Solved

The firefly generator is incapable of creating what I need. I have generated the same image 3 times with the exact same style reference and prompt, yet the result gets further and further away from my original request. This is not an issue that only I am facing, but my colleagues face it too. Adobe Firefly is becoming one of the less successful image generators, which I don’t understand as when I used it two + years ago it was better than this in terms of listening to your requests.

Why can't I just buy credits? It keeps directing me to subscribe or upgrade and I already have a subscription. Before I was able to purchase additional credits. Please help.

When I try to use mask tool it simpy doesn’t work. I click on the clip I want to mask, select elipse mask tool, but then when I go to draw it on the clip it just drags the clip around. So I try the other way, I select mask tool then click on the clip I want to mask, then when I go to draw the mask it just drags the clip around. This is unusable. Please revert to the old tool or make the new one functional but I simply cannot complete my work this way!

I've followed all the suggestions made by the virtual assistant and other AI, but my InDesign still freezes whenever I place an image. Any image, large or small, png or jpeg. I have reset all preferences and checked RAM and CPU - all good.

I'm working in Illustrator and the text I am using requires an accent mark...think at the end of the word touche....it's not a comma or apostrophe it needs to be an accent mark. Is there keystroke combo out there to produce this?

This post applies to Camera Raw. Lightroom Classic and Lightroom Ecosystem feedback can be found here. Previous Early Access Feedback can be found here.   Generative Remove makes it easier to remove unwanted objects and distractions with a simple gesture, even on complex backgrounds. For more accurate results, be sure to include the object's shadow in your selection and/or expand its size.    Detect Objects uses AI to find the objects underneath a brushed area. The masked areas will now appear larger than the Early Access version of this feature. You can also circle objects for quicker selection now.    We have also updated the spot selection experience to make it easier to manage variations, switch the fill type, refine the selection area, or re-generate as needed.    Batch updating is also now supported for Generative Remove spots. As Generative AI analyzes portions of the image that have been cropped out, Camera Raw has the ability to tog

Refund process time

Hello I’m experiencing an issue with my Adobe account. I had an active subscription, but due to a payment issue with my card, it was canceled. Later, I tried to make the payment with a new card, but it seems this resulted in two separate subscriptions being active at the same time.Currently, I am being charged twice every month, even though I am only using one subscription. This was a mistake, and I would like to request the following:1. Please cancel the duplicate subscription.2. If possible, I would like a refund for the extra charges.Additionally, I am a student, and this situation is financially challenging for me. I would really appreciate your understanding and support with this issue. I'd really appreciate your assistance with this issue. Thank you for your support.

I’ve been fighting to get my payments to go through for many months now.  I received no notices until one day my account just stopped working.  I went back and forth updating biling options, etc. Getting it to work for a while, but only one partial payment went through back in Jul.  Finally today I got noticed my plan was discontinued but could renew for 2x $.  I do believe I’ll be dumping adobe as soon as I decide where to go.  It looks like On1 does import lightroom catalogs and edit settings, but I haven’t seen how well it works yet.

Hello!I am requesting to cancel my subscription to Adobe Firefly. I have not used this product in the last month.I am unable to cancel the subscription myself because the system requires me to update my payment details before managing the plan, but I can’t perform either action. Please cancel my subscription and confirm the cancellation in writing. If any payment is charged, I kindly ask for a refund as the service has not been used.Thank you for your understanding. I look forward to your reply.

I am not able to save to my FileServers after updating to InDesign 21.5.1.I am boring on an iMac with OS 26.6.2. When I try save the file locally it’s OK.On the server a file is placed but it’s empty 0Kb.I have tried on different servers with the same problem.

A "Something went wrong, please try again later" error is generated every time a generate image prompt is used (both writing in my own prompt, or selecting a pre-made photoshop prompt, as well as writing in the tutorial one, word for word'). It loads for a couple of seconds before giving a "Something went wrong, please try again later" message with no additional context. This is also the case with generative images in a selected field, and 'generative expand' in the cropping function. Photoshop beta v25.9. Running on MacOS Ventura V13.5. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but this has not affected anything.

I'm trying to generate an image using Firefly's Text to Image tool, but I'm not getting the expected results either the generation fails, takes too long, or the output doesn't match my prompt. I've tried different prompts but the issue persists. Can someone help me understand what might be causing this, or if there's a known issue currently affecting image generation?

I have been offered free credits, with an email confirming they have been added to my account, but they are not showing. Can anyone tell me how long it would take for them to come into my account?

The video has a clip of a teenage girl. My audio is a bit longer so was looking to extend it. It gave me a weird sci-fi robot in a forest with a fire burning.

I just updated Premiere Pro to 24.2.1 but it won't download the Machine Learning Models and just stays spinning/loading endlessly. Any help? Thanks!

I am thrilled to start playing with the Premiere mobile app, but can find ZERO support on how to open an exported project from the mobile app on the desktop app.1. In the mobile app, I have a project with 5 clips. I've done some basic trimming to the clips, that is all. I hit Export to "Premiere desktop (beta)" and get a success.2. I go to my Creative Cloud app, files tab > projects, and sure enough I see the project! 5 clips and a project file. Mission success.3. When I open Premiere Pro (beta) and select "open project" and navigate to the "cloud media" folder (Adobe > Premiere Pro (beta) > 25.5 > Cloud Media) no files show up whatsoever.4. Back in Creative Cloud app, files tab > projects I download all the clips and project files (a painstaking process in itself — first have to "move" all of the files from the "projects" folder into the "files" folder because no download options exist in "projects").5. Premiere Pro (beta) nor any other version of premiere is able to op

Hi everyone,I'm running into an issue with interactive hyperlinks when exporting documents to PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro (Windows 11).I created a local home maintenance checklist brochure where I linked resources for local homeowners, such as this guide for pest control in chandler. In the original source document, the URL is properly formatted and active. However, after exporting/converting it to PDF and opening it in Acrobat Reader, the anchor text appears styled with the blue underline, but clicking on it does nothing. Here is what I have tried so far: Checked Preferences > General > Create links from URLs (enabled). Tried using Tools > Edit PDF > Link > Add/Edit Web or Document Link manually, which works, but I need the links from the source file to carry over automatically without manual re-linking every page. Verified that security settings aren't blocking external web access under Preferences > Trust Manager > Internet Access from PDF Files. Is there a sp

Hello, I have a question about selling sound effects generated with Adobe Firefly SFX.I understand that Firefly-generated audio can be used for commercial purposes. My intended use is:・Generate sound effects using Adobe Firefly.・Download them as WAV files.・Package the WAV files as a game sound-effect asset pack.・Some sound effects may be used as generated, while others may be edited or processed, such as applying filters or other effects.・Sell the asset pack to other users through a digital asset marketplace.・The buyers can use the sound effects in their own commercial games. Is it permitted to sell Firefly-generated sound effects themselves as a standalone commercial asset pack, either as generated or after editing/processing them?If this use case is permitted, could you please point me to the relevant section of Adobe’s current Terms of Use that supports this? Thank you!Orangepeel

In the Presets panel, under Recommended, I do not see the preset categories (Warm, Dark, Bright, Cinematic, HDR, etc.) that appear in Adobe's documentation and other users' screenshots. The app is fully updated, I've already compared it with Lightroom on my phone, and the feature is missing only on my iPad. I'd like to know if this is a bug, a staged rollout, or an account-specific issue.
