Is there a way to repair this? Because every time I try to preview my footage the video shown is completely black. Is there an option to tick or something? This problem started after doing some 3D edits.

Hello, I have been trying, with no success, to remove the background from this image. It is a sticker that I copied and am now trying to remove the red and white backgrounds and get it cropped as close to the emblem as I can. I am using this image for a flyer and would like to have it crisp and clean looking. All help would be appreciated.TIAAlan edit….I did get the image posted. :) 

I'm trying to uninstall Photoshop but I need to log into my account in order to uninstall. I'm not sure why but it doesn't give me an alternative option. When I log in it forces me to download an update to creative cloud in order to proceed with the uninstall. Then I get an error that I don't have enough space remaining to install the update. I can't uninstall photoshop to make space. The AI told me to download the Creative Cloud Cleanup tool to address the issue. But I don’t have enough disk space to download the Creative Cloud Cleanup tool either. Please help me uninstall the application. Is there a way besides figuring out other stuff I can delete and reinstall?

InDesign version 17.3.0.61 on Mac. Shift key stops working when trying to scale proportionally. Tried almost all of the suggestions as far back as 2017 and nothing is working. I don't have Web Root. Not using Spotify. I've tried shift/command, Shift/option/command. I've tried a slow click. Tried deleting or turning off extensions that I thought were causing it. I stopped using Chrome. Sometimes it happens with Microsoft Word open and sometimes it doesn't.I have to restart to get it cleared. Which would indicate there is still something running in the background that is the conflict-I just can't seem to find it.Any chance someone has recently found something new to try for 2022. 

The screenshot indicates the issue that I can't figure out. How do I move that floating encumbrance out of the way so that pivot icon??

Hi,I have a 345.64Mb/s download speed fibre connection, and installing apps is becoming very, very hard due to the speed of Adobe Servers.I've been trying to get Photoshop, but it is taking as long as more than two hours to get 50% done.Network is perfectly working...Thanks!

Great that the latest Photoshop has "full" webp support, but lacking is the ability to export artboards to webp format. I build a lot of my website graphics as artboards, but it looks like I will need an intermediary step of saving the artboards as PSD files first, and then exporting them as webp? Or am I missing something? Thanks, Judi

JPG書き出しすると画像が縮む箇所があり、丁度顔の目の部分などに来ると目が潰れた感じになってしまいます。　PDFで書き出してそのまま入稿は大丈夫なのですが、PDF書き出してそのPDFからJPG書き出しでも違う箇所で同じ様な減少も起こったりします。どのようにすればJPG書き出しで画像が縮むことなく書き出せることは可能でしょうか？ この画像では向かって右目まぶたに、左鼻の穴に水平に縮んでます。右画像が元がぞう、左がJPG書き出し画像です。 

I have updated to PS 26.11 but Image->Generative Upscale is not there. My gpu is compatible, I am using rgb color space and the image I am using is pretty tiny. My preferences dont show it as a technical option to tick. What gives?

I am designing a sticker, where I have text consisting of one word, that is repeated several times, which follows the outline of an ellipse shape(basically rounded text). In between those words I wish to put an icon for instagram, tiktok, facebook, etc. but since they are not part of the text I have to align them manually and it looks off. Is there a more proper way of achieving this?

Hi all, this I hope sounds familiar to someone,A few days ago I upgraded from Photoshop Elements 2021 to 2026 and since then changing the brush size via the keybord doesn't quite work anymore. For instance whenever I enlarge it by pressing alt and moving the mouse to the right ..and here comes the problem, the brush neatly SEEMS to enlarge along, but right after I use it, the size flips back to the setting it has in the tool options panel below. In other words: changing the brush size via keyboard isn't really connected to settings anymore. So my question is, have I found a bug in PSe2026 or do I have to adjust something in the programme myself? And if so, which setting?Tnx for thinking (and typing) with me on this.

I do not understand why my photoshop elements 2022 that I purchased , now doesnt want to open at all when I did an upgrade on my macbook pro to Tahoe 26.1 ....No answers from photoshop,no answers from Apple ....just a simple answer Yes we know but it is what it is Quite irresponsible answer ....

I am enjoying using the updated version of Photoshop Express on Windows but I do not like the Save button's default behaviour. Save As should be the default behaviour, having Save overwrite the original image without warning is not a good idea in my opinion. I always want keep my original images.Save As should save the edited photo inside the original folder alongside the original image and add a suffix to the filename (e.g. _edited, _copy, _#).Photoshop Express should not ask if I want to Save my edit after I have already used Save As. It is a bit annoying to have to click No every time I want to select a new image or exit the program after I have already Saved my edit with Save As.

Both my 2025 and 2020 versions of Adobe Photoshop Elements have started to crash as soon as I try to print a photograph. Any ideas?

I know many people have been posting about this issue and I want to join the cause. I read in earlier threads that InDesign was causing conflicts with OneDrive and corrupting files. So I tried turning OneDrive off but it MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE. When I’ve been working on my files and then go to save them, I get an error message that INDD can’t save the file because it’s corrupted. THE FILES WERE FINE WHEN I OPENED THEM.What the devil is going on with this program!! None of us can survive if our work product is being ruined by InDesign. This needs to be fixed URGENTLY and PRONTO. How do we repair files that InDesign corrupted ???????????????????

Interesting problem:MacOs 26.2, LRC 15.1.1Backup catalog fails if I assign it to a network-NAS-volume. All my photos are on the same NAS-volume and I can read/write without any problem.If I change the backup-location to the internal drive, no problem. Don’t want that, because the LR-catalog itself is on the same drive.I noticed the backup process starting with much enthusiasm, then at about 40% it slows down, but does proceed till the end (compress). And then it gives up with an error message and tells me to check the rights and space (both fine).I recently upgraded LRC from v12 (on older macbook, no upgrade possible due to old MacOS) to this version (on new macbook). The old setup did work with the same NAS without any problem (other than very slow). I did not try a backup v12 on the new macbook.Working around now, backup to the same local internal drive as the catalog itself and copy the backup by hand to the NAS. Anyone has a clue?
