I canceled the generation of a video to make adjustments prior to Firefly generating anything. It took my credits anyway. That is unfair.

Hi,I’m not sure when and how this bug appeared but I noticed today that the brush is flickering to an arrow cursor (similar to this bug  )  when I’m drawing on a layer with a mask on. I don’t know why but it’s extremely annoying, please fix this.I’m on Windows 11 and the latest version of Photoshop. Here is a video/screen capture showing the problem, notice how the bug disappear when the mask is disabled and reappears when it is activated :

Verktyget flyttar folk i bilden och plötsligt spelar en person trumpet men drar samtidigt en fiolstråke över instrumentet. Jag försöker förfina mina instruktioner men efter flera försök så blir svaret “Dina krediter håller på att ta slut. Jag har tecknat detta abonnemang idag och önskar avsluta det omgående med återbetalning. Trodde man kunde testa först och sedan ta ett abonnemang, men icke.  Bengt SkoogHelsingborg, SwedenÅterkommer när verktyget fungerar

I used this prompt: "Static shot of a cozy lakeside deck at sunset with snow-capped mountains in background. Camera is completely stationary on tripod - NO camera movement, NO panning, NO zooming, NO drift. Sun must remain fixed in its position - NO sun movement, NO setting. Clouds must stay completely still - NO cloud movement or drift. Only these subtle animations: crackling flames dancing in the fire pit with realistic fire movement and occasional sparks, gentle ripples spreading across the calm lake surface, thin wisps of steam rising from the coffee mug on the side table, soft mist hovering above the water. Maintain the exact same warm golden sunset lighting throughout entire video. Keep all furniture, blankets, mountains, sky, sun, clouds, and background elements completely still and frozen. Focus only on natural, subtle movements - fire flickering, water rippling, steam rising. Fixed camera position, static sky, cinematic quality, peaceful ambiance." I get the sun setting e

Hi Our Adobe annual subscription was automatically renewed and charged last month, but we no longer use or need the plan.We only recently noticed the annual renewal charge and would like to cancel the subscription. Has anyone had a similar experience and successfully received a refund for the most recent annual renewal payment?Since the charge was made last month and we have had little to no usage since the renewal, I’m wondering whether Adobe Customer Support may be able to approve a full or partial refund as an exception. If anyone has dealt with this before, I’d really appreciate any advice on the best way to contact Adobe or what information I should provide when requesting the refund.Thank you!

When creating a PHOTOSHOP installation package on the console, only versions 26.0 and above can be selected. How to create a version for 2024 and 25?

Hello. I select a group of photos I've scanned - go to: Metadata / Edit capture time - I change the date ('Adjust to a specific date and time' is chosen under 'Type of adjustment') click change, but only some change to that new date. I think the ones that aren't changing are from a previous scan. I'm sure I haven't had this problem before.

I started yesterday to work on Premiere Pro 2026 and have been experiencing the following issue: when editing with headphones, the audio track on channels 1 and 2 come out only from my left headphone, and channels 3 and forward are muted even if the “M” button is obviously off. Without headphones the problem doesn’t exist. I have already checked the settings on “Audio Channels”  and it is set to Stereo L+R, so the issue really doesn’t make sense.I am not experiencing this issue on the 2025 version or on the Beta version, while using the same settings.Applying audio effects such as Fill also doesn’t work - and even if it did it would be highly impractical to apply an effect to each audio track for this purpose. I have also checked with colleagues and compared settings - mine seems to be an isolated case. Is there anyone who could help me fixing this? It is really a drag. Thank you!

How do I swap the background and letter colors, i.e. make the background whiteand letters black?

The road signs are not compound paths, just normal shapes. I tried grouping them and making the clipping mask a compound path -- no change. It looks like the signs are behind the roads, but if you look closely you can see that the fills have been removed when the mask was applied. I’ve tried every suggestion I could find, but no difference. Everything else in the map gets clipped correctly; it’s just the signs that get changed. Any ideas?

Ive getting this payment verification required included in the email is a download ...is tis legitimate?

I only need and have Acrobat Reader but everytime I open a PDF a pop up opens asking me if I want to:a. start free trial and pay later or buy immediatelyb. quit I don't need or want the fancy paid package.

I have installed Adobe Creative Cloud, but the "Apps" tab isn't showing anything. It only displays the message: "You do not have access to app management." Below that, it says: "IT administrator permission may be required to enable app management."My account is a personal one—not a business or student account. I started the Lightroom Classic free trial yesterday; I’m set to be charged for a full year's subscription, yet I still haven't been able to install the software because of this issue. All the Adobe apps—both the ones I’ve subscribed to and those available for purchase—should be appearing there.

Photoshop v26.10 , filter gallery doesn't work. How do I solve this?

I'm working on a document with a very long table that flows through text boxes from one page to the next. I can clearly see that there's space at the bottom of the page, but I can't seem to increase the size of the cells or row any more. When I try to drag down with the arrow, nothing happens. When I try to adjust manually, I'm met with a window that says "The value must be between 0.0417 in and 8.3333 in." Can anyone help me increase the length of the cells so that there's not overset text, and the space at the bottom of the page is filled? Thanks!

Hello. I am trying to create a new Adobe Stock Contributor account. My Adobe ID was created successfully, my email is verified, and my Belarusian mobile phone number has been added. However, when I open the Contributor Portal, I see the message: “New account creation is not available at this time.”I also cannot access Contributor Support because it redirects me back to the same page. Could you please confirm whether new Adobe Stock Contributor accounts are currently available for residents of Belarus, or whether this is a technical issue with my account? Thank you.

I created a new account and wanted to get the free trial, but when I enter my card details, it says I am not eligible. What should I do? Could you help me? I have tried multiple browsers.

Since yesterday, I have been experiencing immense problems with the synchronization mechanism in Lightroom Classic. I created a collection containing 52 photos and marked it as synced. After a while, I clicked on the synchronization history and saw that 192 images were being synchronized and this number was not changing. I then checked the "Sync Activity" section via the gear icon, and nothing was displayed there. After waiting for some time, the number 192 still hadn't changed. Then, while in the sync activity window, I held down the Option Key, which reveals 3 buttons. I clicked the button for the diagnostic report and looked at the HTML log. Initially, I noticed that an old image file (which has nothing to do with the 52 new photos) appeared a total of 47 times. Since it was an old file that no longer needs to be synced, I turned off synchronization for that collection. However, this did not change the number 192.In the meantime, I generated the diagnostic file again to check it more

We bought and downloaded the non-subscription version of Acrobat Pro 2024.  We have been unable to activate it and NO help from the support chat teams.  Worse, they tried to upsell us!  We really just need to get this activated.  Apparently it's a one-time activation, but nobody at Adobe has been able to figure it out.  Although it shows we bought it last month in our invoices, it doesn't show in our products.  Has anyone been able to activiate this product (again, this is the download with 3-year term product)? Thank you...p.s., helping my 85 year old dad with getting this done and it's VERY frustrating.
