Solved

I am currently facing a compatibility issue with Adobe InDesign 2023 on my device. In order to resolve the problem, I kindly request a direct download link for the official Adobe InDesign 2023 installer, or guidance on how to properly obtain it through my Adobe account.

Dear Adobe Support Team, I have just noticed that I have been charged CHF 11.90 monthly for a subscription I did not purchase. It appears it might be related to Adobe Express, but after thoroughly checking my Adobe account, purchases, and billing history, there is no record of this subscription. This situation is highly concerning and resembles a scam, which is not something I would expect from a reputable company like Adobe. Please investigate this matter and cancel the subscription immediately. I would also appreciate confirmation that no further charges will occur. Thank you in advance for your prompt assistance. Best regards,Islam Salikhanov

How can I remove the Override shortcut? (CMD + SHIFT + CLICK) I want to change this shortcut and can't find it

I added a font on Adobe Font, called “CC Biff Bam Boom”, when I tried it in Illustrator, it looks slightly different, some letters even way to different, doesn’t look similar to the preview on adobe font, for instance, the letter R in the attached the screenshot here, I put the screenshot with the text on the Illustrator for comparison, can someone help me?

Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.  Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish.

When i open creative cloud desktop i see an error 190 creative cloud can’t update. Nothing has changed on my pc.

Seems like when using a stylus pen for windows 11 and a tablet when pushing and trying to move it, nothing changes and it locks it into a left click until a mouse is used. Might want to test and check it out, and yes, everything is updated, but it still has the scrolling issue.

All of my PDF documents won’t open.I use Mac. When I go to the Adobe account online, my account is active. Checked System Settings and Adobe is not running in the background. This happened about a month ago also but when I uninstalled Creative Cloud and Acrobat, then reinstalled them, the problem was solved, but with “Background Items Added” notification coming up every time I open my laptop. Then a month later, 2 days ago, PDF stopped opening again. I did the Command+Shift+G, then Library/Launch, delete some of the plst files. Uninstalled Creative Cloud and Acrobat. Ran Adobe Cleaner Tool, Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Reinstalled Acrobat, which automatically reinstalled Creative Cloud too. Nothing worked. When I shut down my laptop and restart, then try to open a PDF file, it shows “Verifying Adobe Acrobat” window with a bar run from left to right very quickly, then it goes away. But the PDF won’t open.I need to work on PDFs every day basis and it is very inconvenient.

I was having a problem with renders not connecting. Adobe tech support helped me changefrom software only to CPU acceleration. Problem fixed. But now I am getting a black frameat the end of any shot I have the warp stabilizer on. Are these related? Any thoughts? Thanks!!!!

I want to move around the canvas when I have the zoom in app for windows. And I don't get any option, no command ... NOTHING. Help

Hi there. Maybe it is a bug but I noticed strange behaviour. My compositions are set to 25fps, every .png sequence imported is set to 25fps. My Preview windows is set to 25fps. However when I import .wav file it is being interpret as 30fps. When I try to playback it in Footage windows it is pitched down. When I change framerate in Preview window to 30fps it plays exactly as it is suppose to, but then preview of my comp is pitched and sped up.When I manually adjust timecode of the .wav file in Interpret Footage window it says “… Base 30”. I assume that it automatically interpret footage as 30fps when I am trying to handle it outside the comp. When I add it to the comp and play it back in 25fps it works fine. What sucks is that I need to override timecode according to the inner timecode of the footage and cut it in exact frame. However I cannot to that because of 30fps vs 25fps.Is there a way to change Base framerate?

I can’t generate anything on any of my 3 accounts...I used it fine 2 nights ago, but last night and then today I get I am doing nothing different than before.  Seems all 3 account are just locked or something.  I enjoy my Firefly and don’t wish to cancel, but obviously I can’t pay nearly 650 dollars a month if it does not work.  Please help.

Tried to open Lightroom from desktop. Failed. Instructed to move it to bin. DoneTried to open from Adobe Creative Cloud. FailedInstructed to move it to bin. Done Managed to open it in new tab but not what I want to do.

I’m looking through “all photos” scrolling side to side. Right clicking after selecting single or multiple photos pops up the right-click menu with the option to scroll DOWN to see all options. Why would i do that? That’s the bottom of my screen. Why doesn’t the menu pop UPWARDS and display all options?

When toggling (H) for the Hand Tool, it doesn't seem to work when panning horizontally or vertically on the footage in the Program Monitor. It works perfectly fine on the Source Monitor and the Reference Monitor, but not the Program Monitor. I'm also using a Magic Mouse so I can't use the middle mouse button as an alternative. I am working on Premiere Pro v 24.5Hardware SpecificationsMagic MouseMacBook Pro 16in MacOS Sonoma 14.5M3 Max64 GB RAM1TB SSDWorking off an external 4TB SanDisk SSD

I updated Lightroom today to version 9. I go to edit a black and white negative, and the curve information is gone! It's just a gray mess with no information. I figure I'm doing something wrong, but I don't know what, so any help is appreciated. I'm looking for the graph (?) where I could adjust the white and black points in the curve--there would be a bunch of lines that look like a mountain. Sorry for the low-tech explanation. Thanks!

I am creating a manual which has manuals and or drawing sets which are to be PDFs (over 300 of them) which can be selected and opened as a separate PDF document.  The selection is likely most important in the output PDF, but should be displayable while in FrameMaker. Ideally the same location would be have a link in both PDF and FrameMaker.   What I have been able to do so far is to create a common text frame shown below.  The upper left frame is the result of Insert>Attach file in PDF.  the Lower with icon is an File>Import>Object. FrameMaker file snip:I am publishing with PDF A3b archive format which appears to be the only way to get the PDF embedded.  I have tried other formats without luck. Publishing the above file which I will also attach results in the following snip.  Loss of both graphics related to the Attach or OLE object.  Note the text from the OLE object is published in PDF, but nothing is selectable.  And the attached file without graphic has an active hyperlink

Extremely Disappointed by Adobe Dropping Windows 10 SupportI am extremely disappointed with Adobe's decision to drop Windows 10 support for the latest versions of Premiere Pro.When I purchased my annual Creative Cloud subscription, there was no clear indication that support for Windows 10 would be ending during my subscription period. Had I known that, I would have reconsidered committing to a full year. What makes this even more frustrating is that Windows 10 is still a supported operating system by Microsoft and continues to receive security updates. There are millions of users who are intentionally staying on Windows 10 because their hardware is not compatible with Windows 11, because they prefer its stability, or because upgrading is simply not practical. In a professional environment, changing the operating system is not a trivial decision. It requires planning, testing, and ensuring compatibility with existing hardware, drivers, plug-ins, and other production software. Expecting pr

I’ve been having major issues with InDesign locking up ever since this update. It doesn’t crash so it doesn’t send a report either. At least two times every day, I need to either force quit the app or restart. It is very frustrating!

Hi all,I've just created a QR code for my businesses' website in Adobe Express. There are a number of WR generators online that expire after a set amount of time... Is this the same on Adobe Express? Or will the QR code exist forever? Happy to pay for a QR code if necessary, but don't want to print this particular one and put it up on billboards if it is going to expire!  Thank you,Sarah
