I downgraded my Adobe subscription because I no longer use much of the apps, however, I noticed I was billed with the amount of my previous subscription even though i was refunded?! I checked the Ai assistant and it showed me this..Then i checked my bank account and i was billed extra 3,376.63 on the same day? Please help me i cannot find where to file a ticket? 😭

Hi,Everytime i'm opening a new odf file in my computer, my web browser keeps opening, leading me to the Organize Pages tool on Adobe Acrobat website. What should I do to stop this from happening? Thanks

Whenever I try and cancel my subscription, which has subsequently been charging me for months, I go through the motions and am met with a cancel button that I am not able to click. I check every box, go to every page I am prompted to and yet, nothing,

I did not apply for this. Why am I being charged? Adobe saggart    Title edited... Moderator

My lightroom classic 15.0.1 catalog is behaving strangely for some time and I cannot solve it. All photos seem to revert to their original (pre-edit) state. In Development History, I see entries after the last edit of the following kind (from bottom to top)From Lr mobileMultiple settingsCamera Raw settings.I synch a few albums but not all. When I return to the history element of my last edit the photo displays correctly (i.e. with my edits), and if I make another change of any kind, the above mentioned entries all disappear. My catalog is >100'000 pictures and it seems to affect all of them - initially I thought only the synched albums but I also see it in non-synched ones.I have tried searching the forums for a solution to this and whilst I found similar errors, no solution yet. All help appreciated.

I have two active Premiere plans: one I signed up for last year—which stopped working after I changed cards—and another I signed up for recently. I want to cancel the old one, but the system simply won't let me; I'm being charged for it on my new card alongside the recent plan (which is cheaper because I got a promotional rate). In short, I'm paying for two Premiere plans but can't cancel the problematic one because the "Manage Plan" tab just loads endlessly and never opens.

I am writing to express a significant concern regarding the recent shift from TechSoup to Goodstack for Adobe’s nonprofit licensing and verification process. Our organization serves individuals seeking freedom from addiction, and we fully meet the eligibility criteria listed on Adobe’s own website. However, since Adobe transitioned to Goodstack, every request we have submitted for nonprofit-sector software access has been rejected—despite years of approval through TechSoup under the same mission and status. After extensive correspondence, I learned that Goodstack is applying its own “internal policies,” which are not publicly disclosed by Adobe, and which explicitly exclude organizations whose mission is helping people overcome drug and alcohol addiction. This practice effectively discriminates against a vital segment of the nonprofit sector—those working directly with some of the most vulnerable individuals in our communities. Addiction recovery work is an essential public good, and exc

Hi, I need help with my Adobe Stock subscription. I accidentally subscribed to an Annual plan paid monthly and did not intend to enter into an annual commitment. My account is currently showing a billing issue, and when I try to cancel, Adobe shows an early cancellation fee of ₹15,361.83.I cannot afford this cancellation fee. I would like to request a one-time goodwill exception to waive the early cancellation fee and cancel the subscription. Could you please review my account and help me with this? I would really appreciate it.Thank you,Umang

I can´t import any files whatsoever into Lightroom. They just dont appear as if the folder was empty but the files are there. Please help!

This pop up window appears everytime I open Acrobat Reader and no matter what options I have tried turning off after numerous Google searchs, it still persists. Please tell me how to stop this happening as it’s incredibly annoying! Thanks

My normal work practice of taking all my photos as CR3, doing all the Develop work, then exporting as JPG and reimporting the JPG back into Lightroom has suddenly stopped working.I have just moved my catalogue to my G: Drive from being split between my D: and G: Drive and been through the problems that caused with the Capitalisation of different folder names. Got this resolved yesterday so I am back focusing on my normal processing. After earlier issues that I raised a question over about a month ago I modified my Export Script to output the JPG into the same folder as the CR3, whereas I had always exported to a different folder and dragged the JPG back to where it should have been.Suddenly now with my first export CR3 to to JPG since fixing the capitalisation things have gone awry. The export works and the JPG is created in the folder I expect. I have tried both my old and new export scripts, placing the JPG in an output folder and leaving the JPG where the CR3 is.Now when I go to impor

I just wanted to point out that Bookmarks and Tools keep popping up every time I open a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader. There seems to be no way to disable them, which is beyond annoying.Whoever decided that users should have these panels forced on them every time they open a document made a terrible UX decision.I’ve switched to PDF24 Reader instead. It simply opens PDF files without shoving unnecessary menus in my face.Goodbye, Acrobat.

Can you find this effect?

Hello Dear Adobe Community and Staff,I am writing this with a heavy heart, seeking urgent help and guidance regarding my blocked Adobe Stock contributor account. Recently, my account was deactivated due to a "Terms Violation" notice. This came as a huge shock to me because I have always worked with absolute honesty and care. Every single design in my portfolio is a result of my own creativity and hard work. I have never copied anyone’s work, nor did I intend to violate any guidelines. I am highly careful with my submissions, always aiming to deliver the best quality to Adobe Stock. Since I do not know the exact reason behind this automatic block, I am feeling completely lost.To be honest, this contributor account is not just a hobby for me—my entire family depends on the earnings from this account. It is our main source of livelihood, which is why I would never intentionally do anything to risk it. This is the very first time anything like this has happened to my account. If I have mad

I want old version of Priemer pro for a project, I have checked in other version option it is not availbale. Please provide link to install old version.

Photoshop version 27.8.0.I create test image ( 600 x 400 px 300 dpi CMYK 8 bit, no color management, 30 bit display unchecked). Fill it with (C100M0Y0K0). Entire surface is colored ok, each pixel is C100M0Y0K0, checked with magicwand and info panel and with conversion to gif, where i acutally noticed following:When converting mode to RGB or GRAY, result produce pixels in two colors in a kind of diether/noise way. No any other function was used inbetween.Converted RGB values for (C100M0Y0K0) are:1. R0G173B239 - for which i think is proper conversion2. R0G174B240 - this one i think shouldn’t be there and is probably generated by some function. That two color pattern is not like “chess plate, there is no kind of symetry”, it is more like some qr code or as it  has been produced by noise function. In short, two pixel of same value converted to another color system, shouldn’t convert same pixel value to two different ones.Regards, Uroš Železnik

I am getting an error when I try to delete a page in a document:  There was a problem reading this document (15).  Is there a way to actually delete the document without having to re-do the whole thing all over again?

I have a multi track audio file named (Shoot-1) containing 3 mono tracks labeled on shooting ex:Track 1 : JohnTrack 2: KathyTrack 3: Brian but on the timeline the 3 tracks are displayed as (Shoot-1__Track 1)(Shoot-1_Track 2)(Shoot-1__Track 3)how to display in the timeline the tracks names (John, kathy,Brian) instead of Shoot-1

I can't use generative AI with my Photoshop v26.11 today. Every time when I try to generate or remove something, it keeps saying 'We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request at this time. Please try again later'. My collegue's Photoshop has had the same problem. Anyone knows what has caused such issue? It's not the first time but usually it would be back to narmal in less than an hour. But not this time, it hasn't worked for more than six hours already. Pretty frustrating...

As a photographer who often captures events using multiple cameras, I frequently encounter the need to keep images in a sequence that reflects the chronological order of the event. While the info tab in Lightroom (Cloud-based) displays the capture time of images, the ability to sort images based on capture time is currently missing in this version. Request:Adding a feature to sort images by capture time in Adobe Lightroom (Cloud-based) would be immensely beneficial for users like me who require a seamless and organized method of keeping images in the correct sequence of events as they happened in time. This feature, already present in Lightroom Classic, would enhance the workflow efficiency and help maintain the continuity and narrative flow of the images. By incorporating the option to sort images by capture time in the cloud-based version of Lightroom, photographers would have the flexibility and convenience to manage and edit their collections more effectively, especially when worki

How do I make the "Start your free trial of Acrobat" popup stop appearing? It delays things every time I open Acrobat and I will never use it. I'm not going to start my free trial, because I can't do even that without giving credit card info. I just want the popup to never appear again.
