Very dissapointed in the new premiere pro handling of graphics. I’ve been a premiere user off and on since 2008 and this is the absolute worst time I have had placing end credit roles. There are no solutions from what I can tell other than to build the role in a third party app and attach it as a video file. Why am I paying for this service and not just cutting in iMovie at this point. Extremely frustrating.

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing a strange issue with Behance’s Switch Adobe ID feature, and I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem recently.The problem occurs when I go to:Behance → Settings → Switch Adobe IDs → Connect another Adobe IDI enter a valid Adobe ID and the correct password, but Behance immediately shows:“Your email or password does not match. Please make sure you enter your Adobe ID password.”However, the credentials are definitely correct.I can successfully log in to: Adobe’s website using the same Adobe ID and password Behance directly using the same Adobe ID and password So the problem only occurs when trying to switch the Adobe ID from within an existing Behance account.I also checked the request in Chrome Developer Tools. I have Creative Cloud Pro. I recently added the Flux Kontext/Gemini 2.5/3.0 with NanoBanana. I paid $9.95 (if I remember correctly). I didn't know this at the time, but I received a certain amount of credits. I found this out when I got a message saying I was low on credits. Does anyone here understand how this works? Will I be paying $9.95 every month or are a preset amount of credits? What does buying extra credits get me? I have a dozen tabs open on my laptop now and a can't find any clear explaination for how any of this works. I can't find any Adobe support to answer these questions.

Note: I am working on an Imac Intel 2020, Mac OS Sequoia 15.7.9. with 32GB RAM. I am working in Photoshop v 27.9.1. Have had NO problems running Photoshop……….until NOW! Attempted to use Spin Blur  (Filter > Blur Gallery > Spin Blur). Check “Spin Blur”. NOTHING APPEARS!  In control panel Tabs underneath show:  Effects - Motion Effects - Noise.  (A) When selecting “Effects”, there is the following message: “Available for only Field Blur”   (B) Selecting “Motion Effect”, shows message: “Available only for Path Blue and Spin Blure”.  (C) Selecting “Noise”/Gaussian produces no effect. At no time, under any circumstances does the Spin Blur ‘Control wheel’ (not sure WHAT Adobe calls this gizmo) appear. Things I tried and/or considered:  (1) - Reset Blur Gallery - NO help!   (2) - 8-bit vs 16-bit - NO help!  (3) Smart Object (Layer) vs Raster (Layer) - NO help!  Closed PS and re-launched - NO help!  (4) - UN-checked “Use Graphic Processor” - NO help! I am at my wits end!!! “””SOMETHING””

I would like to know how to disable or hide the "AI Assisted" and "Pro Editor" mode switch button (shown in the attached screenshot) from the workspace/header.I prefer a clean workspace without these AI feature toggles. Is there a preference setting to turn off this UI element? 

On November 18, 2025, I withdrew The Payment From Adobe Stock. But I have not received the payment so far. Why has not come to my skill account?

Adobe 1.5 adds “.24” to the file name when I try to save MP3 files. It has worked well up to today. These files are incompatible with sites so I cannot submit auditions as a voice actor.

I have a project in InDesign (PC, Win11Enterprise, i7 12th gen, 32Gb Ram, Nvidia RTX4000 12Gb graphics card).When I open it, it says there is a font missing - Avenir Oblique (I use Avenir Regular in the document).I open [Replace fonts]When I click [Find First], nothing happens.When I click [More info], it shows:Restrictions: Unknown (font is missing)Path: Unknown (font is missing)Character Count: 0Style count: 0Pages: none.So it implies that the font is not used … so how comes it’s “missing”? I can’t, visually, find where it is so I’m stumped and I want to get rid of this annoying pop-up … but it might mean something.Any ideas?Thank you,Johnny

I clicked something by mistake & my entire workspace got messed up. I spent ages getting it almost back how it was, but I cannot see how to get the image info - file size, pixel dimensions, keywords etc - to show underneath each thumbnail, so that when I click on an image I can see its size etc. It used to be there automatically, but I’m finding the latest version of Bridge a complete nightmare to manage; nothing is where it should be! Some of this info is in a ‘metadata’ box in the left column, but I can’t move it & I can’t see if this is the info I want visible anyway. The left-hand column next to the thumbnails has gone all wrong anyway & the info that was there before has vanished. Why is it now showing me a whole list of file properties? I also can no longer see the ‘filter’ option which allows me to apply labels & ratings to files. Please can someone tell me how to get this back into the left-hand column?Please see screenshot - can anyone advise please?  

Hello,This topic has arisen before, but the solutions I found aren't working for me with the current version of Acrobat Pro. I assemble graphic novels - the latest one I'm working on has a problem with OCR as the cover page is being tilted when I don't want it to be (image 1 - red outlines indicate where the image has been tilted, creating a white edges that should not be there)I went into the "Scan & OCR/Enhance scanned file" setting and unchecked "Recognize Text" - but the page is still being tilted. (image 2) I saw advice that I can turn off "Recognize Text" via the right side panel using the "Scanned Documents" tab - but I don't have a "Scanned Documents" tab (image 3)Final image is the version I'm using for reference.Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a valid perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat XI Standard 11.0.23.I am replacing an old computer with a new one. The old computer is still available and Acrobat XI is working normally on it.On the old computer, however, Help > Deactivate is greyed out, so I cannot deactivate this installation.On the new computer, Acrobat accepts the serial number, but reports that the serial number is already being used on the maximum permitted number of computers. “Retry activation” does not help.The old computer is still available, so I am able to perform any required deactivation steps on it.Is there any way to release the activation of the old computer or have the activation count reset?I can provide the serial number privately to an Adobe employee if required.

Illustrator opens normally but shortly after I start working it becomes unresponsive and shows “Not Responding.” This issue began after the latest update. For the past two days I haven’t been able to continue my projects.I have to force close the program through Task Manager and after doing so, the Start menu button also stops working. I have to restart my computer again and again…I reset my preferences nothing changed. Then I uninstalled and installed again, nothing changed.I would appreciate your assistance with resolving this issue. The program is up to date. I use the latest version. My subscription is up to date. Thank you.

Hi, I’ve updated my InDesign to version 21.5.1 yesterday and noticed, that in Data Merge, it stopped supporting danish letters in the .csv’s column names. It changes the letters to a random character, so the data merge function doesn’t work anymore because it can’t figure out the link between the .csv and the placeholders.My job relies heavily on data merge so I rolled the update back to 21.4.1 and it works perfectly. I hope the bug will soon be resolved.

How can I change for this plan ? I have been experiencing an issue when importing MP4 (and possible other types) of video files into LR, the actual capture time (verified in the actual metadata at the import source, such as a SD Card) is being advanced by 6 hours (I am in the West Coast US LA/Seattle zone). I intially suspected something wrong with the camera capturing the video, but upon further investigation this seems not to be the case, it occurs across multiple camers (DJI Drone, GoPro, Nikon DLSR). Still pics taken at the same times come across just fine. There are no presets that I know of being applied, I checked both my desktop installation (I dont even see an option for that) and the Mobile app (which has an option for RAW files - set to "use camera setings"). I am using the most current version (7.2 20240214-0910-27200e9 build) on desktop and V 9.2.0 in Android) although this problem has been happening for a while.  It happens on both WIN10 and WIN 11 OS machines. Now, I want to cancel the subscription but It shows I have to pay 32.92 euros. As I am a student, It’s really tough fpr me to pay that amount. Since upgrading to the 2020 Version of PP I'm regularly getting black frames at the ends of clips which didn't happen before.Happens on multiple machines, on my windows and mac systems. So far mostly happens to canon 700d footage.I can cut off the last frame and everything works again, but thats just very time consuming to get back to every clip after it is stabilized to check for the ending and if left in the render will fail.
