I would like to get a refund for being charged after cancelling my subsrciption, before my 7 day FREE trial ended. I started the free trial on August 11th.I canceled the subscription on August 12th, and received a confirmation email. Two months later, I am still being charged.

I work at a commercial printer, we print booklets straight from InDesign all the time. This one is set up at 8.5” x 11” with 0.125” bleed. The printed booklet came out at 11.25” between crop marks with 0.125” bleed outside. I have no idea why the export to the printer came out like this, the previous file had no issues. Print to Ricoh printer with a Firey print server, page size 12x18, saddle stitch booklets.

Hello,  I am setting up a MacBook Pro. I have a Creative Cloud subscription which includes Adobe Acrobat Pro. Based upon the research that I have done online, I believe that Distiller should be somewhere within the Acrobat Pro app. If anyone knows how I can open Distiller please provide very specific instructions (screen shots would be appreciated). I need to convert a postscript into a pdf. Thanks.

Hi!I have a form I’m building that brings mapped fields from our Core system into the PDF.  One of those fields is an interest rate (AP_1_INTEREST_RATE).  This field comes in from the core as the number and a % sign, i.e. 1.99%.  That would be great, however, the line on the PDF that it is populating on has a static % sign already, so on the form it looks like 1.99%%.  I cannot for the life of me figure out how to strip the % from the mapped field (AP_1_INTEREST_RATE).  I also have the field format as NONE so it isn’t gaining the % because of the way I have it formatted, it’s coming from the core that way.   Sorry if this is a dumb question but I am a novice and just can’t figure this out. I know how to ADD things but can’t figure out how to remove them.   Any help would be appreciated!

As far as I know I have downloaded the latest camera raw software ?Thank you in advance for replying.Ken.

I’m trying to buy the creative cloud pro plan but it just wont let me pay,on the pay screen it will keep saying theres something wrong with my paying even tho it works fine or everything else, I tried incognito, a different browser, 2 different cards everytime still the same issue, it pretends I put the wrong info on all filling boxes.searched up online and couldn’t find a solution for a bit more context this is not the first time I’m getting the plan, I had before like 8 years ago but my mom payied, now I’m the one trying to pay

using Photoshop Elements 2024 on Windows 10.  Clone tool is not working, started yesterday. I get a message that says the opperation could not be compleated because no pixels were selected. tells me to alt click on source. I HAVE been doing that! repeatly. also, in addition to the message box coming up, I get my computers , I don't know what it's called - the area that tells a person what is on thier computer so something could be selected.  It comes up too at the same time. I am wondering if Adobe is doing this delibertly to get me to purchase the 2025 version of Elements?  ( I have gone to Preferences and clicked on reset at next launch. ) problem continues.

Anything that requires an internet connection within the Adobe platform takes an embarrassingly long amount of time to load. All of their sites glitch when it comes to signing in and a single font can take upwards of 10 minutes to appear in apps. It’s making it hard to work on projects because half of your time is wasted waiting and staring at your screen (or logging in for the 10th time in one day). For a tech company, you think they would pay better attention to these details.

I'm using Illustrator CC and I cannot select and move guides with the selection tools. The guides are not locked. I can select the guides in the Layers Panel, but I can only move with the arrow keys. I can also "Release" the guides once they are selected in the Layers Panel, but I still cannot move them with the mouse - only the arrow key. Summary of Problem:Guides are not locked. Some guides can only be moved when they are selected in the Layer Panels and when using the arrow keysNon-selectable Guides can be "Released" but only altered in color and line weight and still only moved with the arrow keys. Desired Outcome:I want to be able to move all guides using the mouse for greater accuracy vs the arrow keys.Thank you for your help.

I posted this question but tried to edit the title which meant I had write the question all over again. I changed to a new computer. Installed Acrobat but and deactivated my old copy I received message that the serial number was already in use and I must deactivate it (which I had already done)So trying again, can someone reactivate my copy of Acrobat please.  Martin Briscoemartin@mbriscoe.me.uk

I have had this issue when placing a PDF in Indesign, I do all my checks and prepwork. I run my preflight to check to make sure the file is CMYK. When it is not I right click and edit original in Acrobat. I do my conversion there. The file relinking tends to lock up Indesign and my fans go nuts. Computer is an M1 Max with 32 gigs of RAM. Indesign 21.5.1.73 in macOS Tahoe (latest update). I have had this with a few larger page PDF’s, the current one is 104 - 5.5 x 8.5 pages. It has been trying to relink for over 20 mins now. I could force quite and just re-add the PDF’s again from scratch with the CMYK profile done and it will be no problem, only when it comes to relinking the file. I have reset preferences numerous times with no luck. Very frustrating. Have this with various files, anyone else having this issue? Any fixes? Not sure if this is combined but it seems to have locked up the CC Hub. I have never tried opening it when Indesign is locked up trying to update the linked file, so

HELP!  I am unable to print my InDesign document.  The error message states 'This document contains links to files/URL(s) that are not accessible. Please check your network connectivity or the original source of content.'  When looking at the links page, there are no errors issued.  Preflight shows no errors.   I've gone to System Preferences/Security & Privacy/Privacy/Files and Folders, and verified that 'Document Folder' is checked under Adobe InDesign. Any other suggestions?  Thank you!TR

I am a professional editor who is transitioning from Avid to Premiere and I am finding the sync lock feature very counter intuitive. If I have a finished edit that I am laying music under then I want to be able to edit that music using the extract function without affecting the rest of the edit so as to match certain sections of the music to the edit. The obvious way to do this is to turn off the sync locks for the tracks that have my music on allowing independent edits to the music, (as in Avid), but in Premiere it seems that I have to turn ALL the sync locks off for all my other video and audio tracks to allow me to edit my music track independently. This seems extremely labour intensive when turning 2 sync locks off could achieve the same result. The way it is currently set up is no quicker than turning all the track locks on.Please can you change the sync locks so that turning off any 1 lock will make that track editable independently from all the other tracks. This would also be use

I need some hand-holding please.I just exported to pdf, and got this message, and would be happy to fix it if I had a clue what to do:The document's transparency blend space doesn't match the destination color space specified in the Export Adobe PDF settings. To avoid color appearance changes in the PDF, click cancel and change either the document's transparency blend space, or the destination color space.  Can you please translate that into English and tell me what to do?

In effects panel, by mistake i have created custom bin folder. But now i cant delete it. Is there any way to delete it?

I complete a form, then select e-signature.  Recipient receives the form blank.  It is removing all completed data from the form.Trying to fix myself, and notice when I go to add the signature recipient in, all the completed data is removed, and new empty text boxes are put in its place.

I just bought a Brand new PC and Photoshop struggles to operate efficiently utlizing my new GPU. Here’s the specs: CPU: Intel Core Ultra 7 270k PlusGPU: NVIDIA RTX5070TiRAM: 64GBSSD: 1TBOS: Windows 11 Pro4k, 32” Monitor. Problem 1: The issue is mainly with the Object Selection tools and those tools/options that requires GPU. I’ve turned off all settings for Object Selection tool for auto detecting objects. But it still takes a 2-5 secs to fully operational. So even the automatic detection is disabled, when I select the tool, the little loading icon still spins like it’s detecting something. Before it finishes, if I try to draw a rectengle to select subject, it lags behind my mouse movement. When the detection icon stopped, then the tool behave as expected. I’m not sure what happens during the process. No crush of course. However, when I draw a rectangle with Object selection tool, my processor usages goes up to 100% for 1 or 2 seconds. Problem 2:When photoshop starts, if I hit ctrl+N to

Recently, I've noticed that InDesign is setting text boxes to automatically auto-fit content when I resize them.  It doesn't mesh with my flow.  How do I turn this setting off?  I'm tiring of constantly selecting objects and disabling them.  TIring of accidentally scaling images disproportionally.  Please note:  I know how to turn auto-fitting off.  What I want to do is make sure it is not on when I add a new frame.

Hello! I’m a professional who uses Illustrator to design jewelry concepts for work. This means that in any given file, I’ll be using a number of different images of jewelry parts that I drop in from my computer’s local files. I always embed the images into the Illustrator file so that I can send them back and forth between myself, my boss, and my coworkers easily without losing anything along the way. Sometimes, when I reopen my files, I will find that there are images missing from them. Often, over half of the images are missing. The images are embedded, NOT linked, so I don’t understand why they vanish. I will be able to see the bound boxes, but the image that should be within the box is gone. It gets in the way of my work almost every day and is extremely frustrating. We have tight deadlines and I cannot be constantly replacing images in my files every time I open them up to work on them. Is there any way to recover the images without having to manually replace them one by one every

When you are using the photoshop, Generative feature how do you move the pop-up instruction box off of the image. It covers 1/3 of the image. You can't see the change to the image until after you save it and then drag the pop-up box off of the image. Often it’s not the results I wanted but could not see the results until after the save. Very poor design.
