My image of a candle and dark background was approved immediately, however a following image with the same photo with added text was rejected for Quality issues. Why is this? Im very puzzled. See screenshot of the rejected file. Appreciate any insights on this, thank you.

Is there a way to buy additional Generative Credits without starting another monthly plan?  7000 credits goes really fast at 400 per generation (while also factoring in that most of the generations don’t follow the prompts but still fine me the 400 credits anyway).  

Running into an issue this morning with Acrobat where the latest update is causing more freezing and locking up. Looks like Acrobat.exe is not closing out completely when closing a pdf. The more pdfs that are opened, the more freezing occurs as adobe is staying open in the background Tried a repair and that didn't fix it, so for now I have uninstalled and installed an older version where the issue does not occur

Over the last few days, everytime I and a few other Adobe Acrobat users just open the app, it hangs and we need to wait for it to respond. Sometimes it works, but it is unpredictable. This was not an issue last week. I have updated to the newest version via updates yet it still happens. I paused virus scanning w/o any improvement.  I also tried to disable enhanded security and protected mode, but that does not seem to help either. Do you have any suggestions, this is quite annoying. 

Hello! I am having an issue with Illustrator.I have a document that I was working on yesterday with no problem. This morning it went into Outline mode, and came up with a little box that said "Can't finish previewing." Then it switches to Outline mode. Images in the document are lost. Is there a way to set it back to standard mode so I can work with images again?

Hello Adobe Community, Alot of my users are experiencing an issue when they open a PDF document, it hangs or freezes randomly. This is causing work disruptions across the board. I've done research and tried multiple solutions, the solution that seems to work as of right now is disabling the option "enable protected mode at startup". I have a specific user who has an addon that requires this to be enabled. Is there another workaround that wont require this to be disabled, or possibly a permanent fix in the works? My adobe version is currently 23.008.20421.0 this is the most current version of adobe acrobat.  I've already done a full reinstall of the application + I ran the adobe cleaning tool. Still having this issue afterwards. 

I'll put this in the suggestions box, but at the moment for the output files in Media Encoder randomly default to some previous directory even when the output location isn't set. (probably the last time you saved the queue). I would much prefer it if it mirrored AE's behaviour with Media Encoder where it creates a specific folder for output files inside the folder the project resides in. This does not seem to be an option at the moment and for the life of me I can't work out why htey can program this into After Effects but not Premiere.

I have just migrated my desktop lightroom classic catalogue to lightroom cloud and think I've made a big mistake. I've lost the album and referencing system for the photos remaining on the desktop. Is there a fix for this please? I have managed with collections and folders on the desktop with Lightroom Classic for over 10 years, and never had significant issues apart from speed with large catalogues. I have now take the plunge and gone to lightroom on the cloud thinking that everything would be synced across all devices, but now see that only the folder view remains on the desktop, and this does not replicate the cloud view of albums (previously collections) . It is also taking an inordinate amount of time doing the first sync . I have a fairly high spec desktop but it is going at a snails pace. Is there a work round for replicating the album structure from cloud to device without having to re- download everything that has been uploaded? Any ideas please? Or is there a good manual avai

We make text corrections and changes to publications in PDFs. The corrections and changes are transferred electronically instead of entered manually in the InDesign file. In the next PDF review file, we’ve noticed spelling errors and other changes that weren’t in first PDF.

Hi there.I'm using Windows, and I have Acrobat Pro DC 2019.010.20064.I've noticed that there are 2 distinct accessibility checkers in Acrobat, and I'm wondering if someone can explain what the difference is. One of them you get to by going to More Tools -> Accessibility -> Full Check. The other you get to by going to More Tools -> Print Production -> Preflight -> PDF/UA compliance.Thanks,Dave

Hi, I have some footage of someone moving.  I have used the Object Matte Tool to isolate the person moving, then placed a solid colour layer underneath and selected the top layer as track matte. This has worked very well.  I now have a solid colour replacing the person on a transparent background.I would now like to play around with this, mirroring and adding echo etc.  Can I/should I make the solid layer independent of the tracking layer? Thank you.

I would like to purchase Acrobat. There are many different versions that differ significantly in price. But the listing and description of the vesions on Adobe.com is very confusing. The following 2 features are important to me:Create fillable forms from Word files or scanned documentsExtracting and merging pagesAre these two features available in Acrobat Standard? (a cheaper subscription version than Pro) If not, then Acrobat Pro 2024 (3 years license) would be an alternative.Is Acrobat Pro 2024 (3 years) the same as Acrobat Classic (3 years)? Who can help me unravel this jungle of options?Thanks in advance!Ute

I’m so frustrated that I had to work on an urgent task today, only to find out that I couldn’t open After Effects at all.It seemed like I had options, but after installing and uninstalling it several times, I still couldn’t get it to work.At first, I thought it might be because of C4D, but then I realized that wasn’t the issue. I’ve wasted 4-5 hours on this already.Here are the four options I was presented with:Start in Safe ModeReset PreferencesManage PluginsContinueNone of these options worked to get After Effects running.I feel hopeless and have to accept that I will lose this job/task.

I have no idea why you have charged my £29 today. I did use you for one pdf but will not use your ststem after this as I am retired and don’t work. It was just a one of need. Please refund my money.
