Hi, I remember cancelling my subscription after the free trial period for an adobe acrobat pro account, but as it stands, it seems like my subscription wasn’t cancelled and now I got charged for the subscription price. The problem is, I can’t cancel my subscription through the admin console as my account is flagged for a billing issue despite the charge being recognized by the system. I really need this refund, please answer as soon as possible

Hi, I recently discovered that I have an Adobe Stock subscription for £47.99 per month. I don’t remember subscribing to this annual plan and I don’t use Adobe Stock.I would like to cancel the subscription, but I can see an early termination fee of £215.95. Could you please help me cancel the subscription and waive the early termination fee as a goodwill gesture?I only recently noticed the recurring payments and wasn’t aware that I had an annual commitment.

Hello, Why can’t I read ONLINE a text in a PDF file, that comes from a placed pdf? I have a document that contains many PDF visuals (designed separately and placed on to the final combined InDesign document).I export them with InDesign file into a PDF (print), with digital settings format.When this PDF is opened in a browser (Google Chrome), the text from those visuals cannot be find (cmd+f). When opened in Adobe Acrobat, the find function works just fine for all the text in the visuals mentioned above.Any idea how to fix the online search (I need to send a link to users, that they can open online and do their search).Thank you in advance for any ideas to solve this! M.

Help: the "Uninstall" function for Photoshop 2025 AND Photoshop 2026 are not working. If I update the App  leaves behind a folder of the older version (taking up alot of space!). What should I do? I do not want to loose my preference/settings etc and I am afraid this would happen if I simply trash them?Thank you.

I subscribed to adobe pro around an hour ago. However, I realized that the features were lacking and I CANCELLED the subscription after a few minutes of using it. BUT, I just checked my email and it claims that Adobe has CHARGED me 8HKD for their services. I need a refund for the 8HKD.For those who cannot read:I HAVE ALREADY MADE SURE I HAVE CANCELLED ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS of ADOBE.I LOGGED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND LOGGED IN AGAIN AND DOUBLE CHECKED THAT I HAVE NO ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS LEFT.I HAVE CONFIRMED I HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED TO ALL SUBSCRITIONS BY READING BOTH EMAILS FROM ADOBE DETAILING THAT I HAVE SUCCESSFUL CANCELLED ALL MY SUBSCRIPTIONS.DO NOT TELL ME ABOUT THE TRIAL TERMS. I UNSUBSCRIBED WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF SUBSCRIBING, SO DO NOT TELL ME THAT I ALREADY EXCEEDED THE TRIAL PERIOD.

The ai sharpen feature that comes with photoshop is not working. can someone help trouble shoot. Ive installed previous versions, tried opening photoshop via cloud app  and not working either. Asked AI chats and followed the many suggestions but not working. Ive done everything but uninstall and reinstall.

When I got my new Google Pixel 10 Pro XL smartphone I had to re-sign in to the Adobe Account Access app. Whatever I did a regular email address and password, an SMS code, a code sent to my email address, etc made the Access app appear to sign in however it quickly switched to “Something went wrong” and at the bottom “Close app”. Several times I have cleared cache, cleared data, I even uninstalled the app 8 different times and reinstalled it 8 different times. Today I finally got a hold of an Adobe live support agent who gave me all the same directions that I have already preformed about 10 times. I guess Adobe doesn’t know how to fix this problem either. Does a user out there know why I keep experiencing this? Does an Adobe user out there know of a fix to this problem? Thank You,Barry

Hello guys, so i just wanted to ask, can you find which of my account still charge and auto pay from my bank? it always auto pay from my bank for a year or maybe more but on my account there's no active plans , so i just want it to stop, please. Thankyou i hope anyone can help me with this one.

When I try to purchase It gives same error. We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank. I tried 3 different credit card but the result is same. I tried from both pc and mobile phone. I contacted my bank amd they say cannot see any error. Tried edge, chrome and firefox is same result.  With the same cards I can shop from international shops but Adobe does not accept my payment methods.

After the recent update of Premiere Pro, the playhead is not moving while playing on the timeline. Is there an option that turns this on and off? I cannot find anything in preferences.

 We use data merge frequently, using the same Excel files and InDesign templates over and over. Over the past week or so, our merges have stopped working, and we get this attached error message. We have removed any placeholders in both InDesign and Excel that are not being used. We have tried creating various .csv files from Excel. What could we be doing wrong, our workflow has not changed. I keep getting the error.  hopefully things will improve.  usually what i have to do is fully close and reload the site.  i feel like it gets increasingly more likely as the generation history gets filled up with more images.  I have been unable to find a way to clear the history as well, and if this is not a feature already then seems very reasonable for the next update to allow this: starting a new concept?  clear the previous generations in the history.

Has anyone noticed that when using the “edit an image” feature, the first few generations may be accurate and correctly color graded, but on a third or fourth image gen, it starts to have a pink hue to the entire image?I use this feature a lot for product photography, we don’t have a proper photo studio, so I will often snap a high-quality photo and silo it out asking Firefly to correct to studio lighting to give a more professional look. I’ve noticed this a lot doing a variety of image tasks. I can correct in Photoshop with adjustments, but it’s a pain adding an extra step. 

예전에 무료 폰트나 툴로 작업했다가 클라이언트 PC에서 폰트 깨짐 나서 곤란했던 적도 있어서, 앞으로 세밀한 수정 건 계속 받으려면 결국 유료 프로그램으로 넘어가야 하는 건가 싶어요.본업 하면서 주말에 외주로 로고·상세페이지 디자인 작업 받고 있는데요, 지금까지는 캔바랑 피그마로만 버텼거든요. 이번 클라이언트가 로고 파일이랑 상세페이지 색상·폰트를 세세하게 손봐달라고 하는데, 원본이 JPG 한 장으로만 넘어와서 레이어 자체가 없고 누끼 작업도 다시 해야 하더라고요. 

I just bought the new samsung book 5 pro 360 with the ultra 7 and intel arc graphics for using photoshop. it has 16 gb of ram and let me tell you, it runs like a turtle. this laptop cost almost 2 grand so I feel like it should be able to use Photoshop without any issues. I dont even know what is the cause of this, I have tried searching for advice but nothing super helpful comes up. Has anybody else got this laptoip or experienced this. Mike

I’m currently designing a logo for a website in Adobe Illustrator. The logo is made from several simple vector shapes, and I’m trying to keep everything perfectly centered and aligned.The problem is that when I select the logo elements and use the Align options, some objects don’t appear to align to the visible artwork correctly. The spacing looks slightly different even though the objects are selected together.I also noticed that the issue becomes more noticeable after grouping some of the shapes and using a clipping mask.i am working on this website logo : (website link removed by moderator).I’ve checked the alignment options and tried aligning the artwork to the artboard, but I’m still getting inconsistent results.Is there a recommended workflow in Illustrator for keeping multiple vector shapes in a website logo perfectly aligned, especially when some of the artwork is grouped or inside a clipping mask?I want the final logo to remain fully editable as vector artwork.Any advice on wh

I’m trying to set up a contract to sign and send to a recipient for signing. When I click on ‘Request e-signatures’ in the bottom left of the screen nothing happens. I have ‘Acrobat Sign’ as part of my package.Can anyone advise please?
