Hi All,In LR5 I have added keywords to photos as well as videos.In Windows Explorer detail view I can select “Tags” as a column and see and search on the keywords for image files. But this does not seem to work for video.(I can search videos via keywords inside LR5.)Is it a limitation of some kind? Or is there something I’m missing?Thank you for any suggestions.  

Windowsのプレミアプロ25.5.0を使用しています。エフェクトプリセットを作成してビンに登録しておりそれを整理しようと名前を変更したのですが、順番が思った通りに反映されません。順番通りもしくは手動で整理する方法はありますでしょうか 

 Premire Pro 2025の設定をPremiere 2026に引き継ぎたいのですができません。 OSはMacになります。行ったこととしては、ユーザ/[ユーザ名]/書類/Adobe/PremierePro/25.0/Profile-[ユーザ名]の中身をユーザ/[ユーザ名]/書類/Adobe/PremierePro/26.0/Profile-[ユーザ名]に上書きしました。 しかし、ショートカット・ワークスペース・エフェクトプリセットが全く引き継がれません。24.0→25.0はこんなに苦労しなかった気がするのですが・・・ やり方をご教示頂けますと幸いです。

When I download my file to PDF for printing, everything looks great in Acrobat and other viewers but when I upload the file to my printing website (Got Print) several large white boxes appear. It appears to have something to do with the shadows being applied to layers but I cannot figure out how to fix it! Is there a way to flatten layers in Adobe Express? I've attached the file as it looks in Acrobat and then how it appears in Got Print.

Recently, when exporting an InDesign document to a PDF or going to rename an Acrobat PDF File I keep getting "the file name or path is too long"  This has not been an issue in the past, as I have current file names longer than what I was trying to do. It seems it won't let me go over 25 characters  Is this new? Am I missing some setting? Why am I just experiencing this in the past two weeks? 

Hello.   Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 worked fine for me when using Windows 10. I did not want to upgrade to Windows 11 but my hard drive had to be replaced and without consulting me, the technician loaded Windows 11 on it, bummer 😞   When I installed PS Elements 8 from the CD disk and entered my serial number, it loaded a totally different version of Photoshop and wants me to pay and/or subscribe. If it's possible to install PS Elements 8 from the disk and run the version I have been using and am familiar with, please send detailed instructions.   I do not need anything more than what I paid for and hope I don't have to upgrade to a newer version or get stuck having to pay a subscription fee.   Thanks for any help.      

Hey!I currently work on a game and found a really good Font. However, I don´t know if I can use it or not. I want to use the fonts for the UI. They should only appear as buttons (I would use them as Vectorgraphics made in Illustrator) .I already read the FAQ, but I didnt quite understand how those rules are with desktop games

I need to transform a lot of dashed (single) lines into separate lines... Who can tell me how to do this in a few clicks. I don't need an outline of the dashed line. So the black dashes I need, the white in between the dashes I want to loose.A little complicated to explain... See the example. I need the second lines.Kind regards, Ellen

I want to search for all with a keyword in subfolders in LR.  Is this not possible, as it is in Bridge.  Help searches only tell about Bridge. Like here, I want all in 2601.  

Recenlty my Photoshop tool icons simply do not appear on the toolbar. they function fine but it is troublesome to find the right tool. The only way I could solve this is to reinstall photoshop but I cannot possibly do that every day.

I have a bug/issue on curviligne Text / text on path or curve.   After designing and saving the Illustrator file, everything seems normal. Once I reopen the Illustrator file, then the text that has been placed on a curve (Type on a Path) disappears.   This has happened in different working files of mine.

For many years now, I have had an Individual Plan installed on two computers. I have have always been able to use the various apps on both computers and the same time. Recently I keep getting a message saying that I can only use the app on one computer at a time. Is this a new thing? If not, why have it always worked on two. I am confused, do I need to change my plan?

I updated to LRC 15.0 and whenever i click on the import button the cull pop up window appears, but i cannot get it to close so therefore i cannot import any photos, anyone offer any help please? see photo below 

i was offered a free trial, i submitted but had to intention to keep it after the trial period.the last day i was surprised to see it renewed without a reminder, though it said before they would. the payment was failed due to insufficient balance. and now i cannot cancel it on the website. i want to cancel it not renew it. i am not willing to pay anything. 

Hi there,I'm having trouble with my Behance page, everytime I create a new project and try to embed or upload a video file its being limited to a small set of dimensions which I can not seem to change, this doesn't happen with picture files, is there something obvious I'm missing here? Thank you, Darragh

I’m new to InDesign, but have made books in other products. I have chapters all made with the same template and parent settings. I put them in a book. I want the chapters to start on odd or even pages, depending on how the chapters lay out. The chapters that start on odd pages look great. But the ones that start on even pages have the inner and outer margins backwards. Is there a way to set up my parents so a chapter will have the margin (and page headers and the like) be correct for whether it winds up starting on the right or the left? (So that if I add a page, say, to an early chapter, the change ripples correctly through the rest of the chapters.) I’ve attached my first test case with four chapters. Note the third one, “Illness and Injuries” starts on the left, but the margins are set for a right side page. Thanks in advance.

I would really like to have Folders and Albums to organize my People section of LrD.  I have thousands of people identified in the People section of LrD and right now they are in one long list.  It would be so nice to sort them by client, family, etc using Folders and Albums.  Thanks for listening!

As an organization, we are using Windows 10 with the "LongPathsEnabled" registry entry set to 1, as posted here: Enable Long Paths in Windows 10, Version 1607, and Later This has helped us with moving long pathed files and opening them in Microsoft Office programs. However, Adobe Acrobat DC (and Acrobat Reader DC) still cannot open files with paths longer than 255 characters. We have tested this in multiple scenarios and have found that Acrobat has this problem with any long file path. The file simply won't open or opens a blank document. If you copy the document to a short path, it opens flawlessly. I have found several similar threads here , here and here . All mention it's a file path limitation of Windows. That is simply no longer the case. Windows 11Nvidia GPU (studio driver driver 546.01)Premiere (using any release from the last 2 years) When using the transform effect and animating the position value, the result is a stuttering movement. This does not happen if animating the clip with the motion position value. I've been having this issue for quite some time, over many Premiere releases. I am just now taking the time to post it.

Trying to work out the cost of buying extra generative credits on the new standard plan, anyone know what cost will be? Am I right in assuming that each use of generative fill or expand will count against the 25 credits in the standard plan?
