We believe we've identified a regression in the Adobe Acrobat Chrome extension introduced in the recent 26.7.x releases. Our web application generates PDF reports in response to an authenticated HTTP POST. The server returns the PDF successfully. However, when the Adobe extension is enabled, immediately after the successful POST, the browser performs an unexpected GET request to the same URL. This GET fails because the endpoint is POST-only. When the Adobe extension is disabled, the unexpected GET does not occur, and the application functions normally. We have HAR files and server logs showing both cases. (extension enabled and extension disabled) We also noted a related report regarding version 26.7.2.0 and authenticated PDFs in the community.Can engineers investigate this. Ich habe ein Problem mit meinen KI-Credits. Im Adobe-Profil meldet er lediglich "Bereich kann nicht geladen werden.". Ich kann mir meine Credits weder anzeigen lassen noch welche verwenden. Das Problem besteht seit Monaten und es förmlich ein Kraftakt irgendwo eine Kontaktmöglichkeit zu finden. Ich habe das bereits mehrfach aufgegeben. Es kann ja nicht sein, dass ein Premium Anbieter wie Adobe keinen Support-Button für jahrelange Kunden hat. Hauptsache, man bucht mir brav die Abogebühr vom Konto ab. Ich hoffe, wenigstens hier hilfe zu finden. Danke im Voraus.

I have a relatively quick computer, i7 64gb ram, and OMG just opening Acrobat, or any sized documents takes forever… :30 seconds minimum. 6-12 months ago they opened instantly. This is painful. I literally forget what I was looking for in reports by the time these documents open up. I uninstalled and reinstalled (Continuous Release 2026 001 21431). Dell XPS 9510 64gb, 2x1TB SSDs, Windows 11 Pro Insider Program (which I predict will be said to be the problem) all updated. I ran the repair and it took at least 15 minutes? The ‘Please wait while Windows configures Adobe Acrobat’ ‘Gathering Required Information’ took :30 minutes! It seems, that over the last year, ever since Acrobat started heavily integrating AI into Acrobat, performance nosedived. It doesn't work when the PDF is generated on the fly using parameters sent via POST. When the extension tries to fetch the PDF from the URL, it doesn't send the POST request. This is a very serious bug — many systems are breaking because of it, and people are uninstalling the extension. There's going to be a significant wave of uninstalls in the coming months if this isn't fixed.

We just found 14 fonts for Helvetica Neue LT Pro on Adobe Fonts. Compared with the font list provided by Monotype, total 50 fonts, there are still many fonts not available on Adobe Fonts. We would like to know when these fonts will be ready on Adobe Fonts.

How do I change the properties of a shape (in this case, a rectangle) that I am drawing onto a .pdf in Acrobat? I selected the shape and right clicked, but there is no “Properties” option, only “Document Properties”. P.S. How do I resize an image I’ve uploaded into a question on the Adobe forums? After updating LRC v 15.5, I am unable to control or change camera settings on my camera when shooting tethered. The camera will not allow me to change apertures, shutter speed, ISO, focus points etc.When i disconnect tethering, it works fine.I am using Canon R5, Macbook Pro, Sequoia 15.7.1

We would like to use the Firefly API in our organization. However, in Adobe Developer Console, Firefly Services is disabled and shows:“Incompatible API – This API cannot be used in your organization.” I understand that our organization may need a specific Firefly Services entitlement/SKU. However, I haven't been able to find information on how to purchase or enable it. What product/SKU do we need for Firefly API access, and does it require an Adobe Enterprise agreement? Adobe Support referred me to the Community for this question.

Adobe was having some issue on processing the card we had previously uploaded, after several tries we managed to upload a new card. However, on the due date the payment was never deducted and we continue to get a billing issue. Uncertain how to resolve this, please advise on the way forward.

I'm hoping to get my employers to allow use of the Document Cloud to perform shared reviews, instead of having to collate comments from multiple PDFs exchanged via email.   I have a subscription to both the Creative Cloud and to FrameMaker, which includes Acrobat DC Pro and Document Cloud. Acrobat DC Pro allows me to create a shared review on the Document Cloud.   Do my reviewers need a subscription to Acrobat DC Pro and to the Document Cloud, or can they use the free Acrobat Reader DC to access the PDF on the Document Cloud and provide comments? My understanding is that as long as I send them the link to the document on the Document Cloud, they should be able to use just the free Acrobat Reader to provide commentary. From the various FAQs, this seems to be the case, but it is not explicitly stated. Hi,I have an issue where I can only view and download the receipts for my subscription for the last two months. Previous ones are greyed out. I can see and download all of my invoices just fine, but I need the receipts for book-keeping. Why is this and how can I access my receipts? Thanks. 

Adobe Sign is not working.  When I request e-signatures, I get the error message “authentication failed” after inputting the recipient’s email address.  

InDesign is going mad. I have to force quit several times a day. On the pointer tool I select the zoom tool from a keyboard short cut. It will hold onto the zoom tool. I size a text box on a page and the pointer keeps the size co-ordinates and not go back to the pointer. Some times it wont let me do an undo (command z). Sometimes a random box from a menu (e.g. Layer options) I haven’t used, appears in the screen. When any of the above starts happening I know it’s time to force quit. It may be in my mind but does this have to do with upgrade to Tahoe. I have reset InDesign preferences. 2021 Macbook pro Tahoe 26.5.2 Indesign 2026 21.5. - HELP.

J'ai donc voulu télécharger Photoshop, Indesign et Illustrator, mais il s'est avéré que mon ordinateur n'est plus aussi puissant pour ces logiciels. Heureusement l'assistance par "Chat" m'a permis de télécharger les-dits programmes via des liens dédiés, afin qu'ils fonctionnent avec mon MacBook Pro de 2017 (MacOS 13.7.2, Ventura).Les logiciels ont bien été installés. Mais je me suis rendu compte qu'il m'est impossible de faire des mises à jour. Après "Aide" et "Mises à jour", une fennêtre s'ouvre : "Les mises à jour ont été désactivées sur cet ordinateur. Veuillez contacter votre administrateur". Or il n'y a que moi qui utilise ce Mac. J'ai vérifié les autorisations des trois logiciels, que j'ai mis en "Lecture-Ecriture" à l'occasion.
