Solved

Hi Jeffrey,I am having the same issue.Specs:
iPhone 17 Pro Max
iOS 26.3When I try to sign in, the app crashes and I can’t access my account. I’ve tried multiple times with no success. I do receive the verification text and email from Adobe, but the app crashes during the sign-in process.I deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone, but the issue continues.I’m concerned about logging out on my Mac in case I’m unable to sign back in there as well. Please help.Thank you,

Hi. I would like to know if I’m getting a refund. I got the trial for Substance 3D collection a few months back but only had time to use it once, when my trial was ending I went to cancel it and was offered 2 more months, I took them and only had time to use it with 2 weeks left but I noticed that I can’t even use the programs because the trial “expired” (so much for 2 months(???)) and it wouldn’t even let me cancel because of a “payment issue”.I tried to resolve the payment issue multiple times as well as re-adding my credit card which all seemed fine (I even got a confirmation from my banking app about the 0 charge) but the moment you refresh the page or anything like it, the payment issue reappears. It also stated that if the payment issue isn’t resolved the subscription will be auto canceled. Now I got charged for this month (so the payment issue was done on purpose by Adobe?) even though there was an apparent “payment issue”? I was able to cancel it and did so in less than 2 hours

This is quite a frequent bug I have lately. Whenever I am switching to other app while InDesign is idle (can still be seen on screen; not minimized), and when going back to Indesign, some weird bug happen in one combo. The cursor icon will stuck showing Move tool or Hand tool, regardless I am actually using Pen Tool, Type Tool or other tools. Actual tool is functioning normally, but showing a wrong tool icon is frustrating. In the same time, I cannot do any Undo. The history list stop recording any new changes or actions, even clicking on the previous History records do not change anything, stuck as well. Cannot do undo is a nightmare. When this occur, Indesign cannot be closed in normal way.. must be terminated through Activity Monitor. I am using Macbook Pro M1 Pro 32GB RAM. Latest current InDesign (21.5.1). Hopefuly any solution to this.

not sure if it's a bug, but i'm on the seventh straight generation using different variations of the same prompt asking nothing new to be added to the video and it keeps adding something that isn't there. i'm wasting credits on a simple request and it keeps ignoring my prompts. i understand you might not be able to prevent generation from going awry, but if i specifically use prompts to prevent something and it does it anyway, why should I lose credits? a few times sure, but seven or eight straight?

Hello, I am frequently experiencing an issue where credits are deducted immediately when I click "Generate." However, when the generation fails and throws a "Something went wrong" error, the used credits are not refunded to my account. I just lost 40 credits on a failed generation. Please fix this bug and refund my lost credits. My suggestion is that credits should be deducted only when the image is successfully generated, rather than the moment the 'Generate' button is clicked. Thank you.

I want to build an app to allow uploads from large existing photo archives on custom servers to the Lightroom cloud. I added Lightroom Services to my project, created an OAuth Web App, got an access token for the same (developer) account. Also just in case, added myself to the Beta testers. However, when I make a test request:  curl -i \    -H "X-API-Key: <my-api-key>” \    -H "Authorization: Bearer <my-access-token>" \    https://lr.adobe.io/v2/accountI get a generic openresty 403 Forbidden error page. The weird part: if I send an invalid or a missing token, I get a proper JSON error reply. What am I doing wrong? Should I somehow apply to Adobe for the API whitelist, or is it a techical issue on my side?

I am trying to cancel my Adobe subscription, but every time I attempt to do so, I receive the error message: “An error occurred. Please try again.” Because of this, I am unable to complete the cancellation process.I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including:Using different web browsers. Trying Incognito/Private mode. Clearing my browser’s cache and cookies. Using a different device and internet connection.Despite these attempts, the same error continues to appear, preventing me from cancelling my subscription.I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and cancel my subscription from your end as soon as possible. Please also confirm once the cancellation has been completed and let me know if any additional information is required from me.I look forward to your prompt response.

I had a school account and recently I left that school and they have signed me out of creative cloud but I have my own personal account, and I'm trying to sign back in with that but it won't let me sign in at all. I'll start by opening cc and it's comes up with a loading screen, then goes to "You've been signed out please sign in again to continue using adobe products" I press sign in says loading for 2 seconds then goes back to you've been signed out. I've tried uninstalling it and re installing it doesn't do anything. Anyone had this happen before?

What is happening with Adobe right now? Why were our 3 accounts suddenly hit with cancelled plans, with the email citing 'Fraudulent activity detected on your Adobe Account' as the reason? We have been using these accounts properly, and all subscriptions were purchased directly through the official Adobe website, so why are you treating us like this? When I reached out to customer support, I was told to wait 3 to 4 business days. When I followed up after that period, I was informed that the decision was final and there was no chance of recovering the accounts and worse, you won't even refund our payments. Is this really how you operate now, Adobe? Our money has essentially been wasted, and this honestly feels like a scam because you refuse to return our funds. We pay on time every single month, and we only use genuine, official apps installed on our deviceswhich is the exact reason we purchased directly from you in the first place! This is beyond disappointing, and a business practice like

Hello there, my graphic design teacher is curious if there is a solve to this problem. We all know the long way of importing a multi-page PDF file into InDesign using scripts.... But is there a simplier/shorter way to go about it? Especially including the newer updates to the program?

The highlighter tool switches to a text selection I-beam when it thinks there is OCR'd text. I've tried to get rid of the OCR text ghost via "Protect PDF" and hiding/removing data and that is totally ineffective. Also, saving as with both optimized and reduced size does not make a difference.

I selected the free trial, but the option to cancel the trial does not appear in the Plans area. Today is the last day before I am charged, what do I do?

Using PP 2026 I can make a custom ellipse mask, move it to to the opacity section of effects and adjust opacity to darken the center of the ellipse with the area around the ellipse black, or invert it and get a black center with the opacity slider affecting the exterior.  this is not what I want. I want a clear center, showing the unchanged exposure of the underlying shot, with adjustable black OUTSIDE the ellipse, so I can adjust opacity to create a simple vignette effect.I want to do it via ellipse tool instead of with the built-in lumetri effect for more control. What settings make this possible?  Can it be done right on a clip or does it require an adjustment layer?Nothing I try with blend modes, etc seems to make a difference. Thanks very much for your help! Steve wrongopacity changes inside, not outside ellipse.

I do a monthly newsletter, very similar format and procedure every month. Using “High Quality Print” preset, my documents have always produced a PDF between 3.7 and 3.9MB in size. Suddenly, using same # of pages, roughly same # of photos, “saved as” layout reused month after month, the document is creating a 17-25MB PDF. Even more interesting, when I open old InDesign newsletters that originally created a 3.7MB PDF, and without changing anything turn them into a new PDF, they are now 5X bigger. (See screenshots - I made absolutely no changes to this layout, just opened it a few months later and saved it to a new PDF that turns out to be 5x bigger) Did something happen with InDesign 26 (which I did not voluntarily switch to?)

recently had a new hard drive added to my computer. Unfortuntely I lost my Adobe Photoshop CS6 program. I want to reinstall it on my computer and need the full serial number. Adobe is supplying the serial number less the last four numbers. I need these numbers to  do the reinstall. I am told that these numbers are hidden somewhere. Anyone who knows how to find them please share the answer with me.

How do I open an account? How do I sell my photos and videos? I want to know the proper guidelines.

I've been paying for the Adobe Creative Cloud Pro subscription, but for months now I haven't been able to use the regular Premiere Pro app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times, but every time I launch it, I get the following error:"Adobe Premiere Pro 2026" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash.I usually end up giving up and using the Beta version instead, but since I'm paying for the full subscription, I don't think it's reasonable that I can't use the standard release. How can I fix this issue and get the regular Premiere Pro app working again?

I’m exporting an InDesign document to EPUB (reflowable), but the paragraph formatting (like spacing, alignment, and indents) isn’t showing correctly in the final file. I’ve applied paragraph styles consistently. Is there a setting I’m missing or a better way to preserve formatting during EPUB export?

In adobe firefly web and mobile the video generation doesn't have any of the newer models like seedance 2 or later. I've had my reply on a post where this was solved but my account still doesn't show the newer models. I've logged in and out, tried on several browsers and still do not have the newer models. This bug still exists for my account and I could imagine other accounts.

I work in IT support and I'm assisting a user with an irregular issue with her Adobe Pro. When she redacts or edits a PDF document and tries to save they get the below error messages despite being the only one who has access to the document. we have tried saving it in other locations. It will then only save the PDF if they rename the file, the PDF is not protected and protected mode is switched off. it wont let them save over the original and they have tried with several documents.i have checked the settings and also reinstalled Adobe and still getting the same error message.  Thanks

I've been working on a document with some colleagues, where we would add comments to a PDF uploaded to Acrobat. It had been working fine until this morning, when I tried to open it, the whole page is blank and says “Something went wrong. Please try again later."I've tried opening it using the sharing link across multiple devices, and even used different accounts. But the same message pops up. If it matters, one of my colleagues edited it last night as a guest. I had been getting emails about each comment he leaves, but I stopped receiving these updates halfway through when he was working on it.When I try to access it from my Recent files, it just loads forever and none of my files pop up. Sometimes a message in red pops up saying “Unable to display Recent files. Please check later."Thank you so much!

No me quere generar la imagen presenta error y tebgo creditos disponibles, ya intenté hacerlo desde una ventana incognito por favor ayudenme a solucionar, la suscripción a Adobe no es nada barata.

I’m dealing with a persistent audio waveform problem in a Premiere Pro project using multicam sequences, and I’ve reached the point where I need someone familiar with Premiere’s underlying audio/waveform system to look at what is happening. The core problem is that the waveforms for these multicam interview clips simply do not reliably exist in the project. Every time I open the project, I end up having to rebuild/regenerate waveforms again. There does not appear to be any troubleshooting step that makes them persist. One particularly strange behavior is visible in the attached screenshots: while the project is initially loading, some of the interview waveforms actually appear in the main timeline. Then, after Premiere finishes loading, those same waveforms disappear. But the disappearing waveforms are only part of the problem. The larger issue is that the multicam waveforms never reliably remain available from session to session, despite repeatedly rebuilding them.I have already tried:De
