Why? Why do you "creators" feel a need to completely change the layout of toolbars, etc. in a program?! Do you have nothing to do so you just search out what you can do to aggravate us? Adobe Acrobat DC is now TOTALLY different in the toolbar layouts! WHY???

We are a state agency in charge of animal health. When cattle, for example, move from our state to another, it requires a certificate of veterinarian inspection (has info about the animals, where they are moving, and their health). Years ago an electronic health certificate was created by a sort of collaboration between states using LiveCycle. We use LiveCycle to customize a few things for each state and we enable usage rights in Acrobat Pro so veterinarians and their clinic's that fill out user agreement forms (not to distribute form, etc) can use Reader for free to fill out, sign, and email us these electronic certificates. Right now less than half the states use this form (most state agencies still push paper). I am trying to get more states to use this electronic certificate of veterinarian inspection. Hi, I have two fields in my script. The source field is EVPI which is a user input with auto formatting applied and the resulting event field where this custom script is entered. All of the basic conditional arithmetic is working.When the source field is empty, the result field is supposed to be empty as well and allow for user input. However, the result field is always filled with the minimum value called in the script despite other conditionals trying to create the event value as empty. I cancelled my subscription on the same day but I have Adobe trying to debit me everyday incurring bank charges. I need it cancelled please 🥲 I cannot afford to pay it 

This is getting ridiculous. It has gotten worse with every update. From version 30.1 it has constantly corrupted the save preview with any placed images. Even placing photoshop files does not work. The placed image will either be completely out of place or just will not show up in the preview unless you embed the image. Place the .AI file in Indesign? Nope, the image isn't there. You have to manually embed it every time which, besides being an annoying extra step, it just bloats the file size. I am also getting “there is not enough memory” errors when placing small photoshop files. I have reset the Illustrator preferences and that did not help. Please stop adding all kinds of useless features and get this program stabilized and reliable again. 

I can't cancel my subscription. I find it irrepressible on your part the page to cancel the subscription has a bug and it does not allow you to cancel the subscription, I need it resolved

Is it the shadows at the bottom of the frame? 

On updating AE to 26.3 and launching I got a system compatibility warning saying “This version of windows is no longer supported, future versions of this app cannot be installed on this OS.” When I click for more info it takes me to the Premiere system requirements page. From the generated system compatibility report, my versions of Windows is being reported as 10.0.22631.1 which I believe is fully up to date.  

 Today i faced a problem on my contributor page. A note in red box on the top: "There was an issue loading the page. Please reload the page." And now my portfolio in the contributor section looks like it is empty, and the contribution history is also epmty. I tried to reload the page multiple times but nothing happend. UPD: Problem solved after doing logout - login. 

I have not been able to save to creative cloud or open a creative cloud file from the illustrator app for a couple weeks now. Anytime i try it just goes to this page and never finishes loading. I can open my files from the cloud app but that doesnt help me with saving my files. I’ve just been saving to my desktop for now but would love if this worked. Yes i’ve restarted the app and tried again as well as restarted my computer.  

Hi,I'm working in AE 2026.3.0 and the convert vertex shortcut from the selection tool (cmd+option) is now invoking the camera gizmo. This was an issue many versions ago and it looks like the bug is back if there are any 3d layers in the scene. Anyone have a workaround? I’m on a MacBook Pro with an M3 running Sequoia 15.7.5.Thanks!

At my job, I'm moving from an old Adobe Creative Cloud Teams account to a new Adobe Enterprise account.If my old Creative Cloud Teams account is deleted, can I migrate my Adobe Express content to the new Enterprise account beforehand?Also, I have a shared Projects folder in Adobe Express that my team uses for social media posts and projects. Will that shared Projects folder, along with its files, social media calendar, collaborators, and sharing permissions, transfer to the new Enterprise account as part of the migration, or will I need to recreate and re-share it? Please help.

Hi everyone, I’m using Adobe Acrobat Pro (2026) on Windows 11, and I’m seeing inconsistent spelling‑check behavior in the new Acrobat interface.While in Edit PDF mode, inside an active text box, Acrobat did underline a misspelled word in red the other day, and it even did so earlier today. However, after closing and reopening the same file, the misspelled word is no longer underlined.If I type inside the text box, the misspelled word does get a red underline, but only while I’m actively typing. Once I click out of the text box or reopen the file, the underline disappears. Previously, Acrobat showed the red underline without requiring me to type a word in the text box.I understand that Acrobat’s spell check is primarily intended for Comments, but I believed that while editing text in Edit PDF, Acrobat would still flag misspellings with a red underline. Since I’ve seen this behavior before, I’m trying to understand why it’s no longer consistent.Is this expected behavior in the new Acroba

I just bought a Creative Cloud plan for $35. I am trying to download Premiere Pro, but when I try to run the setup, it takes me to the Premiere plan to try a 7 day trial, or buy the plan for $23. It won't start the download for me.

When I nest sequences in Premiere Pro, the video nests correctly, but the audio remains as individual clips. How can I ensure that both audio and video are fully nested as a single clip?   This has worked before on the project. I go and nest a new section of the chapters I make and it doesn't follow like the correct nests I have previously done, so it works but then doesn't?   Also, when I try and drag nested sequences onto the timeline, it doesn't copy the project over and only one cut had been copied despite creating in and out markers.

Hello all,I am not new to InDesign but new to the latest version. I haven’t used the software for several years.This is my most strange problem:I create a new multi-page document, give it its basic specs in the Document Setup window. I go to the first page, draw a text frame. The default font is Minion Pro, 12 point, left-aligned. All seems fine. I have not yet created any character or paragraph style.I type my very first word… and it has a drop cap!The only Paragraph Style is [Basic Paragraph], the only Character Style is [None]. In [Basic Paragraph], under Drop Caps and Nested Styles, all parameters are at zero and the Properties panel confirms that the current character style is [Basic Paragraph], which has no drop cap… except that it does in my text frame!I would love to hear your suggestions as to what might be causing this. Hello,My Adobe account contains five perpetual Adobe Acrobat Standard 12.0 licenses and four perpetual Adobe Acrobat Standard 11.0 licenses.The computers on which these licenses were activated were formatted by a colleague before the licenses could be deactivated, making it impossible to deactivate them beforehand.I am now installing these licenses on new computers, but I am receiving a message stating that the license is already in use on another device.I understand that these products are no longer supported. However, I am not requesting technical support for the software itself. I am simply requesting that the existing activation records for these perpetual licenses be cleared so that I can reactivate them on my new computers.Since the activation servers are still able to verify that these licenses have reached their activation limit, I kindly ask that the current activations associated with these licenses be reset (removed) so that I can continue using the software I legally purcha

My old  Dell computer died but I have rescued the hard drive (D) and all of the files on the C drive. I now have a new super duper computer. I have installed lightroom and photoshop on it. What I would like to do is transfer the old lightroom catalogue and all of the thousands of photos I have on the old hard drive onto the new computer. My photos were stored in well organised file structure, year then month and that structure is on the old hard drive. I know I could just copy all of the files across and then import them into my new catalogue, but I’m not sure this would mean I lose my edits? and I wonder if there is a better way. For ease of reference, my computer calls the old hard drive the F drive and the new computer has a massive D drive where I want all the photos to go. I’m not a novice but I’m not a teccy so hopefully a solution is easy to understand and implement.

Tenho a assinatura Creative Cloud Pro e quero baixar versão mais antiga do Photoshop no meu desktop (Notebook) e não consigo. Na opção dos aplicativos dentro do CC, nos pontinhos não aparece a opção de versões anteriores. Alguém pode me ajudar?Também não consigo desabilitar atualizações automáticas. Essa conta é só minha e só eu utilizo.Já desinstalei e instalei novamente o CC, mas não consigo achar solução.

I have several images in the same folder that need to be relinked. When I relink a file, InDesign doesn't see all the other missing files in that folder, even though I have checked "Seach for missing links in this folder". Am I doing something wrong?
