I use Windows 11 in Japan, but my Adobe applications were installed in English (International).The applications are physically installed and launch normally. Adobe's local installation database reports Status=1 and InstallLang=en_GB for the installed applications, including:- Premiere Pro 24.6.8, 25.6.6, and 26.3- After Effects 24.6.8, 25.6.6, and 26.3- Photoshop 27.8- Illustrator 30.6However, the current Creative Cloud Desktop preference shows installLanguage=ja_JP. Creative Cloud Desktop displays the existing applications as not installed and offers only an "Install" button.Adobe Fonts management and synchronization are also malfunctioning. Fonts used in active production projects have appeared as missing.I have already tried:- Signing out and back in- Rebuilding the Adobe User Info credentials- Rebuilding the Apps Hub cache and preferences- Creative Cloud Desktop RepairThe problem remains.Adobe Support suggested resetting all Creative Cloud Desktop data and, as a later option, remov

Does anyone know why all of a sudden (it came out of nowhere, but I've been dealing with it all month) I am getting a Couldn't find background to remove when I try to use the Remove Background tool?  

I subscribed for the adobe plan some time this year, I used it once . It was to amend my documents. Four days later, I unsubscribed on time and got a confirmation email that I have successfully unsubscribed. I was shocked to find my bank statement showing multiple attempts of withdrawals

Why are we not given a simple fix to Adobe Cloud storage that we can opt in or opt out?  With all the money your company is making with subscription services your company should have the funds to make this easier for the rest of us to do and you forget why you are in business to meet your consumers needs. I do not want my files stored remotely.  I have my own backups for my work.  I had stopped using Adobe years ago and the only reason I am a subscriber is for my higher-educational purposes only.  So now it is more ardous to delete files that I no longer need after completion of my courses. It was a sad day when Adobe went to cloud applications from desktop apps.  

In the detail panel LR Classic the default sharpening for my camera is set to 40. However the eye symbol (which indicates that the process has been applied??) is greyed out until I make a change to the amount of sharpening. Then the eye illuminates. Which makes me think the original 40 is not actually applied. Is this correct?Thanks for any advice as this has been puzzling me for years!

I needed to reprint (due to a text correction) a book designed in the Lightroom Book module and already printed successfully by Blurb (in jan. 2015).Unfortunately, I now get an error message related to text and police issue (see screen shot).I checked all texts in the book and only one police is used, Myriad Pro.How can I identify what’s wrong ?Now, I work with Lightroom v15.5 on a PC Windows 11 (up-to-date).Thanks for your helpBest regards,

When I use the 1/2 or 1/4 resolution preview, I notice that some items in the composition change size. It seems to happen only with certain scaled images, not all of them. This doesn't happen with the complete preview.Is this a known bug, or is there a way to adjust the settings to prevent this (without having to switch the preview to full resolution)?

I would like to use Fill & Sign instead and then lock or secure the document so the signature cannot be removed or altered.Is there a way to fully secure a PDF after using Fill & Sign so the signature becomes non‑editable?I tried Microsoft Print to PDF, but the resulting file still allowed me to delete the signature when using Edit PDF. We shot in front of a white sheet for a music video. Material is well lit and of good quality.I apply the Object Mask to the Musician in front of the white sheet and it tracks him very nicely.When I apply the Mask to opacity it does not fully remove the background. There is still a vague outline of the white sheet.It is the only clip in the timeline so no influence from lower layers.When I want to export the footage with Alpha the residue of the background becomes painfully obvious.Thx for your help.

I went to do some work on Photoshop this afternoon and I no longer have Photoshop as part of my Creative Cloud package.  If I click on ‘Install Photoshop’, it’s trying to get me to pay extra. I am fully paid up for my Adobe subscription, with my last payment being made on July 28th. What’s going on?

I want to blur a name with 100% blur when it is visible on the screen. When the name is not visible, I want the blur effect to be turned off (set to 0%). If the name becomes visible again later in the same clip, I want the blur effect to return to 100%.  Is this possible, and can it be done within the same clip using keyframes?We use Premiere 2026 version

I was enjoying myself until two days ago when I upgraded LR Classic to 15.4.1 (which created a new catalogue). Since then it has been a world of pain.It works fine for a little while. After some time, I realise that none of the titles, captions and keywords I’ve been entering for 15 minutes is being registered. Seems fine while I’m typing them, keyword suggestions would come up, and no warning when I press Enter. But when I return to them, they are all blank. LR frequently freezes, requiring me to shut the program every half an hour or so. Shutting the program takes many minutes (spinning rainbow wheel). Often after shutting the program, I cannot open it again (icon bounces in the Dock for a bit, then nothing happens, not even a start screen). I need to restart my computer.Any suggested fixes? Or should I downgrade to the previous version of LR Classic (if that is even possible)?  My specs are:Lightroom Classic 15.4.1 MacBook Pro with M1  OS = Tahoe 26.5.2 16 GM memory 880 GB of disk s

First off, Adobe needs to FIX THIS because it is a problem many users have experienced for YEARS.If you have Windows Preview Pane turned on in Explorer, you likely get the following Acrobat error after opening a PDF and making any kind of edit to it:    "The document could not be saved.  The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open.       Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder."Adobe is seeing the preview of the image as a 'lock' on the file, not allowing it to be saved with the same name.  This doesn't happen with ANY OTHER DOCUMENT TYPE that I have come across in the Windows world, so there is something specific with Adobe's handling of the preview pane trigger.Turn off Preview Pane and you can save edits with no issue...But many users prefer to have the Preview Pane function, so it creates unnecessary problems because of Adobe's 

Merge to HDR in LrC 15.3 is stalling (beach ball) or not responding.  I frequently merge HDR images for Real Estate photos and today, after updating to LrC 15.3 I had to Force Quit from LrC multiple times to regain control of LrC.  I stacked my bracketed shots and used CTRL+H to merge.  LrC did process a couple before stalling.  After multiple attempts resulting in Force Closing, I tried using the menu commands, no change.  I then uninstalled 15.3 and reinstalled a fresh copy of 15.3 and the HDR problem continued.  Finally I uninstalled 15.3 and downgraded to 15.2.1 and the Merge to HDR function worked as expected.  

Hi all, I've been looking on my hardrive for some old files, and found at least what I think is the audio portion. They're all .CFA and .PEK files. But I'm assuming the .CFA has the bulk of the data because of the size.I thought that Premiere Pro would be able to open the files, but it seems not. I've also tried Media Encoder, Premiere Elements, and Encore, but still nothing. Below is my process and error. Any help appreciated thanks!
