I have a user who’s consistently producing documents that include character encoding failures when I or her supervisor run the Accessibility Checker. Yet when she scans the documents using the Accessibility Checker, she sees no error.What could cause her not getting a failure on the accessibility check?We are all using the same version of Acrobat. She and her supervisor are using the “new” user interface, I’m using the legacy UI - so we’re seeing the failures when the check is run in both the new & legacy UI, and failing to see them in a case where the user is running the new UI.

Hi, I have a 15 mintues long comp. I have to animate a character. but its soul touturing to copy paste all the marker manually. is there any way? or tricks I can follow?I want to copy paste the comp markers with the note after every 20 frames 

Hello, I am experiencing a similar issue with the AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription. I only signed up for the 7-day free trial because I needed to convert one file. However, I was unexpectedly charged £4.98 for the subscription after the trial ended. I have not used the AI Assistant service at all since then. When I tried to cancel the subscription, Adobe informed me that I would also need to pay an early cancellation fee of approximately £29. I did not realise that the free trial would automatically convert into a longer-term subscription with an early termination charge. I would like to cancel the subscription immediately and request that the early cancellation fee be waived. I would also appreciate a refund of the £4.98 charge, as I have not used the service during the paid subscription period. I have tried to contact Adobe support, but I cannot find any way to speak to a live agent, which is why I am posting here. Could an Adobe representative please help me cancel the subscrip

I frequently create brochures, and at some point in the project without fail the share for review link stops allowing me to update content. The review links are an integral part of our workflow, and for my non-brochure work they are fine (although I have to update those less frequently), but with my brochure documents it will allow me to create a new link, but after that I can no longer publish any changes. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling InDesign, turned off and on countless times, ensured the document I’m updating is the only one open, packaged then opened the idml and re-saved the document to indd. It just doesn’t work, and it’s really frustrating to explain to our clients that their comments have gone because we had to make a new link (or they get confused, comment on an old link and we don’t make the updates). Any ideas?

Is there a way to repair this? Because every time I try to preview my footage the video shown is completely black. Is there an option to tick or something? This problem started after doing some 3D edits.

Ma carte bancaire ayant changée, Adobe ne pouvait plus opérer le paiement. Entre-deux, j’ai souhaité arrêter mon abonnement et quand j’ai voulu me connecter à l’espace de gestion de mon compte, il m’a été demandé de tout d’abord renseigner les nouvelles informations de paiement. Ce que j’ai fait. J’ai payé deux fois de suite, sans qu’il n’y ait aucune mise à jour ou possibilité de se connecter de nouveau à mon compte pour le désactiver. Je ne trouve aucune assistance Adobe pour m’accompagner dans le processus de résiliation et à présent, également me rembourser un mois de paiement payé en trop.

Hi all,Hope anyone could help me to resolve my Acrobat request e-sign Authentication failed issue.  I do have the Enterprise licenses for Acrobat Pro with other service included Acrobat Sign.  After I selected the document, request e-sign, enter the email address and click on button "Specify where to sign" it shows Authentication failed.   Already tried below from Adobe admin account- Unassign and assign back the Acrobat Pro license to user account- Delete user account from admin and recreate the account I also checked Acrobat software is running the latest version and ran repair but it still doen't help...Would anyone can help?  Thanks.

I keep getting these fails and when I checked, it is a bunch of tabs. Is there a way to solve this issue? I have percentages next to a graph and then one tab to align the words. Is there a way to solve this?

After adding new pages to my Portfolio site I found that dates had started to show under the page title when hovering over the page image to enter. Date is toggled off under header. I wonder if anyone can help me get rid of it? I could not find any appropriate suggestions on the question section.

Musste leider mein Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 auf einem neuen PC installieren. Trotz Seriennummer funktioniert die Anmeldung nicht. Er gibt bei der Anmeldung einen Haken und sagt ich soll Windows schließen und die Anwendung öffnen. Danach öffne ich die Anwendung und das Spiel mit der Registrierung fängt von vorne an? Hat einer einen Tipp, was ich noch machen kann?

I've been paying for the Adobe Creative Cloud Pro subscription, but for months now I haven't been able to use the regular Premiere Pro app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times, but every time I launch it, I get the following error:"Adobe Premiere Pro 2026" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash.I usually end up giving up and using the Beta version instead, but since I'm paying for the full subscription, I don't think it's reasonable that I can't use the standard release.How can I fix this issue and get the regular Premiere Pro app working again?  

All I want is a full refund on a subscription that I did not want and you guys still proceeded to make the transaction. Can the adobe team just take a look at my account, cancel the subscription that I’m not even using and refund me my money? Please, that’s all I ask.Please contact me directly.

I have been using PS since 1999 and these new versions [cursing removed] are unusable. I have spent days trying to solve erros and bugs. Why did you nuke such a well oiled software. almost every update since 2018 [cursing removed].... why is there no alternative to PS [cursing removed].   why break something that worked so well decades ago

Hi, I have a photo in portal, when i click to submit, everything goes as a normal, website ask me to double accept terms etc but photo removes from new tab and is not moving to the Review tab; it just disappears completely. It has been happening for 1 month. Submit limit not reached

I am trying to purchase a subscription for Photoshop but the disparity in prices is very confusing. I am shown one price on the plans website but when i click buy, the price doubles or even triples sometimes.Someone please explain this to me. The price of Photoshop before clicking the buy button. After clicking buy on photoshop alone. 

When I download and run the Adobe Acrobat Reader installer, it ends up installing Adobe Acrobat and forces me to either start a free trial or buy a subscription. I only want Reader. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling a few times with no luck. I've also tried contacting my school IT and they couldn't figure it out. Looking for help.
