Does anyone know a Mac program that will convert older .mov files and preserve the alpha? I cannot import them into AE since they are no longer supported. I've downloaded a few free trials, and when I convert to ProRes 4444, I lose the alpha and gain a black background. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks,Denise

Often when I am putting together a video project in Premiere Rush, I’ll get to a point when the playback goes black and I cannot see the video anymore.  I can hear the audio just fine, but the screen is black throughout the entire project.A couple of things about this issue:I’ve noticed that this tends to happen once I begin inserting titles and/or overlays to my videos. If I shut everything down and walk away for a long time (12-24 hours) it may work when I come back.  However, it often happens again shortly after I begin working on the project again. The videos that this happens to range anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes.  Right now I have 4 videos that are under a minute each that has this happening.I’m not a professional video or audio anything.  This is just a fun thing that I do on the side.  That said, I don’t always have a lot of time so when this happens and my editing is essentially shut down for a day it is a real bummer. Any thoughts on how to keep this from happening?

Can CEP access the graphics tab of the text window?

I noticed today that the ‘Open Browser’ feature is not working. Yesterday it was. There have been no updates over night and I have not made any changes. I right click the page tab but nothing happens.Any help appreciated! Thanks in advance! 

2026年にAdobe プレミアプロを契約して、動画編集をしている際に、自身で調整したエフェクトをプリセットに保存を行いました。しかし、エフェクト画面でプリセットを探しましたが、プリセットの項目すらなく、保存もされていない感じでした。どうしたら最新版でもプリセットを使用して以前使った独自のエフェクトを保存して、再利用できますか？

Hello, I'm trying to remove the background of an image. I bring the image into PS, goto properties > Quick Actions > Remove Background. I click it, the system thinks for a second and then comes up with an error saying that 'Remove Background Failed'   The background layer is unlocked etc. I've tried everything. The image was downloaded from a paid version of Vecteezy, so it shouldn't be a permissions issue. Note: moderator removed Actions and Scripting from tags.

Hi. I get 'AdobeIPCBroker.exe - System Error' on my screen, sying: The code execution cannot proceed because CRClient.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem.' - But I haven't intalled 'AdobeIPCBroker.exe' program. This message canot be removed from my screen. Have tried to close and re-start the computer, but this message still pops up - un top of any program or screen I open - aways visible. Anyone know what this is? How to fix? Do I have to delete and re-intall Adobe???

Every time I drop a clip into a sequence, Premiere is now trying to Auto-Tag Audio, and I have to click to cancel it. How do I stop this from occuring automatically?

I created a live mirror using this line as an axis. I selected the line then went to Object> Repeat> Mirror and continued from there to create the photo below. Now I am stuck with no Idea how to get rid of that center line. How do I get rid of it???

I canceled my adobe subscription half a year ago, now i have re-subscribed, but this time it suited me better to create a new account with a new email. But what i didn’t think about is that i still really want my old preferences from illustrator, indesign and photoshop, like workspace setup and all the small setting i have changed in the program over the years. I know there are ways export these settings when using the programs, but i cant open them with my old account anymore to create the export files. I still have access to the old adobe account, and i can see my old cloud files like brush libraries, but these i already have backed up elsewhere. I know these preferences are saved in the cloud in some way, just wonder if its possible to get to them somehow.My question is therefore if it is possible to export these program specific user preferences from one adobe account to another?Thanks for any kind of help, this is really a niché problem created by my own stupidity, and i realise i

Ever since updating Premiere I've had problems applying certain effects to cropped videos. Last month, I would apply a crop to a video - let's say for example the bottom third of the video - add Edge Feather and have equal feathered edges apply on all four sides. Now, it only applies to the uncropped sides leaving the bottom edge unaffected. I thought maybe if I tried nesting the video after cropping and then applying Edge Feather, it might work, but instead no feathering occurs at all. I'm having the same issue when applying a Drop Shadow Preset I use regularly (just a simple thick white outline) on cropped videos or graphics. These were such simple tasks in my workflow and now instead, I have to reach out for help cuz I don't know what else to do. Is this a bug? Does anyone have any other methods I could try?  No plugins. I feel like the live cloud connection in InDesign is making the program slow as molasses and I don’t use it.I don’t and won’t ever use Adobe cloud, so how do I terminate that live connection?When I click the “Connected” notice on my “Home” page when the program’s open (no files open) it doesn’t give any option to disconnect. It does show that I don’t have any files in the cloud and have used 0% storage. How do I close the connection???

Hello, great and powerful Adobe community.  I'm finding that no matter how I tweak my render settings, my video file sizes seem unreasonably large.  For example, today I rendered a 1hr Premier Pro edit using Media Encoder's YouTube 1080HD export preset, which produced a 1.8Gb file.  When I upload this 1.8Gb file to YouTube and then download it, the downloaded file is only 89Mb.  Seems like a huge disparity considering I'm using an export setting presumably optimized for YouTube specifically.  As you can see from my settings (below) I've got the target bitrates cranked down pretty low, to the point that the video quality already takes a noticable hit.  Any lower and the video quality is just poor.  What is YouTube doing to squish my 1.8Gb file down to 89Mb?  I notice a lot of 1080 video on YouTube looks crystle clear.  How can I acheive these small file sizes and still get acceptable video quality from Adobe Media encoder? - Preset Used:

Hello! How can I create an expression for checkbox Control to "Fill" effect in a PNG logo? I would like that when the checkbox is marked, the logo takes on the solid color filling, and when disabled keep the original colors of the logo. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thanks!

When I do a Save As, the save screen fills the normal area on my screen. I can't make it smaller. This is a problem to me as I can no longer see the document that I am saving, or any other references that I might be using to decide where to save the file to. How do I get control of this so I can make it smaller?

The problem is that some pages in the layout suddenly lost their appearance, and a part of the content (screen 1).Originally, the pages had Parent elements and some text content, visible on the layout and in the Pages panel (like the pages at the bottom). But then some pages (not all!) lost their white paper color, and text frames became empty. Their appearance in the Pages panel also becomes empty. When exported to PDF, these pages have no Parent elements nor text, and are totally white. BUT! If you copy the text frames and paste them into a new doc with the same Parents, the content restores.It is certainly not something in Preferences or in a View menu because it affects just part of the file.The question: What might it be? Is there a way to fix it without creating a new doc and copying/pasting the content?Windows 11, InDesign 21.2screen 1: normal pages and damaged onesscreen 2. Hello, my company need to transfer all project with adobe ps, id, il from adobe installed on a mac to a adobe installed on windows, I did a lot of test but i have a lot of problem with original font of apple that i am not able to found for windows. The question is which is the best way to transfer all my mac project done with adobe into windows? Is it possibile without convert all font?

Hi!I'd appreciate some help on an issue I keep experiencing for years. The problem is that after every major update to Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom Classic, the settings (or should I say "preferences") in these apps get reset to their initial state. It means that after single update I have to manually restore all my settings to the desired state and I must say it takes quite some time to do it for all the apps I use. To take Lightroom Classic for example, it means that after every update I open the app and it looks like it was just freshly installed - all my develop presets, export presets, app settings, interface settings are gone, reset to initial state. It's extremely inconvenient and I'm wondering if I'm the only one experiencing such problems.I would greatly appreciate some feedback from those who may know something about it, because I didn't manage to find a solution for this and at this point I'm just a bit desparate.
