I've created a Fillable form using text boxes and it works well in the preview except that all of the text boxes are blue. I would like my users who are going to fill out the form to not see the blue text boxes; the text boxes should just look white/transparent (like nothing is there) until they put their cursor in the answer area.Does anyone know how to edit/fix this? I'm not a proficient user of Adobe so I may be making newbie mistake! Thanks.

It has recently come to my attention that dpi isn’t preserved when using ‘export as’ (it’s changed to 72/ 96dpi) and I think an update to it is warranted.I work with a lot of artboards for my print files (300dpi) and often need to export multiple layers to send to the printer. Export as is an incredible feature that makes saving out a batch of files from different artboards, or groups of layers efficient and painless; it’s one of my favorite features in modern Ps. If it’s not preserving dpi properly though, it’s functionality is almost nil for print projects, which seems absurd.‘Save as’ is slow and clunky for saving multiple files, and horrible if you have multiple artboards. If I could keep the dpi of my files in tact, and have the option to change to 72/ 96dpi, it would preserve the amazing functionality that is export as, improve my workflow, and make sure that professional print designers have effective tools that make Photoshop great to work with. ‘Export as’ is too good of a too

Hello,This topic has arisen before, but the solutions I found aren't working for me with the current version of Acrobat Pro. I assemble graphic novels - the latest one I'm working on has a problem with OCR as the cover page is being tilted when I don't want it to be (image 1 - red outlines indicate where the image has been tilted, creating a white edges that should not be there)I went into the "Scan & OCR/Enhance scanned file" setting and unchecked "Recognize Text" - but the page is still being tilted. (image 2) I saw advice that I can turn off "Recognize Text" via the right side panel using the "Scanned Documents" tab - but I don't have a "Scanned Documents" tab (image 3)Final image is the version I'm using for reference.Any help is greatly appreciated. I have simple code, that executes some scripts for Indesign, which work when i run them manually from app Script pannel.  But somehow they work for scripts  character styles and do not work when i call scripts with changeGrep(). What could be the problem?  Or may be there is a better way to do this? I installed the latest update to version 21, and InDesign won't launch. It doesn't give any errors, but it won't start. It doesn't do anything at all. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but that didn't work. Version 20 works perfectly, even the beta version 20.6. I tried reinstalling it by deleting the preferences, but that didn't work. I tried reinstalling the Creative app and reinstalling InDesign, but that didn't work.Bridge does the same thing, but it gives me error OXC0000142. InDesign, on the other hand, doesn't have any errors. Old Bridge works, but the beta version doesn't I have windows 11 last updatedWhat can I do?Thanks a lotNicola

When I opened my new account, I started uploading files before my payment method was fully approved. It took several weeks to complete that process, and during that time dozens of files ended up marked in red, but they are at “New Content” already.As a beginner back then, I clearly misunderstood what “similar content” really meant. I only create seamless loops, but many of those early uploads were poorly tagged and described. I now understand that, even if the visuals are different, semantic similarity alone can cause rejections.My question is simple: Can I safely delete all those files that are still in limbo? Is there any downside to deleting them, or should I just let them be rejected? From my current understanding, they are very likely to be rejected anyway due to semantic issues, even if the content itself isn’t truly similar. I’d like to clean things up properly and move forward with correctly described content.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you very much.

When I go to update a review link in InDesign, I keep getting this error message "there was an error updating the artifact". After that, the link does not work for most people. I am signed in to Adobe. Everything is up-to-date.... But this issue still persists. Can Adobe please fix this issue? It's emarassing when I go to send the review link to my leaders and they just get an error message when they try opening it.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello All, I have read articles from Adobe and followed the steps, and previously had been able to install luts to show up in the Lumetri panel (I speak of third party Luts). However with this new versions of 2025 I cannot find the folder to install the Luts. I do have the Luts that come from adobe appearing in Lumetri. Has there been a change for 2025?  Thanks everyone and yes I know this is such a basic question, but I have spent already 30+ minutes to no avail, and this should have been a five minute process like every other time I had done this. 

Hello. I'm using Photoshop Elements to create background graphics and sprites for a simple 2D game and some of them contain text (signs, book titles, descriptions etc). So I was wondering if the fonts that come with photoshop are free to use in this way. Or is a license required? Thanks for any help

Hi, whenever I paste text from word/power point to illustrator, I always get gibberish symbols like these: !"#$%. The object is recognized as characters in the Illustrator, and I can change its font type and size. Pasting chart however works fine. I have tried using different fonts, including those who I have made sure are available in the Illustrator but I still get the same result. I have also tried resetting preferences, uninstalling the program, uninstalling creative cloud, cleaning adobe installation using adobe cleaner tools, yet I am still getting the same problem.  My system is Mac Mojave, with Office 365 Subscription, and Adobe Creative Cloud (trial version) Any help would be appreciated. Hi everyone! I am a PhD candidate at a U.S. university; due to budget cuts they unexpectedly cancelled the Adobe suite associated with my email address. This is unfortunate for a variety of reasons, but the most upsetting consequence so far has been that all my archival documents for my dissertation, which were organized and saved in the Adobe Scan app, no longer seem to be available. Every time I try to log on with my university account, it says “the Adobe ID doesn’t have access to Adobe cloud storage. Please sign in with a different account or create a new free account.” I am desperate, but can’t find a way to speak with a human at Adobe that might be able to help me. Please advise! Thank you.

For several weeks (since late Fall 2025), if I have a single PDF open and try to close it by clicking the red dot or by typing "command-W" [Mac], Acrobat becomes permanently unresponsive and must be force-quit. If there are several PDFs open (either as separate tabs or separate windows), I can close each of them this way *until* I get to a single remaining PDF -- and then the "close" process will freeze Acrobat. I *can* "Quit" the application with a single PDF displaying, but I can't close up that PDF *without* actually quitting. I have deleted and reinstalled Acrobat three times, and I believe I have the latest version of Acrobat: Architecture: arm64 Processor: Apple M4 Max Build: 25.1.21111.0 AGM: 7.1.19 CoolType: 10.0.7 JP2K: 4.0.2.54782]Can anyone help?

I have a Kobo Glo and I am now getting the following error message "Your eReader is not authorized to open this book. Because you previously deauthorized your eReader, you need to reimport the book using ADE". I have tried reimporting the book, and even returning the book and then reborrowing it before reimporting it to my Kobo. I have tried deauthorizing the reader and then reauthorizing it before reimporting it to my Kobo. Deauthorizing and reauthorizing my Kobo worked a couple of times, but not any longer. I have uninstalled my version of ADE and downloaded and installed the latest version. I have contacted Adobe and they checked my Adobe account and authorizations and was told that I still have unused activations and my authorizations appear to be in order. I can read my books on my MacBook using ADE, and I can even read them using ADE when I click on my Kobo icon in ADE sidebar and open the book. ADE seems to be working as advertised, but my Kobo is not cooperating. I have contact

I'm exported a video from Premier Pro 19 as an mp4 file. When I try to Air Drop the mp4 to my iPhone, I get this message on my phone: "Failed to save item. Save to iCloud Drive Instead?" Why wouldn't I be able to AirDrop this to my photos in a normal manner? Does anyone know a Mac program that will convert older .mov files and preserve the alpha? I cannot import them into AE since they are no longer supported. I've downloaded a few free trials, and when I convert to ProRes 4444, I lose the alpha and gain a black background. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks,Denise

Often when I am putting together a video project in Premiere Rush, I’ll get to a point when the playback goes black and I cannot see the video anymore.  I can hear the audio just fine, but the screen is black throughout the entire project.A couple of things about this issue:I’ve noticed that this tends to happen once I begin inserting titles and/or overlays to my videos. If I shut everything down and walk away for a long time (12-24 hours) it may work when I come back.  However, it often happens again shortly after I begin working on the project again. The videos that this happens to range anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes.  Right now I have 4 videos that are under a minute each that has this happening.I’m not a professional video or audio anything.  This is just a fun thing that I do on the side.  That said, I don’t always have a lot of time so when this happens and my editing is essentially shut down for a day it is a real bummer. Any thoughts on how to keep this from happening?
