"Firefly video generation fails even with simple prompts, shows 'Something went wrong' error[PII removed by Mod]

I can’t open the windows correctly

i keep telling it to make the video different so it makes a seamless  looping video with a flower bud opening turning into a mandala and re-budding, its used my credits three times and didn't change what i told it to. it shouldn't charge me credits if its not going to respond to my edit requests!  I  shouldn't have to pay for it doing somethin i dont want or not responding repeatedly. it wont make a seamless looping video. super lames.

after i click manage plan and cancel free trial, the loading screen doesnt end. what i mean by that is that the roating circle in the middle goes on forever without ant progress. How can i cancel my plan if it doesnt let me progress any further

Leading up to September 16 I hadn't used any of the 4000 credits on my Firefly account . I did some work up until today, the 17th in Australia and then noticed the account stating that I had used all the August/September credits as well as most of the 4000 for September/October and the next reset is October 16. The work I was doing was mainly on static 2D cartoon images using 40 credits per image. Apart from that, I created 3 x 8-second videos using 400 credits per video. Is it possible to check the activity on my account to ascertain whether I have used 8000 credits in two days or whether I should have 4000 new credits beginning September 16. I was expecting to see 4000 credits arrive in the account today. It doesn’t make sense that 8000 credits could have been used by the type of work I have done over the past couple of days. Possible, perhaps, but I’d like to know if there is a method of checking activity and credits used.

I do not know who this is but this name came up on my postBeauteous_Beekeeper88b7

Adobe Firefly stopped working for me on September 18, 2026, although it was working normally on September 17.My Adobe Account and other Adobe services still work normally. However, when I open Firefly, the page simply keeps loading and never opens. There is no error message or error code displayed.I have already tested multiple VPN locations in supported European countries, as well as a different VPN protocol (VLESS), but the issue persists. There is also a recent Adobe Community report from September 18 describing a similar Firefly regional-access issue from a Belgian IP.Could someone from Adobe please investigate whether this is a Firefly regional-access or backend issue and check my Firefly access/entitlement on the backend?

Hello Adobe Support Team,I’m currently experiencing an issue with image generation in Adobe Firefly. Every time I try to generate an image, I consistently receive the error message:“Something went wrong.”This happens regardless of which image generation model I select. I have already tried several troubleshooting steps suggested by Adobe, including: Using an incognito/private browser window Deleting multiple generated images Logging out and logging back into my Adobe account Clearing browser data/cache Trying different generation models Retrying the image generation multiple times Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue, and I’m still unable to generate images in Firefly.I have attached a HAR file containing the relevant browser/network activity to help with further investigation. Could you please review the HAR file and check if there is an issue with my account, Firefly service, API/network requests, or anything else that may be causing this error?Since the is

I am on Adobe Premiere Pro 2026, version 26.5, and I cannot get my transcription tool to work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere all night, I have tried installing prior versions from 2026 (which froze my computer repeatedly), and I am back at the latest version again. I have had this issue intermittently for a month or two. This issue is across projects and started happening after one of the updates. Please let me know what I can do to fix this. I need this to be working for a project I’m doing at work tomorrow.

Hi everyone,I'm interested in learning how people manage their Lightroom libraries when working across multiple devices.I work in medical billing, so I'm usually dealing with documents and computer-based work during the day, but photography is one of the hobbies I use to relax after work. I'm starting to use Lightroom more seriously and like the idea of having photos available across desktop and mobile. For those using the cloud-based Lightroom ecosystem:How do you organize a large photo library? Do you rely mainly on albums, folders, or search? How do you manage cloud storage when your library keeps growing? Do you keep additional local backups of your original photos? What workflow works best when editing photos from both a computer and phone?I'd especially appreciate advice from users who have been using Lightroom cloud storage for a large collection for several years. Thanks for sharing your experience!

This happened to me two weeks ago. My Windows 11 laptop suddenly became unbootable. After restoring the computer from a bootable usb drive and installing windows, I’m unable to fully install and register Photoshop. It says I must first unregister another copy of Photoshop. That is impossible.I’ve tried live chat. Eventually I got a person. They said they would email me with a reply. This never happened.Does anyone have a solution to this problem? It can’t be that rare. Thanks.

If I create a preset on Lr Desktop with something like, say, ‘refine saturation’ in the curves tool, and I want apply that to an image when using Lr Mobile (iPad) which doesn’t have that specific feature, will that edit be applied properly?  The flow would look something like:create preset on my desktop that utilizes refine saturation, the preset syncs to the cloud months later I’m traveling with only my ipad I load images to Lr on my ipad Open an image and apply the preset

I want to activate two functions of text:One is:Preferences>Text>Automatically adjust the text size in the new area“The second one is the menu:"Text>>Regional Text Options>Auto Resize“I have searched a lot of information but have not been successful, and it seems that I can only open the preferences option.A single text object cannot be set, which is a bit unscientific.function setAutoTextFrames() { //var autoSize = app.preferences.getBooleanPreference("text/autoSizing"); //app.preferences.setBooleanPreference("text/autoSizing", true); var autoSize = app.preferences.getStringPreference('text/autoSizing'); alert(autoSize);}setAutoTextFrames();https://judicious-night-bca.notion.site/app-getIntegerPreference-e4088e6caef64b3ba5b801d86fba7877

I just changed to a new laptop. I had Acrobat 11 on the laptop so installed it on the new one and de-activated my copy on the new laptop so need it reactivating on the new laptop. After a few days I got a pop-up that the serial number is already in use on the maximum allowed computers and I need to deactivate it.I have tried deactivating but still get the message.I tried contact Adobe but just got this Thanks for following up! For further help with this issue, I recommend posting your question in the Adobe Acrobat Community to connect with other Acrobat users, or searching the Adobe Acrobat Help documentation. I can’t see anything apart from being told to deactivate the old copy, which I have done. Martin Briscoe  Thanks!

Recently my student plan expired. I was charged $75. I then went through the process of re-upping my student account. Today, however, I noticed the price hadn't gone back to what it was before. What can I do, or who can I contact to fix this?

Hello,I am trying to subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud using my Citymax card (issued by City Bank, Bangladesh), but the payment keeps getting declined at checkout.I have already verified the following: International transactions and recurring auto-debit payments are fully active on my card. The card successfully pays for other global recurring services like Claude Pro and Gemini with no issues. The billing address matches my card profile exactly. It seems like Adobe's payment gateway is auto-declining the zero-dollar authorization handshake or flagging the network routing before it reaches my bank.Could a community manager or support representative please look into this, clear any temporary payment profile flags on my account, or advise on how to bypass this regional gateway issue?Thank you!

I unfortunately can’t reach anyone for billing over the phone as it just automatically says “we are trying to connect you with a customer service representative” and then goes “okay bye” and hangs up? I would like a refund for an adobe subscription I canceled as soon as it was charged as I thought I had already canceled the free trial.

Hello, I need help in removing border that appears around my text frame. I've looked at all the Text Frame Options and have changed all the setting and nothing is working to remove the .25in border that appears all around the text frame. Can someone please advise on how to fix this.  LaRhonda   [Moving from generic Start/Help forum to the specific Program forum...

Hi everyone,I’m working on a 25-minute short film that was edited entirely in Adobe Premiere Pro.During the editing process, I used Premiere’s Merge Clips function to combine the video and separately recorded audio. I later learned that Merge Clips is not the ideal workflow when the project needs to be handed over to a sound editor and exported as an AAF.Now I’m at the sound post-production stage, and I’m having a major problem: I cannot get a usable AAF out of the project that correctly links back to the original production audio files.I have tried a number of different approaches, including:Exporting the AAF with different settings. Embedding the audio vs. exporting separate audio files. Rendering/consolidating the audio files before exporting. Trying different handle/frame settings. Exporting the project as XML, importing it into DaVinci Resolve, and then exporting it back to Premiere, followed by another attempt to create an AAF. Relinking/reconnecting the media in different ways b

I have generated a video, it appears in my history however when I try to open it, it directs back to the generate page. I cannot download it either. when using chrome I can preview it and it plays in a small window, however that is all. credits have been taken for it.
