When I set my in and out point in a zoomed out timeline with clips on only one track, the out point consistently gets set 1 frame in to the next clip, so I get 1 frame from the next clip in the end of the exported video.

Hello,I am facing an issue in Photoshop when trying to remove the background of a photograph. Whenever I click the Remove Background button, an error message appears: “Couldn’t find background to remove.”I have tried restarting Photoshop and resetting preferences, but the error still persists. This happens even with images that have a clear subject and background.Has anyone else experienced this issue? I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Adobe customer support. I called to address a specific issue and, after clearly explaining my problem, requested to speak to a supervisor. Instead of connecting me, the representative put me on hold for several minutes only to return and ask me to explain my issue again!When I reiterated my request for a supervisor, I was told it would be a long wait. I agreed to wait, but the rep came back to say it would be too long. Despite my patience, she insisted on trying to fix the issue herself. She placed me on hold once more and then ended the call without resolution.I spent 30 minutes of my lunch break trying to resolve this issue, only to be treated with dismissiveness and inefficiency. This level of service is unacceptable and highly disappointing. Adobe needs to seriously improve its customer support procedures.

My computer is compatible for ae2026. How can i downgrade it? I found nothing for ae2025 or lower version.

Hey all,Is there a way to shift an entire track up or down placing them in the order or arrangement you want? I want to be able to grab V1 and move it to where V3 is, so that it's above the other footage on V2.Or grab A6 and pull it up to A2, Making old A6 now A2, and previous A2 is now A3. Curently (as far as I know) you have to highlight all the clips on the track and bump them up when highlighted.2 problems accure, if you bump up and land on the track above it will overwrite the clips above, or if you unlink the audio video you may misalign sound from video. How is this not a feature? When I started out 15 years ago with Sony Vegas, it was available. 15 years later I still can't do that in Premiere, or am I missing something?    

In the latest update of InDesign when I have multiple shapes and frames on the page selected, if my cursor is above something like a rectangle with content/picture inside it, I only move the picture that is below it at the time. Rather than the whole selection of objects as it used to. I tested before and after the update and it was something that only broke with 21.4. If I cursor over a solid shape object while still selecting the entire group (including the photo frame) that then moves the entire section but only if cursor above a placed fill object does it break. What could possibly be happening?

Adopt keep saying there is a problem with the billing, and need to resolved it first. even though i already fully completed pay the billing. it makes me cant cancel my subscription. i need to refund my money because i am not use this app often. It looks like this app make you cant cancel your subscription by keep saying there is a billing issue and need to resolved it first.  please tell me how can i cancel my subscription? 

From PS 27.10 (even beta when it was released), when a AdobeRGB image is opened, it appears like if it was a sRGB file with an assigned/forced AdobeRGB profile.. The colors appears much more saturated than before.

CC launcher stuck on loading screen My CC launcher has been stuck on the loading screen every time I try to open the app. This has been going on for days.However, my other installed Adobe apps, like Photoshop, seemed to be working before I uninstalled them. Still, I couldn't uninstall the launcher without uninstalling the other Adobe apps on my PC, so I uninstalled all the Adobe apps first, then the launcher. When I reinstalled the launcher, the problem was the same. It's stuck on the loading screen, but I can't reinstall the apps because it redirects to the launcher, which is stuck loading.Now I don't have a working launcher, and I don't have my Adobe apps either. Please, if anyone knows how to fix this problem, leave a comment below. I use Adobe every day for work.Thank you for any advice! 💔

As Acrobat continues to deteriorate in terms of ease of use and instead overwhelm us with AI suggestions that use resources and are not even helpful, I notice another of my often used features has gone.I use to use the stamp tool to stamp invoices as received, agreed and paid.  They would use the different colours that stamps can have, and put the relevant word inside, and the date. (dynamic)However now these stamps have disappeared, and I can see no way to get them back.Asking the auto-support just tells me I need to create images, which removes the whole idea of a dynamic tool… Anyone know where they’ve gone?Thanks

I'm tearing my hair out here! InDesign (and Photoshop to a lesser degree) has decided to suddenly start crashing at random times. It will be ok for a little while, then I get the rolling beach ball and have to force quit. When I reopen it, sometimes it lets me do a few things then crashes, sometimes it's straight away. I've tried uninstalling cc and all the apps, I've tried deleting anything cc related in the activity log , restarting etc. Nothing works. Please help!

So, my previous, very old system unit was an Intel Core i7-4790, 16GB DDR3 RAM, 1TB Samsung 870 SSD, and GTX 1060 6GB. The usual exporting time for a 6–7 minute video was around 7 minutes.Recently, I upgraded to a new system. My current PC specs are Ryzen 7 5700X, 32GB DDR4 RAM, GTX 1060 6GB, and a 1TB Samsung 870 SSD.However, when editing the same type of 6–7 minute videos, the exporting is much slower. On my new system, the export takes around 15–17 minutes, compared to only around 7 minutes on my old i7-4790 system. I don't know what's causing this or what I should do.The videos I'm editing don't have any heavy effects, and my GPU drivers are also up to date.The CUDA settings i believe is enabled and hardware encoding as well.What should I do? Is there a setting I might be missing? Or what hardware should i upgrade?Thank you! 

I changed my plan after 3 months trial, but Adobe charged me twice. I realize they did not "change plan" like they show but they purchase another plan. So I have to cancel one. But all apps still locked after 3 weeks.How do I access all the apps I've purchased? Adobe, you need to compensate me for the time I was unable to use them.

I was trying to connect Adobe to Claude and I got this error “Your organization does not allow access to third party applications.” then I checked my account, I found that someone has put my email in their organization. I revoked this and made sure my account is a personnal account here. but the error still is showing up. some internet investigations directed me to the issue that it might be stalled from the Adobe server side. I need someone from Adobe to help me clear this from that side so I can connect Adobe and Claude from my end. the email i’m trying to connect is [Moderator: removing personal information]. Basically, this one. Thanks, AH

I am not able to save to my FileServers ​​​​​​after updating to InDesign 21.5.1.I am boring on an iMac with OS 26.6.2. When I try save the file locally it’s OK.On the server a file is placed but it’s empty 0Kb.I have tried on different servers with the same problem. 

Hi, does anyone know of a secure way to convert an SRT file to VTT for captions? I am working with proprietary information on a video and I don't see a way to export a VTT file in premier. Using a VTT file is required on the sharing platform, an SRT will not work. Thanks!

Ich habe seit einem Dropbox-Absturz und einem Indesignabsturz ein reproduzierbares Problem mit Adobe InDesign. System macOS Tahoe 26.6.2, InDesign 21.5.1 und die aktuelle Dropbox Desktop Version. Seit dem Dropbox-Absturz sind in allen bestehenden InDesign-Dokumenten verknüpfte Bilder betroffen. Die Verknüpfungen werden als korrekt angezeigt und ich kann die Dateien aus InDesign im Finder und in Photoshop öffnen. Trotzdem werden fast alle Bilder nur als graue Kästen oder völlig kaputt in der "Anzeige mit hoher Qualität" dargestellt. In der "normalen Ansicht sind die Bilder sichtbar.Das fast schlimmere Problem: PDF-Export schlägt wegen dieser Bilder fehl.  und verpacken geht auch nicht.Ich habe bereits Folgendes versucht:InDesign aktualisiert. macOS aktualisiert, Voreinstellungen zurückgesetzt, IDML-Export getestet, TIFF-Dateien lassen sich überall öffnen. I am working on making the digital version of our document accessible. The math equations were placed into the InDesign (v 21.3) document using the Math Expressions (MathML) panel. After exporting the document to PDF with the “Create Tagged PDF” option enabled and running an accessibility check, the equations were flagged for alt‑text issues. There are more than 200 equations in our document, so I am looking for an alternative to creating alt-text for each of them. What is the most efficient way to resolve this accessibility problem?

Looking to edit my video with clips playing in reverse. I looked under the speed tab and there's no option. I'm using the adobe premiere pro app on apple devive.

Just discovered an issue that I found someone else had last year on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/indesign/comments/1k0i25a/old_style_figures_not_consistently_applied_in/I have page numbers automatically added to the foot of each page set in Garamond Premier Pro Caption using OpenType Old Style figures. All fine until I reach pages 100+. The last digit reverts to Lining, not Old Style. Illustrated is the automatic page number, with the same digits entered into a separate text box (reversed as selected when I screen-grabbed).This is not a charater style or Drop Cap paragraph style. Something related to the “Current Page Number” special character (⌘3). If I add another Current Page Number to the page, the same error occurs…Any ideas?
