Hi eveyone, I'm unable to pay my billing. There's an issue occurring: commerce.adobe.com refused to connect. please help me to fix this error.     [Mod: Moved to the Account, Payment & Plan forum]

Hello,This topic has arisen before, but the solutions I found aren't working for me with the current version of Acrobat Pro. I assemble graphic novels - the latest one I'm working on has a problem with OCR as the cover page is being tilted when I don't want it to be (image 1 - red outlines indicate where the image has been tilted, creating a white edges that should not be there)I went into the "Scan & OCR/Enhance scanned file" setting and unchecked "Recognize Text" - but the page is still being tilted. (image 2) I saw advice that I can turn off "Recognize Text" via the right side panel using the "Scanned Documents" tab - but I don't have a "Scanned Documents" tab (image 3)Final image is the version I'm using for reference.Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I’m running the latest Lightroom Classic (15.5.1) and am on a Mac mini (and a MacBook Air M4) running Golden Gate 27.2 Beta code.On both computers, Lightroom Classic crashes almost immediately upon starting an AI task. Like starting Denoise or using the the generative Remove tool.Anyone else having this issue? Hope Adobe is aware and working on a fix, assuming it’s not something else that’s causing the issues…Thanks all.

Hello,I purchased an Amazon code for a one-year Creative Cloud subscription last November. About a month ago, I cancelled the auto-renewal, and it clearly stated that I had approximately 87 days remaining on my subscription. However, as of today, I no longer have access to the Adobe suite, even though my subscription should be valid until November 21.I have no way of contacting a human through customer service, as the chatbot considers that I don’t have an active subscription. I also can’t see the Amazon code listed as a cancelled subscription. It’s as if the past 10 months of my subscription simply never existed.Could you please look into this and restore my access for the remaining period of my subscription? Thanks

Bonjour j’ai pris un abonnement Photoshop dernièr logiciel le plus récent j’ai payé avec ma carte visa et l’accord de ma banque et je n’ai aucun reçu d’Adobe

Creative Cloud was actually running several different processes in each user context and causing not only memory and CPU pressure, but also high IO which resulted in 200 users being unable to use an RDS server. We attempted to disable the startup processes but this thing just keeps spreading. We do not need this to read and write PDF’s and want a way to remove it and just use adobe pro.

I have had an Adobe account for years with about 75 users.  I have never had an Account Manager as far as I know.  Today I received an email with a subject of "Immediate Attention Requested | Individual Accounts" This is the body of the message -    "As your Account Manager at Adobe, I wanted to bring to your attention to flagged multiple sign-ups under your domain that urgently need to be consolidated under your admin control. This misalignment can lead to security risks, compliance issues, and operational inefficiencies.   By consolidating these licenses into your team account, you’ll benefit from: ✔ Full ownership and control over Adobe licenses✔ Simplified billing and compliance management✔ Enhanced security and seamless collaboration✔ Smooth transition with zero downtime✔ Prorated refunds for cancelled individual licenses   Shall we proceed with the consolidation? Should I send you the approval link?"   Is this real or a

I had trouble dragging and dropping from Photoshop 25 to Illustrator 25, but the last upgrade fixed this.  Now after I drag and drop the image disappears a few minutes later and isn't there after saving.

Hello! The option to manage my plan is not available. Who do I contact to cancel my free trial plan? Thank you!

連續3天使用GPT image2 模型都出現「發生錯誤，請稍後再試。」畫面，已經3天沒辦法製作圖片了。 Hello Adobe Support Team,I have been experiencing an issue with the GPT image2 model for three consecutive days. Every time I try to use it, the screen shows the message: “An error occurred. Please try again later.”I have been unable to create images for three days now. Could you please help me check and resolve this issue?Thank you.

All these years of using Photoshop and I don't ever recall having this problem before? But when I go 'File / Export As / jpeg' it converts the image to RGB when exporting it. I understand I can instead use 'Save As', but jpeg isn't listed unless I flatten the file first. It just seems messy to have to flatten everything, then save it, and then undo the flattenning so that i dpn't accidentally overwrite the file. Surely there is a better way?

Hi!In my company we are thre people with the Self-Service-Subscription But I am the only one who can’t update anymore. Hello,In Illustrator, is it possible to import a hand drawn sketch, vectorize it and modify its content : by example if I have made a line at the bad dimension on my hand drawn sketch, can I extend this line to the good dimension in Illustrator ?

Why do I need to provide full access to my disk? I have private information and files covered by NDAs that I’m not allowed to share. Why do I have to give access to my entire disk instead of just the folders that are actually needed?I’m already paying Adobe for the software. I shouldn’t have to give Adobe unrestricted access to my computer and allow it to mine my personal information and files just to use Illustrator.Which version of Illustrator does not require this kind of invasive practice?

There is no audio in the video.

I try to animate in fresco, I’m pretty bad at it and I’m wondering if adobe animate would be better for a beginner.

Can we add brushes that can make drawings like this? Because the sketch pencils we have aren’t solid and fades .Not mine btw

Hi,Hidden layers in symbols keep becoming visible when I reopen the file. Is this a bug? Is there a workaround, other than deleting those hidden layers? This is for CS4.Thanks.
