Every time I try to select subject Lightroom either says it can't be found or does something very weird with the mask, screenshot included. The red lines across are what it has done to select that subject. I have never had this issue before so I assume it's a bug. 

The Film Impact effect Motion Tween results in black areas around the footage, even though there is still plenty of visible areas in the footage. Attached is a screenshot of the issue and my settings. The sample is a screen recording made with QuickTime, but this also happens with any other types of footage. Happens both in the edit and in the exported version.This is just a simple position change, but for some reason, Motion Tween can’t show what’s outside of the initial frame, but instead just adds black to the edges. This is also just a though edit, so nothing has been removed from the video footage.Premiere version: 26.3.0Apple MacBook Pro M1 Pro 16GBFootage on the internal SSD (nowhere near being full)Mac OS Tahoe 26.6.2Any solutions?

I’ve got so used to my exports just defaulting to sequence in/out as I set them to, now they’ve just started doing this. For some strange reason there’s no option to have “sequence in/out” set as one of your preferences for exports. Why does Adobe make certain things like this so difficult when the solution should be so simple? It means that I’ve got used to sequence in/out and so I go into automatic pilot not checking it, next thing I know my export is taking one hour and I don’t know why and then I remember it’s set to work area. I almost never want the whole work area exported.

I've been hitting, for the last 6 months or so, nonstop playback failure with long HEVC files and I've narrowed it down to clip duration being the only variable. Posting the full comparison in case it's useful, and to ask whether there's a fix short of transcoding:System- MacBook Pro, M4 Max, 128 GB unified memory- macOS Tahoe 26.6.2- Premiere 26.3.2- Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (Metal)- Hardware accelerated decoding enabled- Media on internal SSDThe symptom:On a 95-minute HEVC file, pressing play gives me audio only — no picture at all, in both the Source Monitor and the timeline. Playback takes about a second to start. Hello All, Is there a way to log into Adobe scan via web browser and download the documents that I previously scanned through my mobile app? 

I have a MKV file with all audios in different channels. The problem is that it’s too big (40 GB) is it possible to decrease it’s size but keep all audio channels separately?I processed it from MKV to MP4 but on the MP4 file, all audios are fused in 1 channel. Another idea I was thinking is to export it in a file without video and keep all audios in different channels. And then import the MP4 and then import the audios into Premiere.I’m using Premiere v26.3 

A user is having issues opening PDFs, everytime they a PDF it shows this error message. Can anyone help?? I have uninstalled, repaired, updated etc.

I’ve noticed that occasionally Firefly fails while generating an image, but the generative credits still seem to be deducted. It’s a little frustrating when nothing is actually generated.Has anyone else noticed this recently? If a generation fails because of an error, do the credits normally get restored automatically, or do you need to contact Adobe support?Just wondering how this is supposed to work.

On macOS Tahoe 26.6.1, Premiere Pro 26.3.2 pauses for around one second every time it regains focus after switching to another app or window. The macOS spinning beachball appears, then Premiere works normally. This also occurs in the Project Browser without an active project. Hardware: 14-inch MacBook Pro, M3 Pro.Screen Recording

I am using Captioneer in Premiere Pro. When I go to package the file and then I open the packaged project, I get greeted with “The project could not be loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements.”How do I fix this? Thanks

Hi everyone, I’ve run into an issue with my workflow and would appreciate some advice.I created proxies from my original footage in Premiere using H.264 encoding, and then I tried to work with them in DaVinci Resolve for color grading/editing.However, when I attempted to relink the proxies to the original media, Resolve gives the following error:“Frame rate and timecode do not match”I’m wondering:Is this a mistake on my end during export or relinking? Or does DaVinci Resolve not support relinking H.264 proxies to original media?If anyone has experience with this or a workaround, I’d really appreciate your input!

Hello everyone, I have a problem on a premiere pro project. I got the rushes from a colleague who filmed with a OnePlus 12 phone in 1080p at 30 fps. When I view the rushes on Windows on VLC everything is ok. On the other hand, when I play the rushes on premiere pro, I get jerks: on the preview, on the timeline and even when I try to export. The sequence is set according to the characteristics of the rushes. I've never had this problem before. Thanks to anyone who can help me.  

Across our studio we are getting pop-ups each time we launch a Creative Cloud application asking each user to “Allow”, for the message:"Adobe Illustrator 2026.app" would like to access data from other apps. This is typically something we would only expect once during initial installation or a major update. This is now happening every time the app is launched. (See attached image). We’re experiencing this on all recent versions of Mac OS up to 26.4. On a variety of machines (Mac Book Pro, Mac Studios, all Apple Silicon), and it has only just starting in the past couple of weeks.Is anyone else experiencing this, and have you found a work around?  

Why do transactions take out my money? I don’t know about any adobe account

This is a lie: I have given the program the permissions it requires and almost any time I try to open a PDF when the program is already running, I get this message. If I quit Acrobat and then open the file, it will usually open it (not every time but most of the time). I am attaching screenshots of my permissions on my Mac (MacBook Pro, 2023, Apple M2 Max, 64 gb RAM running Sequoia v15.5).Never had this problem before and this is a new computer (to me—just bought less than a month ago).

Hi everybody, I was surprised seeing that Adobe Reader DC is showing the "title" of a PDF in the top bar (above the menu). But actually, nobody is using this functionality when creating PDFs out of Word for instance. (Used Version: 2019.10.20069)How can I change it back in Adobe Reader DC to just see the "filename" of the currently opened document? Thanks, guys, for your thoughts and helpCheers, Chris
