I love the remix tab, I see so many great photos and also get to edit them and give them my spin, but in order to have those photos I would love to have the ability to download them at full resolution instead of screenshotting and losing all that information. Anyone else thinks that would be a great feature?

Is it possible to re-import photos previously imported in lightroom cc? I have gone in to edit my product photos this morning and the photos I need aren't there so I must have accidently deleted them... I have attached my camera to import again and the photos are blacked out with 'previously added' on them when I hover over with my mouse. I have right clicked and the option to 'import this' is there but it doesn't do anything when I click on it. any help would be much appreciated, I don't have time to re-take photos!

My PDFs have this grid on and I have no idea why it started, but I would like to turn it off.

How can I turn off permanently the bookmarks panel in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2021?I cannot find any solution that work for this newest version on google. Thank you for your help.

Anyone successful installing and using Dr Brown's Image Processor Pro on Mac M4 silicon, Sequoia in Photoshop 26.3?

With the newest update and AI that premiere uses, when I mask a subject it creates an incorrect mask. With the pen masking it won’t let me track the mask properly. I’ve updated all of my drivers, premiere, my laptop (windows Asus Vivobook 15) tried different settings. I’m working with Nvidia as my GPU. It’s up to date. I’ve tried previous version of premiere and it didn’t change anything. NEED HELP.

I forgot to cancel my account as the plan I had forced me to pay for the full year due to it being a student account. The renewal just happened… can I request a refund for the renewal pay that I didn’t want?

I’ve lost the "Apply" checkmark in the Photoshop options bar if I use the remove tool; instead, I now have a semicolon icon.Lost it in the PS version 27.10 and also in the Beta version 27.11To apply a remove I have to use the contextuel taskbar.I already reseted all tools and restarted the option bar.Is this how the option bar should look or is it a bug in my versions?Would apreciate some help with this

Used to have an option to change a field's "format" to do handy things like phone numbers and dates.Since most recent update, this seems to be missing, along with a number of tother options.Has this feature been removed? Am I an idiot, not seeing it somewhere / doing something wrong?Any tips much appreciated.

Hello, I've been using Premiere Pro for over 3 years, but recently, I've been experiencing crashes every time I try to add captions (text). I've tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the software, using previous versions, and even switching to the default font (Arial). The issue occurs after about 3 minutes of working on captions, and when it crashes. If I work on something else than caption such as simple trimming and color grading, it doesn't crash. After it crashes, I receive an error message, although it doesn't identify any specific issues.       I'm using a MacBook, fully updated as well.

Hey Adobe community! About a month ago I found out that when I tried to log in to Behance, it said "You don't have access to this product",  I contacted Behance and got in contact with one agent asking me for my log in email, and never replied and closed my ticket. I contacted them again, but my ticket got closed again without any communication. I did search through the community posts and nothing solved my problem.  When I log in to my Adobe ID, it does say I have access to Behance. I also contacted Adobe but they said this is a Behance issue and told me to contact Benahce... I am so confused and upset right now, that I cannot access my work on Behance, and that Behance is refusing to help me with it.  Does anyone have any ideas?  Attach a screenshot of them closing my ticket without solving it... 😞

Is there a way to buy additional Generative Credits without starting another monthly plan?  7000 credits goes really fast at 400 per generation (while also factoring in that most of the generations don’t follow the prompts but still fine me the 400 credits anyway).

Hi,I installed Fresco on my new PC (Windows 11, NVIDIA RTX 5080 GPU with the latest Studio driver). The hardware is state-of-the-art.I’m running Fresco 5.7.0. When I launch Fresco and try to create a canvas, Fresco crashes without warning. Uninstalling it sometimes fails, but occasionally works. The same goes for reinstalling it.I have no idea what’s going on. Thanks for any info

I have Acrobat XI purchased with a Fujitsu Scansnap. My computer motherboard died, so I moved my SSD into another similar computer. Acrobat is now telling me I need to reregister, but I’ve used up all my registrations.Until today, I had not registered my serial number, or at least not that I’m aware of; my only record of an acrobat account is the one I registered with, and there was nothing listed there before. How do I go about getting my old computer’s version deregistered, so I can register on my new computer hardware? Thanks,Dave

I have been charged monthly for something that I am not aware of and do not use. These charges have continued for several months, and I would like to understand exactly what I am being charged for.Could you please investigate this issue, explain what the charges are for, and cancel any subscription or service associated with them if applicable? I would also like to know whether I am eligible for a refund for the charges that have already been taken.I would appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible. Thank you.

This worked up until recently. How do I fix it?

I cancelled my Adobe scan monthly subscription immediately which was accidentally subscribed, i.e. before expiry of trial period but google acknowledgment email for subscription cancellation says no refund. Is there some error. I saw there was trial period of 7 days. Why was it charged immediately and will I be getting a refund?
