For all the years I have used Lightroom I have used a User Preset to Import my photos. This is pointed at the current month in my Folder Structure and creates folders in that month according to the day of the month the photos are taken. Each month I edit the preset to move the output to the next month. I have recently mover my entire Catalogue from being split between my D: Drive and my external G: Drive so the entire catalogue is on the G: Drive. The Import User Preset has gone “wrong” and I cannot find a fix. Refer the following screens. Import using User Script - everything is as it should be with a couple of days straggling to be moved back to AugustLightroom structure after Import Nothing has added to September. Going through Previous Import - Photo - Go to Folder In Library takes me here. Which is outside my Master CatalogueThen I cannot Drag any of these new folders into their correct location within the Master Catalogue.I cannot find any way of either rectifying the problem wit

Since they removed the Pantone library from the color swatch section, what’s the easy way to add a swatch? I read several threads about this from years past but all the solutions are now deprecated...

I am experiencing significant issues with the Adobe Firefly Model 5 in Photoshop version 27.10. Compared to previous versions, the model’s performance has declined considerably. I prefer using the native model over partner models, as the latter often result in lower resolution and image displacement after generation. Additionally, I have noticed that the specific brightness tool I rely on is missing, and the current "Light" tool does not provide the same functionality or results. Could you please advise on how I can restore the previous behavior or locate these missing tools in the current version?

Hello, I want to know is there are a way to disable the option of see all the pdf that I have open in the task bar I mean istead of see this:Just see one (the last that i have open): But still having the other pdf files open and inside the program choose the pdf that I want using the top bar. Is there a way to do this?

When backing up it states that it only backs up the catalog and not the photographs. How do you back up the RAW photographs from LRC to a hard-drive, especially if they’re already in Collections.

I see this on the Adobe Premiere page, but can't find anything that looks like these in the Essential Graphics resources; they essentially convey that there is some type of “Essential Graphics” library available for drag-and-drop. It does not expressly say that these templates (titles or effects) are available, or only available, as paid extras. For effects, it does say:“Choose from hundreds of cinematic effects and transitions — or get started with professionally designed templates”but I can’t find anything that resembles, in any way, what’s being shown on the page.I asked elsewhere, and was effectively told that these are “marketing images”, that it’s over two years old, is conceptual, that it doesn’t exist, as well as that the “web people” apparently haven’t had time to update the page. Another person suggested they’re paid extras (Adobe Stock). Can anyone comment on or confirm any of this information?

Hi. My problem is that Photoshop Print Menu is not showing the Epson ICC Profiles. I deinstalled and reinstalled the Epson driver, updated the firmware etc and it made it worse. The print menu now is not only missing the ICC Profiles, it is also missing some sections, plus a bogus menu comes instead of the original one. It wont even read the custom paper sizes. Even if I hit print, it won't print due to a 'missing software' issue. Anyone?

I’m following up on my previous message regarding the commercial usage rights for videos generated with Kling 3.0 through Adobe Firefly Premium. Before we incorporate this into our production workflow, I would appreciate written clarification on the following points:Can videos generated with Kling 3.0 through Adobe Firefly Premium be used commercially on a monetized YouTube channel without purchasing a separate Kling subscription? Is any attribution to Adobe, Firefly, Kling, or another provider required? Is there any requirement to retain a watermark, Content Credentials, or other identification on the exported video? Can these generated videos be edited, modified, color graded, cropped, or otherwise transformed for commercial use? Can Kling-generated footage be combined with footage generated by other AI models, such as Google Veo, as part of the same commercial video? If my Adobe Firefly Premium subscription later expires or is cancelled, may I continue to commercially use videos that

My team has reviewed the document and the comments are showing in review but none of their highlights or pins are showing. I've signed in and out, restarted my computer, etc and it has made no difference. It isn't showing on their end either when they open the review link. It's like they disappeared. Below is a screenshot.

I want to make a simple, rectangular transparent “hole” in a video clip, e.g., I want the rectangle to be a simple alpha mask. I’ve searched all over the web and I keep finding different solutions, but none appear to be relevant to my Windows 11 version of Premiere Pro (26.5.1). I know it can’t be that complicated, but I’m out of ideas. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I went to print a screenshot today, and all of a sudden my Windows print screen key has been taken over by an app that I did not install “Adobe Express Photos”. From what I'm reading, it's automatically installed as part of an Acrobat update. That is infuriating. How could you do this, Adobe? As I search for answers here, I'm finding I have to go into my Windows registry to stop it. That's ridiculous. I'm not a computer programmer, and I shouldn't be messing around with my own registry to delete something that you guys are auto-installing. Please fix this behavior, Adobe. This is maddening, really horrific. Unwanted programs that auto-install themselves are typically considered to be viruses, aren't they? This is not the professional behavior I would expect from a company like Adobe.

Colours change - while designing after the latest update to InDesign v 21.5.1

I am a beginner with Adobe Premiere Pro. Is there a way to automatically align the transcript with the audio track? The transcript has put two words on the first line and continues moving to the second line. If I move the first to words to the second line the track and the transcripts do not align. Thank you

Hi all - I am new to Adobe Premiere Pro and on a very steep learning curve but enjoying it. Could someone help me with creating a second transcript to captions please. I have created captions for one audio track and would like to do a second set of captions from another audio track which I have included in the same video. I have attached a screenshot with arrows showing what I mean. I don't know how to do a second set of captions. I have attached screenshot with some arrows. Again thank you so much for all your help. Check when I last used your program. There is a bill even though I didn't use it. I won't pay this bill anymore and I won't use Adobe either. Delete my user account as well.

Hello, My InDesign somehow just decided to change the unit for documents from inches to points. I don't really points so I want to put it back to inches but haven't trouble. I think the way to change the units for new documents was to go to Preferences - Units and Increments and change the H and V units there. My Preference for units is already set as inches. And my rulers are shown in inches, too. But, when I open a New Document, it still shows me all units in "p". After having this issue, I updated the InDesign CC yesterday, too, but still having the trouble. Can anyone help please? Thank you!

Hello, I have a user who experiences this error when she tries to share any PDF via Acrobat’s email function. There is nothing abnormal about her permissions in the admin console, and she gets this error on almost every single PDF she tries to send, so it’s not a permissions issue related to the individual file. We ran an Adobe repair and rebooted her PC. Under Security (Enhanced) “Enable Protected Mode at startup” is unchecked. These are all suggestions online we tried that did not work. Her version of Adobe is the same as the rest of the userbase yet she (and one other person) is experiencing this. 26.002.21901Any other suggestions on how to resolve? Much appreciated.

InDesign 21.6, Tahoe 26.6.2Mac Studio M4 Max, 16 CPU Cores, 40 GPU cores, 128GB unified memory. My hardware should not be struggling like it is. InDesign 21.6 introduced “new rendering technology to deliver a more consistent viewing experience” and the only consistent thing I have noticed is the performance being degraded. I am unable to use CPU Preview to even see if there is a performance change. Disabling GPU performance does not make CPU Preview clickable. I am not sure why this is the case, a restart did not fix. I am experiencing near-constant app hitching when doing any action, as well as constant white flashes while moving text boxes and graphics. If I pick up any graphic and move it, it basically freezes my app for a second or two before “catching up” with the processing and showing my movement 1-2 seconds after it happened with lots of stuttering. The white flash occurs every time you mouse click + drag on an item. It only occurs with the first mouse click and doesn’t persis

Hi everyone,I'm having trouble removing pauses in the transcription panel in Adobe Premiere Pro. I’ve highlighted the pauses in the transcript, but it won’t let me delete them. I’ve tried disabling the "Pauses" feature and making edits directly on the timeline, but nothing seems to work. The delete button is grey, can't select it.Here’s a bit more info:I’m using the latest version of Premiere Pro.I’m working on a podcast episode, so there are lots of pauses I’d like to eliminate to streamline the edit.Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone know a workaround? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!Thank you in advance!

When launching Premiere Pro, a "System Compatibility Report" window pops up stating that the operating system is no longer supported. However, I am currently running a fully updated version of Windows 11 (23H2, Build 10.0.22631.1). This appears to be a bug in the software's OS version detection.Error ID shown: jira:DVAAP-3358Steps to reproduce: Launch Adobe Premiere Pro on a Windows 11 23H2 system. The System Compatibility Report prompt appears immediately. System Specifications: OS: Windows 11, Build 10.0.22631.1 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 RAM: 32 GB CPU: 12 physical cores / 24 logical cores Expected Behavior: Premiere Pro should recognize Windows 11 Build 10.0.22631.1 as a supported operating system and launch without warnings. I have attached the screenshot of the error and the exported System Compatibility Report text file for reference.
