Solved

Hello, I’ve already taken all tried the steps laid out on Adobe’s site to troubleshoot. Additionally I’ve tried the following:Swapped from ethernet to Wifi, then back againLogged out of Creative cloud then logged back inre-started creative cloudTried uploading from the same Adobe login using 2 different computers, and 2 different indesign files.Tried to update existing link, does not work. Tried to publish new link, also does not work. No i do not have proxies or vpn getting in the way. I ebven tried turning my VPN on to see if that would somehow do anything, nothing. Just keep getting error 18 or 33 across 2 macs, multiple indesign files. Two comepletly separate networks as well. The one consistent thing is my Adobe account, any advice?

ich wollte ein KI Video generieren, das video konnte nicht erstellt werden, weil anscheinend momentan schwierigkeiten bestehen ein video zu generieren, die Credits wurden aber trotzdem abgezogen. Wie kriege ich meine credits zurück?

Is there a way to get an earlier version of Lightroom Classic (for example, v. 12.6)? In the Creative Cloud I can't find anything previous to v. 13.0.

This is so strange! Yesterday I fixed the font problems (changing 2 fonts that I actually don’t use, but they are still there) in a book. I printed the book with the Adobe PDF-writer. Today I realized that I hade missed a thing I changed yesterday in one of the files, so I fixed it and tried to print a new PDF. But no - the fonts I fixed in all the files yesterday were now back. How can this even be possible? Now I have to change them again! FrameMaker 2022 (files were previously saved in FrameMaker 7.2) No where in the files are Helvetica or Times used, but I still get this. The pic below is from a file I changed (and managed to print) yesterday.

Hi, I need to reset the activation count for Adobe CS 5.5 Design Premium. The old computer is not available anymore, so I cannot deactivate it.Please help me.

I’ve done quite a few “generative expands” using the new generative expand tool (I don’t care about keeping track of generative credits- I subscribe to photoshop go I get something like 375 credits a month-- currently I have 180 credits left and my roll over date is around september 26th) (Generative credits do not add up / roll over from one month to the next- your generative credit amount is reset each month). What I’ve noticed:  The parts that are added tend to be a bit darker than the original part- it’s a nice looking dark area- compare it to a vignette effect.MY QUESTION:  Are others noticing this darked effect when using the generative expand tool? Chena Hot Springs, November, 2004

Every pdf I create - from a Word document or create blank page - has a yellow background. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it hasn't fixed it. Version 2021.007.20091.When opened in another program, they are normal white, so the problem is viewing/display.

Hi! I urgently need help with a subscription/billing issue.I hope someone can solve this issue. My Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription was due for payment on August 30, 2026. The payment initially failed because my online payment account did not have sufficient funds.Adobe later charged my linkeda account ₱2,115.68, and this amount was successfully deducted. This exactly matches the August 31 invoice in my Adobe Billing History. However, my Adobe account is STILL showing “Billing issue,” and my subscription is not showing properly as active/paid.I am very concerned because the money has already been taken from my account, but Adobe is still showing an unresolved billing issue.I did not intend to continue the subscription, so I want to cancel the subscription,Can someone please urgently confirm:Has my ₱2,115.68 payment actually been received and applied to my Adobe account? Why is my subscription still showing “Billing issue” despite the successful payment? Can the subscription be cancelled i

Hi! In InDesign version 21.5.1, the OAM files generated in Animate don't work when I preview the spread in EPUB, nor when I export the document in Publish Online. I had to revert InDesign to version 21.4.1 for it to work as it used to. Any ideas on how to use the latest version and get the OAM files working? Thanks!

Contrate el plan en agosto y no tarde mas que dos dias en cancelar y me llegaron correos de cancelación y después tengo el cobro del mes de septiembre cuando ya habia cancelado. Que nefasto

Subject: Characters missing when typing quickly with “Add Text”Hello,Since updating to Adobe Acrobat 2026.002.21901 (64-bit), I have a problem with the “Add Text” tool. When I type quickly, Acrobat randomly drops characters. For example:“mi chiamo flaminia” → “mi chamo flmina”The problem occurs with different PDFs and with both Calibri Light and Arial. Typing slowly helps.I tested the same typing speed in Windows Notepad, where no characters are lost. Acrobat fillable form fields also work correctly.I have already tried disabling page cache, New Acrobat, and Protected Mode, without any improvement.Could you please confirm whether this is a known issue with version 2026.002.21901 (64-bit) and whether there is a fix or workaround?Thank you.

I asked to change the color of a white blouse to “wisteria”  Chat GPT just kept going and going and going and going and going I gave up.

I also run into the issue of not having the right brush and the brushes in Illustrator  do not fit my needs. When I searched for a solution, all I found was brushes in Procreate that fit what I needed perfectly. It would save me a lot of time if the brushes were available in Illustrator so I don’t have to create my own each time I need them, and also that the brushes I do create aren’t exactly what I need.

Adobe still has this probelm in 2025

How do I make my subject’s teeth white?  It used to be so easy, but now my brush won’t do anything.

Hi all,Posting here because I've hit a wall with chat support and I've seen at least one other thread describing the same issue, so I'm hoping a moderator or product team member can weigh in.**The setup:**- I'm the System Administrator on our Adobe Teams (Business) plan.- I'm trying to install the official "Adobe for Creativity" connector inside Claude (the Anthropic/Adobe MCP integration launched April 28, 2026).- When I click Connect in Claude and the Adobe sign-in window opens, it fails immediately with: **"Your organization does not allow access to third party applications."**- The window header shows "Enterprise ID" and the URL is https://adobeid-na1.services.adobe.com/ims/fromSusi.**What I've already verified:**- "Allow users to integrate apps" is enabled in Admin Console > Products > App Integrations.- Claude does not appear in the "Add App Integrations" list and there's no Claude entry under "User-accepted integrations."- Tried multiple browsers, incognito, cleared cache,

I am trying to get Adobe reader 32-bit installed on an ARM laptop but am continually running into errors. When attempting the online installer, Reader_en_install.exe, I will get an error message that a newer version is already installed. When attempting the offline installer, AcroRdrDC2600221901_en_US.exe, I am getting a message that the application cannot be installed on my operating system. The errors persist after a full reset of Windows and attempting the install as the very first step after completing the initial out of box setup. When reviewing the install log, the very first line states This application cannot be installed on this operating system (Windows 8.1 64-bit). Setup will now terminate. Please refer to the minimum system requirements at http://www.adobe.com/go/reader_system_reqs. The laptop is on Windows 11 24H2 and all reg keys, cmd commands and PowerShell commands report this. I was able to find an installer for a version of Reader a few years old and successfully inst

I have the acrobat app on my pc and when I started the 7 day free trial, i wasnt signed in. But i did fill in all my banking detail an such. And after I realized my mistake, i signed in and did the whole 7 day free trial sign up again. But I got an email for the second one. No im worried that the first attempt is active but isnt showing. Is that a possibility?

Just a bout forever I have been have to use the option  (or shift and option if I want to duplicate horizontally or vertically)  to duplicate an element and drag it to where I want it to be. It is not working anymore. When I click on an object the double arrow does appear, but as soon as I drag, it disappears...I use this all the time, what is the fix?

If I try to clear it, it either simply does nothing or gives me an error message saying “could not clear because the content of the layer is not directly editable”. I am doing the same steps I have done for years to try to do this and have never had this issue before.

I built a small free plugin for Premiere Pro that listens to the song on your timeline and drops a marker on each kick, snare, hi-hat and cymbal, on the frame where the hit actually is. A grid guesses where the beat should be; this hears where it is. Markers are named and colored by drum, so you can untick the hi-hats or nudge everything half a frame at a time without running it twice. Your song never leaves your Mac.It needs macOS on Apple Silicon and Premiere Pro 25.6 or newer. It's free while it's new: https://www.beatmaxing.com/ (also on Adobe Exchange: https://exchange.adobe.com/apps/cc/74b9175b/beatmaxing).If you try it on a track with a lot going on, I'd genuinely like to hear where it put a marker wrong: which song, which moment. That's how it gets better.
