Dear all,apologies if this has been solved before, I haven't seen it. We have accumulated a number of stock credits via the subscription that adds 25 credits a month. We do not need the subscription on that account any more and cancelled it. What will happen to our credits, will they remain usable for purchases until the amount is depleted?Kind regardsBSG

HI, I own Adobe Premium suite 5( I know, do't laugh, can't afford anything else.) It was activated on 2 compiuters. One of the computers died. My new computer I tried to intsall the suite however it keeps saying already reached activation limit. How can I get that activation whihc is on the dead computer to release so I can put it on my new computer? Thanks 

Hey there,I've had this problem recently where I can't get footage shot on my Mavic or my Osmo to playback in Premiere. I've been shooting on my Mavic for over a year and never had this issue. I've done everything I can think of. I updated my drivers, updated premiere, cleared my cache. I've even deleted and reinstalled Premiere and my graphics drivers with no luck. I worked with support and they basically told me just to run it off the software rather than my graphics card, but if I do it that way, I can't get anything to render anyways.If anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.

First of all, if you have your Adobe set to Automatically update your apps, you’ll want to turn that off. I went into settings, because I was sure I had autoupdates off. But as it turned out (and I swear I don’t remember setting this), you can have autoupdates selectively off on an app by app basis. And for some reason mine WAS set to autoupdate InDesign. Like others, I also lost all of my PDF presets when InDesign updated to 2025, but if you are on a Mac, you can go to the place on your drive where Adobe stores those presets, and restore that folder from Time Machine. I restored that folder to yesterday, and I got all my Adobe PDF presets back again. User-defined PDF Presets: /Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PDF/Settings  I also set the Mac to only open INDD and INDT in the 2024 version of InDesign. If you let it open them in 2025, it requires a “Save As” instead of “Save” on any files you worked on, and once you save them from 2025, no one

Hi,I recently created my Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio, but I noticed that my portfolio is visible in some countries while it does not appear to be visible in others.For example, I can access and see my portfolio when using some country versions of Adobe Stock, but when I switch to other countries, my portfolio cannot be found.Is this normal for a new contributor account? Does Adobe gradually make a new portfolio available in other countries?If so, how long does it usually take for the portfolio to become visible worldwide?Thanks! 

I'm having an issue with shadows when 3D objects are animated using Advanced 3D renderer and an Environment Light in After Effects. When the objects move, the shadow stutters/jumps instead of animating smoothly, even though all rendering settings in the Advanced 3D menu are set to maximum."

Please investigate the reason for the ongoing charge to my credit card, although I terminated all of my subscriptions during the trial period. I also reviewed "My Plan," and everything appeared to be in order; however, today, there was another attempt to charge my card. I ask you to cancel any remaining subscriptions and help me delete my card details.

No puedo utilizar la opciòn "Guardar como..." porque al darle a esa opción el programa abre una ventana que aparece vacía, totalmente en blanco, sin directorio ni carpeta alguna de mi ordenador para poder guardar el archivo pdf abierto con la aplicación.Me gustaría que me indicaran la solución a este problema.Gracias

I have a Macbook Pro M3 and when I click on Audio or Video clips on the timeline the menu doesn't open entilrely. For instance, on the same project: If I right-click on an Adjustments Layer the menu takes the entire screen heights.If I right-click on a Video Layer if shows only from the place I click up to the bottom of the screen, which brings me a small menu. It's really hard to navigate and operate this way. I have to scroll down the entire menu all the time. I've check a similar discussion, but none of the proposed changes worked for me.And it really bugs me the fact that it works just fine on Adjustments Layers but not on Video layers. Does anyone has any clue on how to solve it?

I was asleep at the time and had not logged into or used my account.I had not uploaded anything for approximately one month. During this period, I was only occasionally logging in to check my earnings. Everything had been completely normal with my account and sales.I had approximately US$83 in my account, and I was expecting a payment soon. Now I have completely lost access to my portfolio, sales history, and earnings information.I have absolutely no idea what the “suspicious activity” refers to. I’ve been working on a project for quite some time now, and I’ve already rendered five versions of it without any issues. I wanted to render version 6, but all of a sudden, some of my drone footage has started lagging badly.Normally, I fix lagging by rendering the footage in and out, or by rendering the entire project, but neither solution is helping this time. Several drone shots are now lagging in the timeline, while the exact same clips play perfectly fine when I open them separately in QuickTime. They worked fine before, so something must be wrong within PP. Of course, Premiere Pro is up to date.  I’ve already updated my MacBook and checked for possible memory issues, but that doesn’t seem to be the cause either.Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this or how I can fix it?

One of my users got this error recently when she was trying to convert or combine Excel spreadsheets to PDF via the context menu.  We tried removing Adobe Standard DC and reinstalling it, and then running a full repair on Office 365.  When that didn't work, I disabled the COM plug-in in Excel, but I could not then *re-enable* the plug-in.  So I set up a new machine also with Office 365 ProPlus (16.08431.2242) and installed Adobe Standard DC (18.011.20038), and I continue to get the "An unexpected error occurred" right away.  However, if I open one Excel file and use the ribbon, the file converts just fine.

Hi,Even after disabling all "Document Cloud" feature for Acrobat Pro DC via Adobe Customization Wizard DC, I'm still able to see this "Adobe Document Cloud For MS Outlook add-in" in Outlook. Can you please tell is it disabled or not? or Is it expected to be there even after it is disabled?If not, how can I disable this add-in via Customization Wizard?

I paid my Lightroom Mobile subscription, it worked few days, and now it’s not. In my apple account I see current subscription, but in app subscription period expired. 

I have a brand new MacBook running MacOS Tahoe 26.5.1When I try to open an InDesign files it opens the weird Adobe home screen with InDesign files as thumbnails instead. I have never seen this home screen because what is the point in it. So I have to open any InDesign files via the home screen: Open > choose file on Desktop.But InDesign literally doesn't work. There are no options, no toolbars or control panel etc.Zero keyboard shortcuts. Even zooming in on a doc doesn't work. All workspaces have disappeared. There are no options for workspaces, e.g. Essentials, Printing & Proofing, Advanced etc.I have tried reinstalling InDesign twice, deleting caches, Reset all preferences to factory defaults  etc etc zero fix.  

요즘 SNS 카드뉴스 만들기, 상세페이지, 로고 디자인까지 이것저것 외주로 받아서 하고 있는데요, AI로 이미지 생성하고 다른 디자인 툴로 옮겨서 다듬고, 또 클라이언트마다 요구하는 포맷(인쇄용 PDF, 웹용 PNG, 발표자료용 PPTX)에 맞춰 매번 다시 저장하는 게 반복되다 보니 중간에 레이어가 날아가거나 색이 틀어지는 사고가 몇 번 났어요.얼마 전엔 클라이언트가 "이거 AI로 만든 거면 상업적으로 문제없는 거 맞냐"며 증빙을 요구했는데 뭘 보여줘야 할지 몰라서 납품이 하루 밀린 적도 있었고요.생성부터 정밀 편집, 포맷 변환, 상업적 사용 증빙까지 한 흐름으로 끝낼 수 있는 구조가 있을까요, 아니면 각 단계마다 툴을 따로 써야 하는 게 맞는 건가요?

I use the autorotate feature in the crop mode all the time.  It would be even better if there was a keyboard shortcut that adjusted the image similar to how Shift-A applies auto-settings so the task is even quicker/easier to do.

동아리에서 SNS 홍보 영상 몇 개 만들어준 게 소문이 나서, 요즘 CapCut(캡컷) 하나로 외주 영상 편집 부업을 조금씩 받고 있어요. 처음엔 무료 자막 기능이랑 템플릿만으로도 충분했는데, 최근 클라이언트가 "자막 스타일 통일해서 브랜드 느낌 나게 해달라"는 요청에 이어 로고 애니메이션까지 넣어달라고 하더라고요. 게다가 숏폼이랑 롱폼을 따로 인코딩해서 보내야 하는 경우도 생겼는데, 포맷마다 손으로 설정을 바꾸다 보니 시간이 더 걸려요.캡컷으로 어떻게든 맞춰보긴 했는데 매번 자막 스타일을 손으로 다시 맞추다 보니 시간이 배로 들고, 로고 애니메이션은 결국 다른 무료 툴을 얹어 쓰느라 파일이 꼬여서 클라이언트한테 수정본을 늦게 보낸 적도 있어요.이 정도 규모면 유료 영상 툴까지 넘어가야 하는 건지, 아니면 무료 툴 조합으로 계속 버텨도 되는 건지 선배님들 의견 듣고 싶어요.

The ability to toggle between the original image and the modified one using the “\” key is invaluable.  Similarly, it would be amazing if you could easily toggle between before and after the last change without having to do keyboard gymnastics.
