I’m being charged for 7,000 credits for Firefly. How do I cancel?

In the latest update of InDesign when I have multiple shapes and frames on the page selected, if my cursor is above something like a rectangle with content/picture inside it, I only move the picture that is below it at the time. Rather than the whole selection of objects as it used to. I tested before and after the update and it was something that only broke with 21.4. If I cursor over a solid shape object while still selecting the entire group (including the photo frame) that then moves the entire section but only if cursor above a placed fill object does it break. What could possibly be happening?

I don’t think the rotate object feature is working correctly on my pc. I have Intel Arc graphics, and here’s an example of the results I’m getting when I test this with some stock images. Source images before rotationImage I’m trying to rotateAs you can see, after it processes the image to prepare for rotation, I just get a jumbled mess. I’ve tried this with a couple of different images and get the same type of result no matter what. I also made sure the images are 8 bit RGB as I saw those being requirements for the feature. I’m just wondering if this is a problem with my machine or an actual bug in the software.

I created a file many years ago before I stopped working with Smart Objects.  At the time, I wanted to sharpen sections of the image. I now need to enlarge the canvas slightly to augment the tile border, and in the process of doing that, I noticed that my Smart Objects have transparency.  AI says “the Unsharp Mask filter … operates strictly on the color and luminance channels of an image and does not utilize, modify, or factor in layer transparency or alpha channels during its calculation.”  In the first screenshot below, the finished image with all its usable layers is shown.  In the second, the bottom layer only is toggled on and reveals an out of focus section in the left upper corner which is replaced by the Layer in the 3rd screenshot (2166).  What I don’t understand is what is going on in screen shots 4 & 5, which show semi-transparent pixels.  Those areas seem to correspond with what is showing on the respective masks for those objects.  If transparency is not used for maski

Title:Issue generating images: "Something went wrong" errorBody: Something went wrong. Please try again later or lost of internet connection Hi team,I'm getting the error "Something went wrong. Please try again later whenever I try to generate an image or video on the Firefly website. I've already cleared my browser cache and tried logging in again, but it didn't help. Here are my details:Browser & OS: [Chrome on Windows 11]Firefly Model: [any model except Firefly models, for example, Nano Banana, VEO3, GPT Flux, and Runway]Prompt: [Add a cat next to a sofa.]Reference Image: [whether with a reference image or not]Thanks!

I use generative fill to fix small areas of an image.  It works well except in any instance where there is a body.  If, for example, I want to fix a small area of an arm, I get a “violates guidelines” message.  Apparently, PS assumes that any image of a human body must be pornography.  Is there any way to fix this?

I am the contract owner and one of the admins for the account. One of my colleagues is also an admin and has been receiving the emails. I just removed her as an admin, hopefully this will solve the issue, but I am not confident as I did try to download it once I removed her and I still got the error message.

Hello All, Is there a way to log into Adobe scan via web browser and download the documents that I previously scanned through my mobile app?

Hi there, does anbody know a resource where i can download a substance plugin for 3dsmax 2020.thanks

I accidentally downloaded this image, image ID: #1431685843, can I please get the credits refunded? The image will not be used anywhere.

Dear Adobe,It's July 29th, and your communications about the Illustrator release for Microsoft Copilot+ PCs are as sparse as a Western ghost town at high noon. We're left squinting at the horizon, hoping to see the Illustrator stagecoach roll in, but all we hear is tumbleweeds. While software development can be as unpredictable as a quick-draw contest, a smoke signal or two wouldn't hurt. We're not asking for a daily telegraph, but some news would be mighty appreciated. As I saddle up for vacation, I can't help but wonder: will I return to find Illustrator finally in town, or will I need to mosey on over to Affinity's saloon if this radio silence persists?Looking forward to some news that isn't as elusive as a mirage in the desert heat!

How much take this time for Approved?

Hi, my LrC has been failing to complete Denoise on photos this month, and I am looking for solutions. It’s been a great tool for years, and I am unsure where the problem stems from. When I click the Denoise button in Develop module it seems to start working like it used to, but when the pop-up window is gone the button stays unticked even if I press it (it just goes back unticked immediately)  The system info from LrC Lightroom Classic version: 14.5.2 [ 202601141538-bad3ef80 ]License: Creative CloudLanguage setting: en-AUOperating system: Mac OS 13Version: 13.7.8 [22H730]Application architecture: x64Logical processor count: 8Processor speed: 2.8GHzSqLite Version: 3.36.0Power Source: Plugged In, 58%, ChargingBuilt-in memory: 16,384.0 MBDedicated GPU memory used by Lightroom: 758.1MB / 2,048.0MB (37%)Real memory available to Lightroom: 16,384.0 MBReal memory used by Lightroom: 1,280.5 MB (7.8%)Virtual memory used by Lightroom: 42,896.3 MBMemory cache size: 192.8MBInternal Camera Raw versi

Is there workaround? All options are grayed out.  Using Mac.

On a work computer windows 10 I was working on a school paper, the only way it would let me print the documents was to if save  PDF files to desktop. There are three that I cannot delete. They all three have a long folder name. When I try to open the file acrobat opens and says path not found or doesnt exist. I have tried to edit the name but no luck. Any help much appreciated.
