Hello good people,I have a project in InDesign. The agency that created the documents worked quite professional. However, I am not impressed the way that created the styles for Headings level 2 to 6. They’ve created a heading style using Nested Styles. The heading continues with the text paragraph. Once I separate the heading from the main text using EM SPACE, the InDesign recognize the text before Em SPACE as being the header. See below. 1.4 Definition of requirements is the heading while the rest of the text is body text. Here is how they defined the style.  Well, my problem is when I generate the TOC. InDesign brings in the entire paragraph. So, I have to manually clean the TOC deleting the text between EM SPACE and dots. The dots have a character style named DOTS SPACING. The TOC should look like that.I tried to do that using FIND/CHANGE tool.FIND: tilda m (Em SPACE) + \w (any word character)However, how I set to stop to DOTS SPACING character style? Is there a way to do this automat

Hi, I have cancelled my plan on the adobe subscription well before the deadline. However,  I received an email that the payment failed wherein they are charging me to my account despite the deletion of the subscription. I will provide the screenshots of it through the email which I would assume that it was already a sign of cancellation of adobe subscription as well as the recent email on the payment failed. The first picture stated that they have processed my cancellation for Adobe. However, I have received today through email that there is a billing issue on my account despite the fact that I have cancelled the subscription for about a week ago. Thank you

Hello Adobe Community,My name is Alejandro Fajuri, and I am a professional graphic designer and art director based in Chile. My Behance account was recently deactivated for an alleged spam violation, without any specific explanation of what content or activity may have violated Adobe's policies.I believe this restriction may have been applied in error, and I urgently need assistance in obtaining a manual review of my case. Here are the relevant details: My Behance portfolio contains original professional projects in graphic design, branding, packaging, and art direction. My most recent publications were two design projects related to the rebranding and packaging of Chicken Factory. I have shared links to different portfolio projects on LinkedIn and other social media platforms as part of my professional activity. I have not engaged in mass messaging, repetitive promotional comments, or deliberate artificial engagement. I can still sign in to my Adobe and Behance accounts, and all

I’m trying to use trim paths on a vector image to trace the path of a box. Instead of trimming the path of the box, the entire box is filling up with the outline color. Not sure what’s going on there. I’ve attached a video for reference. Thanks and stay curious!

I have a serial number for my adobe acrobat 9 pro which is not active and so the program will no longer work.  It was fine last week but now says I have a licensing problem.  Help!

I'm trying to connect a custom subdomain (not a root domain) to my Adobe Portfolio site, and the connection keeps failing even though my DNS configuration matches Adobe's instructions exactly.Setup:I want a subdomain (e.g. sub.mydomain.com) to point to my Adobe Portfolio site, while the root domain stays hosted elsewhere (WordPress). In Settings > Domain Name, I entered the subdomain and added the 4 required A records exactly as provided (2 for the subdomain host, 2 for the www.subdomain host), pointing to the two IP addresses Adobe gave me. I removed any conflicting old records on those specific hosts, and there's no CAA record blocking anything.Result:DNS resolution is confirmed correct and fully propagated (verified independently via direct DNS lookup, not just waiting) — it resolves to the exact same IP addresses as my default myportfolio.com URL. Despite this, visiting the subdomain redirects to portfolio.adobe.com/missing, and Settings > Domain Name still shows a validation

I am suffering from logging out from my devices because subscription limitations of having 2 devices only active at anytime.

Hi everyone,I am using a licensed standalone version of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 (Classic Release - Version 2017.012.30262) installed on my company workstation.Recently, I noticed that the Adobe Acrobat Chrome extension (web extension) is not functioning properly with my installed desktop license. When I try to use features within Google Chrome (such as converting web pages to PDF or editing/combining files), the extension asks me to sign in or claims that a paid subscription (Acrobat Pro DC / Document Cloud) is required.Since I already have a fully licensed Acrobat Pro 2017 desktop application, I expected the Chrome extension to work in integration with my local desktop installation.Could someone clarify the following? Does the current Adobe Acrobat Chrome extension support integration with classic perpetual desktop licenses like Acrobat Pro 2017, or does it exclusively require a subscription-based Document Cloud / Acrobat Pro plan? Is there a specific setting or legacy extension vers

Hi, when editing a template that I have created. Just plain pdf documents with editable fields.Takes a moment to load, can see the spinning circles and then it loads for me to modify. However if I’m done and click close on the top right, and then remembered I forgot something. When I go and edit the template straightaway, it looks like it loads but then only a blank white page appears.Have tried clearing browser cache and cookies. Have tried different browsers.Same issue. It looks like I’ll be able to edit it again if I don’t try again for a while. Is there any soluton to this as I don’t want to wait around in hopes I can edit it again.

Just tonight my account subscription had been cancelled due to being detected of “fraudulent behavior”. My account subscription was purchased on the official website, using my university’s email, and I purchased a student account during the sale (I got 76% sale for Creative Cloud). It has been 1 month since I made my purchase. I paid my bill and today they also billed me $8, the amount I had to pay each month. The purchase was successful and they billed my card already. And now my account is cancelled right after I paid my buck. I really wanna solve this because I’m on my last subject right now and I can’t lose this account. Does anyone know if there is any problem with this, because I really don’t see the fraudulent behavior. P/s: this account is used on 2 devices, one is mine, one is my friend’s, and the card belongs to my friend as well. I really want to revert this accusation and continue to use my account please.

Two things to first get off my chest:Firstly, your product managers should be embarrassed at adding this much confusion and complexity into the billing process.Secondly, people on your team should try to use the product themselves and note that the "free 7 day trial" immediately results in a charge appearing against a real bank account/card. While I understand this may be intended as an authorization hold or billing verification step, it is not obvious to users and creates a poor first impression. Now that is off my chest, I'll describe the issues.Issue 1: The "7 day free trial" appears to charge immediatelyI signed up expecting a free 7 day trial.Instead, a charge immediately appeared against my bank account/card. If this is an authorization hold, billing verification, or some other temporary transaction, that was not made sufficiently clear during the signup process. From a user's perspective, the experience is:- I am told I am starting a free trial.- I immediately see a charge on my p

Hi Jeffrey,I am having the same issue.Specs:
iPhone 17 Pro Max
iOS 26.3When I try to sign in, the app crashes and I can’t access my account. I’ve tried multiple times with no success. I do receive the verification text and email from Adobe, but the app crashes during the sign-in process.I deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone, but the issue continues.I’m concerned about logging out on my Mac in case I’m unable to sign back in there as well. Please help.Thank you,

Hi. I would like to know if I’m getting a refund. I got the trial for Substance 3D collection a few months back but only had time to use it once, when my trial was ending I went to cancel it and was offered 2 more months, I took them and only had time to use it with 2 weeks left but I noticed that I can’t even use the programs because the trial “expired” (so much for 2 months(???)) and it wouldn’t even let me cancel because of a “payment issue”.I tried to resolve the payment issue multiple times as well as re-adding my credit card which all seemed fine (I even got a confirmation from my banking app about the 0 charge) but the moment you refresh the page or anything like it, the payment issue reappears. It also stated that if the payment issue isn’t resolved the subscription will be auto canceled. Now I got charged for this month (so the payment issue was done on purpose by Adobe?) even though there was an apparent “payment issue”? I was able to cancel it and did so in less than 2 hours
