Solved

This happens to me every now and then: InDesign completely messes up the preview on my screen. If I zoom in or out, it usually disappears. At first, I blamed it on my old computer, where the graphics card was probably failing, but the same problem persists on my new Mac Mini.It doesn't seem to happen at all; it's completely random. This issue is still not fixed with the latest update (21.0.1), and it's even worse. If I move an object with a drop shadow, InDesign "moves" the entire shadow. Zooming in and out doesn't help; I have to completely close and reopen the document for it to work as it should.

Mac, OS Tahoe 26.3.1 (a)In the past I have had this problem with Illustrator and Photoshop. Now it sometimes appears with InDesign as well. If I try to drag the active window to another place on my screen, by dragging from the top of the window, it disappears behind all other apps currently open. Oddly, any free floating palettes stay on top. If I can still see a part of the window, I can click on it to bring it back to the front. If not, I have to go to the dock to bring it forward. Nothing is lost so this is an annoyance rather than a real problem, but why does it happen and why is it now happening with ID as well as the others?

I need to talk to an agent to reset my activation count as my laptop has crashed and I cannot de-activate the serial number from that laptop

How do I get a refund of my 17,300#

Hello! I need help cancelling my Photoshop subscription and requesting a refund. My free trial recently ended and I was charged $27.59. I did not intend to continue with the subscription. I tried to cancel it through my Adobe account, but I cannot access the cancellation option because there is a payment issue.I would like you to cancel my Photoshop subscription immediately, waive any early cancellation fee, and refund the $27.59 charge to my original payment method.I noticed the charge shortly after it occurred and I do not want to continue using the subscription. Could you please help me with the cancellation and refund?

Hi, I need help resetting the activation count on a perpetual Acrobat XI Pro (version 11.0, Windows) licence registered to our Adobe account since November 2012.The licence allows 2 computers. One of them crashed and can't be started, so it couldn't be deactivated through Help > Deactivate. The other computer is still in use. When I try to activate on the replacement computer, I get: "The serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers."The Activated Devices page in the Adobe account shows nothing, as this is a serial-number product. Adobe's phone line says no support is available for older products, and I can't find a chat option on the contact page.Could an Adobe staff member please help reset the activation count, or tell me how to reach someone who can?  Your activation server is still responding. It returned 'already in use by the maximum allowed computers' today, so the licence is active and only the count needs resetting."

I already cancelled my subscription last Sept 17, 2026 which is the same day with the start of my subscription so I am eligible for the 14 days refund policy. But until now the refund is still not credited in my account. Please help, thank you

I forgot to cancel my 7-day trial yesterday, so it charged me a monthly fee of CA $45.99 now. Can I get a full refund with the 14-day refund policy? I could not find anywhere to talk to customer service. How can I get my refund?

For the past month or two, any time I try to Place a file or update a Placed file, InDesign usually freezes. The cursor turns into the spinning circle. I can close and save the files after this, but cannot close the InDesign app. I try various ways to place the files. File > Place or Ctrl D or copy and paste the placed file from another InDesign file. The files I use are typically on my Google Drive and I’ve installed the Drive app on my machine. This is REALLY getting annoying. Adobe used to be so good with bugs. Any ideas? I’ve read a few posts that say they thought version 21.3 fixed this issue but I’ve still got it.I’ve reset preferences, cleared old versions of InDesign, reinstalled InDesign. InDesign 21.3Core i9 processorWindows 11 home64 GB RAM500+ GB hard drive space Thanks in advance for any tips.

I have more external USB drives than USB sockets on my PC.  This requires me to occasionally swap the main USB drive holding my RAW files to another socket or to reconnect after it has been removed. Lightroom often doesn’t recognize that it is the same drive and allocates a new drive letter, consequently it says files not found and I have to re-sync all of the files which loses the history of which files have been edited.  Could you have Lightroom recognize the drive and allocate it the original drive letter and retain it even after removal.

Hello, i use lightroom cloud on my phone, i import some of this fotos only.. In lightroom cloud i can see wich fotos have been dowmnloaded… when I make a selection of this fotos to erase them from my cellular, lightroom cannot do it! ..Thanks for helping…Antoine

Hello, I'm the author of a Premiere Pro plugin called "Mask To Transform" which is able to convert the tracked mask into position/scale/rotation keyframes that can be applied to a Trasnfrom effect to e.g. make motion graphics "stick" to an object in the scene etc. My plugin is officially available in Exchange: here's the link https://exchange.adobe.com/apps/cc/105713/mask-to-transform Now with the new masking soluion in Beta my customers are writing to me that my plugin stopped working and it would be amazing if I can make it work with the new (and admittedly pretty awesome) object masking. The problem is that the object mask data sits in a binary file on disk and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to read it.  So my question is: for the purposes of extention development is there a way to somehow read the data stored in these object mask files? Thanks,Kamil

Hello,I would like to report a reproducible issue with Adobe Acrobat Reader (last version 2025.001.21184) on macOS 26.2 (Tahoe), using a Mac Mini M4. ProblemWhen using Fill & Sign → Add Signature → Image, Acrobat reports that the selected PNG image file is corrupted. This happens with: PNG files JPEG files Brand new screenshots created directly on macOS 26.2 Images converted with Preview Images converted with ImageMagick Images converted with XnConvert Images with sRGB IEC61966-2.1 profile Images with no embedded color profile All of them produce the same error: image corrupted. Important observations The exact same files work correctly on another Mac running macOS Sequoia with the same Acrobat Reader version.
