Eu preciso da versão do illustrator 2023 (v27) para utilizar um plug-in de uma máquina de corte

I have an Outlook PST file and need to convert all my emails to Adobe PDF. Is there a simple way to do this in bulk while preserving the email formatting and attachments? Any recommendations?

Photoshop 2026 will not open.  It starts to boot but then just disappears/crashes.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.  I have tried starting and holding ctrl/alt/shift.  I have tried closing all the adobe related programs in Task Manager.  This is infuriating while trying to work with clients.   Can anybody shine any light on this for me?

Why is Adobe Acrobat unable to open large PDF files of 50 MB or more on my iPad mini 7 with iOS 27 and Acrobat version 26.08.01, while smaller files open normally, and when will an update be released to fix this issue?

when i try installing the after effect on my MAC i have this error please i need help

Sooo, I am struggling with this animated logo I did for a client and they asked me to deliver a .WebM (which is a new type of file for me). Somehow it shows a grey outline to the animation which is not visible on the original .mov (pro ress 444 alpha). I tried multiple ways of exporting it into WebM but whatever I do it keeps showing this outline. How-the-hell do I remove this and make it a clean animation like the original?? I got asked for WebM by developers but open to any alternative if that's what it takes 🤓 Thanks!

I am a teacher and when I launch or when my students try to launch lightroom it immediately starts closing. We are using verison 9.5.1. It doesn’t happen on Lightroom classic. it is a school account and happens on my log in and with theirs as well. The macbooks are Airs and mine is a Pro, all M1 running Tahoe 26.2. I have tried so many things to fix this. Uninstall, reinstall lightroom, uninstall reinstall creative cloud, update all software on mac, etc. On my pro I have tried opening with rosetta, nothing.  I got it to work one time when I made a new user on my laptop and opened it and edited but now it is closing on that new user too.

I’m trying to create simple black-and white stripe patterns for printing tests.  I’ll often start with the single-column marquee tool and use the paint bucket to fill the column.  When complete, I normally convert using 50% threshold.  This has worked for many years. Now, it seems that if the first column is black when I do the conversion, the whole image goes black.  If the first column is not black the conversion is normal.in greyscale becomes in bitmap, but  this in greyscale converts normally to bitmap.Same thing using 50% threshold or diffusion dither.

I canceled the free subscription before the deadline but I was still charged consecutively 2 months!

Hello I had the adobe pro subscription for 5 months and didn’t realise it was taking so much money from my account. I used it for 1 day 5 months ago haven’t used it since, is there a way I can get a refund? I am a struggling student and could really use the money for food

Dear Adobe Customer Support,I am writing to request a refund and cancellation regarding my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. On May 19, 2025, I signed up for a 7-day trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro using my personal account. However, I later realized that my company had already purchased a one-year subscription for the same product under my account. Due to this overlap, I was unexpectedly charged $19.99/month for May, June, and July, despite already having access through my company’s subscription.Unfortunately, I was unable to cancel the subscription online. Given that this is a case of duplicate billing, I kindly request a full refund for the three months that were charged ($59.97 in total) and the immediate cancellation of the ongoing subscription to prevent any further charges. Here are the details of the subscription in question:Order number: AB05377521942CUSOrder date: May 19, 2025Please let me know if any additional information is needed. I appreciate your prompt assistance with this issu

Dear Adobe Customer Support,I hope this email finds you well.I am writing regarding an automatic annual subscription charge that was recently billed to my GCASH account for my Adobe Acrobat Pro annual subscription.Regretfully, I would like to inform you that I only wanted to try the app and its full benefits for a month and assess whether i will wish to continue my subscription. I may have overlooked the automatic subscription setting and did not intend to apply the 1 year subscription as shown in the current billing period. In this regard, I respectfully request the cancellation of my 1 year subscription, change it to the 1 month subscription and would also like to request consideration for a refund of the recent charge made to my GCASH account (see attached). Please let me know if any additional information is needed from my end, aside from my account details, registered email address or transaction reference number, to facilitate the review of my request.Email: ******GCASH Account: *

I've payed for a year and just now noticed I never had a chance to cancel.  The monthly fee was raised and now I currently can't afford it.  Please cancel my subscription without the several hundred dollars in cancellation fees please.

When I try and change the email address on my Adobe ID I get this message:  "Your account changes couldn't be saved."   No explanation of why they can't be saved or what action I need to take.    Could you let me know why I can't change my main email address and how to fix this?  Thank you.

I subscribed to the trial of Adobe Acrobat pro DC and at the end of the trial period I wasn't satisfied with the service I got, and as such I wasn't interested in having a long term subscription, how can I get my card details removed from adobe and stop prompting the card for payment?

Every time I open InDesign, I find the context bar in the center of the screen. Even when I use the 'unpin' command, I move the context bar where I want it, and "pin" it. However, the bar keeps returning to the center, and the 'pin context bar' command doesn't seem to work.Screenshot attached.

Hola, necesito ayuda a cómo pedir un reembolso sobre la aplicación que no la utilicé

Okay, I don't know if anyone else has this problem; however, I keep having it, and it's really annoying and frustrating because for some reason the Contextual Task Bar in Illustrator or InDesign keeps acting up by only moving in one place up and down not all over the screen like it should be and I've tried to save all my stuff, exit out, and reopen as well as turning it off in the Window section of both applications and nothing and I have no idea how to fix this so if anyone knows a permant solution to this please tell me cause I'm lost and I would really appericate it so much! Thanks so much in advance!-vevegirl13

Am I blind or going crazy? It’s been a while since I’ve worked with non-square pixel footage, but didn’t the Toggle Pixel Aspect Ratio Correction button used to be at the bottom of the comp window? Where’s it gone?

When having a file open in InDesign 2024 on my Macbook Pro (Sonoma 14.2.1 OS), close the lid, plug into my LG UltraFine external monitor and wake the computer up, the InDesign window is still open and all the tool bars are visible and working, but the area where the artwork is becomes black/blank and I can't see the work. I can see the bounding boxes if I select all, but no image or text. The window is entirely blank. The same thing happens if I'm working on my LG monitor, unplug the display and then open the Macbook to work. I always have my Macbook closed when plugged into the LG display and use both an external keyboard and trackpad. The solution is to always save, quit InDesign and reopen. If I go through that it works again. Is it a bug with Apple? Is it a bug with Adobe? My LG firmware, OS and Adobe InDesign are all updated to the latest versions.
