Hey,I want to change my Photography (PS+LR+LRC 20GB) plan to the Lightroom (LR + LRC + 1TB) plan. Personally I am very happy with the change Adobe did to it's plans to now include LRC to the Lightroom plan.So I've just purchased the LR deal on Amazon Day, since this is what I want / need.The thing is, my Photography plan is still running until oct. I've been buying it via Amazon deals for years now, no issues. So I guess it always added the year to my plans.If I redeem the new LR plan voucher NOW, I guess I would start two plans, which would technically mean I loose a few months on my photography plan. Which I want to avoid.Can I just wait with redeeming the Lightroom plan code until october?Do I have to actively switch my photography plan to a lightroom plan to then add the code / redeem the voucher? Thanks for the help.

How do I update or change a PDF in the Document Cloud without having to create a new Shared Link?  I have an existing document in the Adobe Document Cloud.  The shared link has been sent to many users.  Can I edit the document so the end users see the changes without having to send a new link, if so how is this done?  Thanks!

Photoshop version 23.0.0 and windows 10.Selection tool just makes random selection. Simple click makes also random selection dragging the click jumsp between random selections.Video attached

Hello, my world space normals are completely off when baking. I have no idea what might be causing this issue. I am currently using Maya to model and UVExporting as FBX file Here is what it looks like. 

I remember in previous version of Premiere, I used to be able to start a Dip to White transition at the 50 percent mark, so that it would start immediately at white, and then dissolve back into the footage. Is seems that now this option is missing. Is there a way to make it work (And I don't mean a workaround like making a white color matte and then adding a cross dissolve)? This feature was useful for other transition types as well- When you don't need the whole transition, but just need the first or last half of it.

Hi,I have upgraded Windows 11 devices at my company from Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat Pro to Adobe Acrobat (64‑bit) Unified Installer. I’m trying to understand how Adobe Acrobat (64‑bit) is supposed to update silently and without user interaction. Adobe Acrobat Reader would update automatically using scheduled task Adobe Acrobat Update Task and AdobeARMservice, but the service is not created when installing Adobe Acrobat (64‑bit) I can see “Adobe Acrobat Update Task” in Task Scheduler, and it seems like this task is what keeps Acrobat up to date. It downloads the update files correctly, including the 64‑bit manifests and MSPs. But when the update is ready to install, the updater still needs UAC elevation, and if no admin is logged in, it just stops and shows a prompt. Logs show the updater trying to elevate and failing (ShellExecute failed / SE_ERR_ACCESSDENIED) even though the task was set to “run with highest privileges.” Adobe’s documentation says Acrobat/Reader can “regula

I just tried to install Bridge on my new Surface Pro 11, which uses a Snapdragon ARM processor. While Photoshop works, Bridge would not install as the error message said a version of Bridge is not available for this processor. Does anyone know if Adobe plans to deliver a version of Bridge that works with the Snapdragon processor?  Thanks

Every time I "print to PDF" from anywhere, the document automatically opens in Adobe. How do i get this to stop happenng? 

Hello Adobe Support, I’m using a Canon 5D Mark IV and I usually shoot in JPG. I’ve noticed that when I import my JPG files into Lightroom Classic, the colors appear noticeably different from what I see on the camera’s LCD or when viewing the image in other basic image viewers. The color looks flatter, less saturated, and not as true to what was captured in-camera. I understand that RAW files often lose the in-camera Picture Style when opened in Lightroom, but in this case, I’m working with JPG files, which should already be processed by the camera. Is there a way to preserve the exact color and tonal look of my original JPGs when importing them into Lightroom, without any changes to the appearance? I’ve tried checking the profile in the Develop module, and Lightroom applies “Adobe Color” by default. Changing the profile helps a bit, but it still doesn’t match the original JPG appearance from the camera. Is there any way to import JPGs into Lightroom without Lig

Until a few weeks ago, I have been able to print from PE 2024 to my WiFi connected printer, an Epson ET-8550. I am running this on Win10.The printing utility in PE allows me to select the printer and change its options, but when I click the Print button, it spends the next 15-20sec doing nothing and then defaults to the default printer (HP Laserjet). I haven’t tried switching the ET-8550 as the default, as it seems to me that it is timing out on connecting to it. In the printing dialogue, under More Options, the colour management is set to “Printer Manages Colors”, and under Edit>Color Settings, “Always Optimize Color for Computer Screens” is selected.I have found that I am able ro print from Windows Photo Viewer, and little else, as a .tif file.I’d appreciate some help on this. I’ve been trying to find a legitimate installer for animate cc 2018, but the ProToolDesign app doesn’t link me to the installer anymore and instead I keep getting link to that one adobe page about installing older apps, is installing any older versions other than the last 2 is now officially impossible?

I have a color theme that I use inside of Premiere Pro, to which I’ve imported to Libraries, that I use to quickly apply color variations to captions in Essental Graphics via eyedropper.Typical behavior: When I have text highlighted, I hit the eyedropper icon next to Appearance > Fill inside the Essential Graphics panel and choose a color from my color theme.Irregular behavior: I had a power outage blip, and since returning online with my computer, the color is now desaturated both visually, and when I use the eyedropper. It picks a completely different color than what the HEX code states. Meaning, the HEX is still correct, but the eyedropper does not choose that color.It is like the Libraries tab is on a different color profile than the rest of the application. My yellow is #FFD800 where the HEX is correct still in the color profile, but eyedropper chooses #F9DA42 for some reason.Any idea what’s going on here?Issue with image:Green is #A8FF00, but eyedropper from ‘Fill’ chooses #B9

For whatever reason if i use the paint brush tool 99% of the time the paint bucket tool cant not fill, this does not happen with the regular brush tool or the pencil tool, making the paint brush tool useless for animating people or shapes, even if the lines are cleary intersecting, the section will not fill. Am im missing something here?
