I don’t use Rounded Crop in Pr 26.2.2 a lot but today I need it and I cannot make heads or tails with it.When I just use on parameter to crop a side it works as it should. But when I try to animate it weird things happen:You can see that when animated instead of cropping the color from top to bottom it does in in the center. It’s a blank new project with just color mattes, nothing else. Is it a bug or is it so by design? Because if so it should be fixed, it’s nonsense.Why am I constantly finding bugs in Premiere just a moment before I need to use certain tools in serious projects that are coming?!

HelloCan anyone help? Since the update at the end of May 2023, the brush shortcut for size and hardness control no longer works (ctrl + Alt + Right Mouse + drag left/right).I have gone into any tool, preferences to check, tried other keyboard shortcuts and watched tutorials. I even uninstalled and reinstalled PS.I suspect it's a bug, has anyone had the same problem or solved it already? Thanks

Hi Adobe Staff,I am trying to complete my Adobe Stock Contributor account setup, but I cannot complete the mandatory phone verification step. Every time I enter my Bangladesh (+880) phone number (+880*** moderator deleted private data ***), it shows: "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later."I have tried:- Clearing browser cache and cookies- Using multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox)- Entering number with and without country code/leading zerosIt seems to be an SMS gateway/backend issue for Bangladesh (+880) numbers. Since I do not have a paid subscription, the support bot does not connect me to a live agent. Could an Adobe Staff member please assist in resolving or manually adding the phone number for my account?*** moderator deleted private data ***

It would be really helpful if InDesign had a simple option to prevent a Table of Contents from inheriting character-level formatting from the source headings.For example, if a word in a chapter heading is manually set to red, the TOC can sometimes bring that red formatting along with it. The same can happen with coloured page numbers or other local formatting.CHAPTER HEADINGTOCIdeally, the TOC should have an option such as “Ignore source character formatting” or “Use TOC formatting only”, so that the generated TOC follows its own Paragraph and Character Styles consistently.This becomes especially important in long documents where the TOC is updated frequently. Manually correcting inherited colours after every update is not practical.A dedicated setting to completely override source formatting would make TOC generation much more predictable and efficient.  

Hi Everyone, I am currently Downloading PDF Files from my Gmail account to my Desktop.Up until today, I was able to Download these files no problem. Today however, everytime that a PDF Files completes downloading from Gmail to my Desktop, Adobe Acrobat Automatically Opens the file on my Computer. This is Driving me MAD! Is there any way to stop this from happening? I've attached a file that I got from a Reddit post - where other people were having this issue.It seems that in the past, that there was a check-box option in Acrobat Reader under Edit -> Preferences -> General  to turn off this annoying features. But this option is missing on my Acrobat Reader.

Seedance 2.0 are not available after pressing generate button, but in the model lists. it's appear and can be used.

I'm still surprised that Acrobat DC still doesn't function correctly when Internet Explorer's Enhanced Protected Mode is enabled. The reason why it isn't working is because the installer doesn't provide AcroPDF64.dll and AcroPDFImpl64.dll, which is missing from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Acrobat\ActiveX.However, if I install Adobe Reader DC, the installer provides these missing DLLs. I don't want to have both Acrobat and Reader installed just to make this to work with IE's EPM. Will this actually get fixed? Why does Adobe Reader DC ships these missing DLLs while Acrobat DC doesn't?

I just want to click on an image and have it extend a preview window like it used to - not open a whole other page. this is ridiculous.  ai is trash and the resolution is trash and it always looks fake. turn this [cursing removed] off.  so frustrating. 

Our company is implementing Conditional Access with our rollout of Windows 11.  We have found that the Creative Cloud Desktop application does not support logging in to the user's Adobe ID with Single Sign On when Conditional Access is enabled.  The issue seems to be that the Device ID is not passed during the authenticaiton attempt, so Conditional Access does not trust the device, even though the device the user is attempting to login from is a trusted device.  Adobe's workaround is to use Sign In using your browser.  This method works, because the browser login does pass the Device ID correctly.  But the issue with this workaround is that SIgn In using your browser is hidden in the Help menu, not in a place where it is visible to the user.  We ask that Adobe improve the login experience so that the default login form passes the Device ID correctly and otherwise conforms with Micorosoft Kerberos to support logging in via SSO.  Failing

Hi there. I've installed the latest update of Indesign 2020. I'm now experiencing problems in that if I open a converted version of an Indesign docment, make changes then try to save, it says "Indesign is unable to save this file. We tried, but it appears to be damaged." (See Indesign 2020 Fig. 1). I have tried to save a copy of my document and it says the same thing. I have even tried to create a new document in Indesign 2020, save it as a test before putting anything in it and again the same message, "Indesign is unable to save this file. We tried but it appears to be damaged." (See Indesign 2020 Fig 2).  Is it a bug in the new Indesign update? Do I uninstall it and reinstall Indesign 2019? Could someone please help me?

Hey everyone,I’m hoping to get some clarity here—and maybe see if others are having the same experience.I’ve been using Firefly and have been really disappointed to learn that every generative attempt, even the ones that completely miss the prompt, are still deducted from my monthly credits. I’m talking about outputs that are unusable or totally off-base—yet they still cost me credits like they were successful.Is this how it’s supposed to work? Are we all basically paying for misfires? If so, is there any kind ofrecourse for credits lost due to bad generations? It feels like we’re being charged for the platform’s errors, and I can’t be the only one who finds that frustrating. When creating social media posts And stories the embedded link does not work once it's posted. it's working from the creation on Adobe Express but once posted it's not working.

When I try to save an Illustrator file to the cloud it stalls out with the cloud prompt window not fully loading. The only work around I’ve found so far is that I have to create a cloud file on Illustrator for my iPad, then open that on the desktop and copy and paste what I was working on in there. Then I can open it on the iPad again. Very frustrating.

Using Windows 11, current version of InDesign.Trying to complete the digital/ebook version of a book.First, I’m not new at this. Been writing and doing my own publishing for 37 years. I have never had this particular glitch before.No matter what I do, all my centered graphics are left-aligned when exported to epub. The exact same file does fine in both 8x10 and 6x9 print versions, using all the same graphics and settings.Object styles are used for all graphics.I’ve tried using other graphics I’ve used many times before with no problems, and graphics I’ve never used. Same result.I’ve tried resetting the default graphics style, even creating a new one.I’ve tried using a new template, both my own, and ones offered in ID panel.I’ve closed ID and reopened. I’ve rebooted my computer.I’ve checked for updates on PC and in Adobe CC.I’ve rolled back InDesign to previous version (as suggested repeatedly on various forums and help sites). I'm having a very frustrating problem where text inside my text boxes disappears or becomes overset text when I move them around on the page. Keep in mind that I'm not scaling the text boxes- I just move them up or down and they become overset. I'm also having a sister issue where the vertical margins on text boxes keep shifting when I move them to where I see double text. Regardless of the double text, the vertical margin keeps shifting when I move the text box. I believe that there must be something that I'm not accounting for on the page that is causing these things to shift.

Import Keywords — Do Not Export flag not applying to existing keyword namesI'm importing a plain text keyword file via Metadata > Import Keywords (tab-indented, [bracketed names] for Include on Export = off, {curly brace} synonyms). It works fine for brand-new keyword names, but when the imported name matches a keyword that already exists elsewhere in the catalog, the bracket is ignored — after import, the existing keyword's Include on Export checkbox stays exactly as it was before, checked or not.Is this expected behavior (import merges into an existing same-name keyword and won't touch its Include on Export flag from the file), or am I missing correct syntax/an option to force it? Is there any way to set Include on Export via the import file for a keyword name that already exists in the catalog, or is manually toggling it in the Keyword List panel after import the only route?Lightroom Classic, imported via a plain .txt file (also tried .csv, same result). Zscaler blocks some Adobe Creative Cloud features because the app uses an embedded Chrome 106 browser, triggering our outdated browser policy. Zscaler confirmed this is expected. Is this a known issue or is there a workaround?

Hola foro, mi problema es basicamente ese, no puedo mover los objetos que selecciono con la flecha negra (v) solo puedo moverlos con las flechas del teclado pero el mouse no me funciona. Puedo escalar, puedo rotar puedo hacer todo menos moverlos (como si estuviesen bloqueados) no tengo agrupados los objetos ni tengo bloqueados, reinicie la pc, reinicie illustrator y no hay caso y me pasa en todos los documentos. SOLUCIÓN por favor!!!

THe subfolders appeared in the folder panel in LRC but separately and not in the parent folder.  When I tried again to import the same, the images were greyed out, indicating they were already imported.  The parent folder is on the disc but does not appear in the folder panel in LRC.  I want the subfolders under the parent folder to keep things organized. I tried  to create a new parent folder but it did not appear on the disc or in LRC.  How can I collect the subfolders under a parent folder?
