adobe already charged my card.I never clicked "Buy" or "Confirm". Updating my card info is NOT an agreement to pay. The agent never informed me that updating the card would trigger an immediate charge.

Adobe keep stealing money from my account. I cancelled all my subscriptions and blocked payments through my bank yet you continue to steal money from me. I am getting to a point where I physically cannot afford this so I am begging you to please stop! This has been going on for far to long!

 im in a huge panic and really need help. I hopped on photoshop today to find every single one of my creative cloud files GONE, including a uni assessment due very soon. Im freaking out. i have looked through the deleted files section of the creative cloud app, nothing, i have looked for multiple creative cloud file folders, still nothing. Its like the files never even existed. I did a disk cleanup a few days ago for an unrelated issue, but to try and remedy any loss that couldve occured, i ran a complete hard drive search using disk drill, which still came up with nothing. Its as if these files never even existed? and if the issue was on my end and i deleted the files somehow accidentally, firstly how are they not on the cloud when it is listed as cloud storage, and secondly, they shouldve appeared in my disk drill intensive search. i am on the brink of a meltdown because of this, please please help i am at a loss of what to do. Im running windows 10, and using cc
